Numbers 28

1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,

2 “Command the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: My offering, My bread for My fire-offerings, My refreshing fragrance, you take heed to bring near to Me in its appointed time.

“ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦିଅ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଉପହାର, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଆମ୍ଭ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ନାନା ନୈବେଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥକ ଆମ୍ଭର ଯେଉଁ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ, ତାହା ତହିଁର ନିରୂପିତ ସମୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବାକୁ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ।’

3 And you have said to them: This [is] the fire-offering which you bring near to YHWH: two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, daily, [for] a continual burnt-offering;

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିବ, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଯେଉଁ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ, ତାହା ଏହି; ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଦୁଇ ମେଷବତ୍ସ।

4 you prepare the first lamb in the morning, and you prepare the second lamb between the evenings;

ପ୍ରାତଃକାଳରେ ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ ଓ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାକାଳରେ ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

5 and a tenth of the ephah of flour for a present mixed with a fourth of the hin of beaten oil;

ପୁଣି, ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ହିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ପେଷା ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦଶମାଂଶ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ଦେବ।

6 [it is] a continual burnt-offering, which was made in Mount Sinai for refreshing fragrance, [for] a fire-offering to YHWH.

ଏହା ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମବଳି, ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ରୂପେ ଏହା ସୀନୟ ପର୍ବତରେ ନିରୂପିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

7 And its drink-offering [is] a fourth of the hin for one lamb; pour out a drink-offering of strong drink to YHWH in the holy place.

ପୁଣି, ତହିଁର ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ହିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ହେବ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ମଦ୍ୟ ଢାଳିବ।

8 And you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; as the present of the morning and as its drink-offering, you prepare [it as] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.

ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନ୍ୟ ମେଷବତ୍ସକୁ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାକାଳରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ; ଯେପରି ପ୍ରାତଃକାଳର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ସେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

9 And on the Sabbath day, two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, and its drink-offering—

ଆଉ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରରେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ଦୁଇ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ଓ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

10 the burnt-offering of the Sabbath in its Sabbath, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.

ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରର ଏହି ହୋମବଳି ହେବ।

11 And in the beginnings of your months you bring a burnt-offering near to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones;

ଆଉ ପ୍ରତି ମାସର ଆରମ୍ଭରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ହୋମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

12 and three-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one bullock, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one ram;

ପୁଣି, ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଐଫାର ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଆଉ ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ;

13 and a tenth—a tenth part of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one lamb, [for] a burnt-offering, a refreshing fragrance, a fire-offering to YHWH;

ପୁଣି, ଏକ ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ହେବ; ତହିଁରେ ସେହି ହୋମବଳି ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ହେବ।

14 and their drink-offerings are a half of the hin for a bullock, and a third of the hin for a ram, and a fourth of the hin for a lamb, of wine; this [is] the burnt-offering of every month for the months of the year.

ଆଉ ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ହିନର ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧେକ, ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ହିନର ତୃତୀୟାଂଶ ଓ ଏକ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ହିନର ଚତୁର୍ଥାଂଶ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ହେବ; ଏହିସବୁ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବର୍ଷର ପ୍ରତି ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ଅଣାଯିବ ପୁଣି, ତାହସବୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋମ ହେବ।

15 And one kid of the goats is prepared for a sin-offering to YHWH, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.

ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରାଯିବ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ତାହା ହେବ।

16 And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, [is] the Passover to YHWH;

ଆହୁରି ପ୍ରଥମ ମାସର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶ ଦିନରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ନିସ୍ତାର ପର୍ବ ହେବ।

17 and in the fifteenth day of this month [is] a festival; [for] seven days unleavened bread is eaten.

ପୁଣି, ସେହି ମାସର ପଞ୍ଚଦଶ ଦିନରେ ଉତ୍ସବ ହେବ; ସାତ ଦିନ ତାଡ଼ିଶୂନ୍ୟ ରୁଟି ଭୋଜନ କରାଯିବ।

18 In the first day [is] a holy convocation; you do no servile work;

ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ସେହି ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

19 and you have brought a fire-offering near, a burnt-offering to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, and seven lambs, sons of a year, they are perfect ones for you;

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ରୂପେ ହୋମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ ଓ ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ, ଏହିସବୁ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ପଶୁ;

20 and their present of flour mixed with oil—you prepare three-tenth parts for a bullock and two-tenth parts for a ram;

ପୁଣି, ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ ଓ ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ,

21 you prepare a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs,

ଆଉ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଏକ ବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ,

22 and one goat [for] a sin-offering, to make atonement for you.

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ରୂପେ ଏକ ଛାଗ,

23 Apart from the burnt-offering of the morning, which [is] for the continual burnt-offering, you prepare these;

ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମର ପ୍ରାତଃକାଳୀନ ହୋମ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

24 like these you prepare bread of a fire-offering daily [for] seven days, a refreshing fragrance to YHWH; it is prepared besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହି ବିଧି ଅନୁସାରେ ସାତ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟରୂପ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ; ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ତାହା ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗିତ ହେବ।

25 And on the seventh day you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work.

ପୁଣି, ସପ୍ତମ ଦିନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

26 And on the day of the first-fruits, in your bringing a new present near to YHWH, in your weeks, you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work.

ଆହୁରି ପ୍ରଥମ ପକ୍ୱ ଫଳର ଦିନରେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ସବ-ସପ୍ତାହମାନଙ୍କରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଛାମୁକୁ ନୂତନ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଆଣିବ, ସେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟବସାୟ କର୍ମ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

27 And you have brought a burnt-offering near for refreshing fragrance to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year,

ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ହୋମବଳି ରୂପେ ଦୁଇ ପୁଂଗୋବତ୍ସ, ଏକ ମେଷ, ଏକ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ;

28 and their present, flour mixed with oil, three-tenth parts for one bullock, two-tenth parts for one ram,

ପୁଣି, ଏକ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିନି ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଏକ ମେଷ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ

29 a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs;

ଓ ସାତ ମେଷବତ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏକ ଏକ ବତ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଏକ ଦଶମାଂଶ ତୈଳ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ସରୁ ମଇଦାର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ;

30 one kid of the goats to make atonement for you;

ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତ କରଣାର୍ଥ ଏକ ଛାଗ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ।

31 apart from the continual burnt-offering and its present, you prepare [them] and their drink-offerings; they are perfect ones for you.”

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଓ ତହିଁର ପେୟ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ, ଏହିସବୁ ନିଖୁନ୍ତ ହେବ।’”
