Numbers 16
1 And Korah, son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, takes both Dathan and Abiram sons of Eliab, and On son of Peleth, sons of Reuben,
၁လေဝိ အမျိုး ၊ ကောဟတ် သား ဣဇဟာ ၏ သား ကောရ သည်၊ ရုဗင် အမျိုး ဧလျာဘ ၏သား ဒါသန် နှင့် အဘိရံ ၊ ပေလက် ၏သား ဩန တို့ကို ခေါ် ပြီးလျှင် ၊
2 and they rise up before Moses with men of the sons of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the congregation, called of the convention, men of renown,
၂ပရိသတ် ၌ ကျော်စော ၍ ဂုဏ် အသရေရှိသောသူ၊ အစည်းအဝေး ၌ မင်း ပြုသောသူ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား နှစ်ရာ ငါးဆယ် နှင့်တကွ၊ မောရှေ ကို ပုန်ကန် ၍၊
3 and they are assembled against Moses and against Aaron, and say to them, “Enough of you! For all the congregation—all of them [are] holy, and YHWH [is] in their midst; and why do you lift yourselves up above the assembly of YHWH?”
၃မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် တဘက် ၌ စုဝေး လျက် ၊ သင်တို့သည် အမှုတော်ကို စောင့်လွန်း၏။ ပရိသတ် ရှိသမျှ အပေါင်း တို့သည် သန့်ရှင်း ကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ တို့တွင် ရှိတော်မူ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ သင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ပရိသတ် အပေါ် မှာ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်ချီးမြှောက် ရသနည်းဟု ဆို လေ၏။
4 And Moses hears, and falls on his face,
၄ထိုစကားကို မောရှေ ကြား လျှင် ပြပ်ဝပ် လျက် နေ၏။
5 and he speaks to Korah and to all his congregation, saying, “Indeed, [in the] morning YHWH may cause [you] to know those who are His and him who is holy, and has brought [him] near to Him; even him whom He fixes on He brings near to Him.
၅တဖန် မောရှေက၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား ၏လူဖြစ်သည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်သူသန့်ရှင်း သည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်သူကို ချဉ်းကပ် စေမည်ကို၎င်း၊ နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ ထာဝရဘုရား ပြ တော်မူမည်။ ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသောသူ ကိုလည်း အနီးအပါးသို့ ချဉ်းကပ် စေတော်မူမည်။
6 Do this: take censers for yourselves—Korah and all his company—
၆အိုကောရ နှင့် ကောရ၏အပေါင်းအသင်း ရှိသမျှ တို့၊ သင် တို့ပြု ရမည်အမှုဟူမူကား၊ လင်ပန်း တို့ကို ယူ ၍ ၊
7 and put fire in them and put incense on them before YHWH tomorrow, and it has been, the man whom YHWH chooses, he [is] the holy one—enough of you, sons of Levi!”
၇နက်ဖြန် နေ့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ မီး နှင့် လောဗန် ကို တင် ကြလော့။ ထိုအခါ ထာဝရဘုရား ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသော သူသည်၊ သန့်ရှင်း သောသူ ဖြစ် စေ။ အိုလေဝိ သား တို့၊ သင်တို့သည် အမှုတော်ကို စောင့်လွန်းကြသည်ဟု ဆို လေ၏။
8 And Moses says to Korah, “Now hear, sons of Levi;
၈တဖန် မောရှေ က၊ အိုလေဝိ သား တို့၊ နားထောင် ကြပါလော့။
9 is it little to you that the God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel to bring you near to Himself, to do the service of the Dwelling Place of YHWH, and to stand before the congregation to serve them?
၉သင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တဲ တော်အမှု ကို ဆောင်ရွက် ၍၊ ပရိသတ် ရှေ့မှာ ရပ် လျက်၊ သူ တို့အမှု ကို လည်း စောင့်စေမည်အကြံရှိတော်မူသည်နှင့်၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင် သည်၊ သင် တို့ကို အနီးအပါး သို့ ခေါ်၍ နေရာချခြင်းငှါ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ပရိသတ် နှင့် ခွဲ ထား၍ ၊
10 Indeed, He brings you near, and all your brothers, the sons of Levi, with you—and you have also sought the priesthood!
