Numbers 15
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When you come into the land of your dwellings, which I am giving to you,
Rede zu den Söhnen Israels und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr kommt zum Land eurer Wohnsitze, das Ich euch geben werde,
3 then you have prepared a fire-offering to YHWH, a burnt-offering or a sacrifice, for separating a vow or free-will offering, or in your appointed things, to make a refreshing fragrance to YHWH, out of the herd or out of the flock.
Und Jehovah als Feueropfer ein Brandopfer oder Schlachtopfer machet zu besonderem Gelübde, oder ein freiwilliges, oder an euren Festzeiten, dem Jehovah einen Geruch der Ruhe zu machen vom Rind oder vom Kleinvieh;
4 And he who is bringing his offering near to YHWH has brought a present near of a tenth part of flour mixed with a fourth of the hin of oil;
Dann bringe der seine Opfergabe vor Jehovah Darbringende ein Speiseopfer dar von einem Zehntel Semmelmehl mit einem viertel Hin Öl vermischt;
5 and you prepare a fourth of the hin of wine for a drink-offering, with the burnt-offering or for the sacrifice, for one lamb;
Und Wein zum Trankopfer sollst du ein viertel Hin zum Brandopfer oder zum Schlachtopfer tun für ein Lamm;
6 or for a ram you prepare a present of two-tenth parts of flour mixed with a third of the hin of oil;
Oder zu einem Widder sollst du als Speiseopfer zwei Zehntel Semmelmehl tun, mit einem drittel Hin Öl vermischt,
7 and you bring a third part of the hin of wine near for a drink-offering—a refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
Und Wein zum Trankopfer sollst du ein drittel Hin als Geruch der Ruhe dem Jehovah darbringen.
8 And when you make a son of the herd a burnt-offering, or a sacrifice for separating a vow, or peace-offerings to YHWH,
Und bereitest du ein junges Rind als Brandopfer oder Schlachtopfer zu einem besonderen Gelübde oder einem Dankopfer dem Jehovah,
9 then he has brought near for the son of the herd a present of three-tenth parts of flour mixed with a half of the hin of oil;
So sollst du zum jungen Rind als Speiseopfer darbringen drei Zehntel Semmelmehl mit einem halben Hin Öl vermischt;
10 and you bring a half of the hin of wine near for a drink-offering, [for] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH;
Und Wein sollst du zum Trankopfer ein halbes Hin darbringen, als Feueropfer zum Geruch der Ruhe für Jehovah.
11 thus it is done for one ox, or for one ram, or for a lamb of the sheep or of the goats.
So soll man tun bei dem einen Ochsen oder bei dem einen Widder, oder beim jungen Kleinvieh von Schafen oder Ziegen.
12 According to the number that you prepare, so you do to each, according to their number;
Je nach der Zahl, die ihr bereitet so sollt ihr für das einzelne nach ihrer Zahl bereiten;
13 every native does thus with these, for bringing a fire-offering near of refreshing fragrance to YHWH;
Jeder Eingeborene soll dieses so tun, wenn er Jehovah zum Geruch der Ruhe ein Feueropfer darbringt.
14 and when a sojourner sojourns with you, or whoever [is] in your midst throughout your generations, and he has made a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH, as you do so he does.
Und so ein Fremdling sich bei euch aufhält oder in eurer Mitte ist nach euren Geschlechtern, und Jehovah zum Geruch der Ruhe ein Feueropfer bereitet, der tue, wie ihr tut.
15 One statute is for you of the congregation and for the sojourner who is sojourning, a continuous statute throughout your generations: as you [are] so is the sojourner before YHWH;
Die Versammlung soll eine Satzung für euch und für den bei euch sich aufhaltenden Fremdling haben, eine ewige Satzung für eure Geschlechter; wie ihr, so soll auch der Fremdling vor Jehovah sein.
16 one law and one ordinance is for you and for the sojourner who is sojourning with you.”
Ein Gesetz und ein Recht soll für euch und den Fremdling sein, der unter euch sich aufhält.
17 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:
18 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: In your coming into the land to where I am bringing you in,
Rede zu den Söhnen Israels und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, in das Ich euch hineinbringen werde,
19 then it has been, in your eating of the bread of the land, you raise up a raised-offering to YHWH;
Und es geschehe, daß ihr esset von dem Brot des Landes, sollt ihr Jehovah ein Hebeopfer heben.
20 you raise up a cake of the first of your dough [as] a raised-offering; as the raised-offering of a threshing-floor, so you raise it up.
Als Erstling eures Teiges sollt ihr einen Kuchen als Hebeopfer heben, wie die Hebe der Tenne, so sollt ihr es heben.
21 You give to YHWH from the first of your dough [as] a raised-offering throughout your generations.
Von den Erstlingen eures Teiges sollt ihr Jehovah ein Hebeopfer geben in euren Geschlechtern.
22 And when you err, and do not do all these commands which YHWH has spoken to Moses—
Und wenn ihr euch versehet und nicht alle diese Gebote tut, die Jehovah zu Mose geredet hat,
23 the whole that YHWH has charged on you by the hand of Moses, from the day that YHWH has commanded and from now on, throughout your generations—
Alles, was Jehovah euch durch Mose geboten hat, von dem Tage an, da Jehovah es geboten, und weiterhin in euren Geschlechtern;
24 then it has been, if from the eyes of the congregation it has been done through ignorance, that all the congregation has prepared one bullock, a son of the herd, for a burnt-offering, for refreshing fragrance to YHWH, and its present, and its drink-offering, according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats for a sin-offering.
