< Philippians 3 >
1 As to the rest, my brothers, rejoice in the LORD; indeed, [it] is not tiresome to me to write to you the same things, and for you [is] sure.
Mogik jowetena, beduru mamor kuom Ruoth! Aonge gi pek moro manyalo tama nwoyonu weche mane asendikonu motelo, nikech wechegi obedonu ohinga mar konyruok.
2 Look out for the dogs! Look out for the evil-workers! Look out for the mutilation!
Beduru motangʼ ni guogi ma gin joma timo timbe mamono kendo moramo ni ji nyaka ter nyangu.
3 For we are the circumcision, who are serving God by the Spirit, and glorying in Christ Jesus, and having no trust in flesh,
Nikech wan wawegi ema waseyudo nyangu madiera, nikech walemo ka wan ei Roho mar Nyasaye, sungawa ni kuom Kristo Yesu, kendo ok waketo genowa kuom ringruok,
4 though I also have [cause of] trust in flesh. If any other one thinks to have trust in flesh, I more:
kata obedo ni an awuon an-gi gimomiyo anyalo bedo gi genono. Kapo ni ngʼato nyalo bedo gi gimomiyo dodhialre e ringruok, an awuon daloye:
5 circumcision on the eighth day! Of the race of Israel! Of the tribe of Benjamin! A Hebrew of Hebrews! According to law—a Pharisee!
Notera nyangu chiengʼ mar aboro bangʼ nywolna kendo an ja-Israel gitiende monywol e dhood Benjamin, bende an ja-Hibrania ma wuod jo-Hibrania. Korka luwo Chik jo-Yahudi to ne an ja-Farisai,
6 According to zeal—persecuting the Assembly! According to righteousness that is in law—becoming blameless!
kuom timo kinda, naketo chunya mar sando kanisa, kuom rito chik ne an ngʼama ler, maonge ketho.
7 But what things were gains to me, these I have counted loss, because of the Christ;
To kata kamano, gigo duto mane akwano chon ka ohala tinde akwano ka gik manono nikech Kristo.
8 yes, indeed, and I count all things to be loss, because of the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, because of whom I suffered loss of all things, and count them to be refuse, that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him,
To moloyo mano, koro akwano gik moko duto ka gik maonge tich nikech aseyudo ni ngʼeyo Kristo Yesu Ruodha nigi ohala maduongʼ moloyo. Nikech en, ne aweyo gik moko duto olalna, kendo akwanogi mana kaka yugi, mondo eka ayud Kristo kaka pokna,
9 not having my righteousness, which [is] of law, but that which [is] through faith from Christ—the righteousness that is of God by faith,
kendo oyuda kuome, mondo kik anenra ni aloso yora awuon mar bet makare e nyim Nyasaye nikech mako Chik, to adwaro ni mano otimrena mana nikech ayie kuom Kristo. Bedo kare e yorni aa kuom Nyasaye kendo wayude kuom yie.
10 to know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,
Adwaro ngʼeyo Kristo kod teko miyudo kuom chierne kendo ayie riwora kode e sandne ka amedo bedo machal kode pile kuom thone,
11 if anyhow I may attain to the resurrection of the dead.
kanyalore to an bende nochiera aa kuom joma otho.
12 Not that I already obtained, or have already been perfected, but I pursue, if I also may lay hold of that for which I was also laid hold of by Christ Jesus;
Ok awach ni aselocho kata ni asebedo ngʼat makare, to atemo matek mondo achop gima omiyo Kristo Yesu nomaka.
13 brothers, I do not reckon myself to have laid hold [of it], but one thing [I do]—indeed forgetting the things behind, and stretching forth to the things before—
Jowetena, pod ok akwanra kaka ngʼat moseyudo gino, to gimoro achiel matimo en ni wiya wil gi gik mosekadho, to ahawo gik manyime,
14 I pursue to the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
aringo matek mondo achopi mondo omi ayud pokna mane Nyasaye oluongane kuom Kristo Yesu.
15 As many, therefore, as [are] perfect—let us think this, and if [in] anything you think otherwise, this also will God reveal to you,
Wan duto ma wan gi yie motegno onego wapar kuom gigi. To ka pachu opogore gi mano e yo moro, to Nyasaye biro leronu.
16 but to what we have attained—walk by the same rule, think the same thing;
Kata kamano, wadhiuru nyime kod ngima mawasenwangʼo.
17 together become my followers, brothers, and observe those thus walking, according as you have us—a pattern;
Jowetena, riwreuru gi ji mamoko kungʼiyo maber joma kit wuodh ngimagi chal gi ranyisi mane uneno kuomwa.
18 for many walk of whom I told you [about] many times—and now also weeping tell—[they are] the enemies of the Cross of the Christ,
Nikech mana kaka asebedo ka anyisou motelo kendo koro anyisou ka pi wangʼa chwer, ji mangʼeny ngimagi omiyo gibedo jowasik msalap Kristo.
19 whose end [is] destruction, whose god [is] the belly, and whose glory [is] in their shame, who are minding the things on earth.
To giko joma kamago en kethruok nikech igi e nyasachgi, kendo gik ma gimiyorego duongʼ ema kelonigi wichkuot, ka pachgi otwere gige pinyni.
20 For our citizenship is in the heavens, from where we also await a Savior—the Lord Jesus Christ—
Wan to polo e thurwa, kendo warito Jawarwa Ruoth Yesu Kristo gi geno mondo obi oomwa.
21 who will transform the body of our humiliation to its becoming conformed to the body of His glory, according to the working of His power, even to subject all things to Himself.
Obiro loko ringrewa matho mondo obed gi duongʼ machal gi ringre, kotiyo gi teko maduongʼ mamiyo oketo gik moko duto e bwo lochne.
