< Matthew 20 >

1 “For the kingdom of the heavens is like to a man, a householder, who went forth with the morning to hire workmen for his vineyard,
Kipfumu ki Diyilu kidedikini banga: —Pfumu yi ndima yitotuka mu nsuka-nsuka mu sonika bisadi bilenda sala mu ndimꞌandi yi vinu.
2 and having agreed with the workmen for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
Wuwizana yawu mu denali kimosi mu lumbu kimosi ayi wuba fidisa ku ndimꞌandi yi vinu.
3 And having gone forth about the third hour, he saw others standing in the marketplace idle,
Wutotuka diaka mu thangu yi vua yi nsuka; wumona batu bankaka, bakambulu mu kisalu, buna batelimini va zandu.
4 and to these he said, Go—also you—to the vineyard, and whatever may be righteous I will give you;
Wuba kamba: “Beno mamveno, yendanu lusala mu ndimꞌama yi vinu ayi mandi lufuta mfutu wufuana. Bawu mamvawu bayenda.”
5 and they went away. Again, having gone forth about the sixth and the ninth hour, he did in like manner.
Wutotuka diaka va midi bosi mu thangu yintatu yi masika. Bo buawu kavanga.
6 And about the eleventh hour, having gone forth, he found others standing idle and says to them, Why have you stood here idle all day?
Mu thangu yintanu, mu masika, wutotuka ayi wumona diaka bankaka buna batelimini vana ayi wuba yuvula: “Bila mbi lutelimini vava lumbu kimvimba mu kambu sala kadi kima?”
7 They say to him, Because no one hired us; he says to them, Go—you also—to the vineyard, and whatever may be righteous you will receive.
Bavutula: “Bila kadi mutu kasi tusonika ko mu kisalu!” Wubakamba: “Beno mamveno, yendanu sadi ku ndimꞌama.”
8 And evening having come, the lord of the vineyard says to his steward, Call the workmen, and pay them the reward, having begun from the last—to the first.
Va masika pfumu yi ndima wukamba kapita kiandi: “Tela bisadi ayi wuba futa vayi tonina kuidi bobo baba batsuka mu sonama bosi wumanisina kuidi bobo baba batheti.”
9 And they of about the eleventh hour having come, each received a denarius.
Batu bobo basonama thangu yi ntanu yi masika batambula denali kimosi-kimosi mu kadika mutu.
10 And the first having come, supposed that they will receive more, and they received, they also, each a denarius,
Bosi batu bobo baba batheti mu sonama bu bayiza, babanzila ti bawu banluta vayi denali kimosi-kimosi kadika mutu kafutu,
11 and having received [it], they were murmuring against the householder, saying,
Buna batambula kiawu, bafuemina pfumu yi ndima
12 that, These, the last, worked one hour, and you made them equal to us, who were bearing the burden of the day—and the heat.
ayi bankamba: “Batu bobo sonikiningi kunzimunina, thangu yimosi kaka basadidi. Vayi wuba futidi phila yimosi ayi beto tusedi kisalu kingolo ayi ku tsi muini wungolo mu lumbu kimvimba.”
13 And he answering said to one of them, Friend, I do no unrighteousness to you; did you not agree with me for a denarius?
Pfumu yi ndima wuvutula kuidi kisadi kimosi mu bawu: “A nkundi ama, ndisi kuvangila mbimbi ko! Tuisi wizananga yaku mu denali kimosi ko e?
14 Take that which is yours, and go; and I will to give to this, the last, also as to you;
Bonga mfutu aku ayi yenda kuaku. Minu thidi vana kuidi mutu wowo wutsuka phila yimosi banga ngeyo.
15 is it not lawful to me to do what I will in my own? Is your eye evil because I am good?
A buevi ndisi ko minsua mu vanga dioso thidi mu zimbongo ziama e? Voti kikhenene weka mona bu ndidi mutu wumboti.”
16 So the last will be first, and the first last, for many are called, and few chosen.”
Buawu bobo buela bela batu batsuka batu batheti ayi batu batheti batu batsuka.
