Matthew 1
1 [The] scroll of the birth of Jesus Christ, Son of David, Son of Abraham.
୧ନେଆଁଁ ହବାଅଃତାନା ୟୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ୍ଆଃ ପୁର୍ଖା ଆପୁକଆଃ ନୁତୁମ୍କ ଅଲାକାନ୍ ପୁଥି, ୟୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ୍, ଦାଉଦ୍ଆଃ କିଲିରେନ୍ ଆଡଃ ଦାଉଦ୍, ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ଆଃ କିଲିରେନ୍ ତାଇକେନାଏ ।
2 Abraham begot Isaac, and Isaac begot Jacob, and Jacob begot Judah and his brothers,
୨ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ଆଃ ହନ୍ ଇସାକ୍, ଇସାକ୍ଆଃ ହନ୍ ଯାକୁବ୍, ଯାକୁବ୍ଆଃ ହନ୍ ଯିହୁଦା ଆଡଃ ଆୟାଃ ହାଗାକ ତାଇକେନା,
3 and Judah begot Perez and Zerah of Tamar, and Perez begot Hezron, and Hezron begot Ram,
୩ଯିହୁଦାରାଃ ହନ୍ ପେରସ୍ ଆଡଃ ସେରହ, ଇନ୍କିନାଃ ଏଙ୍ଗାତେ ତାମର୍ ତାଇକେନାଏ, ପେରସ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ହେସ୍ରୋନ୍, ହେସ୍ରୋନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଅରାମ୍,
4 and Ram begot Amminadab, and Amminadab begot Nahshon, and Nahshon begot Salmon,
୪ଅରାମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଅମ୍ମୀନାଦବ୍, ଅମ୍ମୀନାଦବ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ନହଶୋନ୍, ନହଶୋନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ସାଲ୍ମନ୍,
5 and Salmon begot Boaz of Rahab, and Boaz begot Obed of Ruth, and Obed begot Jesse,
୫ସାଲ୍ମନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ବୋୟାଜ୍, ବୋୟାଜ୍ରାଃ ଏଙ୍ଗାତେୟାଃ ନୁତୁମ୍ ରାହାବ୍, ବୋୟାଜ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଓବେଦ୍, ଓବେଦ୍ରାଃ ଏଙ୍ଗାତେ ରୁତ୍, ଓବେଦ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯିଶି,
6 and Jesse begot David the king. And David the king begot Solomon, of her [who had been] Uriah’s,
୬ଯିଶିରାଃ ହନ୍ ରାଜା ଦାଉଦ୍, ରାଜା ଦାଉଦାଃ ହନ୍ ସୁଲିମାନ୍, ସୁଲିମାନ୍ରାଃ ଏଙ୍ଗାତେ ସିଦାହେତେ ଉରିୟରାଃ କୁଡ଼ି ତାଇନ୍କେନା,
7 and Solomon begot Rehoboam, and Rehoboam begot Abijah, and Abijah begot Asa,
୭ସୁଲିମାନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ରିହବିୟାମ୍, ରିହବିୟାମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଅବିୟ, ଅବିୟରାଃ ହନ୍ ଆସା,
8 and Asa begot Jehoshaphat, and Jehoshaphat begot Joram, and Joram begot Uzziah,
୮ଆସାରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯିହୋଶାଫତ୍, ଯିହୋଶାଫତ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯୋରାମ୍, ଯୋରାମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଉଜ୍ଜିୟ,
9 and Uzziah begot Jotham, and Jotham begot Ahaz, and Ahaz begot Hezekiah,
୯ଉଜ୍ଜିୟରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯୋଥାମ୍, ଯୋଥାମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଆହାସ୍, ଆହାସ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ହିଜକିୟ,
10 and Hezekiah begot Manasseh, and Manasseh begot Amon, and Amon begot Josiah,
୧୦ହିଜକିୟରାଃ ହନ୍ ମନଶି, ମନଶିରାଃ ହନ୍ ଆମୋନ୍, ଆମୋନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯୋଶିୟ,
11 and Josiah begot Jeconiah and his brothers, at the Babylonian removal.
