Psalms 102
1 A PRAYER OF THE AFFLICTED WHEN HE IS FEEBLE, AND POURS OUT HIS COMPLAINT BEFORE YHWH. O YHWH, hear my prayer, indeed, my cry comes to You.
੧ਦੀਨ ਜਨ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਸੁਣ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ!
2 Do not hide Your face from me, In a day of my adversity, Incline Your ear to me, In the day I call, hurry, answer me.
੨ਮੇਰੇ ਔਖ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾ ਲੁਕਾ, ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਨ ਮੇਰੀ ਵੱਲ ਝੁਕਾ, ਜਿਸ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇ!
3 For my days have been consumed in smoke, And my bones have burned as a firebrand.
੩ਮੇਰੇ ਜਿਉਣ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤਾਂ ਧੂੰਏਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਬਾਲਣ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਬਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
4 Struck as the herb, and withered, is my heart, For I have forgotten to eat my bread.
੪ਘਾਹ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਈਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਖਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਿਆ।
5 From the voice of my sighing My bone has cleaved to my flesh.
੫ਮੇਰੇ ਕਰਾਹਣੇ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
6 I have been like to a pelican of the wilderness, I have been as an owl of the dry places.
੬ਮੈਂ ਉਜਾੜ ਦੇ ਲੰਮਢੀਂਗ ਦੇ ਤੁੱਲ ਹੋਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਾਨੇ ਦਾ ਉੱਲੂ ਬਣਿਆ!
7 I have watched, and I am As a bird alone on the roof.
੭ਮੈਂ ਜਾਗਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਚਿੜ੍ਹੀ ਵਰਗਾ ਬਣਿਆ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਛੱਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
8 All the day my enemies reproached me, Those mad at me have sworn against me.
੮ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਲਾਂਭੇ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਜਾਨੀ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫਿਟਕਾਰਾਂ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
9 Because I have eaten ashes as bread, And have mingled my drink with weeping,
੯ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਰੋਟੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਸੁਆਹ ਫੱਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੰਝੂ ਮਿਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
10 From Your indignation and Your wrath, For You have lifted me up, And cast me down.
੧੦ਇਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਤੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਇਆ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਫੇਰ ਪਟਕਾ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ!
11 My days [are] stretched out as a shadow, And I am withered as the herb.
੧੧ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਢਲਦੇ ਸਾਯੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਹਨ, ਮੈਂ ਘਾਹ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
12 And You, O YHWH, abide for all time, And Your memorial from generation to generation.
੧੨ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਰਾਜਮਾਨ ਰਹੇਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਓਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਤੱਕ!
13 You rise—You pity Zion, For the time to favor her, For the appointed time has come.
੧੩ਤੂੰ ਉੱਠੇਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਮ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤਰਸ ਖਾਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਥਾਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਵੇਲਾ ਆ ਪੁੱਜਿਆ ਹੈ।
14 For Your servants have been pleased with her stones, And they favor her dust.
੧੪ਤੇਰੇ ਦਾਸ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਸੰਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਥੇਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
15 And nations fear the Name of YHWH, And all kings of the earth Your glory,
੧੫ਇਉਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਭੈਅ ਖਾਣਗੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਤੋਂ।
16 For YHWH has built Zion, He has been seen in His glory,
੧੬ਜਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਇਆ।
17 He turned to the prayer of the destitute, And He has not despised their prayer.
੧੭ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲਾਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਵੱਲ ਮੂੰਹ ਕੀਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਤੁੱਛ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ।
18 This is written for a later generation, And the people created praise YAH.
੧੮ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਲਈ ਲਿਖੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
19 For He has looked From the high place of His sanctuary. YHWH looked attentively from the heavens to earth,
੧੯ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਉਚਿਆਈ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਵਰਗ ਤੋਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਿੱਠਾ ਹੈ,
20 To hear the groan of the prisoner, To loose sons of death,
੨੦ਕਿ ਗ਼ੁਲਾਮ ਦਾ ਹਾਉਂਕਾ ਸੁਣੇ, ਅਤੇ ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ,
21 To declare in Zion the Name of YHWH, And His praise in Jerusalem,
੨੧ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ,
22 In the peoples being gathered together, And the kingdoms—to serve YHWH.
੨੨ਜਦ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਜਵਾੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣ।
23 He has humbled my power in the way, He has shortened my days.
੨੩ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਇਆ।
24 I say, “My God, do not take me up in the midst of my days,” Your years [are] through all generations.
੨੪ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਅੱਧੀ ਆਯੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਠਾ ਨਾ ਲੈ, ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਓਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ!
25 You founded the earth before time, And the heavens [are] the work of Your hands.
੨੫ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਧਰੀ, ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰੀਗਰੀ ਹਨ।
26 They perish, and You remain, And all of them become old as a garment, You change them as clothing, And they are changed.
੨੬ਉਹ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਅਟੱਲ ਰਹੇਂਗਾ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਦੀ ਨਿਆਈਂ ਬਦਲ ਦੇਵੇਂਗਾ, ਸੋ ਉਹ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਣਗੇ!
27 And You [are] the same, and Your years are not finished.
੨੭ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
28 The sons of Your servants continue, And their seed is established before You!
੨੮ਤੇਰੇ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ ਵੱਸੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਸਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
