Numbers 9

1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, in the wilderness of Sinai, in the second year of their going out of the land of Egypt, in the first month, saying,

Und Jehovah redete zu Mose in der Wüste Sinai im zweiten Jahr, da sie aus dem Lande Ägypten ausgingen, im ersten Monat, und sprach:

2 “Also, the sons of Israel prepare the Passover in its appointed time;

Die Söhne Israels sollen das Passah zu seiner bestimmten Zeit halten.

3 in the fourteenth day of this month between the evenings you prepare it in its appointed time; you prepare it according to all its statutes and according to all its ordinances.”

Am vierzehnten Tage dieses Monats sollt ihr es bereiten gegen Abend zur bestimmten Zeit; nach allen seinen Satzungen und nach allen seinen Rechten sollt ihr es bereiten.

4 And Moses speaks to the sons of Israel to prepare the Passover,

Und Mose redete zu den Söhnen Israels, sie sollten das Passah bereiten.

5 and they prepare the Passover in the first [month], on the fourteenth day of the month, between the evenings, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that YHWH has commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel have done.

Und sie bereiteten das Passah im ersten Monat am vierzehnten Tage gegen Abend in der Wüste Sinai. Nach allem, was Jehovah dem Mose geboten hatte, also taten die Söhne Israels.

6 And there are men who have been defiled by the body of a man, and they have not been able to prepare the Passover on that day, and they come near before Moses and before Aaron on that day,

Und es geschah, daß Männer, die wegen der Leiche eines Menschen unrein waren, das Passah an diesem Tage nicht zu bereiten vermochten. Und sie nahten vor Mose und Aharon an jenem Tage:

7 and those men say to him, “We are defiled by the body of a man; why are we withheld so as not to bring the offering of YHWH near in its appointed time, in the midst of the sons of Israel?”

Und es sprachen diese Männer zu ihm: Wir sind unrein einer Leiche eines Menschen wegen. Warum soll es uns entzogen sein, daß wir unsere Opfergabe nicht zu seiner bestimmten Zeit dem Jehovah inmitten der Söhne Israels darbringen?

8 And Moses says to them, “Stand, and I hear what YHWH has commanded concerning you.”

Und Mose sprach zu ihnen: Stehet hier, und ich will hören, was Jehovah euch gebietet.

9 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:

10 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, Though any man is unclean by a body or in a distant journey (of you or of your generations), he has still prepared a Passover to YHWH;

Rede zu den Söhnen Israels und sprich: Jeder Mann, der ob einer Leiche unrein oder auf fernem Wege bei euch oder euren Geschlechtern ist, soll dem Jehovah das Passah bereiten;

11 they prepare it in the second month, on the fourteenth day, between the evenings; they eat it with unleavened and bitter things;

Im zweiten Monat am vierzehnten Tage gegen Abend sollen sie es bereiten; mit ungesäuertem Brot und Bitterem sollen sie es essen.

12 they do not leave of [it] until morning; and they do not break a bone in it; they prepare it according to all the statute of the Passover.

Sie sollen nichts davon bis zum Morgen verbleiben lassen und kein Bein daran zerbrechen. Nach aller Satzung des Passah sollen sie es bereiten.

13 And the man who is clean, and has not been on a journey, and has ceased to prepare the Passover, indeed, that person has been cut off from his people; because he has not brought the offering of YHWH near in its appointed time, that man bears his sin.

Aber der Mann, der rein und nicht auf dem Wege war, und unterließ, das Passah zu bereiten, dessen Seele soll ausgerottet werden von seinem Volke, daß er die Opfergabe Jehovahs zu seiner bestimmten Zeit nicht dargebracht hat. Dieser Mann soll tragen seine Sünde.

14 And when a sojourner sojourns with you, then he has prepared a Passover to YHWH—according to the statute of the Passover and according to its ordinance, so he does; one statute is for you, indeed, for a sojourner and for a native of the land.”

Und wenn ein Fremdling bei euch sich aufhält und will dem Jehovah das Passah bereiten, der soll es bereiten nach der Satzung des Passah und nach seinem Recht. Eine Satzung soll bei euch sein für den Fremdling wie für den Eingeborenen des Landes.

15 And in the day of the raising up of the Dwelling Place, the cloud has covered the Dwelling Place, even the Tent of the Testimony; and in the evening there is as an appearance of fire on the Dwelling Place until morning;

Und am Tage der Aufrichtung der Wohnung bedeckte die Wolke die Wohnung des Zeltes des Zeugnisses; und am Abend war es auf der Wohnung anzusehen wie ein Feuer bis an den Morgen.

16 so it is continually; the cloud covers it, also the appearance of fire by night.

So war es beständig. Die Wolke bedeckte sie; und des Nachts war es anzusehen wie Feuer.

17 And according to the going up of the cloud from off the tent, then afterward the sons of Israel journey; and in the place where the cloud dwells, there the sons of Israel encamp;

Und je wie die Wolke vom Zelte aufstieg, danach brachen die Söhne Israels auf, und an dem Orte, da sich die Wolke niederließ, da lagerten sich die Söhne Israels.

18 by the command of YHWH the sons of Israel journey, and by the command of YHWH they encamp; all the days that the cloud dwells over the Dwelling Place they encamp.

Nach dem Befehl Jehovahs brachen die Söhne Israels auf, und nach dem Befehl Jehovahs lagerten sie sich. Alle die Tage, welche die Wolke über der Wohnung weilte, lagerte sie sich.

19 And in the cloud prolonging itself over the Dwelling Place many days, then the sons of Israel have kept the charge of YHWH, and do not journey.

Und wenn die Wolke viele Tage lang über der Wohnung weilte, da hüteten die Söhne Israels der Hut Jehovahs und brachen nicht auf.

20 And so when the cloud is over the Dwelling Place [for] a number of days: by the command of YHWH they encamp, and by the command of YHWH they journey.

Und geschah es, daß die Wolke nur wenige Tage über der Wohnung war, so lagerten sie sich auf den Befehl Jehovahs, und auf Jehovahs Befehl brachen sie auf.

21 And so when the cloud is from evening until morning, when the cloud has gone up in the morning, then they have journeyed; whether by day or by night, when the cloud has gone up, then they have journeyed.

Und geschah es, daß die Wolke vom Abend bis zum Morgen da war, und daß die Wolke am Morgen aufstieg, so brachen sie auf; und ob die Wolke bei Tag oder bei Nacht aufstieg, so brachen sie auf.

22 Whether two days, or a month, or days, in the cloud prolonging itself over the Dwelling Place, to dwell over it, the sons of Israel encamp and do not journey; and in its being lifted up they journey.

Wenn die Wolke zwei Tage oder einen Monat oder längere Tage über der Wohnung weilte, so blieben die Söhne Israels gelagert und brachen nicht auf, und wenn sie aufstieg, so brachen sie auf.

23 By the command of YHWH they encamp, and by the command of YHWH they journey; they have kept the charge of YHWH, by the command of YHWH in the hand of Moses.

Nach dem Befehl Jehovahs lagerten sie, und nach dem Befehl Jehovahs brachen sie auf; sie hüteten der Hut Jehovahs nach dem Befehl Jehovahs durch die Hand Moses.
