Luke 1
1 Seeing that many took in hand to set in order a narration of the matters that have been fully assured among us,
১প্রথমতো যে সাক্ষিণো ৱাক্যপ্রচারকাশ্চাসন্ তেঽস্মাকং মধ্যে যদ্যৎ সপ্রমাণং ৱাক্যমর্পযন্তি স্ম
2 as they delivered to us, who from the beginning became eyewitnesses, and officers of the word,
২তদনুসারতোঽন্যেপি বহৱস্তদ্ৱৃত্তান্তং রচযিতুং প্রৱৃত্তাঃ|
3 it seemed good also to me, having followed from the first after all things exactly, to write to you in order, most noble Theophilus,
৩অতএৱ হে মহামহিমথিযফিল্ ৎৱং যা যাঃ কথা অশিক্ষ্যথাস্তাসাং দৃঢপ্রমাণানি যথা প্রাপ্নোষি
4 that you may know the certainty of the things wherein you were instructed.
৪তদর্থং প্রথমমারভ্য তানি সর্ৱ্ৱাণি জ্ঞাৎৱাহমপি অনুক্রমাৎ সর্ৱ্ৱৱৃত্তান্তান্ তুভ্যং লেখিতুং মতিমকার্ষম্|
5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest, by name Zacharias, of the division of Abijah, and his wife of the daughters of Aaron, and her name Elizabeth;
৫যিহূদাদেশীযহেরোদ্নামকে রাজৎৱং কুর্ৱ্ৱতি অবীযযাজকস্য পর্য্যাযাধিকারী সিখরিযনামক একো যাজকো হারোণৱংশোদ্ভৱা ইলীশেৱাখ্যা
6 and they were both righteous before God, going on in all the commands and righteousnesses of the LORD blameless,
৬তস্য জাযা দ্ৱাৱিমৌ নির্দোষৌ প্রভোঃ সর্ৱ্ৱাজ্ঞা ৱ্যৱস্থাশ্চ সংমন্য ঈশ্ৱরদৃষ্টৌ ধার্ম্মিকাৱাস্তাম্|
7 and they had no child, because that Elizabeth was barren, and both were advanced in their days.
৭তযোঃ সন্তান একোপি নাসীৎ, যত ইলীশেৱা বন্ধ্যা তৌ দ্ৱাৱেৱ ৱৃদ্ধাৱভৱতাম্|
8 And it came to pass, in his acting as priest, in the order of his division before God,
৮যদা স্ৱপর্য্যানুক্রমেণ সিখরিয ঈশ্ৱাস্য সমক্ষং যাজকীযং কর্ম্ম করোতি
9 according to the custom of the priesthood, his lot was to make incense, having gone into the temple of the LORD,
৯তদা যজ্ঞস্য দিনপরিপায্যা পরমেশ্ৱরস্য মন্দিরে প্রৱেশকালে ধূপজ্ৱালনং কর্ম্ম তস্য করণীযমাসীৎ|
10 and all the multitude of the people were praying outside, at the hour of the incense.
১০তদ্ধূপজ্ৱালনকালে লোকনিৱহে প্রার্থনাং কর্তুং বহিস্তিষ্ঠতি
11 And there appeared to him a messenger of the LORD standing on the right side of the altar of the incense,
১১সতি সিখরিযো যস্যাং ৱেদ্যাং ধূপং জ্ৱালযতি তদ্দক্ষিণপার্শ্ৱে পরমেশ্ৱরস্য দূত এক উপস্থিতো দর্শনং দদৌ|
12 and Zacharias, having seen, was troubled, and fear fell on him;
১২তং দৃষ্ট্ৱা সিখরিয উদ্ৱিৱিজে শশঙ্কে চ|
13 and the messenger said to him, “Do not fear, Zacharias, for your supplication was heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son to you, and you will call his name John,
১৩তদা স দূতস্তং বভাষে হে সিখরিয মা ভৈস্তৱ প্রার্থনা গ্রাহ্যা জাতা তৱ ভার্য্যা ইলীশেৱা পুত্রং প্রসোষ্যতে তস্য নাম যোহন্ ইতি করিষ্যসি|
14 and there will be joy to you, and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth,
১৪কিঞ্চ ৎৱং সানন্দঃ সহর্ষশ্চ ভৱিষ্যসি তস্য জন্মনি বহৱ আনন্দিষ্যন্তি চ|
15 for he will be great before the LORD, and wine and strong drink he may not drink, and he will be full of the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb;
১৫যতো হেতোঃ স পরমেশ্ৱরস্য গোচরে মহান্ ভৱিষ্যতি তথা দ্রাক্ষারসং সুরাং ৱা কিমপি ন পাস্যতি, অপরং জন্মারভ্য পৱিত্রেণাত্মনা পরিপূর্ণঃ
16 and he will turn many of the sons of Israel to the LORD their God,
১৬সন্ ইস্রাযেল্ৱংশীযান্ অনেকান্ প্রভোঃ পরমেশ্ৱরস্য মার্গমানেষ্যতি|
17 and he will go before Him, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn hearts of fathers to children, and disobedient ones to the wisdom of righteous ones, to make ready for the LORD, a people prepared.”
