< Proverbs 23 >

1 When you sit to eat with a ruler, Diligently consider that which [is] before you,
Katta ǝrbab bilǝn ⱨǝmdastihan bolsang, Aldingdiki kim ikǝnlikini obdan oylan.
2 And you have put a knife to your throat, If you [are] a man of appetite.
Ixtiying yaman bolsa, Gelingƣa piqaⱪ tǝnglǝp turƣandǝk ɵzüngni tart.
3 Have no desire to his delicacies, seeing it [is] lying food.
Uning nazunemǝtlirini tama ⱪilma, Ular adǝm aldaydiƣan tamaⱪlardur.
4 Do not labor to make wealth, Cease from your own understanding, Do you cause your eyes to fly on it? Then it is not.
Bay bolimǝn dǝp ɵzüngni upratma; Ɵzüngning zeⱨningni bu ixⱪa ⱪaratma.
5 For wealth makes wings to itself, It flies to the heavens as an eagle.
[Bayliⱪlarƣa] kɵz tikixing bilǝnla, ular yoⱪ bolidu; Pul-mal dǝrwǝⱪǝ ɵzigǝ ⱪanat yasap, Huddi bürküttǝk asmanƣa uqup ketǝr.
6 Do not eat the bread of an evil eye, And have no desire to his delicacies,
Aq kɵzning nenini yemǝ, Uning esil nazunemǝtlirini tama ⱪilma;
7 For as he has thought in his soul, so he [is]. “Eat and drink,” he says to you, And his heart [is] not with you.
Qünki uning kɵngli ⱪandaⱪ bolƣandǝk, ɵzimu xundaⱪ. U aƣzida: — Ⱪeni, alsila, iqsilǝ! — desimu, Biraⱪ kɵnglidǝ seni oyliƣini yoⱪ.
8 You vomit up your morsel you have eaten, And have marred your words that [are] sweet.
Yegǝn bir yutum taamnimu ⱪusuwetisǝn, Uningƣa ⱪilƣan qirayliⱪ sɵzliringmu bikarƣa kǝtkǝn bolidu.
9 Do not speak in the ears of a fool, For he treads on the wisdom of your words.
Əhmǝⱪⱪǝ yol kɵrsitip salma, Qünki u ǝⱪil sɵzliringni kɵzgǝ ilmas.
10 Do not remove a border of ancient times, And do not enter into fields of the fatherless,
Ⱪǝdimdǝ bekitkǝn yǝrning pasil taxlirini yɵtkimǝ, Yetimlarning etizliriƣimu ayaƣ basma;
11 For their Redeemer [is] strong, He pleads their cause with you.
Qünki ularning Ⱨǝmjǝmǝt-Ⱪutⱪuzƣuqisi intayin küqlüktur; U Ɵzi ular üqün üstüngdin dǝwa ⱪilar.
12 Bring your heart to instruction, And your ear to sayings of knowledge.
Nǝsiⱨǝtkǝ kɵngül ⱪoy, Ilim-bilimlǝrgǝ ⱪulaⱪ sal.
13 Do not withhold discipline from a youth, When you strike him with a rod he does not die.
Balangƣa tǝrbiyǝ berixtin erinmǝ; Əgǝr tayaⱪ bilǝn ursang, u ɵlüp kǝtmǝydu;
14 You strike him with a rod, And you deliver his soul from Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
Sǝn uni tayaⱪ bilǝn ursang, Bǝlkim uni tǝⱨtisaradin ⱪutⱪuziwalisǝn. (Sheol h7585)
15 My son, if your heart has been wise, My heart rejoices, even mine,
I oƣlum, dana bolsang, Mening ⱪǝlbim ⱪanqǝ hux bolar idi!
16 And my reins exult when your lips speak uprightly.
Aƣzingda orunluⱪ sɵzlǝr bolsa, iq-iqimdin xadlinimǝn.
17 Do not let your heart be envious at sinners, But—in the fear of YHWH all the day.
Gunaⱨ sadir ⱪilƣuqilarƣa rǝxk ⱪilma, Ⱨǝrdaim Pǝrwǝrdigardin ǝyminixtǝ turƣin;
18 For is there a posterity? Then your hope is not cut off.
Xundaⱪ ⱪilƣiningda jǝzmǝn kɵridiƣan yahxi kününg bolidu, Arzu-ümiding bikarƣa kǝtmǝs.
