< Leviticus 3 >
1 “And if his offering [is] a sacrifice of peace-offerings, if he is bringing near out of the herd, whether male or female, he brings a perfect one near before YHWH,
Kami maeto mah maitaw hoi angdaeh angbawnhaih sah nahaeloe, coek koi kaom ai maitaw tae, to tih ai boeh loe maitaw tala to Angraeng khaeah paek ah.
2 and he has laid his hand on the head of his offering, and has slaughtered it at the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron, the priests, have sprinkled the blood around the altar.
Anih mah paek ih maitaw lu nuiah a ban to koeng ueloe, rangpui amkhuenghaih kahnim im thok taengah bop tih; to pacoengah Aaron capa qaimanawk mah athii to hmaicam taeng boih ah haeh o tih.
3 And he has brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to YHWH, the fat which is covering the innards, and all the fat which [is] on the innards,
Angdaeh angbawnhaih sak hanah, tazae taqawn kakhuk athawknawk hoi tazae taqawn nui ih athawknawk boih,
4 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
pakae hnetto hoi a nuiah kaom athawknawk, panak taeng ih athawknawk, pathin nui ih athawknawk hoi pakaenawk to nawnto la ah loe, Angraeng khaeah hmai angbawnhaih to sah ah.
5 and sons of Aaron have made it an incense on the altar, on the burnt-offering which [is] on the wood, which [is] on the fire, [as] a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH.
To pacoengah Aaron capanawk mah hmaicam ah tik ih hmai nuiah, hmai angbawnhaih ah sak ih moi hoi nawnto hmai pakhaem tih; to loe Angraeng khaeah hmuihoih ah paek ih hmai hoi sak ih angbawnhaih ah oh.
6 And if his offering [is] out of the flock for a sacrifice of peace-offerings to YHWH, male or female, he brings a perfect one near;
Tuu hoi angdaeh angbawnhaih sah nahaeloe, coek koi kaom ai, tuu khongkha thung ih tuu tae maw, to tih ai boeh loe tuu tala hoiah maw sah ah.
7 if he is bringing a sheep near [for] his offering, then he has brought it near before YHWH,
Tuucaa hoi angbawnhaih sah nahaeloe, Angraeng hmaa ah paek ah.
8 and has laid his hand on the head of his offering, and has slaughtered it before the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron have sprinkled its blood around the altar.

9 And he has brought near from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings a fire-offering to YHWH, its fat, the whole fat tail close by the bone—he turns it aside, and the fat which is covering the innards, and all the fat which [is] on the innards,
Tazae taqawn kakhuk athawknawk hoi tazae taqawn nui ih athawknawk boih, athawk hoi kaenghuh taeng ih ngannawk to la ah, angdaeh angbawnhaih sak hanah,
10 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
pakae hnetto hoi a nuiah kaom athawknawk, panak taeng ih athawknawk, pathin nui ih athawknawk hoi pakaenawk to nawnto lak pacoengah, Angraeng khaeah hmai angbawnhaih to sah ah.
11 and the priest has made it an incense on the altar [as] bread of a fire-offering to YHWH.
Qaima mah to athawknawk to hmaicam nuiah hmai hoi pakhaem tih; to loe Angraeng khaeah hmai angbawnhaih ah sak ih buh ah oh.
12 And if his offering [is] a goat, then he has brought it near before YHWH,
Maeh hoi angbawnhaih sah nahaeloe, Angraeng hmaa ah paek ah.
13 and has laid his hand on its head, and has slaughtered it before the Tent of Meeting, and sons of Aaron have sprinkled its blood around the altar;

A paek ih hmuen thung hoiah thoemto hmuen to la ueloe, Angraeng khaeah hmai angbawnhaih to sah tih; tazae taqawn kakhuk athawknawk hoi tazae taqawn nui ih athawknawk boih,
15 and the two kidneys, and the fat which [is] on them, which [is] on the flanks, and the redundance on the liver above the kidneys—he turns it aside,
pakae hnetto hoi a nuiah kaom athawknawk, panak taeng ih athawknawk, pathin nui ih athawknawk hoi pakaenawk to nawnto la ah loe, Angraeng khaeah hmai angbawnhaih to sah ah.
16 and the priest has made them an incense on the altar [as] bread of a fire-offering, for refreshing fragrance; all the fat [is] YHWH’s.
Qaima mah athawknawk to hmaicam nuiah hmai hoi pakhaem tih; to loe Angraeng khaeah hmuihoih ah paek ih, buh hoi sak ih angbawnhaih ah oh; athawknawk boih loe Angraeng ih ni.
17 [This is] a continuous statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you do not eat any fat or any blood.”
Hae loe kawbaktih ahmuen ah om o cadoeh, angzo han koi na caanawk boih mah moithawk hoi athii caak o han ai ah, dungzan ah kaom Angraeng ih lok ah oh, tiah a thuih pae.
