< Mark 15 >

1 And immediately, in the morning, the chief priests having made a consultation with the elders, and scribes, and the whole Sanhedrin, having bound Jesus, led [Him] away, and delivered [Him] to Pilate;
A hned ráno uradivše se přední kněží s staršími a s zákoníky i se vším shromážděním, svázavše Ježíše, vedli jej a dali Pilátovi.
2 and Pilate questioned Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?” And He answering said to him, “You say [it].”
I otázal se ho Pilát: Ty-liž jsi král Židovský? A on odpověděv, řekl jemu: Ty pravíš.
3 And the chief priests were accusing Him of many things, [but He answered nothing.]
I žalovali na něj přední kněží mnoho. On pak nic neodpovídal.
4 And Pilate again questioned Him, saying, “You do not answer anything? Behold, how many things they testify against You!”
Tedy Pilát otázal se ho opět, řka: Nic neodpovídáš? Hle, jak mnoho proti tobě svědčí.
5 And Jesus no longer answered anything, so that Pilate wondered.
6 And at every celebration he was releasing to them one prisoner, whomsoever they were asking for;
7 and there was [one] named Barabbas, bound with those making insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
I byl jeden, kterýž sloul Barabbáš, jenž s svárlivými byl v vězení, kteříž v svadě vraždu byli spáchali.
8 And the multitude having cried out, began to ask for themselves as he was always doing to them,
A zvolav zástup, počal prositi, aby učinil, jakož jim vždycky činíval.
9 and Pilate answered them, saying, “Will you [that] I will release to you the King of the Jews?”
Pilát pak odpověděl jim, řka: Chcete-li, propustím vám krále Židovského?
10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered Him up because of envy;
11 and the chief priests moved the multitude that he might rather release Barabbas to them.
Ale přední kněží ponukli zástupu, aby jim raději propustil Barabbáše.
12 And Pilate answering, again said to them, “What, then, will you [that] I will do to Him whom you call King of the Jews?”
A Pilát odpověděv, řekl jim zase: Což pak chcete, ať učiním tomu, kteréhož králem Židovským nazýváte?
13 And they again cried out, “Crucify Him!”
A oni opět zvolali: Ukřižuj ho.
14 And Pilate said to them, “Why—what evil did He do?” And they cried out the more vehemently, “Crucify Him!”
A Pilát pravil jim: I což jest zlého učinil? Oni pak více volali: Ukřižuj ho.
15 And Pilate, resolving to do that which [was] satisfactory to the multitude, released Barabbas to them, and delivered up Jesus—having scourged [Him]—that He might be crucified.
Tedy Pilát, chtě lidu dosti učiniti, pustil jim Barabbáše, a dal jim Ježíše ubičovaného, aby byl ukřižován.
16 And the soldiers led Him away into the hall, which is [the] Praetorium, and call together the whole band,
Žoldnéři pak uvedli jej vnitř do síně, do radného domu, a svolali všecku sběř.
17 and clothe Him with purple, and having plaited a garland of thorns, they put [it] on Him,
I oblékli jej v šarlat, a korunu spletše z trní, vložili naň.
18 and began to greet Him, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
I počali ho pozdravovati, řkouce: Zdráv buď, králi Židovský.
19 And they were striking Him on the head with a reed, and were spitting on Him, and having bent the knee, were prostrating to Him,
20 and when they [had] mocked Him, they took the purple from off Him, and clothed Him in His own garments, and they led Him forth, that they may crucify Him.
I vedli jej, aby ho ukřižovali.
21 And they impress a certain one passing by—Simon, a Cyrenian, coming from the field, the father of Alexander and Rufus—that he may carry His cross,
22 and they bring Him to the place [called] Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, “Place of [the] Skull”;
I vedli jej až na místo Golgota, to jest, (vyložil-li by, ) popravné místo.
23 and they were giving Him wine mingled with myrrh to drink, and He did not receive [it].
I dávali mu píti víno s mirrou, ale on nepřijal ho.
24 And having crucified Him, they were dividing His garments, casting a lot on them, what each may take;
A ukřižovavše jej, rozdělili roucha jeho, mecíce o ně los, kdo by co vzíti měl.
