Mark 10
1 And having risen from there, He comes to the coasts of Judea, through the other side of the Jordan, and again multitudes come together to Him, and as He had been accustomed, again He was teaching them.
Und er brach auf von da und kommt in das Gebiet Judäas und des Landes jenseits des Jordan, und es strömen wieder Massen bei ihm zusammen, und er lehrte sie wieder wie er gewöhnt war.
2 And the Pharisees, having come near, questioned Him if it is lawful for a husband to put away a wife, tempting Him,
Und Pharisäer traten herzu und befragten ihn, ob es einem Manne erlaubt sei, seine Frau zu entlassen, ihn damit zu versuchen.
3 and He answering said to them, “What did Moses command you?”
Er aber antwortete ihnen: was hat euch Moses befohlen?
4 And they said, “Moses permitted to write a bill of divorce, and to put away.”
Sie aber sagten: Moses hat gestattet einen Scheidebrief zu schreiben und zu entlassen.
5 And Jesus answering said to them, “For the stiffness of your heart he wrote you this command,
Jesus aber sagte zu ihnen: eurer Herzenshärtigkeit wegen hat er euch dieses Gebot geschrieben.
6 but from the beginning of the creation God made them a male and a female;
Aber vom Anfang der Schöpfung her, als Mann und Frau hat er sie geschaffen. -
7 on this account will a man leave his father and mother, and will cleave to his wife,
Darum wird ein Mensch seinen Vater und seine Mutter verlassen,
8 and they will be—the two—for one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh;
und werden die zwei ein Fleisch sein, so sind es demnach nicht mehr zwei, sondern ein Fleisch.
9 what God therefore joined together, do not let man separate.”
Was denn Gott zusammengefügt hat, soll ein Mensch nicht scheiden.
10 And in the house His disciples again questioned Him of the same thing,
Und zu Hause befragten ihn die Jünger wieder hierüber,
11 and He says to them, “Whoever may put away his wife, and may marry another, commits adultery against her;
und er sagt ihnen: wer seine Frau entläßt und heiratet eine andere, der bricht die Ehe an ihr;
12 and if a woman may put away her husband, and is married to another, she commits adultery.”
ebenso auch sie, wenn sie ihren Mann entläßt und einen anderen heiratet, bricht sie die Ehe.
13 And they were bringing to Him children that He might touch them, and the disciples were rebuking those bringing them,
Und sie brachten Kinder zu ihm, daß er sie anrühre, die Jünger aber schalten die, welche sie brachten.
14 and Jesus having seen, was much displeased, and He said to them, “Permit the children to come to Me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the Kingdom of God;
Da es aber Jesus sah, ward er unwillig, und sagte zu ihnen: lasset die Kinder zu mir kommen, wehret ihnen nicht, denn solcher ist das Reich Gottes.
15 truly I say to you, whoever may not receive the Kingdom of God as a child—he may not enter into it”;
Wahrlich, ich sage euch, wer das Reich Gottes nicht annimmt wie ein Kind, wird nimmermehr hineinkommen.
16 and having taken them in His arms, having put [His] hands on them, He was blessing them.
Und er nahm sie in die Arme und segnete sie, indem er ihnen die Hände auflegte.
17 And as He is going forth into the way, one having run and having kneeled to Him, was questioning Him, “Good Teacher, what may I do that I may inherit continuous life?” (aiōnios g166)
Und da er hinauskam auf die Straße, lief einer herzu und fiel vor ihm auf die Knie, und befragte ihn: Guter Meister, was soll ich thun, um ewiges Leben zu ererben? (aiōnios g166)
18 And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one [is] good except one—God;
Jesus aber sagte zu ihm: was nennst du mich gut? Niemand ist gut außer dem einen Gott.
19 you have known the commands: You may not commit adultery, You may not murder, You may not steal, You may not bear false witness, You may not defraud, Honor your father and mother.”
Die Gebote kennst du: du sollst nicht töten, nicht ehebrechen, nicht stehlen, nicht falsch zeugen, nicht berauben, deinen Vater und deine Mutter ehren.
