Leviticus 27
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When a man makes a special vow in your valuation of persons to YHWH,
Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer especial voto ao SENHOR, segundo a avaliação das pessoas que se hajam de resgatar, assim será tua avaliação:
3 then your valuation has been of the male from a son of twenty years even to a son of sixty years, and your valuation has been fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the holy place.
Em quanto ao homem de vinte anos até sessenta, tua avaliação será cinquenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário.
4 And if it [is] a female, then your valuation has been thirty shekels;
E se for fêmea, a avaliação será trinta siclos.
5 and if from a son of five years even to a son of twenty years, then your valuation of the male has been twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
E se for de cinco anos até vinte, tua avaliação será respeito ao homem vinte siclos, e à fêmea dez siclos.
6 and if from a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your valuation of the male has been five shekels of silver, and for the female your valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
E se for de um mês até cinco anos, tua avaliação será em ordem ao homem, cinco siclos de prata; e pela fêmea será tua avaliação três siclos de prata.
7 and if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your valuation has been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
Mas se for de sessenta anos acima, pelo homem tua avaliação será quinze siclos, e pela fêmea dez siclos.
8 And if he is poorer than your valuation, then he has presented himself before the priest, and the priest has valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing reaches, the priest values him.
Porém se for mais pobre que tua avaliação, então comparecerá ante o sacerdote, e o sacerdote lhe porá valor: conforme a capacidade do votante lhe imporá valor o sacerdote.
9 And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, all that [one] gives of it to YHWH is holy;
E se for animal de que se oferece oferta ao SENHOR, tudo o que se der dele ao SENHOR será santo.
10 he does not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really exchanges beast for beast, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy.
Não será mudado nem trocado, bom por mau, nem mau por bom; e se se permutar um animal por outro, ele e o dado por ele em troca serão sagrados.
11 And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, then he has presented the beast before the priest,
E se for algum animal impuro, de que não se oferece oferta ao SENHOR, então o animal será posto diante do sacerdote:
12 and the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; according to your valuation, O priest, so it is;
E o sacerdote o avaliará preço, seja bom ou seja mau; conforme a avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
13 and if he really redeems it, then he has added its fifth to your valuation.
E se o houverem de resgatar, acrescentarão seu quinto sobre tua avaliação.
14 And when a man sanctifies his house [as] a holy thing to YHWH, then the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest values it so it stands;
E quando alguém santificar sua casa consagrando-a ao SENHOR, a avaliará preço o sacerdote, seja boa ou seja má: segundo a avaliar o sacerdote, assim ficará.
15 and if he who is sanctifying redeems his house, then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has become his.
Mas se o que a santificar resgatar sua casa, acrescentará à tua avaliação o quinto do dinheiro dela, e será sua.
16 And if a man sanctifies to YHWH from a field of his possession, then your valuation has been according to its seed—a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
E se alguém santificar da terra de sua possessão ao SENHOR, tua avaliação será conforme sua semeadura: um ômer de semeadura de cevada se avaliará preço em cinquenta siclos de prata.
17 if he sanctifies his field from the Year of the Jubilee, according to your valuation it stands;
E se santificar sua terra desde o ano do jubileu, conforme tua avaliação ficará.
18 and if he sanctifies his field after the Jubilee, then the priest has reckoned the money to him according to the years which are left, to the Year of the Jubilee, and it has been diminished from your valuation.
Mas se depois do jubileu santificar sua terra, então o sacerdote fará a conta do dinheiro conforme os anos que restarem até o ano do jubileu, e se diminuirá de tua avaliação.
19 And if he really redeems the field—he who is sanctifying it—then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has been established to him;
E se o que santificou a terra quiser resgatá-la, acrescentará à tua avaliação o quinto do dinheiro dela, e ficará para ele.
20 and if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed anymore;
Mas se ele não resgatar a terra, e a terra se vender a outro, não a resgatará mais;
21 and the field has been, in its going out in the Jubilee, holy to YHWH as a field which is devoted; his possession is for the priest.
Em vez disso quando sair no jubileu, a terra será santa ao SENHOR, como terra consagrada: a possessão dela será do sacerdote.
22 And if he sanctifies a field of his purchase to YHWH, which [is] not of the fields of his possession,
E se santificar alguém ao SENHOR a terra que ele comprou, que não era da terra de sua herança,
23 then the priest has reckoned to him the amount of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee, and he has given your valuation in that day [as] a holy thing to YHWH;
Então o sacerdote calculará com ele a soma de tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu, e aquele dia dará teu assinalado preço, coisa consagrada ao SENHOR.
24 in the Year of the Jubilee the field returns to him from whom he bought it, to him who [has] the possession of the land.
No ano do jubileu, voltará a terra a aquele de quem ele a comprou, cuja é a herança da terra.
25 And all your valuation is by the shekel of the holy place: the shekel is twenty gerahs.
E tudo o que avaliares o preço será conforme o siclo do santuário: o siclo tem vinte óbolos.
26 Only, a firstling which is YHWH’s firstling among beasts—no man sanctifies it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] YHWH’s.
Porém o primogênito dos animais, que pela primogenitura é do SENHOR, ninguém o santificará; seja boi ou ovelha, do SENHOR é.
27 And if [from] among the unclean beast, then he has ransomed [it] at your valuation, and he has added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it has been sold at your valuation.
Mas se for dos animais impuros, o resgatarão conforme tua avaliação, e acrescentarão sobre ela seu quinto: e se não o resgatarem, se venderá conforme tua avaliação.
28 Only, no devoted thing which a man devotes to YHWH of all that he has, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to YHWH.
Porém nenhuma coisa consagrada, que alguém houver santificado ao SENHOR de tudo o que tiver, de homens e animais, e das terras de sua possessão, não se venderá, nem se resgatará: todo o consagrado será coisa santíssima ao SENHOR.
29 No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
Qualquer um que for consagrado dentre o homens que for separado para a condenação não será resgatado; inevitavelmente será morto.
30 And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is YHWH’s; [it is] holy to YHWH.
E todos os dízimos da terra, tanto das sementes da terra como dos frutos das árvores, pertencem ao SENHOR; são coisas consagradas ao SENHOR.
31 And if a man really redeems [any] of his tithe, he adds its fifth to it.
E se alguém quiser resgatar algo de seus dízimos, acrescentará seu quinto a ele.
32 And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock—all that passes by under the rod—the tenth is holy to YHWH;
E todo dízimo de vacas ou de ovelhas, de tudo o que passa sob a vara, a décima parte será consagrada ao SENHOR.
33 he does not inquire between good and bad, nor does he exchange it; and if he really exchanges it, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.”
Não olhará se é bom ou mau, nem o trocará; e se o trocar, ele e o seu trocado serão consagrados; não se resgatará.
34 These [are] the commands which YHWH has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.
Esses são os mandamentos que o SENHOR ordenou a Moisés para os filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
