Mark 4
1 And again He began to teach by the sea, and there was gathered to Him a great multitude, so that He, having gone into the boat, sat in the sea, and all the multitude was near the sea, on the land,
És ismét kezde tanítani a tenger mellett. És nagy sokaság gyűle ő hozzá, úgy hogy ő a hajóba lépvén, a tengeren ül vala, az egész sokaság pedig a tenger mellett a földön vala.
2 and He taught them many things in allegories, and He said to them in His teaching:
És sokat tanítja vala őket példázatokban, és ezt mondja vala nékik tanításában:
3 “Listen, behold, the sower went forth to sow;
Halljátok: Ímé, a magvető kiméne vetni.
4 and it came to pass, in the sowing, some fell by the way, and the birds of the sky came and devoured it;
És lőn vetés közben, hogy némely az út mellé esék, és eljövének az égi madarak és megevék azt.
5 and other fell on the rocky ground, where it did not have much earth, and immediately it sprang forth, because of having no depth of earth,
Némely pedig a köves helyre esék, a hol nem sok földje vala, és hamar kikele, mivel nem vala mélyen a földben.
6 and the sun having risen, it was scorched, and because of having no root it withered;
Mikor pedig fölkelt a nap, elsűle, és mivelhogy nem volt gyökere, elszárada.
7 and other fell toward the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it, and it gave no fruit;
Némely pedig a tövisek közé esék, és felnevekedének a tövisek és megfojták azt, és nem ada gyümölcsöt.
8 and other fell to the good ground, and was giving fruit, coming up and increasing, and it was bearing, one thirty-fold, and one sixty, and one a hundred.”
Némely pedig a jó földbe esék; és ád vala nevekedő és bővölködő gyümölcsöt, és némely hoz vala harmincz annyit, némely hatvan annyit, némely pedig száz annyit.
9 And He said to them, “He who is having ears to hear—let him hear.”
És monda nékik: A kinek van füle a hallásra, hallja.
10 And when He was alone, those around Him, with the Twelve, asked Him of the allegory,
Mikor pedig egyedül vala, megkérdezék őt a körülötte lévők a tizenkettővel együtt a példázat felől.
11 and He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the secret of the Kingdom of God, but to those who are outside, in allegories are all the things done,
Ő pedig monda nékik: Néktek adatott, hogy az Isten országának titkát tudjátok, ama kívül levőknek pedig példázatokban adatnak mindenek,
12 that seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest they may turn, and the sins may be forgiven them.”
Hogy nézvén nézzenek és ne lássanak; és hallván halljanak és ne értsenek, hogy soha meg ne térjenek és bűneik meg ne bocsáttassanak.
13 And He says to them, “Have you not known this allegory? And how will you know all the allegories?
És monda nékik: Nem értitek ezt a példázatot? Akkor mimódon értitek meg majd a többi példázatot?
14 He who is sowing sows the word;
A magvető az ígét hinti.
15 and these are they by the way where the word is sown: and whenever they may hear, Satan immediately comes, and he takes away the word that has been sown in their hearts.
Az útfélen valók pedig azok, a kiknek hintik az ígét, de mihelyest hallják, azonnal eljő a Sátán és elragadja a szívökbe vetett ígét.
16 And these are they, in like manner, who are sown on the rocky ground: who, whenever they may hear the word, immediately receive it with joy,
És hasonlóképen a köves helyre vetettek azok, a kik mihelyst hallják az ígét, mindjárt örömmel fogadják,
17 and have no root in themselves, but are temporary; afterward tribulation or persecution having come because of the word, immediately they are stumbled.
De nincsen ő bennük gyökere, hanem ideig valók; azután ha nyomorúság vagy háborúság támad az íge miatt, azonnal megbotránkoznak.
18 And these are they who are sown toward the thorns: these are they who are hearing the word,
A tövisek közé vetettek pedig azok, a kik az ígét hallják,
19 and the anxieties of this age, and the deceitfulness of the riches, and the desires concerning the other things, entering in, choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. (aiōn g165)
De a világi gondok és a gazdagság csalárdsága és egyéb dolgok kívánsága közbejővén, elfojtják az ígét, és gyümölcstelen lesz. (aiōn g165)
20 And these are they who on the good ground have been sown: who hear the word, and receive, and bear fruit, one thirty-fold, and one sixty, and one a hundred.”
A jó földbe vetettek pedig azok, a kik hallják az ígét és beveszik, és gyümölcsöt teremnek, némely harmincz annyit, némely hatvan annyit, némely száz annyit.
