Leviticus 6
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Yahvé parla à Moïse, et dit:
2 “When any person sins, and has committed a trespass against YHWH, and has lied to his fellow concerning a deposit, or concerning fellowship, or concerning violent robbery, or has oppressed his fellow;
« Si quelqu'un pèche et commet une infidélité à l'égard de Yahvé, s'il traite faussement son prochain dans une affaire de dépôt, de marchandage ou de vol, s'il a opprimé son prochain,
3 or has found a lost thing, and has lied concerning it, and has sworn to a falsehood, concerning one of all [these] which man does, sinning in them:
s'il a retrouvé ce qui était perdu et a menti à son sujet, et a juré de mentir - dans l'une quelconque de ces choses, un homme pèche par ses actions -
4 then it has been, when he sins and has been guilty, that he has returned the plunder which he has violently taken away, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which has been deposited with him, or the lost thing which he has found;
alors, s'il a péché et s'il est coupable, il restituera ce qu'il a pris par vol, ou ce qu'il a obtenu par oppression, ou le dépôt qui lui a été confié, ou la chose perdue qu'il a trouvée,
5 or all that concerning which he swears falsely, he has even repaid it in its principal, and he is adding to it its fifth; he gives it to him whose it [is] in the day of his guilt-offering.
ou toute chose sur laquelle il a juré faussement: il le restituera intégralement, et y ajoutera un cinquième de plus. Il la rendra à celui à qui elle appartient, le jour où il sera déclaré coupable.
6 And he brings his guilt-offering to YHWH, a ram, a perfect one, out of the flock, at your valuation, for a guilt-offering, to the priest,
Il apportera son sacrifice de culpabilité à l'Éternel: un bélier sans défaut du troupeau, selon votre estimation, en sacrifice de culpabilité, au prêtre.
7 and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH, and it has been forgiven him, concerning one thing of all that he does, by being guilty therein.”
Le prêtre fera pour lui l'expiation devant Yahvé, et il lui sera pardonné tout ce qu'il aura fait pour se rendre coupable. »
8 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Yahvé parla à Moïse, et dit:
9 “Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the burnt-offering: the burnt-offering on [the] burning pile [remains] on the altar all the night until the morning, and the fire of the altar is burning on it.
« Donne cet ordre à Aaron et à ses fils: Voici la loi de l'holocauste: l'holocauste restera sur le foyer de l'autel toute la nuit jusqu'au matin, et le feu de l'autel restera allumé sur lui.
10 And the priest has put on his long robe of fine linen, and he puts his fine linen trousers on his flesh, and has lifted up the ashes which the fire consumes with the burnt-offering on the altar, and has put them near the altar;
Le prêtre revêtira son vêtement de lin, et il mettra sur son corps son pantalon de lin; il enlèvera la cendre de l'endroit où le feu a consumé l'holocauste sur l'autel, et il la mettra à côté de l'autel.
11 and he has stripped off his garments, and has put on other garments, and has brought out the ashes to the outside of the camp, to a clean place.
Il ôtera ses vêtements, en mettra d'autres, et portera les cendres hors du camp, dans un lieu pur.
12 And the fire on the altar is burning on it, it is not quenched, and the priest has burned wood on it morning by morning, and has arranged the burnt-offering on it, and has made incense on it [with] the fat of the peace-offerings;
Le feu restera allumé sur l'autel, il ne s'éteindra pas, et le prêtre y brûlera du bois chaque matin. Il y déposera l'holocauste en ordre, et il y brûlera la graisse des sacrifices de prospérité.
13 fire is continually burning on the altar, it is not quenched.
Le feu brûlera continuellement sur l'autel; il ne s'éteindra pas.
14 And this [is] a law of the present: sons of Aaron have brought it near before YHWH to the front of the altar,
"'Voici la loi de l'offrande de gâteau: les fils d'Aaron l'offriront devant l'Éternel, devant l'autel.
15 and [one] has lifted up of it with his hand from the flour of the present, and from its oil, and all the frankincense which [is] on the present, and has made incense on the altar of refreshing fragrance—its memorial to YHWH.
