< Proverbs 18 >
1 He who is separated seeks [his own] desire, He interferes with all wisdom.
Kɵpqiliktin ayrilip yalƣuz yürgǝn kixi ⱨaman ɵz nǝpsigǝ qoƣ tartar; Ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ qin ⱨekmǝtkǝ ⱨaman jan-jǝⱨli bilǝn ⱪarxi qiⱪar.
2 A fool does not delight in understanding, But in uncovering his heart.
Əhmǝⱪ yorutuluxⱪa ⱪiziⱪmas; Ⱪiziⱪidiƣini pǝⱪǝt ɵz oyliƣanlirini kɵrsitixla, halas.
3 Contempt has also come with the coming of the wicked, And with shame—reproach.
Yaman kixi kǝlsǝ, nǝprǝtmu pǝyda bolar; Nomussiz ix iza-aⱨanǝttin ayrilmas.
4 The words of a man’s mouth [are] deep waters, The fountain of wisdom [is] a flowing brook.
Adǝmning sɵzliri qongⱪur sularƣa ohxar; Danaliⱪ buliⱪi eriⱪ süyidǝk ɵrkǝxlǝp aⱪar.
5 Favoring of the face of the wicked [is] not good, To turn aside the righteous in judgment.
Yamanƣa yan besixⱪa, Soraⱪta ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyƣa uwal ⱪilixⱪa ⱪǝt’iy bolmas.
6 The lips of a fool enter into strife, And his mouth calls for stripes.
Əhmǝⱪning lǝwliri uni jedǝlgǝ baxlar; Uning aƣzi «Meni dumbala» dǝp tǝklip ⱪilar.
7 The mouth of a fool [is] ruin to him, And his lips [are] the snare of his soul.
Əhmǝⱪning aƣzi ɵz bexiƣa ⱨalakǝttur; Uning lǝwliri ɵz jeniƣa ⱪapⱪandur.
8 The words of a tale-bearer [are] as self-inflicted wounds, And they have gone down [to] the inner parts of the heart.
Ƣǝywǝthorning sɵzliri ⱨǝrhil nazunemǝtlǝrdǝk, Kixining ⱪǝlbigǝ qongⱪur singdürülǝr.
9 He also that is remiss in his work, He [is] a brother to a destroyer.
Ixida ⱨurun bolƣan kiximu, Buzƣunqi bilǝn ülpǝtdax bolidu.
10 The Name of YHWH [is] a tower of strength, The righteous runs into it, and is set on high.
Pǝrwǝrdigarning nami mǝzmut munardur; Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylar uning iqigǝ yügürüp kirip yuⱪirida aman bolar.
11 The wealth of the rich [is] the city of his strength, And as a wall set on high in his own imagination.
Bay adǝm mal-dunyasini «mustǝⱨkǝm xǝⱨirim» dǝp bilǝr; Nǝziridǝ ɵzini saⱪlaydiƣan egiz sepildǝk turar.
12 The heart of man is high before destruction, And humility [is] before honor.
Bitqit boluxtin awwal, kɵngülgǝ tǝkǝbburluⱪ kelǝr; Awwal kǝmtǝrlik bolsa, andin xɵⱨrǝt kelǝr.
13 Whoever is answering a matter before he hears, It is folly to him—and shame.
Sɵzni anglimay turup, aldirap jawab bǝrgǝn, Əhmǝⱪliⱪini kɵrsitip ɵzini hijalǝttǝ ⱪaldurur.
14 The spirit of a man sustains his sickness, And who bears a struck spirit?
Tǝndiki aƣriⱪ azabiƣa adǝmning ɵz roⱨi bǝrdaxliⱪ bǝrgüzǝr; Biraⱪ roⱨi sunƣan bolsa uni kim kɵtürǝr?
15 The heart of the intelligent gets knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.
Yorutulƣanning ⱪǝlbi bilimgǝ erixmǝktǝ, Aⱪilanining ⱪulaⱪliri bilimni izdimǝktǝ.
16 The gift of a man makes room for him, And it leads him before the great.
Sowƣat ɵz igisigǝ ixikni daƣdam eqip berǝr; Uni qong ǝrbablar aldiƣa yǝtküzǝr.
17 The first in his own cause [seems] righteous, [But] his neighbor comes and has searched him.
Dǝwa ⱪilƣanda, awwal sɵzligüqining sɵzliri orunluⱪ kɵrünǝr; Lekin ⱪarxi tǝrǝp soal ⱪoyup ixni sürüxtürǝr.
18 The lot causes contentions to cease, And it separates between the mighty.
Qǝk taxlax jedǝllǝrni tügitǝr; Ƣojilarning arisidiki ixnimu ⱨǝl ⱪilar.
19 A brother transgressed against is as a strong city, And contentions as the bar of a palace.
Rǝnjigǝn ⱪerindaxning kɵnglini elix mustǝⱨkǝm xǝⱨǝrni elixtinmu tǝs; Jedǝl-majira ⱪorƣanning taⱪaⱪ-baldaⱪliriƣa ohxaxtur.
20 From the fruit of a man’s mouth is his belly satisfied, [From the] increase of his lips he is satisfied.
Adǝm [durus] sɵzligǝnlikidin ⱪorsiⱪi toⱪ bolar; Ɵz kɵnglidin qiⱪⱪan sɵzliridin mol ⱨosul alar.
21 Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue, And those loving it eat its fruit.
Ⱨayat-mamat tilning ilkididur; Kimki uning tǝsirini ǝtiwarlisa uning mewisidin yǝr.
22 [Whoever] has found a wife has found good, And brings out goodwill from YHWH.
Hotunni tallap alƣan kixi yahxiliⱪ tapidu, U Pǝrwǝrdigarning mǝrⱨimitigǝ erixkǝn bolidu.
23 The poor speaks [with] supplications, And the rich answers fierce things.
Miskinlǝr pǝs awazda yelinip sɵzlǝr; Bay bolsa ⱪopalliⱪ bilǝn jawab berǝr.
24 A man with friends—to show himself friendly, And there is a lover adhering more than a brother!
Dostni kɵp tutⱪan kixi harab bolar; Lekin ⱪerindaxtinmu yeⱪin baƣlanƣan bir dost bardur.