21 And He said to them, “Does the lamp come that it may be put under the measure, or under the bed—not that it may be put on the lampstand?
És monda nékik: Avagy azért hozzák-é elő a gyertyát, hogy véka alá tegyék, vagy az ágy alá? És nem azért-é, hogy a gyertyatartóba tegyék?
22 For there is not anything hid that may not be revealed, nor was anything kept hid but that it may come to light.
Mert nincs semmi rejtett dolog, a mi meg ne jelentetnék; és semmi sem volt eltitkolva, hanem hogy nyilvánosságra jusson.
23 If any has ears to hear—let him hear.”
Ha valakinek van füle a hallásra, hallja.
24 And He said to them, “Take heed what you hear; in what measure you measure, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear it will be added;
És monda nékik: Megjegyezzétek, a mit hallotok: A milyen mértékkel mértek, olyannal mérnek néktek, sőt ráadást adnak néktek, a kik halljátok.
25 for whoever may have, there will be given to him, and whoever has not, also that which he has will be taken from him.”
Mert a kinek van, annak adatik; és a kinek nincs, attól az is elvétetik, a mije van.
26 And He said, “Thus is the Kingdom of God: as if a man may cast the seed on the earth,
És monda: Úgy van az Isten országa, mint mikor az ember beveti a magot a földbe.
27 and may sleep, and may rise night and day, and the seed springs up and grows, he has not known how;
És alszik és fölkel éjjel és nappal; a mag pedig kihajt és felnő, ő maga sem tudja miképen.
28 for of itself the earth bears fruit, first a blade, afterward an ear, afterward full grain in the ear;
Mert magától terem a föld, először füvet, azután kalászt, azután teljes buzát a kalászban.
29 and whenever the fruit may yield itself, immediately he sends forth the sickle, because the harvest has come.”
Mihelyt pedig a gabona arra való, azonnal sarlót ereszt reá, mert az aratás elérkezett.
30 And He said, “To what may we liken the Kingdom of God, or in what allegory may we compare it?
És monda: Mihez hasonlítsuk az Isten országát? Avagy milyen példában példázzuk azt?
31 As a grain of mustard, which, whenever it may be sown on the earth, is less than any of the seeds that are on the earth;
A mustármaghoz, a mely mikor a földbe vettetik, minden földi magnál kisebb,
32 and whenever it may be sown, it comes up, and becomes greater than any of the herbs, and makes great branches, so that under its shade the birds of the sky are able to rest.”
És mikor elvettetik, felnő, és minden veteménynél nagyobb lesz és nagy ágakat hajt, úgy hogy árnyéka alatt fészket rakhatnak az égi madarak.
33 And with many such allegories He was speaking to them the word, as they were able to hear,
És sok ilyen példázatban hirdeti vala nékik az ígét, úgy a mint megérthetik vala.
34 and without an allegory He was not speaking to them, and by themselves, to His disciples He was expounding all.
Példázat nélkül pedig nem szól vala nékik; maguk közt azonban a tanítványoknak mindent megmagyaráz vala.
35 And He says to them on that day, evening having come, “We may pass over to the other side”;
Azután monda nékik azon a napon, a mint este lőn: Menjünk át a túlsó partra.
36 and having let away the multitude, they take Him up as He was in the boat, and other little boats were also with Him.
Elbocsátván azért a sokaságot, elvivék őt, úgy a mint a hajóban vala; de más hajók is valának vele.
37 And there comes a great storm of wind, and the waves were beating on the boat, so that it is now being filled,
Akkor nagy szélvihar támada, a hullámok pedig becsapnak vala a hajóba, annyira, hogy már-már megtelék.
38 and He Himself was on the stern, sleeping on the pillow, and they wake Him up, and say to Him, “Teacher, are You not caring that we perish?”
Ő pedig a hajó hátulsó részében a fejaljon aluszik vala. És fölkelték őt és mondának néki: Mester, nem törődöl vele, hogy elveszünk?
39 And having awoken, He rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace, be stilled”; and the wind stilled, and there was a great calm;
És felkelvén megdorgálá a szelet, és monda a tengernek: Hallgass, némulj el! És elállt a szél, és lőn nagy csendesség.
40 and He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How have you no faith?”
És monda nékik: Miért vagytok ily félénkek? Hogy van, hogy nincsen hitetek?
41 And they feared a great fear and said to one another, “Who, then, is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”
És megfélemlének nagy félelemmel, és ezt mondják vala egymásnak: Kicsoda hát ez, hogy mind a szél, mind a tenger engednek néki?