20 And he answering said to Him, “Teacher, all these I have kept from my youth.”
Er aber sagte zu ihm: Meister, das alles habe ich gehalten von meiner Jugend an.
21 And Jesus having looked on him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: go away, whatever you have—sell, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in Heaven, and come, follow Me, having taken up the cross.”
Jesus aber sah ihn an, und er faßte Liebe zu ihm und sagte ihm: eines fehlt dir noch; gehe hin, verkaufe was du hast, und gib es den Armen, so wirst du einen Schatz im Himmel haben, und dann komm und folge mir.
22 And he—gloomy at the word—went away sorrowing, for he was having many possessions.
Er aber wurde betrübt über das Wort, und gieng bekümmert davon; denn er war sehr vermöglich.
23 And Jesus having looked around, says to His disciples, “How hardly will they who have riches enter into the Kingdom of God!”
Und Jesus sah sich um und sagt zu seinen Jüngern: wie schwer werden die Vermöglichen in das Reich Gottes eingehen.
24 And the disciples were astonished at His words, and Jesus again answering says to them, “Children, how hard it is to those trusting on riches to enter into the Kingdom of God!
Die Jünger aber waren betroffen über seinen Reden. Jesus aber hob wieder an und sagt zu ihnen: Kinder, wie schwer ist es in das Reich Gottes einzugehen.
25 It is easier for a camel to enter through the eye of the needle, than for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of God.”
Es ist leichter, daß ein Kamel durch ein Nadelöhr gehe, als daß ein Reicher in das Reich Gottes eingehe.
26 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying to themselves, “And who is able to be saved?”
Sie aber wurden ganz bestürzt und sagten zu ihm: wer kann dann gerettet werden?
27 And Jesus, having looked on them, says, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.”
Jesus sah sie an und sagt: bei Menschen ist es unmöglich, aber nicht bei Gott; denn alles ist möglich bei Gott.
28 And Peter began to say to Him, “Behold, we left all, and we followed You.”
Es fieng Petrus an zu ihm zu sagen: siehe wir haben alles verlassen, und sind dir gefolgt.
29 And Jesus answering said, “Truly I say to you, there is no one who left house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or fields, for My sake, and for the good news’,
Sagte Jesus, wahrlich, ich sage euch, niemand hat Haus oder Brüder oder Schwestern oder Mutter oder Vater oder Kinder oder Aecker verlassen um meinet- und des Evangeliums willen,
31 and many first will be last, and the last first.”
Vielmal aber werden die ersten die letzten sein und die letzten die ersten.
32 And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them, and they were amazed, and following they were afraid. And having again taken the Twelve, He began to tell them the things about to happen to Him:
Sie waren aber auf dem Wege hinauf nach Jerusalem; Jesus gieng ihnen voran, es überwältigte sie. Die aber nachfolgten, thaten es in Furcht. Und er nahm wieder die Zwölf zu sich und hob an ihnen zu sagen von den Ereignissen, die ihm bevorstanden:
33 “Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests, and to the scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and will deliver Him to the nations,
Siehe, wir gehen hinauf nach Jerusalem, und der Sohn des Menschen wird den Hohenpriestern und den Schriftgelehrten ausgeliefert werden, und sie werden ihn zum Tode verurteilen und ihn den Heiden ausliefern;
34 and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him, and the third day He will rise again.”
und sie werden ihn verspotten und ihn anspeien und ihn geißeln und töten, und nach drei Tagen wird er auferstehen.
35 And there come near to Him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying, “Teacher, we wish that whatever we may ask for ourselves, You may do for us”;
Und es kamen zu ihm Jakobus und Johannes, die Söhne des Zebedäus, und sagten zu ihm: Meister, wir begehren, daß du uns gewährest, was wir bitten mögen.
36 and He said to them, “What do you wish Me to do for you?”
Er aber sagte zu ihnen: was wollt ihr von mir?
