< Leviticus 1 >

1 And YHWH calls to Moses, and speaks to him out of the Tent of Meeting, saying,
Aa le kinanji’Iehovà t’i Mosè vaho nisaontsia’e boak’ amy kibohom-pamantañañey ty hoe:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: Any man of you, when he brings an offering near to YHWH out of the livestock—out of the herd or out of the flock—you bring your offering near.
Misaontsia amo ana’ Israeleo le ano ty hoe: Naho ama’ areo ty hañenga soroñe am’ Iehovà, le añandeso amo hare’ areoo: he amo lia-raikeo ke amo añombeo.
3 If his offering [is] a burnt-offering out of the herd, he brings a male near, a perfect one, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting; he brings it near at his pleasure before YHWH;
Aa ie hañenga soroñe boak’ am-pirai-trokey, le lahi’e tsy aman-kandra, an-tsatrin-tro’e t’ie hañenga añatrefa’Iehovà an-dalan-kibohom-pamantañañe eo.
4 and he has laid his hand on the head of the burnt-offering, and it has been accepted for him to make atonement for him;
Hasampe’e an-doha’ i hisoroñañey o fità’eo, soa te ho rambeseñe ama’e ho fijebańañe aze.
5 and he has slaughtered the son of the herd before YHWH; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have brought the blood near, and sprinkled the blood around the altar, which [is] at the opening of the Tent of Meeting.
Ho lentae’e añatrefa’Iehovà i baniay; le hendese’ o ana’ i Aharone mpisoroñeo ty lio’e vaho hadasi’ iareo añariary i kitrely an-dalan-kibohom-pamantañañey ty lio’e.
6 And he has stripped the burnt-offering, and has cut it into its pieces;
Le ho holire’e i hisoroñañey vaho ho patepatere’e.
7 and the sons of Aaron the priest have put fire on the altar, and arranged wood on the fire;
Le hampipok’ afo amy kitreliy o ana’i Aharone, Mpisoroñeo, vaho handahatse ty hatae amy afoy.
8 and sons of Aaron, the priests, have arranged the pieces, with the head and the fat, on the wood, which [is] on the fire, which [is] on the altar;
Ho hajarie’ o mpisoroñe, ana’ i Aharoneo, amo hatae añ’ afo ambone’ i kitreliio o tori-henao naho i lohay vaho i safots-ènay;
9 and he washes its innards and its legs with water; and the priest has made incense with the whole on the altar, a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
le ho sasà’e an-drano o aova’eo naho o tombo’eo, naho ho forototoe’ i mpisoroñey irezay ho hatoeñe ambone’ i kitreliy, ho soroñe, enga oroañe añ’ afo, hàñim-pañanintsiñe am’ Iehovà.
10 And if his offering [is] out of the flock—out of the sheep or out of the goats—he brings a male near, a perfect one, for a burnt-offering,
Aa naho boak’ amo mpirai-liao—ke añondry he ose—ty hisoroñañe, le ho lahi’e tsy aman-kandra ty hengae’e.
11 and he has slaughtered it by the side of the altar northward, before YHWH; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have sprinkled its blood around the altar;
Ho lentà’e avara’ i kitrely añatrefa’ Iehovày, vaho hadàsi’ o ana’ i Aharone mpisoroñeo añ’ariari’ i kitreliy ty lio’e.
12 and he has cut it into its pieces, and its head and its fat, and the priest has arranged them on the wood, which [is] on the fire, which [is] on the altar;
Ho lilie’e i henay; vaho halaha’ i mpisoroñey ami’ty hatae amy afo ambone’ i kitreliiy ty loha’e naho ty safo’e,
13 and he washes the innards and the legs with water, and the priest has brought the whole near, and has made incense on the altar; it [is] a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
le ho sasà’e rano o ova’eo naho o tombo’eo naho ho fonga engae’ i mpisoroñey, hengae’e an-katoeñe amy kitreliy ho soroñe, enga oroañe añ’ afo, hàñim-pañanintsiñe am’ Iehovà.
14 And if his offering [is] a burnt-offering out of the bird to YHWH, then he has brought his offering near out of the turtle-doves or out of the young pigeons,
Aa naho voroñe ty hengae’e ho soroñañe am’ Iehovà; he deho ke ana-boromahilala ty ho banabanae’e.
15 and the priest has brought it near to the altar, and has wrung off its head, and has made incense on the altar, and its blood has been wrung out by the side of the altar;
Hendese’ i mpisoroñey mb’ amy kitreliy mb’eo, le haola’e i lohay, naho hengae’e an-katoeñe amy kitreliy; vaho hampiorihe’e añ’ila’ i kitreliy o lio’eo.
16 and he has turned aside its crop with its feathers, and has cast it near the altar, eastward, to the place of ashes;
Hafaha’e ty tsibokò’e naho o volo’eo vaho hahifi’e ami’ty ila atiñana’ i kitreliy mb’amy toen-davenokey.
17 and he has cleaved it with its wings (he does not separate [it]), and the priest has made it an incense on the altar, on the wood, which [is] on the fire; it [is] a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.”
Ho vorahe’e amo ela’eo fe tsy ho riate’e roe, le hengae’ i mpisoroñey ho hatoeñe amy kitreliy amy hatae ambone’ i afoiy; ho soroñe, enga oroañe añ’afo, hàñim-pañanintsiñe am’ Iehovà.
