< Leviticus 3 >
1 “And if his offering [is] a sacrifice of peace-offerings, if he is bringing near out of the herd, whether male or female, he brings a perfect one near before YHWH,
“‘Ne ame aɖe di be yeasa akpedavɔ la, ate ŋu atsɔ nyitsu alo nyinɔ asa vɔ lae, gake lã la nade blibo ne woatsɔe asa vɔe na Yehowa.
2 and he has laid his hand on the head of his offering, and has slaughtered it at the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron, the priests, have sprinkled the blood around the altar.
Ame si tsɔ lã la vɛ la ada asi ɖe lã la ƒe ta dzi, eye wòawui le agbadɔ la ƒe mɔnu. Aron ƒe viŋutsu siwo nye nunɔlawo la ahlẽ ʋu la ɖe vɔsamlekpui la ƒe axawo ŋu.
3 And he has brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to YHWH, the fat which is covering the innards, and all the fat which [is] on the innards,
Tso akpedavɔsa la me la, asa numevɔ na Yehowa kple ami siwo katã le dɔmenuawo ŋu alo ku ɖe wo ŋu,
4 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
ayiku eveawo kple ami si le wo ŋu le lã la ƒe ali gbɔ kple esi le aklã la ŋu; aɖewo kple ayikuawo.
5 and sons of Aaron have made it an incense on the altar, on the burnt-offering which [is] on the wood, which [is] on the fire, [as] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
Nunɔlaawo atɔ dzo nu siawo katã le vɔsamlekpui la dzi hekpe ɖe numevɔsa la ŋu. Nuɖuvɔsa sia anye ʋeʋẽ lĩlĩlĩ si adze Yehowa ŋu.
6 And if his offering [is] out of the flock for a sacrifice of peace-offerings to YHWH, male or female, he brings a perfect one near;
“‘Ne wotsɔ gbɔ̃ alo alẽ sa akpedavɔe na Yehowa la, ele be wòade blibo; ate ŋu anye agbo alo alẽnɔ, gbɔ̃tsu alo gbɔ̃nɔ.
7 if he is bringing a sheep near [for] his offering, then he has brought it near before YHWH,
Nenye alẽvie wòatsɔ vɛ la, ele be wòatsɔe ava Yehowa ŋkume.
8 and has laid his hand on the head of his offering, and has slaughtered it before the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron have sprinkled its blood around the altar.
Ele be wòada eƒe asi ɖe lã la ƒe ta dzi, eye wòawui le Mawu ƒe agbadɔ la ŋkume. Ekema Aron kple via ŋutsuwo ahlẽ ʋu la ɖe vɔsamlekpui la ƒe axawo katã ŋu.
9 And he has brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to YHWH, its fat, the whole fat tail close by the bone—he turns it aside, and the fat which is covering the innards, and all the fat which [is] on the innards,
Eye woatɔ dzo eƒe ami, eƒe asike, woalã asike la ɖa tso lã la ƒe dzimeƒu ŋu, ami si le eƒe dɔmenuwo ŋu,
10 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
ayiku eveawo kple ami si le wo ŋu kple aklã.
11 and the priest has made it an incense on the altar [as] bread of a fire-offering to YHWH.
Nunɔla la atɔ dzo nu siawo le vɔsamlekpui la dzi wòanye nuɖuvɔsa na Yehowa.
12 And if his offering [is] a goat, then he has brought it near before YHWH,
“‘Ne ame aɖe tsɔ gbɔ̃ vɛ be yeasa vɔ na Yehowa la,
13 and has laid his hand on its head, and has slaughtered it before the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron have sprinkled its blood around the altar;
atsɔ eƒe asi ada ɖe gbɔ̃ la ƒe ta dzi, eye wòawui le Agbadɔ la ƒe mɔnu. Aron viŋutsuwo ahlẽ eƒe ʋu ɖe vɔsamlekpui la ƒe axawo kple ene ŋu,
14 and he has brought his offering near from it, a fire-offering to YHWH, the fat which is covering the innards, and all the fat which [is] on the innards,
eye wòatɔ dzo ami si le dɔ me nɛ
15 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
kple ayiku eveawo kple ami si le wo ŋu te ɖe lã la ƒe ali ŋu kple ami si le lã la ƒe aklã ŋu la, esi woaɖe ɖa kple ayikuawo.
16 and the priest has made them an incense on the altar [as] bread of a fire-offering, for refreshing fragrance; all the fat [is] YHWH’s.
Nunɔla la atɔ dzo wo le vɔsamlekpui la dzi abe nuɖuɖu ene, wòanye numevɔsa, wòanye nu si le ʋeʋẽm nyuie. Ami la katã nye Yehowa tɔ.
17 [This is] a continuous statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you do not eat any fat or any blood.”
Esia nye se na mi tegbetegbe le miaƒe anyigba blibo la dzi be miekpɔ mɔ aɖu ami alo ʋu o.’”