၁၀သင့် ကို၎င်း ၊ သင့် ညီအစ်ကို လေဝိ သား အပေါင်း တို့ကို၎င်း၊ အနီးအပါး ၌ နေရာချတော်မူသောကျေးဇူးတော်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြု၍၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အရာကိုလည်း ရှာ ကြသည်တကား။
11 Therefore, you and all your congregation are meeting against YHWH; and Aaron, what [is] he, that you murmur against him?”
၁၁ထိုကြောင့် သင် နှင့် သင် ၏အပေါင်းအသင်း ရှိသမျှ တို့ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား တဘက် ၌ စုဝေး ကြပြီ တကား။ အာရုန် ကို အပြစ်တင် ၍ မြည်တမ်းရမည် အကြောင်း ၊ သူ သည်အဘယ်သို့ သောသူဖြစ်သနည်းဟု ကောရ အား ဆို ပြီးမှ ၊
12 And Moses sends to call for Dathan and for Abiram, sons of Eliab, and they say, “We do not come up!
၁၂ဧလျာဘ သား ဒါသန် နှင့် အဘိရံ တို့ကို ခေါ် ခြင်းငှါ စေလွှတ် လေ၏။ သူတို့ကလည်း ငါတို့မ လာ။
13 Is it little that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to put us to death in a wilderness, that you also certainly make yourself prince over us?
၁၃သင်သည် ဤတော ၌ ငါ တို့ကိုသတ် လို၍ နို့ နှင့် ပျားရည် စီး သော ပြည် မှ ဆောင် ခဲ့သော်လည်း၊ ငါ တို့ အပေါ် ၌ လုံးလုံးမင်း မပြုရလျှင်၊ စိတ်မပြေသေးသည် တကား။
14 Indeed, you have not brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor do you give an inheritance of field and vineyard to us; do you pick out the eyes of these men? We do not come up!”
၁၄ထိုမှတပါး နို့ နှင့် ပျားရည် စီး သော ပြည် သို့ ငါ တို့ကို မ ဆောင် ၊ လယ်ယာ များ၊ စပျစ် ဥယျာဉ်များကို မပေး ဘဲ၊ ဤ လူ တို့၏မျက်စိ ကို ဖောက် ချင်သလော။ ငါတို့သည် သင့်ထံသို့မ လာ ဟု ပြန်ဆို၏။
15 And it is very displeasing to Moses, and he says to YHWH, “Do not turn to their present; I have not taken one donkey from them, nor have I afflicted one of them.”
၁၅မောရှေ သည် အလွန် အမျက် ထွက်၍ ၊ ဤသူ တို့ ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို ပမာဏ ပြုတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ သူတို့ဥစ္စာ မြည်း တ ကောင်ကိုမျှ အကျွန်ုပ်မ သိမ်း ပါ။ သူ တို့တွင် တယောက် ကိုမျှ မ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ပါဟု ထာဝရဘုရား အား လျှောက် ၍ ၊
16 And Moses says to Korah, “You and all your congregation, be [present] before YHWH—you, and they, and Aaron—tomorrow;
၁၆ကောရ အား လည်း၊ အာရုန် နှင့် သင် အစရှိသောသင် ၏အပေါင်းအသင်း ရှိသမျှ တို့သည်၊ နက်ဖြန် နေ့ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ရှိ ကြလော့။
17 and let each take his censer and you have put incense on them, and each has brought his censer near before YHWH—two hundred and fifty censers; indeed, you and Aaron, each [with] his censer.”
၁၇လူအသီးအသီး တို့သည် မိမိ တို့ လင်ပန်း များကို ယူ ၍ လောဗန် ကို တင် ပြီးမှ ၊ သင် နှင့် အာရုန် သည်လည်း မိမိ တို့ လင်ပန်း ပါလျက်၊ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် လင်ပန်း နှစ်ရာ ငါးဆယ် တို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်သို့ ဆောင် ခဲ့ ကြလော့ဟု ဆို သည်အတိုင်း ၊
18 And they each take his censer, and put fire on them, and lay incense on them, and they stand at the opening of the Tent of Meeting with Moses and Aaron.
၁၈ထိုသူအသီးအသီး တို့သည် မိမိ တို့ လင်ပန်း များ ကို ယူ ၍ မီး နှင့် လောဗန် ကို တင် ပြီးမှ ၊ မောရှေ ၊ အာရုန် နှင့်အတူ ၊ ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေး ရာ တဲ တော်တံခါးဝ ၌ ရပ် နေကြ ၏။
19 And Korah assembles all the congregation against them at the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of YHWH is seen by all the congregation.
