< Leviticus 26 >
1 “You do not make idols for yourselves; and you do not set up carved image or standing image for yourselves; and you do not put a stone of imagery in your land, to bow yourselves to it; for I [am] your God YHWH.
“‘Kada ku yi gumaka, ko ku kafa siffa, ko al’amudi wa kanku, kada kuma ku sa sassaƙaƙƙun duwatsu a ƙasarku don ku rusuna musu. Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku.
2 You keep My Sabbaths and you revere My sanctuary; I [am] YHWH.
“‘Ku kiyaye Asabbataina, ku kuma ba wa wuri mai tsarkina girma. Ni ne Ubangiji.
3 If you walk in My statutes, and you keep My commands, and have done them,
“‘In kuka kiyaye farillaina, kuka yi biyayya da umarnaina,

zan aika da ruwan sama a lokacinsa, ƙasa kuma za tă ba da hatsi, itatuwa kuma za su haihu’ya’yansu.
5 and the threshing has reached to you, [and] the gathering, and the gathering reaches the sowing-[time]; and you have eaten your bread to satiety, and have dwelt confidently in your land.
Masussukanku za su ci gaba har lokacin girbin inabi, girbin inabi kuma zai ci gaba har lokacin shuki, za ku kuma ci duk abincin da kuke so cikin salama a ƙasarku.
6 And I have given peace in the land, and you have lain down, and there is none causing trembling; and I have caused evil beasts to cease out of the land, and the sword does not pass over into your land.
“‘Zan ba ku salama a ƙasar, za ku kuwa kwanta, kuma babu wani da zai tsorata ku. Zan kori mugayen namun jeji daga ƙasar, takobi kuma ba zai ratsa cikin ƙasarku ba.
7 And you have pursued your enemies, and they have fallen before you by the sword;

9 And I have turned to you, and have made you fruitful, and have multiplied you, and have established My covenant with you;

10 and you have eaten old [store], and you bring out the old because of the new.
11 And I have given My Dwelling Place in your midst, and My soul does not loathe you;

Zan yi tafiya a cikinki in kuma zama Allahnku, za ku kuwa zama mutanena.
13 I [am] your God YHWH, who has brought you out of the land of the Egyptians, from being their servants; and I break the bars of your yoke and cause you to go erect.
Ni ne Ubangiji Allahnku, wanda ya fitar da ku daga Masar don kada ku ƙara zama bayi ga Masarawa; na karya sandunan wahalarku, na kuma bar ku ku yi tafiya a sake.
14 And if you do not listen to Me and do not do all these commands,

16 I also do this to you: I have even appointed trouble over you, the consumption, and the burning fever, consuming eyes, and causing pain of soul; and you have sowed your seed in vain, and your enemies have eaten it;

21 And if you walk with Me [in] opposition, and are not willing to listen to Me, then I have added to you a plague sevenfold, according to your sins,

25 and I have brought in a sword on you, executing the vengeance of a covenant; and you have been gathered to your cities, and I have sent pestilence into your midst, and you have been given into the hand of an enemy.

27 And if for this you do not listen to Me, and have walked with Me in opposition,

29 And you have eaten [the] flesh of your sons; and you eat [the] flesh of your daughters.
30 And I have destroyed your high places, and cut down your images, and have put your carcasses on the carcasses of your idols, and My soul has loathed you;
Zan rurrushe dukan masujadanku, in yanke bagadanku na turare, in yi tarin gawawwakinku a kan gumakanku, zan kuma yi ƙyamarku.
31 and I have made your cities a ruin, and have made your sanctuaries desolate, and I do not smell your refreshing fragrance;

33 And I scatter you among nations, and have drawn out a sword after you, and your land has been a desolation, and your cities are a ruin.

34 Then the land enjoys its Sabbaths all the days of the desolation—and you [are] in the land of your enemies; then the land rests, and has enjoyed its Sabbaths;

36 And those who are left of you—I have also brought a faintness into their heart in the lands of their enemies, and the sound of a leaf driven away has pursued them, and they have fled [as in] flight from a sword—and they have fallen, and there is none pursuing.
“‘Ga waɗanda za su ragu kuwa, zan cika zukatansu da tsoro a ƙasashen abokan gābansu har motsin ganyen da iska ta hura zai sa su ruga da gudu. Za su yi gudu kamar suna gudu daga takobi ne, za su kuma fāɗi, ko da yake babu wanda yake korinsu.
37 And they have stumbled on one another, as from the face of a sword, and there is none pursuing, and you have no standing before your enemies,
Ta haka ba za ku iya tsaya a gaban abokan gābanku ba.

39 And those who are left of you—they consume away in their iniquity, in the lands of your enemies; and also in the iniquities of their fathers, they consume away with them.

40 And [if] they have confessed their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they have trespassed against Me, and also that they have walked with Me in opposition,
“‘Amma in suka tuba daga zunubansu da zunuban kakanninsu, da cin amanar da suka yi mini, da kuma adawar da suka yi da ni,

43 And the land is left by them, and enjoys its Sabbaths, in the desolation without them, and they accept the punishment of their iniquity, because, even because, they have kicked against My judgments, and their soul has loathed My statutes,

46 These [are] the statutes, and the judgments, and the laws, which YHWH has given between Him and the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai, by the hand of Moses.
