Pilnam kah a coih rhoek, khosoih rhoek, Levi rhoek, thoh tawt rhoek, laa sa rhoek, tamtaeng rhoek, khohmuen pilnam lamloh aka hoep boeih, a yuu rhoek, a capa rhoek, a canu rhoek long khaw aka yakming boeih long tah Pathen olkhueng te a ming uh.
29 are laying hold on their brothers, their majestic ones, and coming into an execration and an oath, to walk in the Law of God, that was given by the hand of Moses, servant of God, and to observe and to do all the commands of YHWH our Lord, and His judgments, and His statutes;
Amih a khuet rhoek te a boeinaphung ah moem uh thae tih, Pathen kah sal Moses kut ah a paek Pathen kah olkhueng dongah pongpa ham khaw, ka Boeipa YAHWEH kah olpaek boeih, a laitloeknah neh a oltlueh te ngaithuen ham neh vai ham khaw, olcaeng neh, olhlo neh pawk uh.
30 and that we do not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and we do not take their daughters to our sons;
“Kaimih nu rhoek te khohmuen pilnam taengah paek pawt ham khaw. Amih nu te kaimih ca rhoek ham loh pah pawt ham khaw.
31 and the peoples of the land who are bringing in the wares and any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we do not receive of them on the Sabbath, and on a holy day, and we leave the seventh year, and usury on every hand.
Khohmuen pilnam kah hnoyoih hang khuen khaw, Sabbath hnin kah a yoih ham cangtham boeih khaw, Sabbath neh a cim khohnin ah tah amih taengkah te loh pawt ham. Kum rhih nen tah kut tom kah a casai te ka yoe sak uh eh.
32 And we have appointed for ourselves commands, to put on ourselves the third of a shekel in a year, for the service of the house of our God,
“Kaimih Pathen im kah thothuengnah ham kaimih kah te kum khat ah shekel hlop thum paek ham olpaek te khaw.
33 for bread of the arrangement, and the continual present, and the continual burnt-offering of the Sabbaths, of the new moons, for appointed times, and for holy things, and for sin-offerings, to make atonement for Israel, even all the work of the house of our God.
Rhungkung buh neh sainoek khocang ham khaw, hlasae Sabbath kah sainoek hmueihhlutnah ham khaw, khoning ham neh hmuencim ham khaw, Israel ham tholh aka dawth boirhaem ham khaw, kaimih Pathen im kah bitat cungkuem ham khaw kaimih soah ka pai puei eh.
34 And we have caused the lots to fall for the offering of wood, [among] the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of our God YHWH, as it is written in the Law,
“Olkhueng dongkah a daek bangla kaimih kah Pathen BOEIPA hmueihtuk dongah a toih ham te, a kum, kum kah a tue a hol vaengah, a pa imkhui loh kaimih Pathen im la, Levi khosoih neh pilnam kah nawnnah thing thak ham khaw,
35 and to bring in the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of YHWH,
“Kaimih kah khohmuen thaihcuek, thaih boeih khuikah thaihcuek, thing boeih te a kum, kum ah BOEIPA im la khuen ham khaw,
36 and the firstlings of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the Law, and the firstlings of our herds and our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who are ministering in the house of our God.
Olkhueng dongkah a daek bangla kaimih kah capa neh rhamsa caming, ka saelhung neh ka boiva cacuek khaw, kaimih kah Pathen im ah kaimih Pathen im kah aka thotat khosoih rhoek taengla khuen ham,
37 And the beginning of our dough, and our raised-offerings, and the fruit of every tree, of new wine, and of oil, we bring to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites; and they—the Levites—have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage;
kaimih kah buhhuem neh ka khosaa tanglue khaw, thing cungkuem kah a thaih khaw, misur thai neh situi khaw, Pathen im kah imkhan ah khosoih taengla, amih Levi rhoek tah kho takuem ah kaimih kah thohtatnah lamloh a duen dongah kaimih khohmuen kah parha pakhat te Levi taengla thak ham hmulung ka naan uh.
38 and the priest, son of Aaron, has been with the Levites in the tithing of the Levites, and the Levites bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God to the chambers, to the treasure-house;
Levi rhoek loh a duen vaengah Aaron koca khosoih rhoek te Levi taengah om kuekluek saeh. Parha pakhat dongkah parha pakhat te Levi rhoek loh kaimih Pathen im ah thakvoh im kah imkhan khuila thak uh saeh.
39 for they bring to the chambers—the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi—the raised-offering of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and there [are] vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests, those ministering, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and we do not forsake the house of our God.
Israel ca rhoek neh Levi ca rhoek loh cangpai khocang khaw, misur thai neh situi khaw imkhan khuila thak uh saeh. Teah te rhokso kah hnopai neh aka thotat khosoih rhoek khaw, thoh tawt rhoek khaw, laa sa rhoek khaw a om dongah kaimih kah Pathen im te ka hnoo uh mahpawh.”
