Mark 15
1 And immediately, in the morning, the chief priests having made a consultation with the elders, and scribes, and the whole Sanhedrin, having bound Jesus, led [Him] away, and delivered [Him] to Pilate;
அத² ப்ரபா⁴தே ஸதி ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா: ப்ராஞ்ச உபாத்⁴யாயா: ஸர்வ்வே மந்த்ரிணஸ்²ச ஸபா⁴ம்’ க்ரு’த்வா யீஸு²ம்’ ப³ந்த⁴யித்வ பீலாதாக்²யஸ்ய தே³ஸா²தி⁴பதே: ஸவித⁴ம்’ நீத்வா ஸமர்பயாமாஸு: |
2 and Pilate questioned Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?” And He answering said to him, “You say [it].”
ததா³ பீலாதஸ்தம்’ ப்ரு’ஷ்டவாந் த்வம்’ கிம்’ யிஹூதீ³யலோகாநாம்’ ராஜா? தத: ஸ ப்ரத்யுக்தவாந் ஸத்யம்’ வத³ஸி|
3 And the chief priests were accusing Him of many things, [but He answered nothing.]
அபரம்’ ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகாஸ்தஸ்ய ப³ஹுஷு வாக்யேஷு தோ³ஷமாரோபயாஞ்சக்ரு: கிந்து ஸ கிமபி ந ப்ரத்யுவாச|
4 And Pilate again questioned Him, saying, “You do not answer anything? Behold, how many things they testify against You!”
ததா³நீம்’ பீலாதஸ்தம்’ புந: பப்ரச்ச² த்வம்’ கிம்’ நோத்தரயஸி? பஸ்²யைதே த்வத்³விருத்³த⁴ம்’ கதிஷு ஸாத்⁴யேஷு ஸாக்ஷம்’ த³த³தி|
5 And Jesus no longer answered anything, so that Pilate wondered.
கந்து யீஸு²ஸ்ததா³பி நோத்தரம்’ த³தௌ³ தத: பீலாத ஆஸ்²சர்ய்யம்’ ஜகா³ம|
6 And at every celebration he was releasing to them one prisoner, whomsoever they were asking for;
அபரஞ்ச காராப³த்³தே⁴ கஸ்திம்’ஸ்²சித் ஜநே தந்மஹோத்ஸவகாலே லோகை ர்யாசிதே தே³ஸா²தி⁴பதிஸ்தம்’ மோசயதி|
7 and there was [one] named Barabbas, bound with those making insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
யே ச பூர்வ்வமுபப்லவமகார்ஷுருபப்லவே வத⁴மபி க்ரு’தவந்தஸ்தேஷாம்’ மத்⁴யே ததா³நோம்’ ப³ரப்³பா³நாமக ஏகோ ப³த்³த⁴ ஆஸீத்|
8 And the multitude having cried out, began to ask for themselves as he was always doing to them,
அதோ ஹேதோ: பூர்வ்வாபரீயாம்’ ரீதிகதா²ம்’ கத²யித்வா லோகா உச்சைருவந்த: பீலாதஸ்ய ஸமக்ஷம்’ நிவேத³யாமாஸு: |
9 and Pilate answered them, saying, “Will you [that] I will release to you the King of the Jews?”
ததா³ பீலாதஸ்தாநாசக்²யௌ தர்ஹி கிம்’ யிஹூதீ³யாநாம்’ ராஜாநம்’ மோசயிஷ்யாமி? யுஷ்மாபி⁴: கிமிஷ்யதே?
10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him up because of envy;
யத: ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா ஈர்ஷ்யாத ஏவ யீஸு²ம்’ ஸமார்பயந்நிதி ஸ விவேத³|
11 and the chief priests moved the multitude that he might rather release Barabbas to them.
கிந்து யதா² ப³ரப்³பா³ம்’ மோசயதி ததா² ப்ரார்த²யிதும்’ ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா லோகாந் ப்ரவர்த்தயாமாஸு: |
12 And Pilate answering, again said to them, “What, then, will you [that] I will do to Him whom you call King of the Jews?”
அத² பீலாத: புந: ப்ரு’ஷ்டவாந் தர்ஹி யம்’ யிஹூதீ³யாநாம்’ ராஜேதி வத³த² தஸ்ய கிம்’ கரிஷ்யாமி யுஷ்மாபி⁴: கிமிஷ்யதே?