25 and it was the third hour, and they crucified Him;
A byla hodina třetí, když ho ukřižovali.
26 and the inscription of His accusation was written above: “THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
27 And they crucify two robbers with Him, one on the right hand and one on His left,
28 [[and the Writing was fulfilled that is saying, “And He was numbered with lawless ones.”]]
I naplněno jest písmo, řkoucí: A s nepravými počten jest.
29 And those passing by were slandering Him, shaking their heads, and saying, “Ha! The [One] throwing down the temple, and building [it] in three days!
A kteříž tudy chodili mimo něj, rouhali se jemu, potřásajíce hlavami svými, a říkajíce: Hahá, kterýž rušíš chrám Boží, a ve třech dnech jej zase vzděláváš,
30 Save Yourself, and come down from the cross!”
Spomoz sobě samému, a sstup s kříže.
31 And in like manner also the chief priests, mocking with one another, with the scribes, said, “He saved others; He is not able to save Himself.
Též i přední kněží posmívajíce se, jeden k druhému s zákoníky pravili: Jinýmť jest pomáhal, sám sobě pomoci nemůže.
32 The Christ! The King of Israel—let Him come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe”; and those crucified with Him were reproaching Him.
Kristus král Izraelský, nechažť nyní sstoupí s kříže, ať uzříme a uvěříme. A i ti, kteříž s ním ukřižováni byli, útržku mu činili.
33 And the sixth hour having come, darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour,
34 and at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a great voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lamma sabachthani?” Which is, being interpreted, “My God, My God, why did You forsake Me?”
A v hodinu devátou zvolal Ježíš hlasem velikým, řka: Elói, Elói, lama zabachtani? jenž se vykládá: Bože můj, Bože můj, pročs mne opustil?
35 And certain of those standing by, having heard, said, “Behold, He calls Elijah”;
A někteří z okolo stojících, slyševše to, pravili: Hle, Eliáše volá.
36 and one having run, and having filled a sponge with vinegar, having also put [it] on a reed, was giving Him to drink, saying, “Let alone, let us see if Elijah comes to take Him down.”
A běžev jeden, naplnil houbu octem a vloživ na tresť, dával jemu píti, řka: Ponechte, uzříme, přijde-li Eliáš, aby jej složil.
37 And Jesus having uttered a loud cry, yielded the spirit,
Ježíš pak zvolav hlasem velikým, pustil duši.
38 and the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom,
39 and the centurion who was standing opposite Him, having seen that, having so cried out, He yielded the spirit, said, “Truly this Man was [the] Son of God.”
40 And there were also women beholding far off, among whom was also Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of James the less, and of Joses, and Salome,
Byly pak tu i ženy, zdaleka se dívajíce, mezi nimiž byla Maria Magdaléna, a Maria Jakuba menšího, a Jozesova mátě, a Salome.
41 who also, when He was in Galilee, were following Him and were ministering to Him, and many other women who came up with Him to Jerusalem.
42 And now evening having come, seeing it was the Preparation, that is, before Sabbath,
43 Joseph of Arimathea, an honorable counselor, who also himself was waiting for the Kingdom of God, came, boldly entered in to Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus.
Přišed Jozef z Arimatie, počestná osoba úřadná, kterýž také očekával království Božího, směle všel ku Pilátovi a prosil za tělo Ježíšovo.
44 And Pilate wondered if He were already dead, and having called near the centurion, questioned him if He were long dead,
Pilát pak podivil se, již-li by umřel.
45 and having known [it] from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
A zvěděv od centuriona, dal tělo Jozefovi.
46 And he, having brought fine linen, and having taken Him down, wrapped Him in the linen, and laid Him in a tomb that had been hewn out of a rock, and he rolled a stone to the door of the tomb,
A Jozef koupiv plátna, a složiv ho s kříže, obvinul v plátno, i položil do hrobu, kterýž byl vytesán z skály, a přivalil kámen ke dveřům hrobovým.
47 and Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of Joses, were beholding where He is laid.
