< Matthew 8 >
1 And when He came down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him,
Mukatungu kanu Yesu ansi okusoka muchima, liijo enene lyamulubhile.
2 and behold, a leper having come, was prostrating to Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You are able to cleanse me”;
Lola, omugenge ejile no kulamya imbele yae, naikati, “Rata Bhugenyi”, labha umaliliye outula okunkola nibhe mwelu”
3 and having stretched forth the hand, Jesus touched him, saying, “I will, be cleansed,” and immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
. Yesu nagolola okubhoko kwae namukunyako, naikati, “Nimaliliye. Nubhe mwelu.”Ao so aosibhwe obhugenge bhwae.
4 And Jesus says to him, “See, you may tell no one, but go, show yourself to the priest, and bring the gift that Moses commanded for a testimony to them.”
Yesu namubhwila ati, “Lola utabhwila munu wonawona. Gwata injila yao, wiyoleshe awe omwene ku mugabhisi nausoshe echiyanwa chinu Musa alagilie, kwo bhubhambasi bhwao.”
5 And Jesus having entered into Capernaum, there came to Him a centurion calling on Him,
Mumwanya gunu Yesu akingile Kapelanaumu, Omukulu wa bhasilikale naja kwae,
6 and saying, “Lord, my young man has been laid in the house a paralytic, fearfully afflicted,”
namubhusha ati,”Rata Bhugenyi, omukosi wani amamile ewani afuye omubhili na ali no bhusasi bhwokulugusha.”
7 and Jesus says to him, “I, having come, will heal him.”
Yesu namubhwila ati, “Enija okumuosha.”
8 And the centurion answering said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You may enter under my roof, but only say a word, and my servant will be healed;
Omukulu wa bhasilikale namusubhya naikati,”Rata Bhugenyi, anye ntana chibhalo okukinga awe wingile munyumba yani, yaikale omusango omukosi wani keulila.
9 for I also am a man under authority, having under myself soldiers, and I say to this one, Go, and he goes, and to another, Be coming, and he comes, and to my servant, Do this, and he does [it].”

10 And Jesus having heard, wondered, and said to those following, “Truly I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such great faith;

11 and I say to you that many from east and west will come and recline with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of the heavens,
Enibhabhwila ati, abhamfu bhalija okusoka mubhutuluka na mubhugwa, bhalinyanja amwi na Ibulaimu, Isaka, na Yakobo, mubhukama bhwa mulwile.
12 but the sons of the kingdom will be cast forth into the outer darkness—there will be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.”

13 And Jesus said to the centurion, “Go, and as you believed let it be to you”; and his young man was healed in that hour.