১৭সন্তানান্ প্রতি পিতৃণাং মনাংসি ধর্ম্মজ্ঞানং প্রত্যনাজ্ঞাগ্রাহিণশ্চ পরাৱর্ত্তযিতুং, প্রভোঃ পরমেশ্ৱরস্য সেৱার্থম্ একাং সজ্জিতজাতিং ৱিধাতুঞ্চ স এলিযরূপাত্মশক্তিপ্রাপ্তস্তস্যাগ্রে গমিষ্যতি|
18 And Zacharias said to the messenger, “Whereby will I know this? For I am aged, and my wife is advanced in her days?”
১৮তদা সিখরিযো দূতমৱাদীৎ কথমেতদ্ ৱেৎস্যামি? যতোহং ৱৃদ্ধো মম ভার্য্যা চ ৱৃদ্ধা|
19 And the messenger answering said to him, “I am Gabriel, who has been standing near before God, and I was sent to speak to you, and to proclaim this good news to you,
১৯ততো দূতঃ প্রত্যুৱাচ পশ্যেশ্ৱরস্য সাক্ষাদ্ৱর্ত্তী জিব্রাযেল্নামা দূতোহং ৎৱযা সহ কথাং গদিতুং তুভ্যমিমাং শুভৱার্ত্তাং দাতুঞ্চ প্রেষিতঃ|
20 and behold, you will be silent, and not able to speak, until the day that these things will come to pass, because you did not believe my words that will be fulfilled in their season.”
২০কিন্তু মদীযং ৱাক্যং কালে ফলিষ্যতি তৎ ৎৱযা ন প্রতীতম্ অতঃ কারণাদ্ যাৱদেৱ তানি ন সেৎস্যন্তি তাৱৎ ৎৱং ৱক্তুংমশক্তো মূকো ভৱ|
21 And the people were waiting for Zacharias, and wondering at his lingering in the temple,
২১তদানীং যে যে লোকাঃ সিখরিযমপৈক্ষন্ত তে মধ্যেমন্দিরং তস্য বহুৱিলম্বাদ্ আশ্চর্য্যং মেনিরে|
22 and having come out, he was not able to speak to them, and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple, and he was beckoning to them, and remained mute.
২২স বহিরাগতো যদা কিমপি ৱাক্যং ৱক্তুমশক্তঃ সঙ্কেতং কৃৎৱা নিঃশব্দস্তস্যৌ তদা মধ্যেমন্দিরং কস্যচিদ্ দর্শনং তেন প্রাপ্তম্ ইতি সর্ৱ্ৱে বুবুধিরে|
23 And it came to pass, when the days of his service were fulfilled, he went away to his house,
২৩অনন্তরং তস্য সেৱনপর্য্যাযে সম্পূর্ণে সতি স নিজগেহং জগাম|
24 and after those days, his wife Elizabeth conceived, and hid herself five months, saying,
২৪কতিপযদিনেষু গতেষু তস্য ভার্য্যা ইলীশেৱা গর্ব্ভৱতী বভূৱ
25 “Thus the LORD has done to me, in days in which He looked on [me], to take away my reproach among men.”
