Leviticus 8
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Ary Jehovah niteny tamin’ i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:
2 “Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin-offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened things,
Alao Arona sy ny zanany ary ny fitafiana sy ny diloilo fanosorana sy ny vantotr’ ombilahy iray hatao fanatitra noho ny ota sy ny ondrilahy roa ary ny harona misy mofo tsy misy masirasira.
3 and assemble all the congregation to the opening of the Tent of Meeting.”
Ary vorio ny fiangonana rehetra ho eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana.
4 And Moses does as YHWH has commanded him, and the congregation is assembled to the opening of the Tent of Meeting,
Ary Mosesy nanao araka izay nandidian’ i Jehovah azy; dia vory teo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana ny fiangonana.
5 and Moses says to the congregation, “This [is] the thing which YHWH has commanded to do.”
Ary hoy Mosesy tamin’ ny fiangonana: Izao atao izao no raharaha izay nandidian’ i Jehovah.
6 And Moses brings Aaron and his sons near, and bathes them with water,
Ary Arona sy ny zanany dia nentin’ i Mosesy nanatona ka nampandroiny tamin’ ny rano.
7 and puts the coat on him, and girds him with the girdle, and clothes him with the upper robe, and puts the ephod on him, and girds him with the girdle of the ephod, and binds [it] to him with it,
Dia nampiakanjoiny ny akanjo lava izy ary nasiany ny fehin-kibo, dia nampiakanjoiny ny akanjo ivelany izy, ary ny efoda dia nataony taminy, dia nasiany ny fehin-kibo momba ny efoda izy, ka nataony fehin’ ny efoda taminy izany.
8 and puts the breastplate on him, and puts the Lights and the Perfections into the breastplate,
Ary ny saron-tratra dia nataony taminy, ka nataony tao ny Orima sy ny Tomima.
9 and puts the turban on his head, and puts the golden flower of the holy crown on the turban, toward the front of its face, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Ary ny hamama dia nataony teo an-dohany; ary ny takela-bolamena, ilay diadema masìna, dia nataony teo anoloana amin’ ny hamama, araka izay efa nandidian’ i Jehovah an’ i Mosesy.
10 And Moses takes the anointing oil, and anoints the Dwelling Place, and all that [is] in it, and sanctifies them;

11 and he sprinkles of it on the altar seven times, and anoints the altar, and all its vessels, and the laver, and its base, to sanctify them;
Dia namafazany impito teo ambonin’ ny alitara ny diloilo; ary nohosorany avokoa ny alitara mbamin’ ny fanaka rehetra momba azy ary ny tavy sy ny faladiany hahamasina azy.
12 and he pours of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron, and anoints him to sanctify him.
Ary nanidinany teo amin’ ny lohan’ i Arona ny diloilo fanosorana, ka nanosotra azy izy hahamasina azy.
13 And Moses brings the sons of Aaron near, and clothes them [with] coats, and girds them [with] girdles, and binds caps to them, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Ary dia nentin’ i Mosesy nanatona koa ny zanak’ i Arona ka nampiakanjoiny akanjo lava, ary nasiany fehin-kibo, dia nampisatrohiny, araka izay efa nandidian’ i Jehovah an’ i Mosesy.
14 And he brings the bullock of the sin-offering near, and Aaron lays—his sons also—their hands on the head of the bullock of the sin-offering,
Ary nentiny nanatona koa ny vantotr’ ombilahy izay hatao fanatitra noho ny ota; ary Arona sy ny zanany nametraka ny tànany tamin’ ny lohan’ ny vantotr’ ombilahy izay hatao fanatitra noho ny ota.
15 and [one] slaughters, and Moses takes the blood, and puts [it] around the horns of the altar with his finger, and cleanses the altar, and he has poured out the blood at the foundation of the altar, and sanctifies it, to make atonement on it.
Dia novonoiny ny, ary nalain’ i Mosesy ny rà, ka notentenany tamin’ ny fanondrony ny tandroky ny alitara teo amin’ ny zorony efatra nanadiovany azy; ary ny rà sisa dia naidiny teo am-bodin’ ny alitara, ka nahamasina azy, mba hanao fanavotana ho azy.
16 And he takes all the fat that [is] on the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses makes incense on the altar,
Dia nalainy ny saboran-tsinainy rehetra sy ny ila-atiny lehibe sy ny voany mbamin’ ny fonom-boany, ka nodoran’ i Mosesy ho fofona teo ambonin’ ny alitara ireo.
17 and the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he has burned with fire, at the outside of the camp, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Fa ny hoditry ny vantotr’ ombilahy sy ny henany ary ny tain-drorohany kosa dia nodorany tamin’ ny afo teny ivelan’ ny toby, araka izay efa nandidian’ i Jehovah an’ i Mosesy.
18 And he brings the ram of the burnt-offering near, and Aaron and his sons lay their hands on the head of the ram,
Ary nentiny nanatona ny ondrilahy izay hatao fanatitra dorana; ary Arona sy ny zanany nametraka ny tànany tamin’ ny lohan’ ny ondrilahy.
19 and [one] slaughters, and Moses sprinkles the blood around the altar;
Dia novonoina iny; ary Mosesy nanipy ny rà manodidina tamin’ ny lafin’ ny alitara.
20 and he has cut the ram into its pieces, and Moses makes incense with the head, and the pieces, and the fat,
Ary norasainy tsara ny ondrilahy; dia nodoran’ i Mosesy ho fofona ny lohany sy ireo voarasa ireo ary ny saborany.