14 And Jesus having come into the house of Peter, saw his mother-in-law laid, and fevered,

15 and He touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she arose, and was ministering to them.
Yesu namukunyako okubhoko kwae, no muswija nigumuwako. nemuka namba okumufulubhendela.
16 And evening having come, they brought to Him many demoniacs, and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill,
Yejile yakinga kegolo, bhanu bhamfu nibhamulasa Yesu bhanu bhaliga nibhanyansibhwa na masabwa. Nagabhilimya amasabwa na bhanu bhaliga bhalwae nabheulisha.
17 that it might be fulfilled that was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, “He took our sicknesses Himself, and bore the diseases.”
Kulwejo kutiyo jakumiye jinu jaikilwe na Isaya omulagi,”Omwene ejile okugega amalwae geswe no bhulenga bhweswe obhechinyamwoyo.
18 And Jesus having seen great multitudes around Him, commanded to depart to the other side;
Ejile Yesu alola elikofyanya limwiindileko, nasosha obhwisombolo bhwa kuja olubhala olundi olwainyanja ya Galilaya.
19 and a certain scribe having come, said to Him, “Teacher, I will follow You wherever You may go”;
Neya omwandiki namujako namubhwila ati,”Mwiigisha, enikulubha wonawona anu ulaja.”
20 and Jesus says to him, “The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky places of rest, but the Son of Man has nowhere He may lay the head.”
Yesu namubhwila ati,”Bhinyabhugana bhina amobho, na jinyonyi ja mulutumba jina masuli, nawe Omwana wa Adamu atana wakumamya mutwe gwae.”
21 And another of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, permit me first to depart and to bury my father”;
Omwiigisibhwa oundi namubhwila ati, “Rata Bhugenyi, nyikilisisha okwamba nije okumusika lata wani.
22 and Jesus said to him, “Follow Me, and permit the dead to bury their own dead.”
“Nawe Yesu namubhwila ati,”Ndubha, ubhasige abhafu bhasike abhafu bhebhwe.”
23 And when He entered into the boat His disciples followed Him,
Yesu ejile engila mubhwato, abheigisibhwa bhae nibhamulubha mubhwato.
24 and behold, a great storm arose in the sea, so that the boat was being covered by the waves, but He was sleeping,
Lola, nigwiula omuyaga ingulu ya inyanja, nobhwato nibhufundikilwa na makonjo. Nawe Yesu aliga amamile.
25 and His disciples having come to Him, awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”
Abheigisibhwa nibhaja kumwene nibhamwimusha nibhaikati, “Ratabhugenyi, chikishe eswe, echilebhelela okufwa!”
26 And He says to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then having risen, He rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm;
Yesu nabhabhwila ati, “kulwaki omubhaya, emwe abhelikisha etilu?” Nio nemuka nagugonya omuyaga na inyanja. Ndiya ndibha etole enene,
27 and the men wondered, saying, “What kind—is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”
Abhalume nibhagwatwa ne chiobho nibhaikati, “Omunu unu alikutiki, nolo omuyaga na inyanja ebhimungwa omwene?”
28 And He having come to the other side, to the region of the Gergesenes, there met Him two demoniacs, coming forth out of the tombs, very fierce, so that no one was able to pass over by that way,
Omwanya gunu Yesu aliga ejile olubhala olundi lwe chalo cha Magadala, bhalume bhabhili bhanu bhaliga nibhatangasibhwa na masabwa nibhabhugangana nage. Bhaliga nibhasoka mumakabhuli na bhaliga nibhakola inyogele muno, indengo ati aliga achachalio unu atula kunjila eyo.
29 and behold, they cried out, saying, “What [regards] us and You, [[Jesus, ]] Son of God? Did You come here to afflict us before the time?”
Lola, nibhasekana nibhaikati, “Chinaki echokukola kwawe, Mwana wa Nyamuanga? Wijilanu okuchinyashya omwanya gwese guchali kukinga?”
30 And there was a herd of many pigs feeding far off from them,
Awo lyaliga lilio liijo enene elyajingulubhe nililebhwa, Ali Atali kula nanu bhaliga bhali, amasabwa
31 and the demons were calling on Him, saying, “If You cast us forth, permit us to go away into the herd of the pigs”;
nigagendelela okumusabhwa Yesu nigaikati. “Ukachilamula okusokako, chisile mwiijo lya jingulubhe.”
32 and He says to them, “Go.” And having come forth, they went into the herd of the pigs, and behold, the whole herd of the pigs rushed down the steep, into the sea, and died in the waters,
Yesu nabhabhwila ati, “Mugende!”Amasabwa nigasokako nigaja kungulubhwe. Lola, liijo lyona ndyolomoka okusoka muchima okutebhela munyanja na lyona ndifwila mumanji omwo.
33 and those feeding fled, and having gone into the city, they declared all, and the matter of the demoniacs.
Abhalume bhanu bhaliga nibhalebha jingulubhe nibhabhilima. Bhejile bhaja mumusi nibholesha bhuli chinu chinu chabhonekana, ingulu ya jinu jabhona Abhalume bhanu bhaliga bhali na masabwa.
34 And behold, all the city came forth to meet Jesus, and having seen Him, they called on [Him] that He might depart from their borders.
Lola, omusi gwona niguja okubhonana na Yesu. Bhejile bhamulola, nibhamusabhwa asoke mumukowa gwebhwe.