২৫পশ্চাৎ সা পঞ্চমাসান্ সংগোপ্যাকথযৎ লোকানাং সমক্ষং মমাপমানং খণ্ডযিতুং পরমেশ্ৱরো মযি দৃষ্টিং পাতযিৎৱা কর্ম্মেদৃশং কৃতৱান্|
26 And in the sixth month the messenger Gabriel was sent by God, to a city of Galilee, the name of which [is] Nazareth,
২৬অপরঞ্চ তস্যা গর্ব্ভস্য ষষ্ঠে মাসে জাতে গালীল্প্রদেশীযনাসরৎপুরে
27 to a virgin, betrothed to a man, whose name [is] Joseph, of the house of David, and the name of the virgin [is] Mary.
২৭দাযূদো ৱংশীযায যূষফ্নাম্নে পুরুষায যা মরিযম্নামকুমারী ৱাগ্দত্তাসীৎ তস্যাঃ সমীপং জিব্রাযেল্ দূত ঈশ্ৱরেণ প্রহিতঃ|
28 And the messenger having come in to her, said, “Greetings, favored one, the LORD [is] with you; blessed [are] you among women”;
২৮স গৎৱা জগাদ হে ঈশ্ৱরানুগৃহীতকন্যে তৱ শুভং ভূযাৎ প্রভুঃ পরমেশ্ৱরস্তৱ সহাযোস্তি নারীণাং মধ্যে ৎৱমেৱ ধন্যা|
29 and she, having seen, was troubled at his word, and was reasoning of what kind this salutation may be.
২৯তদানীং সা তং দৃষ্ট্ৱা তস্য ৱাক্যত উদ্ৱিজ্য কীদৃশং ভাষণমিদম্ ইতি মনসা চিন্তযামাস|
30 And the messenger said to her, “Do not fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God;
৩০ততো দূতোঽৱদৎ হে মরিযম্ ভযং মাকার্ষীঃ, ৎৱযি পরমেশ্ৱরস্যানুগ্রহোস্তি|
31 and behold, you will conceive in the womb, and will bring forth a Son, and call His Name Jesus;
৩১পশ্য ৎৱং গর্ব্ভং ধৃৎৱা পুত্রং প্রসোষ্যসে তস্য নাম যীশুরিতি করিষ্যসি|
32 He will be great, and He will be called Son of the Highest, and the LORD God will give Him the throne of His father David,
৩২স মহান্ ভৱিষ্যতি তথা সর্ৱ্ৱেভ্যঃ শ্রেষ্ঠস্য পুত্র ইতি খ্যাস্যতি; অপরং প্রভুঃ পরমেশ্ৱরস্তস্য পিতুর্দাযূদঃ সিংহাসনং তস্মৈ দাস্যতি;
33 and He will reign over the house of Jacob for all ages; and of His kingdom there will be no end.” (aiōn g165)
৩৩তথা স যাকূবো ৱংশোপরি সর্ৱ্ৱদা রাজৎৱং করিষ্যতি, তস্য রাজৎৱস্যান্তো ন ভৱিষ্যতি| (aiōn g165)
34 And Mary said to the messenger, “How will this be, seeing I do not know a husband?”
৩৪তদা মরিযম্ তং দূতং বভাষে নাহং পুরুষসঙ্গং করোমি তর্হি কথমেতৎ সম্ভৱিষ্যতি?
35 And the messenger answering said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you, therefore also the holy-begotten thing will be called Son of God;
৩৫ততো দূতোঽকথযৎ পৱিত্র আত্মা ৎৱামাশ্রাযিষ্যতি তথা সর্ৱ্ৱশ্রেষ্ঠস্য শক্তিস্তৱোপরি ছাযাং করিষ্যতি ততো হেতোস্তৱ গর্ব্ভাদ্ যঃ পৱিত্রবালকো জনিষ্যতে স ঈশ্ৱরপুত্র ইতি খ্যাতিং প্রাপ্স্যতি|
36 and behold, Elizabeth, your relative, she also has conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month to her who was called barren;
৩৬অপরঞ্চ পশ্য তৱ জ্ঞাতিরিলীশেৱা যাং সর্ৱ্ৱে বন্ধ্যামৱদন্ ইদানীং সা ৱার্দ্ধক্যে সন্তানমেকং গর্ব্ভেঽধারযৎ তস্য ষষ্ঠমাসোভূৎ|
37 because nothing will be impossible with God.”
