Nehemiah 10
1 And over those sealed [are] Nehemiah the Tirshatha, son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,
ମୋହରାଙ୍କନକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଏହି, ଯଥା, ହଖଲୀୟର ପୁତ୍ର ନିହିମୀୟା ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ଓ ସିଦିକୀୟ;
2 Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,
ସରାୟ, ଅସରୀୟ, ଯିରିମୀୟ;
3 Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah,
ପଶ୍ହୂର, ଅମରୀୟ, ମଲ୍କୀୟ;
4 Huttush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
ହଟୂଶ୍, ଶବନୀୟ, ମଲ୍ଲୂକ;
5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,
ହାରୀମ୍, ମରେମୋତ୍, ଓବଦୀୟ;
6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
ଦାନିୟେଲ, ଗିନ୍ନଥୋନ, ବାରୂକ;
7 Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,
ମଶୁଲ୍ଲମ୍, ଅବୀୟ, ମିୟାମୀନ୍।
8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah; these [are] the priests.
ମାସିୟ, ବିଲ୍ଗୟ, ଶମୟୀୟ; ଏମାନେ ଯାଜକ ଥିଲେ।
9 And the Levites: both Jeshua son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;
ଆଉ, ଲେବୀୟଗଣ, ଯଥା, ଅସନିୟର ପୁତ୍ର ଯେଶୂୟ; ହେନାଦଦର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ବିନ୍ନୁୟି ଓ କଦ୍ମୀୟେଲ।
10 and their brothers: Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ, ଶବନୀୟ, ହୋଦୀୟ, କଲିଟ, ପଲାୟ, ହାନନ୍;
11 Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah,
ମୀକା, ରହୋବ, ହଶବୀୟ;
12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
ସକ୍କୁର, ଶେରେବୀୟ, ଶବନୀୟ;
13 Hodijah, Bani, Beninu.
ହୋଦୀୟ, ବାନି, ବନୀନୁ।
14 Heads of the people: Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,
ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଧାନବର୍ଗ, ଯଥା, ପରିୟୋଶ, ପହତ୍-ମୋୟାବ, ଏଲମ୍; ସତ୍ତୂ, ବାନି;
15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,
ବୁନ୍ନି, ଅସ୍ଗଦ, ବେବୟ;
16 Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,
ଅଦୋନୀୟ, ବିଗ୍ବୟ, ଆଦୀନ;
17 Ater, Hizkijah, Azzur,
ଆଟେର, ହିଜକୀୟ, ଅସୂର;
18 Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai,
ହୋଦୀୟ, ହଶୂମ, ବେତ୍ସୟ,
19 Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,
ହାରୀଫ, ଅନାଥୋତ୍, ନୋବୟ;
20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
ମଗ୍ପୀୟସ୍, ମଶୁଲ୍ଲମ୍, ହେଷୀର;
21 Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua,
ମଶେଷବେଲ୍, ସାଦୋକ, ଯଦ୍ଦୁୟ;
22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
ପ୍ଲଟୀୟ, ହାନନ୍, ଅନାୟ;
23 Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,
ହୋଶେୟ, ହନାନୀୟ, ହଶୂବ;
24 Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek,
ହଲୋହେଶ, ପିଲହ, ଶୋବେକ;
25 Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,
ରହୂମ୍, ହଶବ୍ନା, ମାସେୟ,
26 and Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,
ପୁଣି, ଅହୀୟ, ହାନନ୍, ଅନାନ୍;
27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah.
ମଲ୍ଲୂକ, ହାରୀମ୍, ବାନା।
28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and everyone who has been separated from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every knowing intelligent one,
ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ, ଯାଜକମାନେ, ଲେବୀୟମାନେ, ଦ୍ୱାରପାଳମାନେ, ଗାୟକମାନେ, ନଥୀନୀୟମାନେ ଓ ଯେସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ନାନା ଦେଶସ୍ଥ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୃଥକ କରି ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ପକ୍ଷ ହୋଇଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଭାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଗଣ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ ଓ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ ଲୋକ;
29 are laying hold on their brothers, their majestic ones, and coming into an execration and an oath, to walk in the Law of God, that was given by the hand of Moses, servant of God, and to observe and to do all the commands of YHWH our Lord, and His judgments, and His statutes;
ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ, ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ କୁଳୀନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଆସକ୍ତ ହୋଇ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦାସ ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଦତ୍ତ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାନୁସାରେ ଚାଲିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଓ ଶାସନ ଓ ବିଧି ମନୋଯୋଗ-ପୂର୍ବକ ପାଳିବା ପାଇଁ ଶପଥ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କଲେ;
30 and that we do not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and we do not take their daughters to our sons;
ଆଉ କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ଦେବୁ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବୁ ନାହିଁ;”
31 and the peoples of the land who are bringing in the wares and any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we do not receive of them on the Sabbath, and on a holy day, and we leave the seventh year, and usury on every hand.