13 And they again cried out, “Crucify Him!”
ததா³ தே புநரபி ப்ரோச்சை: ப்ரோசுஸ்தம்’ க்ருஸே² வேத⁴ய|
14 And Pilate said to them, “Why—what evil did He do?” And they cried out the more vehemently, “Crucify Him!”
தஸ்மாத் பீலாத: கதி²தவாந் குத: ? ஸ கிம்’ குகர்ம்ம க்ரு’தவாந்? கிந்து தே புநஸ்²ச ருவந்தோ வ்யாஜஹ்ருஸ்தம்’ க்ருஸே² வேத⁴ய|
15 And Pilate, resolving to do that which [was] satisfactory to the multitude, released Barabbas to them, and delivered up Jesus—having scourged [Him]—that He might be crucified.
ததா³ பீலாத: ஸர்வ்வால்லோகாந் தோஷயிதுமிச்ச²ந் ப³ரப்³பா³ம்’ மோசயித்வா யீஸு²ம்’ கஸா²பி⁴: ப்ரஹ்ரு’த்ய க்ருஸே² வேத்³து⁴ம்’ தம்’ ஸமர்பயாம்ப³பூ⁴வ|
16 And the soldiers led Him away into the hall, which is [the] Praetorium, and call together the whole band,
அநந்தரம்’ ஸைந்யக³ணோ(அ)ட்டாலிகாம் அர்தா²த்³ அதி⁴பதே ர்க்³ரு’ஹம்’ யீஸு²ம்’ நீத்வா ஸேநாநிவஹம்’ ஸமாஹுயத்|
17 and clothe Him with purple, and having plaited a garland of thorns, they put [it] on Him,
பஸ்²சாத் தே தம்’ தூ⁴மலவர்ணவஸ்த்ரம்’ பரிதா⁴ப்ய கண்டகமுகுடம்’ ரசயித்வா ஸி²ரஸி ஸமாரோப்ய
18 and began to greet Him, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
ஹே யிஹூதீ³யாநாம்’ ராஜந் நமஸ்கார இத்யுக்த்வா தம்’ நமஸ்கர்த்தாமாரேபி⁴ரே|
19 And they were striking Him on the head with a reed, and were spitting on Him, and having bent the knee, were prostrating to Him,
தஸ்யோத்தமாங்கே³ வேத்ராகா⁴தம்’ சக்ருஸ்தத்³கா³த்ரே நிஷ்டீ²வஞ்ச நிசிக்ஷிபு: , ததா² தஸ்ய ஸம்முகே² ஜாநுபாதம்’ ப்ரணோமு:
20 and when they [had] mocked Him, they took the purple from off Him, and clothed Him in His own garments, and they led Him forth, that they may crucify Him.
இத்த²முபஹஸ்ய தூ⁴ம்ரவர்ணவஸ்த்ரம் உத்தார்ய்ய தஸ்ய வஸ்த்ரம்’ தம்’ பர்ய்யதா⁴பயந் க்ருஸே² வேத்³து⁴ம்’ ப³ஹிர்நிந்யுஸ்²ச|
21 And they impress a certain one passing by—Simon, a Cyrenian, coming from the field, the father of Alexander and Rufus—that he may carry His cross,
தத: பரம்’ ஸேகந்த³ரஸ்ய ருப²ஸ்ய ச பிதா ஸி²மோந்நாமா குரீணீயலோக ஏக: குதஸ்²சித்³ க்³ராமாதே³த்ய பதி² யாதி தம்’ தே யீஸோ²: க்ருஸ²ம்’ வோடு⁴ம்’ ப³லாத்³ த³த்⁴நு: |
22 and they bring Him to the place [called] Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, “Place of [the] Skull”;
அத² கு³ல்க³ல்தா அர்தா²த் ஸி²ர: கபாலநாமகம்’ ஸ்தா²நம்’ யீஸு²மாநீய
23 and they were giving Him wine mingled with myrrh to drink, and He did not receive [it].