Il prendra là une poignée de la fleur de farine de l'offrande, de son huile et de tout l'encens qui est sur l'offrande, et il la brûlera sur l'autel, en guise d'odeur agréable, comme sa portion commémorative, devant l'Éternel.
16 And Aaron and his sons eat the remnant of it; it is eaten [with] unleavened things in a holy place—they eat it in the court of the Tent of Meeting.
Ce qui en restera, Aaron et ses fils le mangeront. On le mangera sans levure, dans un lieu saint. Ils le mangeront dans le parvis de la tente d'assignation.
17 It is not baked [with] anything fermented; I have given it [for] their portion out of My fire-offerings; it [is] most holy, like the sin-offering, and like the guilt-offering.
Il ne sera pas cuit au four avec de la levure. Je le leur ai donné comme part de mes offrandes consumées par le feu. Il est très saint, comme le sacrifice pour le péché et le sacrifice de culpabilité.
18 Every male among the sons of Aaron eats it—a continuous statute throughout your generations, out of the fire-offerings of YHWH. All that comes against them is holy.”
Tout mâle parmi les enfants d'Aaron en mangera, c'est la part qui lui reviendra de génération en génération, parmi les offrandes consumées par le feu de l'Éternel. Quiconque les touchera sera saint. »"
19 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
L'Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit:
20 “This [is] an offering of Aaron and of his sons, which they bring near to YHWH in the day of his being anointed: a tenth of the ephah of flour [for] a continual present, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening;
Voici l'offrande qu'Aaron et ses fils présenteront à l'Éternel le jour où il sera oint: un dixième d'épha de fleur de farine, en offrande perpétuelle, une moitié le matin et une moitié le soir.
21 it is made on a griddle with oil—you bring it in stirred; you bring baked pieces of the present near [for] a refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
On la fera cuire à l'huile dans une poêle. Lorsqu'elle sera trempée, tu l'apporteras. Tu offriras l'offrande de repas en morceaux cuits, comme une odeur agréable à Yahvé.
22 And the priest who is anointed in his stead, from among his sons, makes it; [it is] a continuous statute of YHWH; it is completely burned as incense;
Le prêtre oint qui sera à sa place, parmi ses fils, l'offrira. C'est une loi perpétuelle: elle sera entièrement consumée devant l'Éternel.
23 and every present of a priest is a whole burnt-offering; it is not eaten.”
Toute offrande de repas d'un prêtre sera entièrement brûlée. On ne la mangera pas. »
24 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
Yahvé parla à Moïse et dit:
25 “Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, This [is] a law of the sin-offering: in the place where the burnt-offering is slaughtered, the sin-offering is slaughtered before YHWH; it [is] most holy.
Parle à Aaron et à ses fils, et dis: « Voici la loi du sacrifice pour le péché: dans le lieu où l'on égorge l'holocauste, on égorgera le sacrifice pour le péché devant Yahvé. Elle est très sainte.
26 The priest who is making atonement with it eats it; it is eaten in a holy place, in the court of the Tent of Meeting;
Le prêtre qui l'offrira pour le péché la mangera. Il la mangera dans un lieu saint, dans le parvis de la tente d'assignation.
27 all that comes against its flesh is holy, and when [any] of its blood is sprinkled on the garment, that on which it is sprinkled you wash in the holy place;
Tout ce qui touchera sa chair sera saint. Si un vêtement est aspergé de son sang, vous laverez celui sur lequel il a été aspergé dans un lieu saint.
28 and an earthen vessel in which it is boiled is broken, and if it is boiled in a bronze vessel, then it is scoured and rinsed with water.
Mais le vase de terre dans lequel on l'aura fait bouillir sera brisé; et si on l'a fait bouillir dans un vase de bronze, on le récurera et on le rincera à l'eau.
29 Every male among the priests eats it—it [is] most holy;
Tout mâle parmi les prêtres en mangera. C'est une chose très sainte.
30 and no sin-offering, [any] of whose blood is brought into the Tent of Meeting to make atonement in the holy place, is eaten; it is burned with fire.”
On ne mangera pas le sacrifice pour le péché dont on a apporté une partie du sang dans la tente d'assignation pour faire l'expiation dans le lieu saint. Il sera brûlé au feu.