၁၉ကောရ သည်လည်း၊ ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေး ရာ တဲ တော်တံခါးဝ ၌ ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့ကို မောရှေနှင့် အာရုန်တဘက် ၌ စုဝေး စေပြီးမှ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဘုန်း တော်သည် ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့၌ ထင်ရှား လေ၏။
20 And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
၂၀ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း ၊ ဤ ပရိသတ် တို့နှင့် ခွာ၍ တခြားစီ နေလော့။
21 “Be separated from the midst of this congregation, and I consume them in a moment”;
၂၁ငါသည် သူ တို့ကိုချက်ခြင်း ဖျက်ဆီး မည်ဟု မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် အားမိန့် တော်မူလျှင်၊
22 and they fall on their faces, and say, “God, God of the spirits of all flesh—one man sins, and are You angry against all the congregation?”
၂၂သူတို့က ပြပ်ဝပ် လျက် ၊ အိုဘုရားသခင် ၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သော သတ္တဝါ တို့၏ အသက် ဝိညာဉ်များကို အစိုးရတော်မူသောဘုရားသခင် ၊ လူ တစ် ယောက်ပြစ်မှား သောအပြစ်ကြောင့် ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့ကို အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူမည်လောဟု လျှောက်ဆို လေ၏။
23 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
၂၃ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း၊
24 “Speak to the congregation, saying, Go up from around the dwelling place of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.”
၂၄ကောရ ၊ ဒါသန် ၊ အဘိရံ တို့၏ တဲ များကို ရှောင် ၍ နေစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ပရိသတ် တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို လော့ဟုမောရှေ အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊
25 And Moses rises, and goes to Dathan and Abiram, and [the] elderly of Israel go after him,
၂၅မောရှေ ထ ၍ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး အသက်ကြီး သူတို့ နှင့်တကွ၊ ဒါသန် ၊ အဘိရံ နေရာသို့ သွား ပြီးမှ ၊
26 and he speaks to the congregation, saying, “Now turn aside from the tents of these wicked men, and do not come against anything that they have, lest you are consumed in all their sins.”
၂၆ဤ လူဆိုး တို့၏နေရာ တဲ များကို ရှောင် ၍ နေကြ ပါလော့။ သူ တို့၏ဥစ္စာတစုံတခု ကိုမျှမ ထိ ကြပါနှင့်။ သို့မဟုတ် သူတို့နှင့်အတူ၊ သူ တို့အပြစ် ကြောင့် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ပရိသတ် တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို လျှင် ၊
27 And they go up from the dwelling place of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, from all around, and Dathan and Abiram have come out, standing at the opening of their tents, with their wives, and their sons, and their infants.
၂၇လူများတို့သည် ကောရ ၊ ဒါသန် ၊ အဘိရံ တဲ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ၌မနေဘဲ ရှောင် လွှဲ၍ သွားကြသဖြင့် ၊ ဒါသန် ၊ အဘိရံ သည်၊ သား မယား ကလေး များနှင့်တကွ ထွက် ၍ မိမိ တို့တဲ တံခါးဝ ၌ ရပ် နေကြ၏။
28 And Moses says, “By this you know that YHWH has sent me to do all these works, that [they are] not from my own heart;
၂၈မောရှေ ကလည်း ၊ ဤ အမှု အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ငါသည် အလိုလို မ ပြု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား စေခိုင်း တော်မူ၍ ငါပြု သည် အကြောင်း ကို သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်သို့သိ ရမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊
29 if these die according to the death of all men, or the charge of all men is charged on them, YHWH has not sent me;
၂၉ခပ်သိမ်း သော လူ သတ္တဝါတို့ခံရသောသေ ခြင်း၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သော လူ သတ္တဝါတို့ ခံရသောဆုံးမ ခြင်းကိုသာ ဤလူတို့ ခံရလျှင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မ မူ။
