Leviticus 27
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
१परमेश्वर मोशेला म्हणाला,
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When a man makes a special vow in your valuation of persons to YHWH,
२इस्राएल लोकांस सांग: एखाद्या मनुष्याने परमेश्वरास मानवाचा विशेष नवस केला तर त्या मनुष्याचे मोल याजकाने याप्रमाणे ठरवावे.
3 then your valuation has been of the male from a son of twenty years even to a son of sixty years, and your valuation has been fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the holy place.
३वीस ते साठ वर्षे वयाच्या आतील पुरुषाचे मोल पवित्रस्थानातील शेकेलाच्या चलनाप्रमाणे पन्नास शेकेल रुपे असावे,
4 And if it [is] a female, then your valuation has been thirty shekels;
४आणि त्याच वयाच्या स्त्रीचे मोल तीस शेकेल रुपे असावे.
5 and if from a son of five years even to a son of twenty years, then your valuation of the male has been twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
५मुलगा पाच वर्षे ते वीस वर्षांच्या आतील वयाचा असेल तर त्याचे मोल वीस शेकेल रुपे व मुलीचे दहा शेकेल रुपे असावे.
6 and if from a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your valuation of the male has been five shekels of silver, and for the female your valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
६मुलगा एक महिन्याहून मोठा व पाचवर्षाहून लहान असला तर त्याचे मोल पाच शेकेल रुपे व मुलीचे तीन शेकेल रुपे असावे.
7 and if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your valuation has been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
७साठ वर्षे वा साठ वर्षाहून अधिक वर्षे वयाच्या पुरुषाचे मोल पंधरा शेकेल रुपे व स्त्रीचे दहा शेकेल रुपे असावे.
8 And if he is poorer than your valuation, then he has presented himself before the priest, and the priest has valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing reaches, the priest values him.
८परंतु तू ठरविलेले मोल न देण्याइतका कोणी गरीब असेल तर त्यास याजकापुढे आणावे; आणि याजकाने नवस करणाऱ्याच्या ऐपतीप्रमाणे नवसाच्या मानवाचे मोल ठरवावे.
9 And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, all that [one] gives of it to YHWH is holy;
९काही पशू परमेश्वरास अर्पण करता येतात त्यापैकी कोणी एखाद्या पशूचा नवस केला तर परमेश्वरास अर्पावयाचा असा प्रत्येक प्राणी पवित्र समजावा.
10 he does not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really exchanges beast for beast, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy.
१०त्याने तो बदलू नये किंवा त्याच्या ऐवजी दुसरे काही देण्याचा प्रयत्न करु नये. त्याने वाईट पशू ऐवजी चांगला किंवा चांगल्याबद्दल वाईट असा बदल करू नये त्याने जर तसा बदल करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला तर मग ते दोन्ही पवित्र होतील व दोन्ही परमेश्वराच्या मालकीचे होतील.
11 And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, then he has presented the beast before the priest,
११काही पशू परमेश्वरास अर्पण करावयास योग्य नसतात ते अशुद्ध असतात कोणी अशुद्ध पशूपैकी एखादा परमेश्वरास अर्पण करावयास आणला तर त्याने तो याजकाकडे आणावा.
12 and the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; according to your valuation, O priest, so it is;
१२तो पशू चांगला असो किंवा वाईट असो याजकाने त्याचे मोल ठरवावे; याजक ठरवील ते त्याचे मोल समजावे.
13 and if he really redeems it, then he has added its fifth to your valuation.
१३पण नवस करणाऱ्याला तो पशू सोडवावयाचा असला तर त्या किंमतीत आणखी एकपंचमांश भर घालून त्याने तो सोडवावा.
14 And when a man sanctifies his house [as] a holy thing to YHWH, then the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest values it so it stands;
१४एखाद्याने आपले घर परमेश्वरास वाहिले तर ते चांगले असो किंवा वाईट असो याजकाने त्या घराचे मोल ठरवावे; याजक ठरवील ते त्याचे मोल समजावे.
15 and if he who is sanctifying redeems his house, then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has become his.
१५परंतु घर वाहणाऱ्याला ते सोडवून परत घ्यावयाचे असेल तर त्याने, याजकाने ठरवलेल्या किंमतीत एकपंचमांश भर घालून ते सोडवावे; मग ते घर त्याचे होईल.
16 And if a man sanctifies to YHWH from a field of his possession, then your valuation has been according to its seed—a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
१६एखाद्याने आपल्या शेतीचा काही भाग परमेश्वरास वाहिला तर त्यामध्ये किती बियाणे पेरले जाते त्यावरुन त्याचे मोल ठरेल; एक होमर, सुमारे सहा बुशेल जवासाठी पन्नास शेकेल रुपे अशी किंमत असावी.
17 if he sanctifies his field from the Year of the Jubilee, according to your valuation it stands;
१७योबेल वर्षापासून त्याने आपले शेत देवाला वाहिले तर याजक ठरविल त्याप्रमाणे त्याचे मोल होईल.
18 and if he sanctifies his field after the Jubilee, then the priest has reckoned the money to him according to the years which are left, to the Year of the Jubilee, and it has been diminished from your valuation.
१८परंतु योबेल वर्षानंतर जर एखाद्याने आपले शेत परमेश्वरास वाहिले तर पुढच्या योबेल वर्षापर्यंत जितकी वर्षे उरली असतील तितक्या वर्षाचा हिशोब करून याजकाने त्याचे नक्की मोल ठरवावे.
