Luke 16
1 And He also said to His disciples, “A certain man was rich, who had a steward, and he was accused to him as scattering his goods;
୧ଜିସୁ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ କାତାନି ବୁଜାଇ କଇଲା । “ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ତାର୍ ଦନ୍ ଇସାବ୍କିତାବ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ରଇଲା । ଆରି ସେ ସବୁ ଦନ୍ ଏନେତେନେ କରିଦେଲାନି ବଲି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକର୍ତେଇ ଅନି ସାଉକାର୍ ସୁନ୍ଲା ।”
2 and having called him, he said to him, What [is] this I hear about you? Render the account of your stewardship, for you may not be steward any longer.
୨ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସାଉକାର୍ ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାକେ ଡାକି କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଟିକ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଇସାବ୍ପତର୍ କରୁସ୍ ନାଇ ବଲି ମୁଇ ବେସି କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲିନି । ମର୍ ସବୁ ଡାବୁର୍ ଇସାବ୍ ମକେ ଦେ । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ତୁଇ ଆରି ମର ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାର୍ କାମେ ନ ରଉସ୍ ।”
3 And the steward said in himself, What will I do, because my lord takes away the stewardship from me? I am not able to dig, I am ashamed to beg—
୩ସେବେଲା ସେ ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ମନେ ମନେ ଏତାଇଲା । ଏବେ ମୁଇ କାଇଟା କର୍ବି? ମର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ କାମେ ଅନି ବାର୍କରିଦେବି ବଲି କଇଲା ଆଚେ । ମାଟି ମାର୍ବାକେ ମକେ ବପୁ ନାଇ ଆରି ବିକ୍ ମାଗ୍ବି ବଇଲେ ମିସା ଲାଜ୍ ଲାଗ୍ଲାନି ।
4 I have known what I will do, that, when I may be removed from the stewardship, they may receive me to their houses.
୪ମୁଇ କାଇଟା କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ ବଲି ଜାନି ଆଚି । ମକେ ଏ କାମେଅନି ବାର୍ କରିଦେଲା ପଚେ କାଇଟା କଲେ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଗରେ ମକେ ଡାକି ନିକକରି ଦେକ୍ବାଇ ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲା ।
5 And having called near each one of his lord’s debtors, he said to the first, How much do you owe to my lord?
୫ତେବେ ସେ ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ତାର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ତେଇଅନି ଉଦାର୍ ନେଲା ସବୁ ଲକ୍କେ ଡାକ୍ଲା । ପର୍ତୁମ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଡାକି ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତୁଇ ମର୍ ସାଉକାର୍କେ କେତେକ୍ ଦେବାର୍ ଆଚେ?”
6 And he said, One hundred baths of oil; and he said to him, Take your bill, and having sat down write fifty.
୬ସେ ଲକ୍ ତାକେ “ସଏ ଡାବା ଚିକନ୍ ।” ବଲି କଇଲା । ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତମେ ଉଦାର୍ ନେଲା ପତିଲଗେ ଉନା କରି ପଚାସ୍ ଡାବା ବଲି ଲେକିଦେସ୍ ।”
7 Afterward to another he said, And you, how much do you owe? And he said, One hundred cors of wheat; and he says to him, Take your bill, and write eighty.
