< Luke 10 >
1 And after these things, the LORD also appointed seventy others, and sent them by twos before His face, to every city and place to where He Himself was about to come,
Shure kwaizvozvo Ishe akagadza vamwe makumi manomwe akavatuma achiita vaviri vaviri pamberi pake kumaguta nokunzvimbo dzose kwaakanga achizoenda.
2 then He said to them, “The harvest [is] indeed abundant, but the workmen few; implore then the Lord of the harvest, that He may put forth workmen to His harvest.
Akati kwavari, “Kukohwa kukuru, asi vashandi vashoma. Naizvozvo kumbirai kuna She wokukohwa, kuti atume vashandi mumunda wake wokukohwa.
3 Go away; behold, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves;
Endai! Ndiri kukutumai samakwayana pakati pamapere.
4 carry no bag, no leather pouch, nor sandals; and greet no one on the way;
Musatora chikwama, kana hombodo, kana shangu; uye musakwazisa munhu panzira.
5 and into whatever house you enter, first say, Peace to this house;
“Pamunopinda mumba, mutange namashoko okuti, ‘Rugare ngaruve muimba ino.’
6 and if indeed there may be there the son of peace, your peace will rest on it; and if not so, it will turn back on you.
Kana munhu worugare arimo, rugare rwenyu ruchazorora pamusoro pake; kana zvikasadaro, ruchadzokera kwamuri.
7 And remain in that house, eating and drinking the things they have, for worthy [is] the workman of his hire; do not go from house to house,
Garai muimba iyoyo muchidya nokunwa zvose zvavanokupai nokuti mubati akafanirwa nomubayiro wake. Musapota-pota nedzimba.
8 and into whatever city you enter, and they may receive you, eat the things set before you,
“Pamunopinda muguta uye vakakugamuchirai, mudye zvose zvinoiswa pamberi penyu.
9 and heal the ailing in it, and say to them, The Kingdom of God has come near to you.
Poresai vanorwara varimo mugovaudza kuti, ‘Umambo hwaMwari hwaswedera.’
10 And into whatever city you enter, and they may not receive you, having gone forth to its broad places, say,
Asi pamunopinda muguta uye mukasagamuchirwa, muende munzira dzaro mugoti,
11 And the dust that has cleaved to us from your city, we wipe off against you, but know this, that the Kingdom of God has come near to you;
‘Kunyange neguruva reguta renyu rakanamatira patsoka dzedu tinoripukuta nokuda kwenyu. Asi muzive izvi: Umambo hwaMwari hwaswedera.’
12 and I say to you that it will be more tolerable for Sodom in that day than for that city.
Ndinokuudzai kuti pazuva iro, Sodhomu richarerukirwa kwazvo kupfuura guta iroro.
13 Woe to you, Chorazin; woe to you, Bethsaida; for if the mighty works that were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they had converted long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes;
“Une nhamo iwe, Korazini! Une nhamo iwe, Bhetisaidha! Nokuti dai zvishamiso zvakaitwa mauri zvakanga zvaitwa muTire neSidhoni, vangadai vakatendeuka kare, vakagara mumadota vakafuka masaga.
14 but it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment than for you.
Asi Tire neSidhoni zvicharerukirwa pakutongwa kupfuura imi.
15 And you, Capernaum, which were exalted to Heaven, you will be brought down to Hades. (Hadēs )
Uye iwe, Kapenaume, uchasimudzirwa kudenga here? Kwete, uchaburuka kwakadzika. (Hadēs )
16 He who is hearing you, hears Me; and he who is putting you away, puts Me away; and he who is putting Me away, puts away Him who sent Me.”
“Anokunzwai imi, anondinzwa ini; uyo anokurambai imi, anondirambawo ini; asi uyo anondiramba, anoramba iye akandituma.”
17 And the seventy turned back with joy, saying, “Lord, and the demons are being subjected to us in Your Name”;
Vana makumi manomwe vakadzoka nomufaro vakati, “Ishe, kunyange madhimoni anozviisa pasi pedu muzita renyu.”
18 and He said to them, “I was beholding Satan having fallen as lightning from Heaven;
Akati kwavari, “Ndakaona Satani achiwa kubva kudenga semheni.
19 behold, I give to you the authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and on all the power of the enemy, and nothing by any means will hurt you;
Ndakupai simba rokuti mutsike pamusoro penyoka nezvinyavada uye kuti mukunde simba rose romuvengi; hakuna chichakukuvadzai.
20 but do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subjected to you, but rejoice rather that your names were written in the heavens.”
Kunyange zvakadaro hazvo, musafara nokuti mweya yakaipa inozviisa pasi penyu, asi farai kuti mazita enyu akanyorwa kudenga.”
21 In that hour Jesus was glad in the Spirit and said, “I confess to You, Father, Lord of Heaven and of earth, that You hid these things from wise men and understanding, and revealed them to babies; yes, Father, because so it became good pleasure before You.
Panguva iyoyo Jesu azere nomufaro kubudikidza noMweya Mutsvene, akati, “Ndinokuvongai, Baba, Ishe wokudenga nepasi, nokuti makavanzira vakachenjera navakadzidza zvinhu izvi, mukazvizarurira kuvacheche. Hongu, Baba nokuti zvakakufadzai.
22 All things were delivered up to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and he to whom the Son may resolve to reveal [Him].”
“Zvinhu zvose ndakazvipiwa naBaba vangu. Hakuna munhu anoziva kuti Mwanakomana ndiani kunze kwaBaba, uye hakuna munhu anoziva kuti Baba ndiani kunze kwoMwanakomana naavo Mwanakomana vaanenge asarudza kuvazarurira.”