30 but if YHWH does a strange thing, and the ground has opened her mouth and swallowed them and all that they have, and they have gone down alive to Sheol, then you have known that these men have despised YHWH.” (Sheol h7585)
၃၀သို့မဟုတ် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အသစ် ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ မြေကြီး ကွဲ ပွင့်လျက် ဤလူတို့ကို၎င်း၊ သူ တို့ နှင့်ဆိုင်သမျှ ကို၎င်း မျို ၍၊ သူတို့သည် အသက်ရှင် လျက် သေမင်း နိုင်ငံသို့ ဆင်း သွားလျှင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ပြစ်မှား ကြောင်း ကို သင်တို့သည် သိ နားလည်ကြရလိမ့်မည်ဟု၊ (Sheol h7585)
31 And it comes to pass at his finishing speaking all these words, that the ground which [is] under them cleaves,
၃၁ပြောဆို ပြီး သည်အဆုံး၌၊ သူတို့နင်းရာ မြေကြီး သည် ကွဲ ၍၊
32 and the earth opens her mouth and swallows them, and their houses, and all the men who [are] for Korah, and all the goods,
၃၂မိမိ ခံတွင်း ကို ဖွင့် သဖြင့် ၊ သူ တို့နှင့် သူ တို့အိမ် များကို၎င်း ၊ ကောရ နှင့် ဆိုင်သမျှ သောသူ တို့ နှင့် သူတို့ ဥစ္စာ ရှိသမျှ ကို၎င်း မျို လေ၏။
33 and they go down—they and all that they have—alive to Sheol, and the earth closes over them, and they perish from the midst of the assembly; (Sheol h7585)
၃၃ထိုသူ တို့သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်မှစ၍၊ ဆိုင်သမျှ သောသူတို့ နှင့်တကွ ၊ အသက်ရှင် လျက် သေမင်း နိုင်ငံသို့ ဆင်းသက် ၍ ၊ သူ တို့အပေါ် မှာ မြေ စေ့ ပြန်သဖြင့် ၊ သူတို့သည် ပရိသတ် မှ ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
34 and all Israel who [are] around them have fled at their voice, for they said, “Lest the earth swallow us”;
၃၄သူ တို့အော်ဟစ် သံကို ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ၌ရှိသောဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ကြားလျှင်၊ ငါ တို့ကိုလည်း မြေ မျို ကောင်းမျိုလိမ့်မည်ဟု စိုးရိမ်လျက် ပြေး ကြ၏။
35 and fire has come out from YHWH and consumes the two hundred and fifty men bringing the incense near.
၃၅နံ့သာပေါင်း ကို မီးရှို့၍ ပူဇော် သောသူ နှစ်ရာ ငါးဆယ် တို့ကိုလည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်က မီး ထွက် ၍ လောင် လေ၏။
36 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
၃၆ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း ၊
37 “Say to Eleazar son of Aaron the priest to lift up the censers from the midst of the burning and scatter the fire away, for they have been hallowed.
၃၇ထိုသန့်ရှင်း သော လင်ပန်း တို့ကို မီးလောင် ရာထဲက ကောက်ယူ ၍မီး ကို ပစ်ချ ပြီးမှ၊
38 [As for] the censers of these sinners against their own souls, indeed, they have made them [into] spread-out plates [for] a covering for the altar, for they have brought them near before YHWH, and they are hallowed; and they become a sign to the sons of Israel.”
၃၈ကိုယ် အသက် ကို သေစေခြင်းငှါပြစ်မှား သောသူတို့ ၏ လင်ပန်း တို့ဖြင့် ယဇ်ပလ္လင် ကို ဖုံးအုပ် စရာ ကြေးဝါ ပြားတို့ကို လုပ် ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အာရုန် ၏သား ဧလာဇာ ကို ဆင့်ဆို လော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ပူဇော် သောကြောင့် ၊ ထိုလင်ပန်းတို့သည် သန့်ရှင်း သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့အား နိမိတ် ဖြစ် ရကြမည်ဟု မောရှေ အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊
39 And Eleazar the priest takes the bronze censers which they who are burned had brought near, and they spread them out [for] a covering for the altar—
၃၉ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် ဧလာဇာ သည်၊ မီးလောင် ခြင်း ကို ခံရသောသူတို့ ပူဇော် သော လင်ပန်း များကို ယူ ၍ ယဇ်ပလ္လင် ကို ဖုံးအုပ် စရာ ကြေးဝါပြားတို့ကို လုပ်လေ၏။
40 a memorial to the sons of Israel, so that a stranger who is not of the seed of Aaron does not draw near to make incense before YHWH, and is not as Korah and as his congregation, as YHWH has spoken by the hand of Moses to him.