୭ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେ ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତମେ କେତେକ୍ ଦେବାର୍ ଆଚେ?” ଉଦାର୍ ନେଲା ଲକ୍ କଇଲା, “ଅଜାର୍ ବାସ୍ତା ଦାନ୍ ।” ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ତାକେ କଇଲା “ତୁଇ ଉଦାର୍ ନେଲା ପତିତେଇ ଉନାକରି ଆଟ୍ ସଅ ବାସ୍ତା ବଲି ଲେକିଦେସ୍ ।”
8 And the lord commended the unrighteous steward that he did prudently, because the sons of this age are more prudent than the sons of the light in respect to their generation. (aiōn g165)
୮ଏଟାର୍ ପାଇ ସେ ମିଚୁଆ ମୁକିଅ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡାକେ ତାର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ବେସି ଚାଲାକି ଅଇକରି ଏନ୍ତି କାମ୍ କରିଆଚୁସ୍ । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଅଦିକ୍ ଚାଲାକି ।” (aiōn g165)
9 And I say to you, make to yourselves friends out of the wealth of unrighteousness, that when you may fail, they may receive you into the continuous dwelling places. (aiōnios g166)
୯ଆରି ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ କଇଲିନି, ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ଦନ୍ ଦେଇ କରି ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ପାଇ ମଇତର୍ କରା । ସେନ୍ତାରି କଲେ ଜେଡେବଲ୍ ତମର୍ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ଦନ୍ ସାରିଜାଇସି, ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତମ୍କେ କାଲ୍କାଲ୍ ଜୁଗ୍ଜୁଗ୍ ରଇବା ଗରେ ଡାକି ନେଇସି । (aiōnios g166)
10 He who is faithful in the least, [is] also faithful in much; and he who in the least [is] unrighteous, is also unrighteous in much;
୧୦କେ ସାନ୍ ବିସଇ ସତ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କର୍ସି, ସେ ବଡ୍ ବିସଇ ସତ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କର୍ସି । ସେନ୍ତାର୍ସେ କେ ସାନ୍ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି ସତ୍ କାମ୍ ନ କରେ ସେ ବଡ୍ ବିସଇତେଇ ମିସା ସତ୍ କାମ୍ ନ କରେ ।
11 if, then, in the unrighteous wealth you did not become faithful—who will entrust to you the true?
୧୧ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତମ୍କେ ଏ ଦୁନିଆଇ ଦେଲା ଡାବୁ ଆରି ଦନର୍ ବିସଇ ସତଇସେ ନ କରାସ୍ ବଇଲେ ସରଗର୍ ଦନ୍ ତମ୍କେ ମିଲ୍ବାକେ ନ ଦେଏ ।
12 And if in the other’s you did not become faithful—who will give to you your own?
୧୨ତମେ ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଦନ୍ ସତ୍ବାବେ ନ ସଙ୍ଗଇଲେ ନିଜର୍ ଦନ୍ କେ ତମ୍କେ ଦେଇସି?
13 No servant is able to serve two lords, for either he will hate the one, and he will love the other; or one he will hold to, and of the other he will be heedless; you are not able to serve God and wealth.”
୧୩ଗଟେକ୍ ଗତିଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡା ଦୁଇଟା ସାଉକାରର୍ ଦାଇତ୍ ସମାନ୍ ବାବେ କରିନାପାରେ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କର୍ସି ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍କେ ଗିନ୍ କର୍ସି । ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍କେ ନାମ୍ସି ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍କେ ନ ନାମେ । ସେନ୍ତାର୍ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଏକାତରେକ୍ ଏ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ଦନ୍ ଆରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ସମାନ୍ବାବେ ସେବା କରିନାପାରେ ।”
14 And also the Pharisees, being lovers of money, were hearing all these things, and were deriding Him,
୧୪ପାରୁସି ଦଲର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଏ ସବୁ କାତା ସୁନି ଜିସୁକେ ଟାପ୍ରା କଲାଇ, କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ଡାବୁ ଆକା ସେମନର୍ ଜିବର୍ ଦନ୍ ବଲି ବାବ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
15 and He said to them, “You are those declaring yourselves righteous before men, but God knows your hearts; because that which is high among men [is] abomination before God;
୧୫ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତମେ ଲକର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ନିକ ବଲି ଦେକାଇ ଅଇଲାସ୍ନି । ମାତର୍ ତମର୍ ମନ୍ବିତ୍ରେ କାଇଟା ଆଚେ ସେଟା ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଜାନିଆଚେ । ଜନ୍ ଦିନ୍ସୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବେସି ମୁଲିଅ ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲାଇନି ସେଟା ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଦେକ୍ବା ଇସାବେ ବେସି ଗିନର୍ ବିସଇ ।”
16 the Law and the Prophets [are] until John; since then the good news of the Kingdom of God is proclaimed, and everyone presses into it;
୧୬“ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଉ ଜଅନ୍ ଆସି ନିକ କାତା କଇବାଟା ଆରାମ୍ କର୍ବା ଜାକ, ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଆରି ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନର୍ କାତା ତମ୍କେ କାଡାଇ ନେଇତେ ରଇଲା । ଜଅନ୍ ଆଇଲା ପଚେ, ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ରାଇଜର୍ ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇଲାଇନି । ଆରି ନିଜର୍ ବପୁସଙ୍ଗ୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ରାଇଜେ ଜିବାକେ ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇନି ।
17 and it is easier for the heaven and the earth to pass away, than one tittle to fall of the Law.