୧୧ଯୋଶିୟରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯିକନିୟ ଆଡଃ ଆୟାଃ ହାଗାକ ତାଇକେନା, ନେଆଁଁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍ ହଡ଼କକେ କିରିଙ୍ଗ୍ ଦାସିକେଦ୍ତେ ବାବିଲୋନ୍ତେ ଇଦିକୁତାଇକେନ୍ ଦିପିଲିରାଃ କାଜିତାନାଃ ।
12 And after the Babylonian removal, Jeconiah begot Shealtiel, and Shealtiel begot Zerubbabel,
୧୨ବାବିଲୋନ୍ତେ ତଲ୍ଇଦି ତାୟମ୍ତେ ଯିକନିୟ ଶଲ୍ଟିୟେଲ୍କେ ଜାନାମ୍କିୟା, ଶଲ୍ଟିୟେଲ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଜିରୁବାବେଲ୍,
13 and Zerubbabel begot Abiud, and Abiud begot Eliakim, and Eliakim begot Azor,
୧୩ଜିରୁବାବେଲ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଅବିହୁଦ୍, ଅବିହୁଦ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଏଲିୟାକିମ୍, ଏଲିୟାକିମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଆଜୋର୍,
14 and Azor begot Sadok, and Sadok begot Achim, and Achim begot Eliud,
୧୪ଆଜୋର୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ସାଦୋକ୍, ସାଦୋକ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଆଖିମ୍, ଆଖିମ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଏଲିହୁଦ୍,
15 and Eliud begot Eleazar, and Eleazar begot Matthan, and Matthan begot Jacob,
୧୫ଏଲିହୁଦ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଏଲିୟାଜାର୍, ଏଲିୟାଜାର୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ମାତ୍ତାନ୍, ମାତ୍ତାନ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯାକୁବ୍,
16 and Jacob begot Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was begotten Jesus, who is named Christ.
୧୬ଯାକୁବ୍ରାଃ ହନ୍ ଯୋଷେଫ୍, ଇନିଃ ମାରିୟାମ୍ରାଃ କଡ଼ାତେ ତାଇକେନା, ଏନ୍ ମାରିୟାମ୍ ୟୀଶୁକେ ଜାନାମ୍କିୟା, ଇନିଃକେ ମାସି ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିୟାଃକ ।
17 All the generations, therefore, from Abraham to David [are] fourteen generations, and from David to the Babylonian removal fourteen generations, and from the Babylonian removal to the Christ, fourteen generations.
୧୭ନେ ଲେକାତେ ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ଏତେ ଦାଉଦ୍ ଜାକେଦ୍ ଗେଲ୍ଉପୁନ୍ ପିଢ଼ି, ଆଡଃ ଦାଉଦ୍ଏତେ ବାବିଲୋନ୍ତେ ତଲ୍ଇଦିକାଦ୍କ ଜାକେଦ୍ ଗେଲ୍ଉପୁନ୍ ପିଢ଼ି, ଆଡଃ ବାବିଲୋନ୍ତେ ଇଦିକାଦ୍କ ଦିପିଲିଏତେ ମାସି ଜାକେଦ୍ ଗେଲ୍ଉପୁନ୍ ପିଢ଼ିକ ତାଇକେନା ।
18 And of Jesus Christ, the birth was thus: for His mother Mary having been betrothed to Joseph, before their coming together she was found to have conceived from the Holy Spirit,
୧୮ୟୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ୍ ନେ ଲେକାଏ ଜାନାମ୍ଲେନା । ଇନିୟାଃ ଏଙ୍ଗାତେ ମାରିୟାମ୍କେ ଯୋଷେଫ୍ ନାଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆସିଆକାନ୍ ତାଇକେନା । ମେନ୍ଦ ଇନିଃଲଃ ଆଣ୍ଦିୟାନ୍ ସିଦାରେ ଇନିଃ ପାବିତାର୍ ଆତ୍ମାତେ ଆବ୍ରାଅୟାନା ଆଡଃ ହାମ୍ବାଲ୍ରୋୱା କାନାଏ ମେନ୍ତେ ଆଟ୍କାର୍ୟାନା ।
19 and her husband Joseph being righteous, and not willing to make her an example, resolved to send her away privately.