৩৭কিমপি কর্ম্ম নাসাধ্যম্ ঈশ্ৱরস্য|
38 And Mary said, “Behold, the maidservant of the LORD; let it be to me according to your saying,” and the messenger went away from her.
৩৮তদা মরিযম্ জগাদ, পশ্য প্রভেরহং দাসী মহ্যং তৱ ৱাক্যানুসারেণ সর্ৱ্ৱমেতদ্ ঘটতাম্; অননতরং দূতস্তস্যাঃ সমীপাৎ প্রতস্থে|
39 And Mary having arisen in those days, went into the hill-country, with haste, to a city of Judea,
৩৯অথ কতিপযদিনাৎ পরং মরিযম্ তস্মাৎ পর্ৱ্ৱতমযপ্রদেশীযযিহূদাযা নগরমেকং শীঘ্রং গৎৱা
40 and entered into the house of Zacharias, and greeted Elizabeth.
৪০সিখরিযযাজকস্য গৃহং প্রৱিশ্য তস্য জাযাম্ ইলীশেৱাং সম্বোধ্যাৱদৎ|
41 And it came to pass, when Elizabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the baby leapt in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit,
৪১ততো মরিযমঃ সম্বোধনৱাক্যে ইলীশেৱাযাঃ কর্ণযোঃ প্রৱিষ্টমাত্রে সতি তস্যা গর্ব্ভস্থবালকো ননর্ত্ত| তত ইলীশেৱা পৱিত্রেণাত্মনা পরিপূর্ণা সতী
42 and spoke out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed [are] you among women, and blessed [is] the Fruit of your womb;
৪২প্রোচ্চৈর্গদিতুমারেভে, যোষিতাং মধ্যে ৎৱমেৱ ধন্যা, তৱ গর্ব্ভস্থঃ শিশুশ্চ ধন্যঃ|
43 and from where [is] this to me, that the mother of my Lord might come to me?
৪৩ৎৱং প্রভোর্মাতা, মম নিৱেশনে ৎৱযা চরণাৱর্পিতৌ, মমাদ্য সৌভাগ্যমেতৎ|
44 For behold, when the voice of your salutation came to my ears, the baby in my womb leapt in gladness;
৪৪পশ্য তৱ ৱাক্যে মম কর্ণযোঃ প্রৱিষ্টমাত্রে সতি মমোদরস্থঃ শিশুরানন্দান্ ননর্ত্ত|
45 and blessed [is] she who believed, for there will be a completion to the things spoken to her from the LORD.”
৪৫যা স্ত্রী ৱ্যশ্ৱসীৎ সা ধন্যা, যতো হেতোস্তাং প্রতি পরমেশ্ৱরোক্তং ৱাক্যং সর্ৱ্ৱং সিদ্ধং ভৱিষ্যতি|
46 And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the LORD,
৪৬তদানীং মরিযম্ জগাদ| ধন্যৱাদং পরেশস্য করোতি মামকং মনঃ|
47 And my spirit was glad on God my Savior,
৪৭মমাত্মা তারকেশে চ সমুল্লাসং প্রগচ্ছতি|
48 Because He looked on the lowliness of His maidservant, For behold, from now on all the generations will call me blessed,
৪৮অকরোৎ স প্রভু র্দুষ্টিং স্ৱদাস্যা দুর্গতিং প্রতি| পশ্যাদ্যারভ্য মাং ধন্যাং ৱক্ষ্যন্তি পুরুষাঃ সদা|
49 For He who is mighty did great things to me, And holy [is] His Name,
৪৯যঃ সর্ৱ্ৱশক্তিমান্ যস্য নামাপি চ পৱিত্রকং| স এৱ সুমহৎকর্ম্ম কৃতৱান্ মন্নিমিত্তকং|
50 And His kindness [is] to generations of generations, To those fearing Him;
৫০যে বিভ্যতি জনাস্তস্মাৎ তেষাং সন্তানপংক্তিষু| অনুকম্পা তদীযা চ সর্ৱ্ৱদৈৱ সুতিষ্ঠতি|
51 He did powerfully with His arm, He scattered abroad the proud in the thought of their heart,