19 Hear, my son, and be wise, And make your heart blessed in the way,
I oƣlum, sɵzümgǝ ⱪulaⱪ selip dana bol, Ⱪǝlbingni [Hudaning] yoliƣa baxliƣin.
20 Do not become drunk with wine, Among gluttonous ones of flesh,
Mǝyhorlarƣa arilaxma, Nǝpsi yaman gɵxhorlar bilǝn bardi-kǝldi ⱪilma;
21 For the drunkard and glutton become poor, And drowsiness clothes with rags.
Qünki ⱨaraⱪkǝx bilǝn nǝpsi yaman ahirida yoⱪsulluⱪta ⱪalar, Ƣǝplǝt uyⱪusiƣa patⱪanlarƣa jǝndǝ kiyimni kiygüzǝr.
22 Listen to your father, who begot you, And do not despise your mother when she has become old.
Seni tapⱪan atangning sɵzini angla, Anang ⱪeriƣanda uningƣa ⱨɵrmǝtsizlik ⱪilma.
23 Buy truth, and do not sell, Wisdom, and instruction, and understanding,
Ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtni setiwal, Uni ⱨǝrgiz setiwǝtmǝ. Danaliⱪ, tǝrbiyǝ wǝ yorutuluxnimu al.
24 The father of the righteous rejoices greatly, The begetter of the wise rejoices in him.
Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy balining atisi qong huxalliⱪ tapar; Dana oƣulni tapⱪan atisi uningdin hursǝn bolar.
25 Your father and your mother rejoice, Indeed, she bearing you is joyful.
Ata-anangni sɵyündürüp, Seni tuƣⱪan anangni hux ⱪil.
26 Give, my son, your heart to me, And let your eyes watch my ways.
I oƣlum, ⱪǝlbingni manga tapxur; Kɵzliringmu ⱨayatliⱪ yollirimƣa tikilsun!
27 For a harlot [is] a deep ditch, And a strange woman [is] a narrow pit.
Qünki paⱨixǝ ayal qongⱪur oridur, Buzuⱪ yat ayal tar zindandur;
28 She also, as catching prey, lies in wait, And she increases the treacherous among men.
Ular ⱪaraⱪqidǝk mɵküwelip, Insaniyǝt arisidiki wapasizlarni kɵpǝytǝr.
29 Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has contentions? Who has complaint? Who has wounds without cause? Who has redness of eyes?
Kimdǝ azab bar? Kimdǝ dǝrd-ǝlǝm? Kim jedǝl iqidǝ ⱪalar? Kim nalǝ-pǝryad kɵtürǝr? Kim sǝwǝbsiz yarilinar? Kimning kɵzi ⱪizirip ketǝr?
30 Those lingering by the wine, Those going in to search out mixed wine.
Dǝl xarab üstidǝ uzun olturƣan, Əbjǝx xarabtin tetixⱪa aldiriƣan mǝyhorlar!
31 Do not see wine when it shows itself red, When it gives its color in the cup, It goes up and down through the upright.
Xarabning ajayib ⱪizilliⱪiƣa, uning jamdiki julaliⱪiƣa, Kixining gelidin xundaⱪ siliⱪ ɵtkǝnlikigǝ mǝptun bolup ⱪalma!
32 Its latter end—it bites as a serpent, And it stings as a viper.
Ahirida u zǝⱨǝrlik yilandǝk qeⱪiwalidu, Oⱪ yilandǝk nǝxtirini sanjiydu.
33 Your eyes see strange women, And your heart speaks perverse things.
Kɵz aldingda ƣǝlitǝ mǝnzirilǝr kɵrünidu, Aƣzingdin ⱪalaymiⱪan sɵzlǝr qiⱪidu.
34 And you have been as one lying down in the heart of the sea, And as one lying down on the top of a mast.
Huddi dengiz-okyanlarda lǝylǝp ⱪalƣandǝk, Yǝlkǝnlik kemining moma yaƣiqi üstidǝ yatⱪandǝk bolisǝn.
35 “They struck me, I have not been sick, They beat me, I have not known. When I awake—I seek it yet again!”
Sǝn qoⱪum: — Birsi meni urdi, lekin mǝn yarilanmidim! Birsi meni tayaⱪ bilǝn urdi, biraⱪ aƣriⱪini sǝzmidim!» — dǝysǝn. Biraⱪ sǝn yǝnǝ: «Ⱨoxumƣa kǝlsǝmla, mǝn yǝnila xarabni izdǝymǝn! — dǝysǝn.