19 And if he really redeems the field—he who is sanctifying it—then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has been established to him;
१९शेत वाहणाऱ्याला, मोल देऊन आपले शेत सोडवून परत घ्यावयाचे असले तर त्याच्या ठरवलेल्या किंमतीत एकपंचमांश भर घालून त्याने ते सोडवावे. मग ते शेत परत त्याच्या मालकीचे होईल.
20 and if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed anymore;
२०त्याने ते शेत सोडविले नसेल किंवा दुसऱ्या कोणाला ते विकले असेल तर त्या पहिल्या मालकाला ते सोडवून घेता येणार नाही;
21 and the field has been, in its going out in the Jubilee, holy to YHWH as a field which is devoted; his possession is for the priest.
२१पण योबेल वर्षी ते शेत परत विकत घेतले नाही तेव्हा पूर्णपणे समर्पित केलेल्या शेताप्रमाणे परमेश्वराकरिता ते पवित्र ठरेल, अर्थात ते याजकाचे कायमचे वतन होईल.
22 And if he sanctifies a field of his purchase to YHWH, which [is] not of the fields of his possession,
२२स्वत: च्या कुळाचे नसलेले म्हणजे एखाद्याने स्वत: खरेदी केलेले शेत त्यास परमेश्वराकरिता अर्पण करावयाचे असेल,
23 then the priest has reckoned to him the amount of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee, and he has given your valuation in that day [as] a holy thing to YHWH;
२३तर याजकाने योबेल वर्षापर्यंत त्याचा हिशोब करावा व जितके मोल ठरेल तितके परमेश्वराकरिता पवित्र समजून त्याने त्याच दिवशी ते देऊन टाकावे.
24 in the Year of the Jubilee the field returns to him from whom he bought it, to him who [has] the possession of the land.
२४ज्याच्याकडून त्याने ते शेत पहिल्यांदा खरेदी केलेले असेल म्हणजे ज्याच्या वतनाचे ते असेल त्याच्या ताब्यात ते योबेल वर्षी परत जावे.
25 And all your valuation is by the shekel of the holy place: the shekel is twenty gerahs.
२५मोल देताना ते पवित्रस्थानातील चलनाप्रमाणे ठरविलेले असावे. शेकेल म्हणजे वीस गेरा.
26 Only, a firstling which is YHWH’s firstling among beasts—no man sanctifies it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] YHWH’s.
२६लोकांस गुरेढोरे, शेरडेमेढंरे विशेष देणग्या म्हणून अर्पण करता येतील परंतु त्यापैकी प्रथम जन्मलेला नर परमेश्वराचा ठरलेला आहेच; त्याला, ते विशेष भेट म्हणून वाहू शकणार नाहीत.
27 And if [from] among the unclean beast, then he has ransomed [it] at your valuation, and he has added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it has been sold at your valuation.
२७तो प्रथम जन्मलेला नर अशुद्ध पशूपैकी असला तर याजकाने ठरवलेल्या मोलात एकपंचमांश भर घालून अर्पण करणाऱ्याने तो सोडवावा; पण तो सोडवीत नसला तर याजकाने ठरवलेल्या किंमतीला तो विकून टाकावा.
28 Only, no devoted thing which a man devotes to YHWH of all that he has, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to YHWH.
२८लोक परमेश्वरास काही विशेष देणगी देतात, ती देणगी माणसे, पशू किंवा वतनांची शेते या प्रकारची असेल, ती देणगी परमेश्वराचीच आहे; ती सोडवून परत घेता येणार नाही किंवा विकता येणार नाही.
29 No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
२९ती वाहिलेली विशेष देणगी मानव प्राण्यांपैकी असेल तर त्या मानवाला सोडवून घेता येणार नाही; त्याचा अवश्य वध करावा.
30 And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is YHWH’s; [it is] holy to YHWH.
३०भूमीच्या सर्व उत्पन्नाचा एक दशांश भाग म्हणजे, शेतातील सर्व उपज, आणि झाडे, वेली यांची फळे ह्यांचा एक दशांश भाग परमेश्वराकरिता पवित्र आहे.
31 And if a man really redeems [any] of his tithe, he adds its fifth to it.
३१म्हणून एखाद्याला आपला एक दशांश भाग सोडवून घ्यावयाचा असला तर त्याच्या किंमतीत एक पंचमांशाची भर घालून त्याने तो सोडवावा.
32 And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock—all that passes by under the rod—the tenth is holy to YHWH;
३२गुरेढोर किंवा शेरडेमेंढरे ह्यापैकी ज्यांची गणना काठीखालून चालवून होते अशा प्रत्येक दहांपैकी एक पशू याजक घेईल. प्रत्येक दहावे जनावर परमेश्वराचे वेगळे केलेले असेल.
33 he does not inquire between good and bad, nor does he exchange it; and if he really exchanges it, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.”
३३निवडलेला पशू चांगला आहे किंवा वाईट आहे या विषयी त्याच्या धन्याने चिंता करु नये किंवा त्यास बदलू नये; त्याने बदल करावयाचे ठरविले तर मग तो पशू व त्याच्या बदलीचा पशू असे दोन्ही पशू परमेश्वराकरिता पवित्र होतील; किंमत देऊन ते सोडविता येणार नाहीत.
34 These [are] the commands which YHWH has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.
३४परमेश्वराने इस्राएल लोकांकरिता सीनायपर्वतावर मोशेला दिलेल्या आज्ञा याच आहेत.
