Numbers 2
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
Chúa Hằng Hữu phán dạy Môi-se và A-rôn:
2 “The sons of Israel encamp, each by his standard, with ensigns of the house of their fathers; they encamp around, from in sight of the Tent of Meeting.”
“Người Ít-ra-ên phải cắm trại chung quanh nhưng cách xa Đền Tạm, mỗi người phải cắm trại dưới ngọn cờ của đơn vị mình với bảng hiệu đại tộc.
3 And those encamping eastward toward the sun-rising [are] of the standard of the camp of Judah, by their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Judah [is] Nahshon, son of Amminadab;
Trại quân Giu-đa, Y-ca-sa, và Sa-bu-luân sẽ cắm tại phía đông, hướng mặt trời mọc với ngọn cờ và các đơn vị mình. Đây là danh sách các đại tộc, người chỉ huy, và dân số của họ: Đại tộc Giu-đa, chỉ huy là Na-ha-sôn, con A-mi-na-đáp.
4 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] seventy-four thousand and six hundred.

5 And those encamping by him [are] of the tribe of Issachar; and the prince of the sons of Issachar [is] Nethaneel son of Zuar;
Đại tộc Y-sa-ca, chỉ huy là Na-tha-na-ên, con Xu-a.
6 and his host, and its numbered ones, [are] fifty-four thousand and four hundred.

7 The tribe of Zebulun [is with them]; and the prince of the sons of Zebulun [is] Eliab son of Helon;
Đại tộc Sa-bu-luân, chỉ huy là Ê-li-áp, con Hê-lôn.
8 and his host, and its numbered ones, [are] fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.
Quân số của người được 57.400 người.
9 All those numbered of the camp of Judah [are] one hundred thousand and eighty thousand and six thousand and four hundred, by their hosts; they journey first.
Tất cả nhân số trong trại quân Giu-đa, chia từng đội ngũ, được 186.400 người. Họ sẽ đi tiên phong.
10 The standard of the camp of Reuben [is] southward, by their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Reuben [is] Elizur son of Shedeur;
Trại quân Ru-bên, Si-mê-ôn, và Gát sẽ cắm tại phía nam, dưới ngọn cờ mình. Đây là danh sách các đại tộc, người chỉ huy, và quân số của họ: Đại tộc Ru-bên, chỉ huy là Ê-li-sua, con Sê-đêu.
11 and his host, and its numbered ones, [are] forty-six thousand and five hundred.

12 And those encamping by him [are of] the tribe of Simeon; and the prince of the sons of Simeon [is] Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai;
Đại tộc Si-mê-ôn, chỉ huy là Sê-lu-mi-ên, con Xu-ri-ha-đai.
13 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.

14 And the tribe of Gad [is with him]; and the prince of the sons of Gad [is] Eliasaph son of Reuel;
Đại tộc Gát, chỉ huy là Ê-li-a-sáp, con Đê-u-ên.
15 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] forty-five thousand and six hundred and fifty.
Quân số của người được 45.650 người.
16 All those numbered of the camp of Reuben [are] one hundred thousand and fifty-one thousand and four hundred and fifty, by their hosts; and they journey second.
Tất cả nhân số trong trại Ru-bên, chia từng đội ngũ, được 151.450 người. Họ sẽ đi thứ nhì.
17 And the Tent of Meeting has journeyed [with] the camp of the Levites in the middle of the camps; as they encamp so they journey, each at his station by their standards.
Sau đó, Đền Tạm và trại quân Lê-vi sẽ ra đi chính giữa các trại quân khác. Họ sẽ ra đi theo đúng thứ tự như họ đã cắm trại, mỗi người theo hàng ngũ dưới ngọn cờ mình.
18 The standard of the camp of Ephraim, by their hosts, [is] westward; and the prince of the sons of Ephraim [is] Elishama son of Ammihud;
Trại quân Ép-ra-im, Ma-na-se, và Bên-gia-min sẽ cắm tại phía tây, dưới ngọn cờ mình. Đây là danh sách các đại tộc, người chỉ huy, và quân số của họ: Đại tộc Ép-ra-im, chỉ huy là Ê-li-sa-ma, con A-mi-hút.
19 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] forty thousand and five hundred.

20 And by him [is] the tribe of Manasseh; and the prince of the sons of Manasseh [is] Gamaliel son of Pedahzur;
Đại tộc Ma-na-se, chỉ huy là Ga-ma-li-ên, con Phê-đát-su.
21 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] thirty-two thousand and two hundred.
Quân số của người được 32.200 người.
22 And the tribe of Benjamin [is with them]; and the prince of the sons of Benjamin [is] Abidan son of Gideoni;
Đại tộc Bên-gia-min, chỉ huy là A-bi-đan, con Ghi-đeo-ni.
23 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] thirty-five thousand and four hundred.
Quân số của người được 35.400 người.
24 All those numbered of the camp of Ephraim [are] one hundred thousand and eight thousand and one hundred, by their hosts; and they journey third.
Tất cả nhân số trong trại quân Ép-ra-im, chia từng đội ngũ, được 108.100 người. Họ sẽ đi thứ ba.
25 The standard of the camp of Dan [is] northward, by their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Dan [is] Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai;
Trại quân Đan, A-se, và Nép-ta-li sẽ cắm trại phía bắc, dưới ngọn cờ mình. Đây là danh sách các đại tộc, người chỉ huy, và quân số của họ: Đại tộc Đan, chỉ huy là A-hi-ê-xe, con A-mi-sa-đai.
26 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] sixty-two thousand and seven hundred.

27 And those encamping by him [are of] the tribe of Asher; and the prince of the sons of Asher [is] Pagiel son of Ocran;
Đại tộc A-se, chỉ huy là Pha-ghi-ên, con Óc-ran.
28 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] forty-one thousand and five hundred.
Quân số của người được 41.500 người.
29 And the tribe of Naphtali [is with them]; and the prince of the sons of Naphtali [is] Ahira son of Enan;
Đại tộc Nép-ta-li, chỉ huy là A-hi-ra, con Ê-nan.
30 and his host, and their numbered ones, [are] fifty-three thousand and four hundred.
Quân số của người được 53.400 người.
31 All those numbered of the camp of Dan [are] one hundred thousand and fifty-seven thousand and six hundred; they journey at the rear by their standards.
Tất cả nhân số trong trại quân Đan, chia từng đội ngũ, được 157.600 người. Họ sẽ đi hậu tập.”
32 These [are] those numbered of the sons of Israel by the house of their fathers; all those numbered of the camps by their hosts [are] six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
Đó là những người Ít-ra-ên được kiểm kê theo từng đại tộc. Tổng số quân sĩ trong các trại quân, chia từng đội ngũ, là 603.550.
33 And the Levites have not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Tuy nhiên, người Lê-vi không được kiểm kê với những người Ít-ra-ên khác, như Chúa Hằng Hữu đã truyền bảo Môi-se.
34 And the sons of Israel do according to all that YHWH has commanded Moses; so they have encamped by their standards, and so they have journeyed, each by his families, by the house of his fathers.
Như thế, người Ít-ra-ên thực thi mọi điều Chúa Hằng Hữu đã truyền bảo Môi-se. Đó là cách mà họ bố trí các trại quân dưới ngọn cờ mình; đó cũng là cách xuất quân mỗi người theo họ hàng và chi tộc mình.