17 And Jesus going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples by themselves in the way and said to them,
Yesu bu kaba nkuenda ku Yelusalemi; wubonga mu nzila kumi minlonguki miandi miodi va lutengo, wuba kamba:
18 “Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes,
—Lutala, tulembo yendi ku Yelusalemi, vayi kuna Muana Mutu kela yekodolo mu mioko mi bapfumu banganga Nzambi ayi kuidi Minlongi mi Mina. Bela kunzengila nkanu wu lufua
19 and they will condemn Him to death, and will deliver Him to the nations to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify, and the third day He will rise again.”
ayi bela kunyekula mu mioko mi bapakanu muingi bansekinina, bambeta bikoti ayi bambanda va dikulusi. Bosi mu lumbu kintatu niandi wela fuluka.
20 Then came near to Him the mother of the sons of Zebedee, with her sons, prostrating and asking something from Him,
Buna ngudi yi bana ba Zebede wuyiza kuidi Yesu va kimosi ayi bana bandi; wumfukimina ayi wunlomba diambu dimosi.
21 and He said to her, “What do you will?” She says to Him, “Say that they may sit—these two sons of mine—one on Your right hand and one on the left, in Your kingdom.”
Yesu wuyuvula: —A mbi tidi e? Niandi wuvutula: —Bika bana bama baba babuadi bababakala bavuanda wumosi ku lubakala luaku ayi wumosi ku lumoso luaku mu Kipfumu kiaku.
22 And Jesus answering said, “You have not known what you ask for yourselves; are you able to drink of the cup that I am about to drink? And with the immersion that I am immersed with, to be immersed?” They say to Him, “We are able.”
Yesu wuba kamba: —Beno lusi zaba ko momo lunlomba. Buna beno lulenda nua mbungu yoyi ndiela nua? Bamvutudila: —Nyinga, tulenda kueto bu vanga!
23 And He says to them, “Of My cup indeed you will drink, and with the immersion that I am immersed with you will be immersed; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but—to those for whom it has been prepared by My Father.”
Yesu wuba kamba: —Bukiedika luela nua mbungu ama vayi mu diambu di vuanda va lubakala luama voti ku lumoso luama, diodi disi ko mu minsua miama bila bibuangu beni bidi mu diambu di batu bobo Dise diama kakubikila biawu.
24 And the ten having heard, were much displeased with the two brothers,
Thangu kumi di minlonguki minkaka miwa bobo, mifuemina bakhomba zina buadi.
25 and Jesus having called them near, said, “You have known that the rulers of the nations exercise lordship over them, and those [who are] great exercise authority over them,
Yesu wuba tumisa bawu boso, wuba kamba: —Luzebi ti bapfumu ba Bapakanu zieti kuba yadila mu kingolo ayi batu bawu banneni beti kuba monisanga lulendo luawu.
26 but not so will it be among you, but whoever may will among you to become great, let him be your servant;
Vayi buawu ko bulenda bela kuidi beno. Vayi woso mutu tidi ba wunneni mu beno bika kaba kisadi kieno.
27 and whoever may will among you to be first, let him be your servant;
Woso tidi ba wutheti buna bika kaba mvika weno.
28 even as the Son of Man did not come to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give His life [as] a ransom for many.”
Bila Muana Mutu kasia kuiza ko muingi bansadila vayi wuyiza mu diambu di sadila batu ayi mu diambu di vana luzingu luandi mu diambu di kula batu bawombo.
29 And they going forth from Jericho, there followed Him a great multitude,
Bu babika Yeliko, nkangu wu batu bawombo balandakana Yesu.
30 and behold, two blind men sitting by the way, having heard that Jesus passes by, cried, saying, “Deal kindly with us, Lord—Son of David.”
Baphofo buadi bavuanda mu yenda nzila, bu ziwa ti Yesu wulembo vioki buna zieka nyamikina: —Pfumu! Muana Davidi, wutumoni kiadi e!
31 And the multitude charged them that they might be silent, and they cried out the more, saying, “Deal kindly with us Lord—Son of David.”
Nkangu wu batu wuba temina muingi zibika biyoko vayi ziluta buela yamikina ngolo: —Pfumu! Muana Davidi, wutumona kiadi e!
32 And having stood, Jesus called them and said, “What do you will [that] I may do to you?”
Yesu wutelama; wuba tela ayi wuba yuvula: —A mbi lutidi ndiluvangila e?
33 They say to Him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened”;
Zimvutudila: —Pfumu! Tutidi meso meto mazibuka!
34 and having been moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.
Yesu wuba mona kiadi, wusimba meso mawu. Muna ntangu beni yina kaka zitona mona ayi zinlandakana.
