Numbers 28
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
| וידבר יהוה אל משה לאמר |
2 “Command the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: My offering, My bread for My fire-offerings, My refreshing fragrance, you take heed to bring near to Me in its appointed time.
| צו את בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם את קרבני לחמי לאשי ריח ניחחי תשמרו להקריב לי במועדו |
3 And you have said to them: This [is] the fire-offering which you bring near to YHWH: two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, daily, [for] a continual burnt-offering;
| ואמרת להם--זה האשה אשר תקריבו ליהוה כבשים בני שנה תמימם שנים ליום עלה תמיד |
4 you prepare the first lamb in the morning, and you prepare the second lamb between the evenings;
| את הכבש אחד תעשה בבקר ואת הכבש השני תעשה בין הערבים |
5 and a tenth of the ephah of flour for a present mixed with a fourth of the hin of beaten oil;
| ועשירית האיפה סלת למנחה בלולה בשמן כתית רביעת ההין |
6 [it is] a continual burnt-offering, which was made in Mount Sinai for refreshing fragrance, [for] a fire-offering to YHWH.
| עלת תמיד--העשיה בהר סיני לריח ניחח אשה ליהוה |
7 And its drink-offering [is] a fourth of the hin for one lamb; pour out a drink-offering of strong drink to YHWH in the holy place.
| ונסכו רביעת ההין לכבש האחד בקדש הסך נסך שכר--ליהוה |
8 And you prepare the second lamb between the evenings; as the present of the morning and as its drink-offering, you prepare [it as] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
| ואת הכבש השני תעשה בין הערבים כמנחת הבקר וכנסכו תעשה אשה ריח ניחח ליהוה |
9 And on the Sabbath day, two lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, and its drink-offering—
| וביום השבת--שני כבשים בני שנה תמימם ושני עשרנים סלת מנחה בלולה בשמן--ונסכו |
10 the burnt-offering of the Sabbath in its Sabbath, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.
| עלת שבת בשבתו על עלת התמיד ונסכה |
11 And in the beginnings of your months you bring a burnt-offering near to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year, perfect ones;
| ובראשי חדשיכם--תקריבו עלה ליהוה פרים בני בקר שנים ואיל אחד כבשים בני שנה שבעה תמימם |
12 and three-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one bullock, and two-tenth parts of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one ram;
| ושלשה עשרנים סלת מנחה בלולה בשמן לפר האחד ושני עשרנים סלת מנחה בלולה בשמן לאיל האחד |
13 and a tenth—a tenth part of flour, a present mixed with oil, for one lamb, [for] a burnt-offering, a refreshing fragrance, a fire-offering to YHWH;
| ועשרן עשרון סלת מנחה בלולה בשמן לכבש האחד עלה ריח ניחח אשה ליהוה |
14 and their drink-offerings are a half of the hin for a bullock, and a third of the hin for a ram, and a fourth of the hin for a lamb, of wine; this [is] the burnt-offering of every month for the months of the year.
| ונסכיהם חצי ההין יהיה לפר ושלישת ההין לאיל ורביעת ההין לכבש--יין זאת עלת חדש בחדשו לחדשי השנה |
15 And one kid of the goats is prepared for a sin-offering to YHWH, besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.
| ושעיר עזים אחד לחטאת ליהוה על עלת התמיד יעשה ונסכו |
16 And in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, [is] the Passover to YHWH;
| ובחדש הראשון בארבעה עשר יום--לחדש פסח ליהוה |
17 and in the fifteenth day of this month [is] a festival; [for] seven days unleavened bread is eaten.
| ובחמשה עשר יום לחדש הזה חג שבעת ימים מצות יאכל |
18 In the first day [is] a holy convocation; you do no servile work;
| ביום הראשון מקרא קדש כל מלאכת עבדה לא תעשו |
19 and you have brought a fire-offering near, a burnt-offering to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, and one ram, and seven lambs, sons of a year, they are perfect ones for you;
| והקרבתם אשה עלה ליהוה פרים בני בקר שנים ואיל אחד ושבעה כבשים בני שנה תמימם יהיו לכם |
20 and their present of flour mixed with oil—you prepare three-tenth parts for a bullock and two-tenth parts for a ram;
| ומנחתם--סלת בלולה בשמן שלשה עשרנים לפר ושני עשרנים לאיל--תעשו |
21 you prepare a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs,
| עשרון עשרון תעשה לכבש האחד--לשבעת הכבשים |
22 and one goat [for] a sin-offering, to make atonement for you.
| ושעיר חטאת אחד לכפר עליכם |
23 Apart from the burnt-offering of the morning, which [is] for the continual burnt-offering, you prepare these;
| מלבד עלת הבקר אשר לעלת התמיד--תעשו את אלה |
24 like these you prepare bread of a fire-offering daily [for] seven days, a refreshing fragrance to YHWH; it is prepared besides the continual burnt-offering and its drink-offering.
| כאלה תעשו ליום שבעת ימים--לחם אשה ריח ניחח ליהוה על עולת התמיד יעשה ונסכו |
25 And on the seventh day you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work.
| וביום השביעי--מקרא קדש יהיה לכם כל מלאכת עבדה לא תעשו |
26 And on the day of the first-fruits, in your bringing a new present near to YHWH, in your weeks, you have a holy convocation; you do no servile work.
| וביום הבכורים בהקריבכם מנחה חדשה ליהוה--בשבעתיכם מקרא קדש יהיה לכם כל מלאכת עבדה לא תעשו |
27 And you have brought a burnt-offering near for refreshing fragrance to YHWH: two bullocks, sons of the herd, one ram, seven lambs, sons of a year,
| והקרבתם עולה לריח ניחח ליהוה--פרים בני בקר שנים איל אחד שבעה כבשים בני שנה |
28 and their present, flour mixed with oil, three-tenth parts for one bullock, two-tenth parts for one ram,
| ומנחתם--סלת בלולה בשמן שלשה עשרנים לפר האחד שני עשרנים לאיל האחד |
29 a tenth—a tenth part for one lamb, for the seven lambs;
| עשרון עשרון לכבש האחד--לשבעת הכבשים |
30 one kid of the goats to make atonement for you;
| שעיר עזים אחד לכפר עליכם |
31 apart from the continual burnt-offering and its present, you prepare [them] and their drink-offerings; they are perfect ones for you.”
| מלבד עלת התמיד ומנחתו--תעשו תמימם יהיו לכם ונסכיהם |