୧୯ଇନିୟାଃ କଡ଼ା ଯୋଷେଫ୍ ମିଆଁଦ୍ ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ହଡ଼ ତାଇକେନାଏ, ଏନାତେ ମାରିୟାମ୍ ବାଦ୍ନାମଃକାଏ ମେନ୍ତେ ଇନିଃ କାଏ ସାନାଙ୍ଗ୍କେଦା, ଏନାମେନ୍ତେ ଇନିଃକେ କା ଆଣ୍ଦିୟଃ ନାଙ୍ଗ୍ ଉଡ଼ୁଃକେଦାଏ ।
20 And on his thinking of these things, behold, a messenger of the LORD appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, you may not fear to receive your wife Mary, for that which was begotten in her is of [the] Holy Spirit,
୨୦ମେନ୍ଦ ଇନିଃ ନେଆଁଁ ଉଡ଼ୁଃତାନ୍ ତାଇକେନ୍ରେ ପ୍ରାଭୁଆଃ ମିଆଁଦ୍ ଦୁଁତ୍ କୁମୁରେ ଉଦୁବେନ୍ୟାନା ଆଡଃ କାଜିକିୟାଏ, “ହେ ଦାଉଦ୍ଆଃ ହନ୍ ଯୋଷେଫ୍, ଆମାଃ କୁଡ଼ି ଲେକା ମାରିୟାମ୍କେ ଅଡ଼ାଃତେ ଇଦିନାଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଲମ୍ ବରଏୟା, ଚିୟାଃଚି ଇନିୟାଃ ହାମ୍ବାଲ୍ରୋୱା ପାବିତାର୍ ଆତ୍ମାତେ ହବାକାନା ।
21 and she will bring forth a Son, and you will call His Name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
୨୧ଇନିଃ ମିଆଁଦ୍ କଡ଼ାହନ୍ ଜାନାମିଁୟାଏ, ଆଡଃ ଆମ୍ ଇନିଃକେ ୟୀଶୁ ମେନ୍ତେମ୍ ନୁତୁମିଁୟା, ଚିୟାଃଚି ଇନିଃଦ ଆୟାଃ ହଡ଼କକେ ଆକଆଃ ପାପ୍ହେତେ ବାଞ୍ଚାଅକଆ ।”
22 And all this has come to pass, that it may be fulfilled that was spoken by the LORD through the prophet, saying,
୨୨ନାବୀକଆଃ ହରାତେ ପ୍ରାଭୁ କାଜିକାଦ୍ ନେ କାଜି ପୁରାଅଃ ନାଗେନ୍ତେ ନେ ସବେନାଃ ହବାକାନା,
23 “Behold, the virgin will conceive, and she will bring forth a Son, and they will call His Name Emmanuel,” which is, being interpreted, “God with us.”
୨୩“ମିଆଁଦ୍ ଡିଣ୍ଡାକୁଡ଼ି ହାମ୍ବାଲ୍ରୋୱା ହବାଅଃଆଏ ଆଡଃ କଡ଼ାହନ୍ ଜାନାମିଁୟାଏ, ଆଡଃ ହଡ଼କ ଇନିଃକେ ଇମ୍ମାନୁୟେଲ୍” ମେନ୍ତେକ ନୁତୁମିଁୟା, ଏନାରେୟାଃ ମୁଣ୍ଡିଦ, “ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ଆବୁଲଃରିୟା ।”
24 And Joseph, having risen from sleep, did as the messenger of the LORD directed him, and received his wife,
୨୪ଏନ୍ତେ ଯୋଷେଫ୍ ଦୁଡ଼ୁମ୍ଏତେ ବିରିଦ୍କେଦ୍ତେ, ପ୍ରାଭୁଆଃ ଦୁଁତ୍ ଆଚୁକାଇ ଲେକା ଆୟାଃ କୁଡ଼ି ମାରିୟାମ୍କେ ଅଡ଼ାଃତେ ଇଦିକିୟା ।
25 and did not know her until she brought forth her Son—the firstborn, and he called His Name Jesus.
୨୫ମେନ୍ଦ ଇନିଃ ମୁତ୍କୁଲ୍ କଡ଼ାହନ୍ ଆଉରି ଜାନାମିଁ ଜାକେଦ୍ ଯୋଷେଫ୍ ଇନିଃକେ କାଏ ଜୁଟିଦ୍କିୟା । ଆଡଃ ଯୋଷେଫ୍ ଏନ୍ ହନ୍କେ ୟୀଶୁ ମେନ୍ତେ ନୁତୁମ୍କିଆ ।