ଆଉ, ଦେଶସ୍ଥ ଲୋକମାନେ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରରେ କୌଣସି ପଦାର୍ଥ କି ଖାଦ୍ୟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ବିକ୍ରି କରିବାକୁ ଆଣିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରରେ କି ଅନ୍ୟ କୌଣସି ପବିତ୍ର ଦିନରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ତାହା କିଣିବୁ ନାହିଁ; ଆଉ, ସପ୍ତମ ବର୍ଷ ସର୍ବପ୍ରକାର ଋଣ ଆଦାୟ କରିବାର ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେବୁ।
32 And we have appointed for ourselves commands, to put on ourselves the third of a shekel in a year, for the service of the house of our God,
ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସେବାକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ,
33 for bread of the arrangement, and the continual present, and the continual burnt-offering of the Sabbaths, of the new moons, for appointed times, and for holy things, and for sin-offerings, to make atonement for Israel, even all the work of the house of our God.
ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଦର୍ଶନୀୟ ରୁଟିର ଓ ନିତ୍ୟ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟର ଓ ନିତ୍ୟ ହୋମବଳିର, ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରର, ଅମାବାସ୍ୟାର ନିରୂପିତ ପର୍ବାଦିର ଓ ପବିତ୍ର ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟାଦିର ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତାର୍ଥକ ପାପବଳିର ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରତି ବର୍ଷ ଏକ ଏକ ଶେକଲର ତୃତୀୟାଂଶ ଦାନ କରିବା ଭାର ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନେବାର ବିଧାନ କଲୁ।
34 And we have caused the lots to fall for the offering of wood, [among] the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of our God YHWH, as it is written in the Law,
ପୁଣି, ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଲିଖନାନୁସାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି ଉପରେ ଜ୍ୱଳାଇବା ସକାଶେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପିତୃବଂଶାନୁସାରେ ବର୍ଷକୁ ବର୍ଷ ନିରୂପିତ ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ କାଷ୍ଠ ଆଣିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଯାଜକମାନେ, ଲେବୀୟମାନେ ଓ ଲୋକମାନେ କାଷ୍ଠଦାନ ବିଷୟରେ ଗୁଲିବାଣ୍ଟ କଲୁ।
35 and to bring in the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of YHWH,
ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭୂମିର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଶସ୍ୟ ଓ ସର୍ବପ୍ରକାର ବୃକ୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଫଳ ବର୍ଷକୁ ବର୍ଷ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ,
36 and the firstlings of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the Law, and the firstlings of our herds and our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who are ministering in the house of our God.
ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଲିଖନାନୁସାରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଓ ପଶୁଗଣର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଗୋପଲ ଓ ମେଷପଲର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହରେ ପରିଚର୍ଯ୍ୟାକାରୀ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ,
37 And the beginning of our dough, and our raised-offerings, and the fruit of every tree, of new wine, and of oil, we bring to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites; and they—the Levites—have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage;
ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଚକଟା ମଇଦାର ପ୍ରାଥମାଂଶ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀୟ ଉପହାର ଓ ସର୍ବପ୍ରକାର ବୃକ୍ଷର ଫଳ, ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଓ ତୈଳ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହର କୋଠରିକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ, ଆଉ ଭୂମିଜାତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟର ଦଶମାଂଶ ଲେବୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥିର କଲୁ; କାରଣ ସେହି ଲେବୀୟମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସକଳ କୃଷି-ନଗରରେ ଦଶମାଂଶ ଆଦାୟ କରନ୍ତି।
38 and the priest, son of Aaron, has been with the Levites in the tithing of the Levites, and the Levites bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God to the chambers, to the treasure-house;
ମାତ୍ର ଲେବୀୟମାନେ ଦଶମାଂଶ ଆଦାୟ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନ-ଯାଜକ ଲେବୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ରହିବ; ଆଉ, ଲେବୀୟମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହସ୍ଥିତ ଭଣ୍ଡାର-କୋଠରିକୁ ଦଶମାଂଶର ଦଶମାଂଶ ଆଣିବେ।
39 for they bring to the chambers—the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi—the raised-offering of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and there [are] vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests, those ministering, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and we do not forsake the house of our God.
କାରଣ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନର ପାତ୍ରସବୁ ଓ ପରିଚାରକ ଯାଜକମାନେ, ଆଉ ଦ୍ୱାରପାଳ ଓ ଗାୟକମାନେ ଯେଉଁସବୁ କୋଠରିରେ ଥାʼନ୍ତି, ସେଠାକୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଓ ଲେବୀୟ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଶସ୍ୟର, ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସର ଓ ତୈଳର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀୟ ଉପହାର ଆଣିବେ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବୁ ନାହିଁ।