தே க³ந்த⁴ரஸமிஸ்²ரிதம்’ த்³ராக்ஷாரஸம்’ பாதும்’ தஸ்மை த³து³: கிந்து ஸ ந ஜக்³ராஹ|
24 And having crucified Him, they were dividing His garments, casting a lot on them, what each may take;
தஸ்மிந் க்ருஸே² வித்³தே⁴ ஸதி தேஷாமேகைகஸ²: கிம்’ ப்ராப்ஸ்யதீதி நிர்ணயாய
25 and it was the third hour, and they crucified Him;
தஸ்ய பரிதே⁴யாநாம்’ விபா⁴கா³ர்த²ம்’ கு³டிகாபாதம்’ சக்ரு: |
26 and the inscription of His accusation was written above: “THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
அபரம் ஏஷ யிஹூதீ³யாநாம்’ ராஜேதி லிகி²தம்’ தோ³ஷபத்ரம்’ தஸ்ய ஸி²ரஊர்த்³வ்வம் ஆரோபயாஞ்சக்ரு: |
27 And they crucify two robbers with Him, one on the right hand and one on His left,
தஸ்ய வாமத³க்ஷிணயோ ர்த்³வௌ சௌரௌ க்ருஸ²யோ ர்விவிதா⁴தே|
28 [[and the Writing was fulfilled that is saying, “And He was numbered with lawless ones.”]]
தேநைவ "அபராதி⁴ஜநை: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ ஸ க³ணிதோ ப⁴விஷ்யதி," இதி ஸா²ஸ்த்ரோக்தம்’ வசநம்’ ஸித்³த⁴மபூ⁴த|
29 And those passing by were slandering Him, shaking their heads, and saying, “Ha! The [One] throwing down the temple, and building [it] in three days!
அநந்தரம்’ மார்கே³ யே யே லோகா க³மநாக³மநே சக்ருஸ்தே ஸர்வ்வ ஏவ ஸி²ராம்’ஸ்யாந்தோ³ல்ய நிந்த³ந்தோ ஜக³து³: , ரே மந்தி³ரநாஸ²க ரே தி³நத்ரயமத்⁴யே தந்நிர்ம்மாயக,
30 Save Yourself, and come down from the cross!”
அது⁴நாத்மாநம் அவித்வா க்ருஸா²த³வரோஹ|
31 And in like manner also the chief priests, mocking with one another, with the scribes, said, “He saved others; He is not able to save Himself.
கிஞ்ச ப்ரதா⁴நயாஜகா அத்⁴யாபகாஸ்²ச தத்³வத் திரஸ்க்ரு’த்ய பரஸ்பரம்’ சசக்ஷிரே ஏஷ பராநாவத் கிந்து ஸ்வமவிதும்’ ந ஸ²க்நோதி|
32 The Christ! The King of Israel—let Him come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe”; and those crucified with Him were reproaching Him.
யதீ³ஸ்ராயேலோ ராஜாபி⁴ஷிக்தஸ்த்ராதா ப⁴வதி தர்ஹ்யது⁴நைந க்ருஸா²த³வரோஹது வயம்’ தத்³ த்³ரு’ஷ்ட்வா விஸ்²வஸிஷ்யாம: ; கிஞ்ச யௌ லோகௌ தேந ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ க்ருஸே² (அ)வித்⁴யேதாம்’ தாவபி தம்’ நிர்ப⁴ர்த்ஸயாமாஸது: |
33 And the sixth hour having come, darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour,
அத² த்³விதீயயாமாத் த்ரு’தீயயாமம்’ யாவத் ஸர்வ்வோ தே³ஸ²: ஸாந்த⁴காரோபூ⁴த்|
34 and at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a great voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lamma sabachthani?” Which is, being interpreted, “My God, My God, why did You forsake Me?”
ததஸ்த்ரு’தீயப்ரஹரே யீஸு²ருச்சைரவத³த் ஏலீ ஏலீ லாமா ஸி²வக்தநீ அர்தா²த்³ "ஹே மதீ³ஸ² மதீ³ஸ² த்வம்’ பர்ய்யத்யாக்ஷீ: குதோ ஹி மாம்’?"
35 And certain of those standing by, having heard, said, “Behold, He calls Elijah”;
ததா³ ஸமீபஸ்த²லோகாநாம்’ கேசித் தத்³வாக்யம்’ நிஸ²ம்யாசக்²யு: பஸ்²யைஷ ஏலியம் ஆஹூயதி|
36 and one having run, and having filled a sponge with vinegar, having also put [it] on a reed, was giving Him to drink, saying, “Let alone, let us see if Elijah comes to take Him down.”
