1 And over those sealed [are] Nehemiah the Tirshatha, son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,

28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and everyone who has been separated from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every knowing intelligent one,
Y el resto del pueblo, los sacerdotes, levitas, porteros y cantores, netineos, y todos los que se habían apartado de los pueblos de las tierras a la ley de Dios, sus mujeres, sus hijos hijas, y todo sabio y entendido.
29 are laying hold on their brothers, their majestic ones, and coming into an execration and an oath, to walk in the Law of God, that was given by the hand of Moses, servant of God, and to observe and to do all the commands of YHWH our Lord, and His judgments, and His statutes;
Fortificados con sus hermanos, sus nobles, y vinieron en la protestación y en el juramento de que andarían en la ley de Dios, que fue dada por mano de Moisés, siervo de Dios; y que guardarían y pondrían por obra todos los mandamientos del SEÑOR nuestro Señor, y sus juicios y sus estatutos;
30 and that we do not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and we do not take their daughters to our sons;
y que no daríamos nuestras hijas a los pueblos de la tierra, ni tomaríamos sus hijas para nuestros hijos.
31 and the peoples of the land who are bringing in the wares and any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we do not receive of them on the Sabbath, and on a holy day, and we leave the seventh year, and usury on every hand.
Asimismo, que si los pueblos de la tierra trajesen a vender mercaderías y comestibles en día de sábado, nada tomaríamos de ellos en sábado, ni en día santo; y que dejaríamos el año séptimo, y remitiríamos toda deuda.
32 And we have appointed for ourselves commands, to put on ourselves the third of a shekel in a year, for the service of the house of our God,
Impusímonos además por ley el cargo de contribuir cada año con la tercera parte de un siclo, para la obra de la Casa de nuestro Dios;
33 for bread of the arrangement, and the continual present, and the continual burnt-offering of the Sabbaths, of the new moons, for appointed times, and for holy things, and for sin-offerings, to make atonement for Israel, even all the work of the house of our God.
para el pan de la proposición, y para la ofrenda continua, y para el holocausto continuo, y de los sábados, y de las nuevas lunas, y de las festividades, y para las santificaciones y para las expiaciones para expiar a Israel, y para toda la obra de la Casa de nuestro Dios.
34 And we have caused the lots to fall for the offering of wood, [among] the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of our God YHWH, as it is written in the Law,
Echamos también las suertes, los sacerdotes, los levitas, y el pueblo, acerca de la ofrenda de la leña, para traerla a la Casa de nuestro Dios, según las casas de nuestros padres, en los tiempos determinados cada año, para quemar sobre el altar de nuestro Dios, como está escrito en la ley.
35 and to bring in the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of YHWH,
Y que cada año traeríamos las primicias de nuestra tierra, y las primicias de todo fruto de todo árbol cada año, a la Casa del SEÑOR.
36 and the firstlings of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the Law, and the firstlings of our herds and our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who are ministering in the house of our God.
Asimismo los primogénitos de nuestros hijos y de nuestras bestias, como está escrito en la ley; y que traeríamos los primogénitos de nuestras vacas y de nuestras ovejas a la Casa de nuestro Dios, a los sacerdotes que ministran en la Casa de nuestro Dios.
37 And the beginning of our dough, and our raised-offerings, and the fruit of every tree, of new wine, and of oil, we bring to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites; and they—the Levites—have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage;
Que traeríamos también las primicias de nuestras masas, y de nuestras ofrendas, y del fruto de todo árbol, del vino y del aceite, a los sacerdotes, a las cámaras de la Casa de nuestro Dios, y el diezmo de nuestra tierra a los levitas; y que los levitas recibirían las décimas de nuestras labores en todas las ciudades.
38 and the priest, son of Aaron, has been with the Levites in the tithing of the Levites, and the Levites bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God to the chambers, to the treasure-house;
Y que estaría el sacerdote hijo de Aarón con los levitas, cuando los levitas recibirían el diezmo; y que los levitas ofrecerían el diezmo del diezmo en la Casa de nuestro Dios, a las cámaras en la casa del tesoro.
39 for they bring to the chambers—the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi—the raised-offering of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and there [are] vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests, those ministering, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and we do not forsake the house of our God.
Porque a las cámaras han de llevar los hijos de Israel y los hijos de Leví la ofrenda del grano, del vino, y del aceite; y allí estarán los vasos del santuario, y los sacerdotes que ministran, y los porteros, y los cantores; y no abandonaremos la Casa de nuestro Dios.