23 And having turned to the disciples, He said, by themselves, “Blessed the eyes that are perceiving what you perceive;
Ipapo akatendeukira kuvadzidzi vake vari voga akati, “Akaropafadzwa meso anoona zvamuoona,
24 for I say to you that many prophets and kings wished to see what you perceive, and did not see, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear.”
nokuti ndinokuudzai kuti vaprofita vazhinji namadzimambo vaida kuona zvamunoona asi havana kuzviona, uye nokunzwa zvamunonzwa asi havana kuzvinzwa.”
25 And behold, a certain lawyer stood up, trying Him, and saying, “Teacher, what having done, will I inherit continuous life?” (aiōnios )
Mumwe musi mududziri womurayiro akasimuka kuti aedze Jesu. Akati, “Mudzidzisi ndinofanira kuiteiko kuti ndiwane nhaka youpenyu husingaperi?” (aiōnios )
26 And He said to him, “In the Law what has been written? How do you read [it]?”
Iye akapindura akati, “Mumurayiro makanyorweiko? Unouverenga seiko?”
27 And he answering said, “You will love the LORD your God out of all your heart, and out of all your soul, and out of all your strength, and out of all your understanding, and your neighbor as yourself.”
Akapindura akati, “‘Ida Ishe Mwari wako nomwoyo wako wose, uye nomweya wako wose, uye nesimba rako rose nokufunga kwako kwose,’ uye ‘Ida muvakidzani wako sokuda kwaunozviita iwe.’”
28 And He said to him, “You answered correctly; do this, and you will live.”
Jesu akapindura akati, “Wapindura zvakanaka. Ita izvozvo ugorarama.”
29 And he, willing to declare himself righteous, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
Asi iye akanga achida kuzviruramisa, saka akabvunza Jesu akati, “Muvakidzani wangu ndianiko?”
30 And Jesus having taken up [the word], said, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, and having stripped him and inflicted blows, they went away, leaving [him] half dead.
Jesu akapindura akati, “Mumwe murume aiburuka achibva kuJerusarema achienda kuJeriko, paakawira mumaoko amakororo. Vakamubvisa nguo dzake, vakamurova ndokuenda zvavo, vachimusiya oda kufa.
31 And by a coincidence a certain priest was going down in that way, and having seen him, he passed over on the opposite side;
Zvakaitika kuti mumwe muprista akafambawo nenzira iyoyo, uye akati achiona murume uyo, akamunyenyeredza.
32 and in like manner also, a Levite, having been around the place, having come and seen, passed over on the opposite side.
Saizvozvowo, muRevhi akasvika panzvimbo iyoyo akamuona, akamunyenyeredzawo.
33 But a certain Samaritan, journeying, came along him, and having seen him, he was moved with compassion,
Asi muSamaria, aiva parwendo, akasvika pakanga pano murume uya; uye akati achimuona, akamunzwira tsitsi.
34 and having come near, he bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, and having lifted him up on his own beast, he brought him to an inn, and was careful of him;
Akaenda paari akamusunga maronda ake, akaadira mafuta newaini. Ipapo akamutora akamukwidza pambongoro yake, akamuendesa kuimba yavaeni, akamuchengeta.
35 and on the next day, going forth, taking out two denarii, he gave to the innkeeper and said to him, Be careful of him, and whatever you may spend more, I, in my coming again, will give back to you.
Fume mangwana akatora mari yesirivha akaipa kumuchengeti weimba yavaeni. Akati kwaari, ‘Muchengetei uye pandinodzoka, ndichakuripirai zvose zvamunenge mawedzera pane zvandakupai.’
36 Who, then, of these three, seems to you to have become neighbor of him who fell among the robbers?”
“Ndianiko pavanhu vatatu ava waunofunga kuti akanga ari muvakidzani kuna iye akawira mumaoko amakororo?”
37 And he said, “He who did the kindness with him,” then Jesus said to him, “Be going on, and you be doing in like manner.”
Mududziri womurayiro akati, “Uyo akamunzwira tsitsi.” Jesu akati kwaari, “Enda unoita saizvozvo.”
38 And it came to pass, in their going on, that He entered into a certain village, and a certain woman, by name Martha, received Him into her house,
Jesu navadzidzi vake pavakanga vachifamba, vakasvika pano mumwe musha; mumwe mukadzi ainzi Marita akamugamuchira mumba make.
39 and she also had a sister, called Mary, who also, having seated herself beside the feet of Jesus, was hearing the word,
Akanga ano mununʼuna wake ainzi Maria, uyo akagara patsoka dzaShe achiteerera kune zvaakanga achitaura.
40 and Martha was distracted about much serving, and having stood by Him, she said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister left me alone to serve? Say then to her that she may partake along with me.”
Asi Marita akatadziswa kuteerera nokuda kwokugadzirira kwose kwaifanira kuitwa. Akauya kwaari akati, “Ishe hamuna hanya here kuti mununʼuna wangu andisiya ndichingoshanda ndoga? Muudzei kuti andibatsirewo!”
41 And Jesus answering said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and disquieted about many things,
Ishe akapindura akati, “Marita, Marita, uri kufunganya nokugumburwa pamusoro pezvinhu zvizhinji,
42 but of one thing there is need, and Mary chose the good part; that will not be taken away from her.”
asi pane chinhu chimwe chete chinodikanwa. Maria asarudza chinhu chiri nani, uye haazochitorerwi.”