୧୭ସରଗ୍ ଆରି ଦୁନିଆ ନସିଗାଲେ ମିସା ନିୟମେ ଲେକା ଅଇରଇଲାଟା ଗଟେକ୍ ମିସା ଅଇକର୍ ନ ନସେ ।”
18 Everyone who is sending his wife away, and marrying another, commits adultery; and everyone who is marrying her sent away from a husband commits adultery.
୧୮“କେମିସା ନିଜର୍ ମାଇଜିକେ ଚାଡି ବିନ୍ଟା ଆନ୍ଲେ, ସେ ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବେସିଆ କାମ୍ କଲା ଲକ୍ ଅଇଜାଇସି । ଆରି କେ, ସେ ଚାଡ୍ଲା ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡିକେ ବିବା ଅଇସି ବଇଲେ ସେ ମିସା ଦାଙ୍ଗ୍ଡିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବେସିଆ କାମ୍ କଲା ଆଚେ ।” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
19 And—a certain man was rich, and was clothed in purple and fine linen, making merry sumptuously every day,
୧୯ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ କାତାନି ବୁଜାଇକରି କଇଲା, “ଗଟେକ୍ ସାଉକାର୍ ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ସେ ଲଚେକ୍ ମଲ୍ ଦେଇ ଗେନ୍ଲା ନିକ ନିକ ଚକା ପଚିଆ ପିନ୍ଦ୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ସେ ସବୁଦିନ୍ ବଜି କରି ନିଜେ ସାର୍ଦା ଅଇତେରଇଲା ।
20 and there was a certain poor man, by name Lazarus, who was laid at his porch, full of sores,
୨୦ତେଇ ଲାଜାର୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଅର୍କିତ୍ ଲକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ରଇଲା । ତାର୍ ଗୁଲାଇ ଗାଗଡ୍ ଗାଉ ଅଇରଇଲା । ତାକେ ଆନିକରି ସାଉକାରର୍ କାପାଟ୍ ଲଗେ ଡୁଲାଇତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।
21 and desiring to be filled from the crumbs that are falling from the table of the rich man; indeed, also the dogs, coming, were licking his sores.
୨୧ତେଇ ରଇ, ସେ ସାଉକାରର୍ ତାଲିଅନି ଅଦର୍ଲା ସକ୍ଡି ବାତ୍ସିତା ବେଟି କାଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । କୁକୁର୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ ଗାଗ୍ଡର୍ ଗାଉ ଚାଟ୍ତେ ରଇଲାଇ ।”
22 And it came to pass, that the poor man died, and that he was carried away by the messengers into the bosom of Abraham—and the rich man also died, and was buried;
୨୨କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ଗାଲାପଚେ ସେ ଅର୍କିତ୍ ଲକ୍ ମରିଗାଲା । ଆରି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଦୁତ୍ମନ୍ ଆସି ତାକେ ସରଗ୍ପୁରର୍ ବଜିତେଇ ଅବ୍ରାଆମର୍ ଲଗେ ବସ୍ବାକେ ଦାରି ଗାଲାଇ । ଆରି କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ଗାଲାପଚେ ସେ ସାଉକାର୍ ମିସା ମରିଗାଲା । ତାକେ ନେଇ ତପିଦେଲାଇ ।
23 and having lifted up his eyes in Hades, being in torments, he sees Abraham far off, and Lazarus in his bosom, (Hadēs g86)
୨୩ଆରି ସେ ନରକ୍ କୁଣ୍ଡେ ଗାଲା । ତେଇ ସେ ବେସି କସ୍ଟ ପାଇବାବେଲା ଉପ୍ରେ ସରଗ୍ପୁରେ ଦେକ୍ଲେ ଲାଜାର୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମର୍ ଲଗେ ବସି ଆଚେ । (Hadēs g86)
24 and having cried, he said, Father Abraham, deal kindly with me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and may cool my tongue, because I am distressed in this flame.
