< Mark 2 >

1 And again He entered into Capernaum, after [some] days, and it was heard that He is in the house,
Ejile asubha Kaperinaumu jejile jatulao naku ntoto, nijungwibhwa ati aliga ali mu nyumba.
2 and immediately many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even at the door, and He was speaking to them the word.
Abhanu bhafu muno bhaliga bhekofyanyishe alya na gwaliga gutalio mwanya lindi, nolwo ilya eya ku mulyango, Yesu naika omusango ku bhwene.
3 And they come to Him, bringing a paralytic, carried by four,
Okumala abhanu abhandi nibhamujako bhanu bhamuletele omunu unu aliga afue omubhili; Bhanu bhana bhaliga bhamubhatue.
4 and not being able to come near to Him because of the multitude, they uncovered the roof where He was, and having broken [it] up, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic was lying,
Mu mwanya bhejile bhasingwa okumukingako kulwa insonga yo bhwafu bhwa bhanu, bhafumue olusala kwi bhala linu aliga ali. Bhejile bhamala okufumulao omwanya ngubhao, nibhesha obhulili bhunu omulwae ulya aliga amamileko.
5 and Jesus having seen their faith, says to the paralytic, “Child, your sins have been forgiven you.”
Ejile alola elikilisha lyebhwe, Yesu namubhwila omufue wo mubhili ulya (omukombolike ulya), “Mwana wani, ebhikayo bhyao bhyeswalililwa.”
6 And there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
Mbe nawe abhandiki abhandi bhalya bhanu bhaliga bhenyajile alya bhebhusilisishe mu mioyo jebhwe,
7 “Why does this One thus speak evil words? Who is able to forgive sins except one—God?”
Katula-atiki omunu unu okwaika kutya? Kafuma Nyamuanga! Niga unu katula okwiswalilila ebhikayo akabha atali Nyamuanga -la enyele?”
8 And immediately Jesus, having known in His spirit that they thus reason in themselves, said to them, “Why do you reason these things in your hearts?
Okumala Yesu namenya mu mwoyo gwae chinu bhaliga nibheganilisha agati-gati yebhwe abhenela. Abhabhwilie, “kulwaki omwiganilisha kutya mu myoyo jemwe?
9 Which is easier? To say to the paralytic, Your sins are forgiven; or to say, Rise, and take up your pallet, and walk?
Echangu ni chiya kukila okwaika ku munu unu aliga afuye omubhili, 'Ebhikayo bhyao bhyeswalililwa' amwi okwaika 'Imelegulu, ugege obhulili bhwao, na ulibhate?'
10 And that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on the earth to forgive sins—(He says to the paralytic)—
Mbe nawe koleleki bhabhone okumenya ati Omwana wo munu ali no bhutulo bhwo kwiswalilila ebhikayo mu Chalo, amubhwiliye ulya unu aliga afue omubhili,
11 I say to you, rise, and take up your pallet, and go away to your house”;
“Enikubhwila awe, imuka, gega echilago chao na ugende ika ewao.”
12 and he rose immediately, and having taken up the pallet, he went forth before all, so that all were astonished, and glorify God, saying, “Never thus did we see.”
Nemelegulu ao nao nagega echilago chae, nalibhata naja anja ya inyumba imbele ya bhuli munu, kwibhyo bhona nibhatang'ang'ala no kumuyana Nyamuanga likusho, na nibhaika “Kata, chichaliga kubhona ebhisango bhyejabho bhinu.”
13 And He went forth again by the sea, and all the multitude was coming to Him, and He was teaching them,
Agendele lindi kunjejekela yo mwalo, na liijo lyona lya bhanu bhejile kumwene, na bheigisha.
14 and passing by, He saw Levi of Alpheus sitting at the tax office, and says to him, “Follow Me,” and he, having risen, followed Him.
Anu aliganatula amulolele Lawi amwana wa Alfayo eyanjile ku lubhala lunu bhakumanyaga ligoti namubhwila,”Ndubha.” Emeleguyu no kumulubha.
15 And it came to pass, in His reclining in his house, that many tax collectors and sinners were dining with Jesus and His disciples, for there were many, and they followed Him.
16 And the scribes and the Pharisees, having seen Him eating with the tax collectors and sinners, said to His disciples, “Why—that with the tax collectors and sinners He eats and drinks?”