৫১স্ৱবাহুবলতস্তেন প্রাকাশ্যত পরাক্রমঃ| মনঃকুমন্ত্রণাসার্দ্ধং ৱিকীর্য্যন্তেঽভিমানিনঃ|
52 He brought down the mighty from thrones, And He exalted the lowly,
৫২সিংহাসনগতাল্লোকান্ বলিনশ্চাৱরোহ্য সঃ| পদেষূচ্চেষু লোকাংস্তু ক্ষুদ্রান্ সংস্থাপযত্যপি|
53 He filled the hungry with good, And the rich He sent away empty;
৫৩ক্ষুধিতান্ মানৱান্ দ্রৱ্যৈরুত্তমৈঃ পরিতর্প্য সঃ| সকলান্ ধনিনো লোকান্ ৱিসৃজেদ্ রিক্তহস্তকান্|
54 He has taken hold of His servant Israel, To remember kindness,
৫৪ইব্রাহীমি চ তদ্ৱংশে যা দযাস্তি সদৈৱ তাং| স্মৃৎৱা পুরা পিতৃণাং নো যথা সাক্ষাৎ প্রতিশ্রুতং| (aiōn g165)
৫৫ইস্রাযেল্সেৱকস্তেন তথোপক্রিযতে স্ৱযং||
56 And Mary remained with her about three months, and turned back to her house.
৫৬অনন্তরং মরিযম্ প্রাযেণ মাসত্রযম্ ইলীশেৱযা সহোষিৎৱা ৱ্যাঘুয্য নিজনিৱেশনং যযৌ|
57 And to Elizabeth was the time fulfilled for her bringing forth, and she bore a son,
৫৭তদনন্তরম্ ইলীশেৱাযাঃ প্রসৱকাল উপস্থিতে সতি সা পুত্রং প্রাসোষ্ট|
58 and the neighbors and her relatives heard that the LORD was making His kindness great with her, and they were rejoicing with her.
৫৮ততঃ পরমেশ্ৱরস্তস্যাং মহানুগ্রহং কৃতৱান্ এতৎ শ্রুৎৱা সমীপৱাসিনঃ কুটুম্বাশ্চাগত্য তযা সহ মুমুদিরে|
59 And it came to pass, on the eighth day, they came to circumcise the child, and they were calling him by the name of his father, Zacharias,
৫৯তথাষ্টমে দিনে তে বালকস্য ৎৱচং ছেত্তুম্ এত্য তস্য পিতৃনামানুরূপং তন্নাম সিখরিয ইতি কর্ত্তুমীষুঃ|
60 and his mother answering said, “No, but he will be called John.”
৬০কিন্তু তস্য মাতাকথযৎ তন্ন, নামাস্য যোহন্ ইতি কর্ত্তৱ্যম্|
61 And they said to her, “There is none among your relatives who is called by this name,”
৬১তদা তে ৱ্যাহরন্ তৱ ৱংশমধ্যে নামেদৃশং কস্যাপি নাস্তি|
62 and they were making signs to his father, what he would wish him to be called,
৬২ততঃ পরং তস্য পিতরং সিখরিযং প্রতি সঙ্কেত্য পপ্রচ্ছুঃ শিশোঃ কিং নাম কারিষ্যতে?
63 and having asked for a tablet, he wrote, saying, “John is his name”; and they all wondered;
৬৩ততঃ স ফলকমেকং যাচিৎৱা লিলেখ তস্য নাম যোহন্ ভৱিষ্যতি| তস্মাৎ সর্ৱ্ৱে আশ্চর্য্যং মেনিরে|
64 and his mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue, and he was speaking, praising God.
৬৪তৎক্ষণং সিখরিযস্য জিহ্ৱাজাড্যেঽপগতে স মুখং ৱ্যাদায স্পষ্টৱর্ণমুচ্চার্য্য ঈশ্ৱরস্য গুণানুৱাদং চকার|
65 And fear came on all those dwelling around them, and in all the hill-country of Judea were all these sayings spoken of,
৬৫তস্মাচ্চতুর্দিক্স্থাঃ সমীপৱাসিলোকা ভীতা এৱমেতাঃ সর্ৱ্ৱাঃ কথা যিহূদাযাঃ পর্ৱ্ৱতমযপ্রদেশস্য সর্ৱ্ৱত্র প্রচারিতাঃ|
66 and all who heard laid them up in their hearts, saying, “What then will this child be?” And the hand of the LORD was with him.