So geschehe also: Ist es unbeachtet von den Augen der Gemeinde aus Versehen getan worden, so bereite die ganze Gemeinde einen Farren, ein Junges von den Rindern als Brandopfer zum Geruch der Ruhe für Jehovah, und sein Speiseopfer und sein Trankopfer nach dem Rechte, und einen Ziegenbock als Sündopfer.
25 And the priest has made atonement for all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and it has been forgiven them, for it [is] ignorance, and they have brought in their offering, a fire-offering to YHWH, and their sin-offering before YHWH for their ignorance;
Und der Priester sühne für die ganze Gemeinde der Söhne Israels, auf daß es ihnen vergeben werde; denn ein Versehen war es, und sie haben ihre Opfergabe dem Jehovah, ein Feueropfer, und ihr Sündopfer vor Jehovah gebracht für ihr Versehen.
26 and it has been forgiven to all the congregation of the sons of Israel and to the sojourner who is sojourning in their midst, for that all the people [did it] through ignorance.
Und es wird der ganzen Gemeinde der Söhne Israels und dem Fremdling, der in ihrer Mitte sich aufhält, vergeben; denn es war beim ganzen Volk ein Versehen.
27 And if one person sins through ignorance, then he has brought a female goat near, daughter of a year, for a sin-offering;
Versündigt sich aber eine Seele aus Versehen, so bringe er eine einjährige Ziege dar als Sündopfer.
28 and the priest has made atonement for the person who is erring, in his sinning through ignorance before YHWH, by making atonement for him, and it has been forgiven him;
Und der Priester sühne für die Seele, die sich versehen hat, durch Versündigung aus Versehen vor Jehovah, damit er ihn sühne und ihm vergeben werde.
29 one law is for yourselves—for the native among the sons of Israel and for the sojourner who is sojourning in their midst—for him who is doing [anything] through ignorance.
Der Eingeborene unter den Söhnen Israels und der Fremdling, der in ihrer Mitte sich aufhält, ihr sollet ein Gesetz haben für den, der aus Versehen etwas tut.
30 And the person who does [evil] with a high hand—of the native or of the sojourner—he is reviling YHWH, and that person has been cut off from the midst of his people;
Und die Seele von den Eingeborenen und von den Fremdlingen, die mit erhöhter Hand etwas tut, die verhöhnt Jehovah. Und diese Seele soll von mitten seines Volkes ausgerottet werden;
31 because he despised the word of YHWH and has broken His command, that person is certainly cut off; his iniquity [is] on him.”
Denn sie hat Jehovahs Wort verachtet und Sein Gebot zunichte gemacht. Diese Seele soll ausgerottet werden; ihre Missetat sei auf ihr.
32 And the sons of Israel are in the wilderness, and they find a man gathering wood on the Sabbath day,
Und die Söhne Israels waren in der Wüste, und sie fanden einen Mann, der am Sabbathtage Holz zusammenlas.
33 and those finding him gathering wood bring him near to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation,
Und die, so ihn beim Zusammenlesen des Holzes gefunden hatten, brachten ihn herbei zu Mose und zu Aharon und zu der ganzen Gemeinde.
34 and they place him in confinement, for it [is] not explained what is [to be] done to him.
Und sie legten ihn in Gewahrsam nieder, da noch nicht beschieden war, was ihm getan werden sollte.
35 And YHWH says to Moses, “The man is certainly put to death [by] all the congregation stoning him with stones at the outside of the camp.”
Und Jehovah sprach zu Mose: Der Mann soll des Todes sterben! Die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn mit Steinen steinigen außerhalb des Lagers.
36 And all the congregation brings him out to the outside of the camp and stone him with stones, and he dies, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Und die ganze Gemeinde brachte ihn hinaus zum Lager, und sie steinigten ihn mit Steinen, und er starb, wie Jehovah dem Mose geboten hatte.
37 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Und Jehovah sprach zu Mose und sagte:
38 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have commanded to them, and they have made fringes on the skirts of their garments for themselves, throughout their generations, and they have put a ribbon of blue on the fringe of the skirt,
Rede zu den Söhnen Israels und sprich zu ihnen: und sie sollen sich Quasten an die Fittiche ihrer Kleider machen in ihren Geschlechtern, und an die Quaste des Fittichs eine purpurblaue Schnur setzen!
39 and it has been to you for a fringe, and you have seen it, and have remembered all the commands of YHWH, and have done them, and you do not search after your heart and after your eyes, after which you are going whoring,
Und dies soll euch eine Quaste sein, und bei ihrem Ansehen sollt ihr gedenken an alle die Gebote Jehovahs, daß ihr sie tuet, und ihr nicht euren Herzen und euren Augen nachspähet, denen ihr nachbuhlet.
40 so that you remember and have done all My commands, and you have been holy to your God.
Auf daß ihr gedenket und tuet alle Meine Gebote und heilig seid eurem Gott.
41 I [am] your God YHWH, who has brought you out from the land of Egypt to become your God; I [am] your God YHWH.”
Ich, Jehovah, bin euer Gott, Der euch aus dem Lande Ägypten herausbrachte, daß Ich euer Gott wäre, Ich, Jehovah, euer Gott.