୨୪ସେ ଆଉଲି ଅଇ କଇଲା, “ଏ ବାବା ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍, ମକେ ଦୟା କର୍ । ଲାଜାର୍କେ ମର ଲଗେ ପାଟାଇଦେସ୍ । ସେ ଆସିକରି ନିଜର୍ ଆଙ୍ଗ୍ଟି ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ପାନି ଦେଇ, ମର୍ ଜିବ୍ କାକର୍ କର । କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ଏ ନରକ୍ପୁରର୍ ଜଇଲଗେ ବେସି କସ୍ଟ ପାଇଲିନି ।”
25 And Abraham said, Child, remember that you received your good things in your life, and Lazarus in like manner the evil things, and now he is comforted, and you are distressed;
୨୫ମାତର୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍ କଇଲା, “ବାବୁରେ, ତୁଇ ଜିବନ୍ ରଇଲାବେଲାର୍ କାତା ମନେ ଏତାଇ ଦେକ୍ । ତର୍ ଜିବ୍ନେ ସବୁ ନିମାନ୍ ବିସଇ ପାଇରଇଲୁସ୍ । ଆରି ଲାଜାର୍ ସବୁ କାରାପ୍ ବିସଇ ପାଇଲା । ମାତର୍ ସେ ଏବେ ଏ ଜାଗାଇ ସାର୍ଦାଅଇ ଆଚେ । ଆରି ତୁଇ ବେସି କସ୍ଟ ପାଇଲୁସ୍ନି ।
26 and besides all these things, between us and you a great chasm is fixed, so that they who are willing to go over from here to you are not able, nor do they pass through from there to us.
୨୬ଆରି ଗଟେକ୍ ବିସଇ ଅଇଲାନି, ତର୍ ଆମର୍ ମଜାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡେଟା ପାଗଡ୍ ଆଚେ । ଇତିର୍ ଲକ୍ ସିତି ଜାଇ ନଏଁ ଆରି ସିତିର୍ ଲକ୍ ଇତି ଆସି ନଏଁ” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
27 And he said, I ask, then, father, that you may send him to the house of my father,
୨୭ସେ ବେଲା ସେ ସାଉକାର୍ କଇଲା, “ଏ ବାବା ଏନ୍ତି ବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ତକେ ବାବୁଜିଆ କଲିନି ଲାଜାର୍କେ ଦୟାକରି ମର୍ ବାବାର୍ ଗରେ ପାଟାଇଦେସ୍ ।
28 for I have five brothers, so that he may thoroughly testify to them, that they also may not come to this place of torment.
୨୮କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ତେଇ ମର୍ ପାଁଚ୍ଟା ବାଇମନ୍ ଆଚତ୍ । ଲାଜାର୍ ଜାଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ କରାଅ । ସେମନ୍ ସେ କାତା ସୁନି ପାପେଅନି ମନ୍ ବାଦ୍ଲାଅତ୍ । ସେମନ୍ ମଲେ ମୁଇ ଏବେ ବେସି କସ୍ଟ ପାଇବା ଏ ଜାଗାଇ ନ ଆସତ୍” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
29 Abraham says to him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them;
୨୯ମାତର୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ସେମନ୍ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ ଅଇ ରଇବାକେ ମସାର୍ ନିୟମ୍ ଆରି ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନ୍ କଇଲା କାତା ସବୁ ତାକର୍ ଲଗେ ଆଚେ । ସେଟା ସେମନ୍ ପଡିକରି ସିକତ୍ ।” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
30 and he said, No, father Abraham, but if anyone from the dead may go to them, they will convert.
୩୦ଆରି ସେ ସାଉକାର୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ସେତ୍କି ନଏଁ ବାବା, ମଲାଟାନେଅନି ଉଟିକରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଜାଇ କଇଲେ ସେମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ପାପେଅନି ମନ୍ ବାଉଡାଇବାଇ ।” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
31 And he said to him, If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if one may rise out of the dead.”
୩୧ଅବ୍ରାମ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତର୍ ବାଇମନ୍ ମସାର୍ ଆରି ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନର୍ କାତା ନ ସୁନତ୍ ବଇଲେ ମଲାଟାନେଅନି ଉଟିକରି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଜାଇ କଇଲେ ମିସା ସେମନ୍ ନ ମାନତ୍ ।”