37 And they said to Him, “Grant to us that, one on Your right hand and one on Your left, we may sit in Your glory”;
Sie aber sagten zu ihm: verleihe uns, daß wir einer dir zur Rechten und einer dir zur Linken sitzen in deiner Herrlichkeit.
38 and Jesus said to them, “You have not known what you ask; are you able to drink of the cup that I drink of, and with the immersion that I am immersed with—to be immersed?”
Jesus aber sagte zu ihnen: ihr wisset nicht, was ihr verlangt. Könnt ihr den Becher trinken, den ich trinke, oder euch mit der Taufe taufen lassen, mit der ich getauft werde?
39 And they said to Him, “We are able”; and Jesus said to them, “Of the cup indeed that I drink of, you will drink, and with the immersion that I am immersed with, you will be immersed;
Sie aber sagten zu ihm: wir können es. Jesus aber sagte zu ihnen: den Becher, den ich trinke, sollt ihr trinken, und mit der Taufe, mit der ich getauft werde, sollt ihr getauft werden.
40 but to sit on My right and on My left is not Mine to give, but—to those for whom it has been prepared.”
Das Sitzen aber zu meiner Rechten oder Linken zu verteilen kommt nicht mir zu, sondern es kommt denen zu, welchen es bereitet ist.
41 And the ten having heard, began to be much displeased at James and John,
Und da es die Zehn hörten, fiengen sie an unwillig zu werden über Jakobus und Johannes;
42 but Jesus having called them near, says to them, “You have known that they who are considered to rule the nations exercise lordship over them, and their great ones exercise authority on them;
und Jesus rief sie herbei und sagt zu ihnen: ihr wisset, daß die als die Herrscher der Völker gelten, sie unterjochen und ihre Großen sie vergewaltigen.
43 but not so will it be among you; but whoever may will to become great among you, he will be your minister,
Nicht also soll es bei euch sein; sondern wer groß werden will unter euch, der soll euer Diener sein;
44 and whoever of you may will to become first, he will be servant of all;
und wer unter euch der erste sein will, der soll der Knecht von allen sein.
45 for even the Son of Man did not come to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give His life [as] a ransom for many.”
Denn auch der Sohn des Menschen ist nicht gekommen sich dienen zu lassen, sondern zu dienen und zu geben sein Leben zum Lösegeld für Viele.
46 And they come to Jericho, and as He is going forth from Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, a son of Timaeus—Bartimaeus the blind—was sitting beside the way begging,
Und sie kommen nach Jericho; und da er aus Jericho herauszog mit seinen Jüngern und einer ansehnlichen Menge, saß der Sohn des Timäus, Bartimäus, ein Blinder als Bettler an der Straße.
47 and having heard that it is Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out, and to say, “The Son of David—Jesus! Deal kindly with me”;
Und da er hörte, daß es Jesus der Nazarener sei, begann er zu rufen: Sohn Davids, Jesus, erbarme dich meiner.
48 and many were rebuking him that he might keep silent, but the more abundantly he cried out, “Son of David, deal kindly with me.”
Und es schalten ihn viele, daß er schweige. Er aber rief um so lauter: Sohn Davids, erbarme dich meiner.
49 And Jesus having stood, He commanded him to be called, and they call the blind man, saying to him, “Take courage, rise, He calls you”;
Und Jesus stand still und sagte: ruft ihn herbei; und sie rufen den Blinden und sagen zu ihm: Sei getrost, stehe auf, er ruft dich.
50 and he, having cast away his garment, having risen, came to Jesus.
Er aber warf seinen Mantel weg, sprang auf und kam zu Jesus.
51 And answering, Jesus says to him, “What do you will I may do to you?” And the blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may see again”;
Und Jesus redete ihn an: was willst du, daß ich dir thun soll? Der Blinde aber sagte zu ihm: Rabbuni, daß ich sehend werde.
52 and Jesus said to him, “Go, your faith has saved you”: and immediately he saw again, and was following Jesus in the way.
Und Jesus sagte zu ihm: gehe hin, dein Glaube hat dir geholfen. Und alsbald ward er sehend, und folgte ihm auf der Straße.