தத ஏகோ ஜநோ தா⁴வித்வாக³த்ய ஸ்பஞ்ஜே (அ)ம்லரஸம்’ பூரயித்வா தம்’ நடா³க்³ரே நிதா⁴ய பாதும்’ தஸ்மை த³த்த்வாவத³த் திஷ்ட² ஏலிய ஏநமவரோஹயிதும் ஏதி ந வேதி பஸ்²யாமி|
37 And Jesus having uttered a loud cry, yielded the spirit,
அத² யீஸு²ருச்சை: ஸமாஹூய ப்ராணாந் ஜஹௌ|
38 and the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom,
ததா³ மந்தி³ரஸ்ய ஜவநிகோர்த்³வ்வாத³த⁴: ர்ய்யந்தா விதீ³ர்ணா த்³விக²ண்டா³பூ⁴த்|
39 and the centurion who was standing opposite Him, having seen that, having so cried out, He yielded the spirit, said, “Truly this Man was [the] Son of God.”
கிஞ்ச இத்த²முச்சைராஹூய ப்ராணாந் த்யஜந்தம்’ தம்’ த்³ரு’ஷ்த்³வா தத்³ரக்ஷணாய நியுக்தோ ய: ஸேநாபதிராஸீத் ஸோவத³த் நரோயம் ஈஸ்²வரபுத்ர இதி ஸத்யம்|
40 And there were also women beholding far off, among whom was also Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of James the less, and of Joses, and Salome,
ததா³நீம்’ மக்³த³லீநீ மரிஸம் கநிஷ்ட²யாகூபோ³ யோஸேஸ்²ச மாதாந்யமரியம் ஸா²லோமீ ச யா: ஸ்த்ரியோ
41 who also, when He was in Galilee, were following Him and were ministering to Him, and many other women who came up with Him to Jerusalem.
கா³லீல்ப்ரதே³ஸே² யீஸு²ம்’ ஸேவித்வா தத³நுகா³மிந்யோ ஜாதா இமாஸ்தத³ந்யாஸ்²ச யா அநேகா நார்யோ யீஸு²நா ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ யிரூஸா²லமமாயாதாஸ்தாஸ்²ச தூ³ராத் தாநி த³த்³ரு’ஸு²: |
42 And now evening having come, seeing it was the Preparation, that is, before Sabbath,
அதா²ஸாத³நதி³நஸ்யார்தா²த்³ விஸ்²ராமவாராத் பூர்வ்வதி³நஸ்ய ஸாயம்’கால ஆக³த
43 Joseph of Arimathea, an honorable counselor, who also himself was waiting for the Kingdom of God, came, boldly entered in to Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus.
ஈஸ்²வரராஜ்யாபேக்ஷ்யரிமதீ²யயூஷப²நாமா மாந்யமந்த்ரீ ஸமேத்ய பீலாதஸவித⁴ம்’ நிர்ப⁴யோ க³த்வா யீஸோ²ர்தே³ஹம்’ யயாசே|
44 And Pilate wondered if He were already dead, and having called near the centurion, questioned him if He were long dead,
கிந்து ஸ இதா³நீம்’ ம்ரு’த: பீலாத இத்யஸம்ப⁴வம்’ மத்வா ஸ²தஸேநாபதிமாஹூய ஸ கதா³ ம்ரு’த இதி பப்ரச்ச²|
45 and having known [it] from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
ஸ²தஸேமநாபதிமுகா²த் தஜ்ஜ்ஞாத்வா யூஷபே² யீஸோ²ர்தே³ஹம்’ த³தௌ³|
46 And he, having brought fine linen, and having taken Him down, wrapped Him in the linen, and laid Him in a tomb that had been hewn out of a rock, and he rolled a stone to the door of the tomb,
பஸ்²சாத் ஸ ஸூக்ஷ்மம்’ வாஸ: க்ரீத்வா யீஸோ²: காயமவரோஹ்ய தேந வாஸஸா வேஷ்டாயித்வா கி³ரௌ கா²தஸ்²மஸா²நே ஸ்தா²பிதவாந் பாஷாணம்’ லோட²யித்வா த்³வாரி நித³தே⁴|
47 and Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of Joses, were beholding where He is laid.
கிந்து யத்ர ஸோஸ்தா²ப்யத தத மக்³த³லீநீ மரியம் யோஸிமாத்ரு’மரியம் ச த³த்³ரு’ஸ²த்ரு’: |