၄၀ထိုသို့ အာရုန် အမျိုး မ ဟုတ် အခြား တပါးသော အမျိုးသား သည်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ နံ့သာပေါင်း ကို မီးရှို့ ၍ ပူဇော်သောအားဖြင့်၊ ကောရ နှင့် သူ ၏ အပေါင်းအသင်း ကဲ့သို့ မ ဖြစ် စေမည်အကြောင်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မောရှေ အားဖြင့် မှာထား တော်မူသည် အတိုင်း ၊ ထိုလင်ပန်းတို့သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ အား သတိပေး ရာနိမိတ်ဖြစ်ရကြ၏။
41 And on the next day all the congregation of the sons of Israel murmurs against Moses and against Aaron, saying, “You have put the people of YHWH to death.”
၄၁နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား ပရိသတ် အပေါင်း တို့က၊ သင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏လူ တို့ကိုသတ် ကြပြီဟုဆို လျက်၊ မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် တို့ကို အပြစ်တင် ၍ မြည်တမ်းကြ၏။
42 And it comes to pass, in the congregation being assembled against Moses and against Aaron, that they turn toward the Tent of Meeting, and behold, the cloud has covered it and the glory of YHWH is seen;
၄၂ပရိသတ် အပေါင်းတို့သည် မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် တဘက် ၌ စုဝေး ကြသောအခါ ၊ ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေး ရာ တဲ တော်သို့ မြော်ကြည့် ၍ ၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ် သည် တဲ တော်ကို လွှမ်းမိုး ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ဘုန်း တော်သည် ထင်ရှား လေ၏။
43 and Moses comes—Aaron also—to the front of the Tent of Meeting.
၄၃မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် တို့သည် ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေး ရာ တဲ တော်ရှေ့ သို့ ချဉ်းကပ် ကြ၏။
44 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
၄၄ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း၊
45 “Get up from the midst of this congregation, and I consume them in a moment”; and they fall on their faces,
၄၅ဤ ပရိသတ် တို့ကိုရှောင် ၍ နေကြလော့။ ငါသည် သူ တို့ကို ချက်ခြင်း ဖျက်ဆီး မည်ဟု မောရှေ အား မိန့် တော်မူလျှင် ၊ သူတို့သည် ပြပ်ဝပ် လျက် နေကြ၏။
46 and Moses says to Aaron, “Take the censer and put fire on it from off the altar, and place incense, and go quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for the wrath has gone out from the presence of YHWH—the plague has begun.”
၄၆မောရှေ ကလည်း ၊ သင်သည် လင်ပန်း ကို ကိုင် ၍ ယဇ်ပလ္လင် ပေါ် က မီး ကို ယူထည့် ပြီးလျှင် ၊ လောဗန် ကိုလည်း တင် လျက် ၊ ပရိသတ် ရှိရာသို့ အလျင်အမြန် သွား ၍ အပြစ် ဖြေခြင်းကို ပြုလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်က အမျက် တော်ထွက် ၍ ဘေးဥပဒ် ရောက် လျက် ရှိပြီဟု၊
47 And Aaron takes [it] as Moses has spoken, and runs to the midst of the assembly, and behold, the plague has begun among the people; and he gives the incense, and makes atonement for the people,
၄၇အာရုန် အား မှာထား သည်အတိုင်း ၊ အာရုန် သည် ယူ ၍ ပရိသတ် ထဲသို့ ပြေး လေ၏။ ထိုအခါ လူ တို့ ၌ ဘေးဥပဒ် ရောက်စ ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ လောဗန် ကို တင် သဖြင့် လူ များတို့အဘို့ အပြစ် ဖြေခြင်းကို ပြု၏။
48 and stands between the dead and the living, and the plague is restrained;
၄၈အသက် ရှင်သောသူ၊ သေ သောသူ စပ်ကြား မှာ ရပ် နေ၍၊ ဘေးဥပဒ် ငြိမ်း လေ၏။
49 and those who die by the plague are fourteen thousand and seven hundred, apart from those who die for the matter of Korah;
၄၉ကောရ အမှု ကြောင့် သေ သောသူတို့ကို ထား၍ ထိုဘေးဥပဒ် ဖြင့် သေ သော လူပေါင်းကား၊ တသောင်း လေးထောင်ခုနစ်ရာရှိ သတည်း။
50 and Aaron turns back to Moses, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and the plague has been restrained.