৬৬তস্মাৎ শ্রোতারো মনঃসু স্থাপযিৎৱা কথযাম্বভূৱুঃ কীদৃশোযং বালো ভৱিষ্যতি? অথ পরমেশ্ৱরস্তস্য সহাযোভূৎ|
67 And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying,
৬৭তদা যোহনঃ পিতা সিখরিযঃ পৱিত্রেণাত্মনা পরিপূর্ণঃ সন্ এতাদৃশং ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাক্যং কথযামাস|
68 “Blessed [is] the LORD, the God of Israel, Because He looked on, And worked redemption for His people,
৬৮ইস্রাযেলঃ প্রভু র্যস্তু স ধন্যঃ পরমেশ্ৱরঃ| অনুগৃহ্য নিজাল্লোকান্ স এৱ পরিমোচযেৎ|
69 And raised a horn of salvation to us, In the house of His servant David,
৬৯ৱিপক্ষজনহস্তেভ্যো যথা মোচ্যামহে ৱযং| যাৱজ্জীৱঞ্চ ধর্ম্মেণ সারল্যেন চ নির্ভযাঃ|
৭০সেৱামহৈ তমেৱৈকম্ এতৎকারণমেৱ চ| স্ৱকীযং সুপৱিত্রঞ্চ সংস্মৃত্য নিযমং সদা|
71 Salvation from our enemies, And out of the hand of all hating us,
৭১কৃপযা পুরুষান্ পূর্ৱ্ৱান্ নিকষার্থাত্তু নঃ পিতুঃ| ইব্রাহীমঃ সমীপে যং শপথং কৃতৱান্ পুরা|
72 To do kindness with our fathers, And to be mindful of His holy covenant,
৭২তমেৱ সফলং কর্ত্তং তথা শত্রুগণস্য চ| ঋতীযাকারিণশ্চৈৱ করেভ্যো রক্ষণায নঃ|
73 An oath that He swore to Abraham our father,
৭৩সৃষ্টেঃ প্রথমতঃ স্ৱীযৈঃ পৱিত্রৈ র্ভাৱিৱাদিভিঃ| (aiōn g165)
74 To give to us, without fear, Having been delivered out of the hand of our enemies,
৭৪যথোক্তৱান্ তথা স্ৱস্য দাযূদঃ সেৱকস্য তু|
75 To serve Him, in holiness and righteousness Before Him, all the days of our life.
৭৫ৱংশে ত্রাতারমেকং স সমুৎপাদিতৱান্ স্ৱযম্|
76 And you, child, Prophet of the Highest will you be called; For you will go before the face of the LORD, To prepare His ways.
৭৬অতো হে বালক ৎৱন্তু সর্ৱ্ৱেভ্যঃ শ্রেষ্ঠ এৱ যঃ| তস্যৈৱ ভাৱিৱাদীতি প্রৱিখ্যাতো ভৱিষ্যসি| অস্মাকং চরণান্ ক্ষেমে মার্গে চালযিতুং সদা| এৱং ধ্ৱান্তেঽর্থতো মৃত্যোশ্ছাযাযাং যে তু মানৱাঃ|
77 To give knowledge of salvation to His people In forgiveness of their sins,
৭৭উপৱিষ্টাস্তু তানেৱ প্রকাশযিতুমেৱ হি| কৃৎৱা মহানুকম্পাং হি যামেৱ পরমেশ্ৱরঃ|
78 Through the yearnings of our God, In which the rising from on high looked on us,
৭৮ঊর্দ্ৱ্ৱাৎ সূর্য্যমুদায্যৈৱাস্মভ্যং প্রাদাত্তু দর্শনং| তযানুকম্পযা স্ৱস্য লোকানাং পাপমোচনে|
79 To give light to those sitting in darkness and death-shade, To guide our feet to a way of peace.”