21 and he has washed the innards and the legs with water, and Moses makes incense with the whole ram on the altar; it [is] a burnt-offering for refreshing fragrance; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH, as YHWH has commanded Moses.

22 And he brings the second ram near, a ram of the consecrations, and Aaron and his sons lay their hands on the head of the ram,
Dia nentiny nanatona koa ny ondrilahy anankiray, dia ny ondrilahy fanokanana; ary Arona sy ny zanany dia nametraka ny tànany tamin’ ny lohan’ ny ondrilahy.
23 and [one] slaughters, and Moses takes of its blood, and puts [it] on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot;
Dia novonoiny iny; ary nangalan’ i Mosesy ny rà ka, natentiny teo amin’ ny tendron’ ny ravin-tsofin’ i Arona ankavanana sy tamin’ ny ankihiben-tànany ankavanana ary tamin’ ny ankihiben-tongony ankavanana.
24 and he brings the sons of Aaron near, and Moses puts of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot. And Moses sprinkles the blood around the altar,
Ary nentiny nanatona koa ny zanak’ i Arona, ka notentenan’ i Mosesy ny rà ny tendron’ ny ravin-tsofiny ankavanana sy ny ankihiben-tànany ankavanana ary ny ankihiben-tongony ankavanana; ary ny rà sisa dia natopin’ i Mosesy manodidina tamin’ ny lafin’ ny alitara.
25 and takes the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that [is] on the innards, and the redundance on the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right leg;
Ary nalainy ny hofany sy ny saborany, dia ny safodrorohany sy ny ila-atiny lehibe sy ny voany roa mbamim’ ny fonom-boany ary ny sorony ankavanana.
26 and out of the basket of unleavened things, which [is] before YHWH, he has taken one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one thin cake, and puts [them] on the fat, and on the right leg;
Ary ilay harona nisy ny mofo tsy misy masirasira, izay teo anatrehan’ i Jehovah, dia nangalany iray tamin’ ny mofo tsy misy masirasira sy iray tamin’ ny mofo voaisy diloilo ary iray tamin’ ny mofo manify ka napetrany teo ambonin’ ny saborany sy ny sorok’ ondry ankavanana.
27 and he puts the whole on the hands of Aaron, and on the hands of his sons, and waves them [as] a wave-offering before YHWH.
Dia napetrany teo amin’ ny tànan’ i Arona sy ny zanany ireo rehetra ireo ka nahevahevany ho fanatitra ahevaheva eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah.
28 And Moses takes them from off their hands, and makes incense on the altar, on the burnt-offering—they [are] consecrations for refreshing fragrance; it [is] a fire-offering to YHWH;
Dia nalain’ i Mosesy tamin’ ny tànany indray ireo ka nodorany ho fofona teo ambonin’ ny alitara niaraka tamin’ ny fanatitra dorana; fanati-panokanana ireo ho hanitra ankasitrahana, dia fanatitra atao amin’ ny afo ho an’ i Jehovah.
29 and Moses takes the breast, and waves it [as] a wave-offering before YHWH; it has been for Moses for a portion of the ram of the consecrations, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
Dia nalain’ i Mosesy koa ny tratran’ ondry ka nahevahevany ho fanatitra ahevaheva eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah; anjaran’ i Mosesy avy amin’ ny ondrilahy fanokanana izany, araka izay efa nandidian’ i Jehovah azy.
30 And Moses takes of the anointing oil, and of the blood which [is] on the altar, and sprinkles [them] on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him, and he sanctifies Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
Ary nangalan’ i Mosesy ny diloilo fanosorana sy ny rà izay teo ambonin’ ny alitara ka nafafiny tamin’ i Arona sy tamin’ ny fitafiany ary tamin’ ny zanany sy tamin’ ny fitafian’ ny zanany koa; dia nanamasina an’ i Arona sy ny fitafiany ary ny zanany sy ny fitafian’ ny zanany koa Izy.
31 And Moses says to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the flesh at the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and there you eat it and the bread which [is] in the basket of the consecrations, as I have commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons eat it.
Ary hoy Mosesy tamin’ i Arona sy ny zanany: Andrahoy eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana ny hena; ary eo no hihinananareo azy mbamin’ ny mofo izay eo amin’ ny haron’ ny fanati-panokanana, araka izay nandidiako hoe: Arona sy ny zanany no hihinana azy.
32 And the remnant of the flesh and of the bread you burn with fire;
Ary izay sisa amin’ ny hena sy ny mofo dia hodoranareo amin’ ny afo.
33 and you do not go out from the opening of the Tent of Meeting [for] seven days, until the day of the fullness, the days of your consecration—for seven days he consecrates your hand;
Ary tsy hiala eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana hafitoana ianareo, dia mandra-pahatapitry ny andro fanokanana anareo; fa hafitoana no hanokanany anareo.
34 as he has done on this day, YHWH has commanded to do, to make atonement for you;
Tahaka ny efa natao androany no nandidian’ i Jehovah hatao, hanaovana fanavotana ho anareo.
35 and you abide at the opening of the Tent of Meeting by day and by night [for] seven days, and you have kept the charge of YHWH, and do not die, for so I have been commanded.”
Ary hitoetra eo anoloan’ ny varavaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana hafitoana andro aman’ alina ianareo ka hitandrina izay asain’ i Jehovah hotandremana, dia tsy ho faty ianareo fa izany no nandidiana ahy.
36 And Aaron does—his sons also—all the things which YHWH has commanded by the hand of Moses.
Dia nataon’ i Arona sy ny zanany izay rehetra efa nandidian’ i Jehovah ka nampilazainy an’ i Mosesy.