Omwanya abhandiki, abho bhaliga Masadukayo, bhejile bhalola ati Yesu aliga nalya na bhanu bhebhikayo na bhakumanya bha likodi, bhabhabhwilie abheigisibhwa bhae,”Kubhaki kalya na bhakumanya bha likodi na bhanu bhebhikayo bhikayo?”
17 And Jesus, having heard, says to them, “They who are strong have no need of a physician, but they who are ill; I did not come to call righteous men, but sinners.”
Omwanya Yesu ejile ongwa kutyo abhabhwilie, “abhanu abho bhali no bhujima mu mubhili bhatakumweda omulagusi; ni bhanu bhalwae bhenyele nibho abhamukena. Nitejile kubhabhilikila bhanu bhalengelesi, nawe bhanu bhebhikayo.”
18 And the disciples of John and those of the Pharisees were fasting, and they come and say to Him, “Why do the disciples of John and those of the Pharisees fast, and Your disciples do not fast?”
19 And Jesus said to them, “Are the sons of the bride-chamber able, while the bridegroom is with them, to fast? As long a time [as] they have the bridegroom with them they are not able to fast;
Yesu abhabhwilie,” Ati bhanu bhakalibhisibhwe mubhulegesi abhatula okubha nechisibho omwanya omutwasi bho bhulegesi achali amwi nabho? Anu bhachalindiliye no mutwasi wo bhwega achali amwi nabho nabho bhatakutula kubha ne chisibho.”
20 but days will come when the bridegroom may be taken from them, and then they will fast—in those days.
Mbe nawe jisiku ejija omwanya omutwasi wo bhulegesi akasosibhwao ku bhwene, na mu siku ejo abhwene abhabhaga ne chisibho.
21 And no one sews a patch of undressed cloth on an old garment, and if not—the new, filling it up, takes from the old and the split becomes worse;
Atalio Omunu unu kabhalila akabhala kayaya akaigubho kugubho ikokolo, kwibyo echilapa echibhanduka okusoka mwilyo echiyaya okubhanduka okusoka mu chikokolo no kubhao obhutemuke bhunene.
22 and no one puts new wine into old skins, and if not—the new wine bursts the skins, and the wine is poured out, and the skins will be destroyed; but new wine is to be put into new skins.”
Atalio munu unu katula amanji go mujabibu omuyaya mu bhilibha bhikokolo, kefula natamo amaji go mujabibu ngabyata ebhiliba byona bhibhili amaji go mujabibu ne bhiliba ebhibhula. okumala kwae, tula amanji go mujabibu omuyaya mu bhilibha bhiyaya.”
23 And it came to pass—He is going along on the Sabbaths through the grainfields—and His disciples began to make a way, plucking the ears,
Mu lunaku olwa isabhato Yesu alabhile mu masambu agandi, abheigisibhwa bhae bhambile okugega ebhyangala bhya ingano.
24 and the Pharisees said to Him, “Behold, why do they do on the Sabbaths that which is not lawful?”
Mbe abhafarisayo nibhamubhwila, “Lola, kulwaki abhakola echinu chinu chitasikene ne chilagilo echa mulunaku olwa isabhato?”
25 And He said to them, “Did you never read what David did when he had need and was hungry, he and those with him?
Nabhabhwila, “Mutasomele chilya Daudi akolele anu aliga ali no bhukene no mweko-mwenene amwi na bhanu bhanu aliga ali amwi nage?
26 How he went into the house of God, in [the days of] Abiathar the chief priest, and ate the Bread of the Presentation, which it is not lawful to eat, except to the priests, and he also gave to those who were with him?”
Lwakutyo agendele mu nyumba ya Nyamuanga mu mwanya gwa Abhiathali anu aliga ali Mugabhisi mukulu nalya omukate gunu gwaliga guteywe imbele- na lwa kutyo bhyaliga bhitasikene ne bhilagilo bhyo munu wona wona ati kalya atali abhagabhisi- nabhayana nolwo abhandi bhalya bhanu bhaliga amwi nage?”
27 And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath,
Yesu aikile, “isabhato yakolelwe kulwa ingulu yo mwana munu, atali omwana munu kulwa ingulu ya isabhato.
28 so that the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.”
kulwejo, Omwana wo munu ni Latabhugenyi, nolwo kulwa isabhato.”
