< Leviticus 26 >

1 “You do not make idols for yourselves; and you do not set up carved image or standing image for yourselves; and you do not put a stone of imagery in your land, to bow yourselves to it; for I [am] your God YHWH.
Kik ulos kido moro amora mopa kata chungo siro moro milamo bende kidi moro amora mopa kik yud e pinyu kukulorune kulame. An e Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu.
2 You keep My Sabbaths and you revere My sanctuary; I [am] YHWH.
Rituru Sabato maga, kendo luoruru kara maler mar lemo. An e Jehova Nyasaye.
3 If you walk in My statutes, and you keep My commands, and have done them,
Ka urito buchena kendo urito chikena,
4 then I have given your rains in their season, and the land has given her produce, and the tree of the field gives its fruit;
to abiro kelonu koth e kinde mowinjore, kendo pinyu nochieg cham mi yiendeu nonyag olembe.
5 and the threshing has reached to you, [and] the gathering, and the gathering reaches the sowing-[time]; and you have eaten your bread to satiety, and have dwelt confidently in your land.
Ubiro dino cham nyaka chop kinde muponoe mzabibu kendo ubiro pono mzabibu nyaka chop kinde muchwoyoe bende ubiro bedo gi chiemo moromou kendo ubiro dak gi kwe e pinyu.
6 And I have given peace in the land, and you have lain down, and there is none causing trembling; and I have caused evil beasts to cease out of the land, and the sword does not pass over into your land.
Anamiu kwe e pinyu, mi ununindi maonge ngʼama nomiu luoro. Anatieki ondiegi duto e dieru kendo ligangla ok nomonju kata matin.
7 And you have pursued your enemies, and they have fallen before you by the sword;

Jou abich nobed gi teko mar riembo ji mia achiel, kendo jou mia achiel nobed gi teko mar riembo ji gana apar, kendo ununeg wasiku.
9 And I have turned to you, and have made you fruitful, and have multiplied you, and have established My covenant with you;

11 And I have given My Dwelling Place in your midst, and My soul does not loathe you;

12 and I have habitually walked in your midst, and have become your God, and you become My people;
Anawuoth e dieru mi nabed Nyasachu, kendo unubed joga.
13 I [am] your God YHWH, who has brought you out of the land of the Egyptians, from being their servants; and I break the bars of your yoke and cause you to go erect.
An e Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachu mane ogolou e piny Misri, mondo kik ubed wasumb jo-Misri kendo ne aturo lodi mane otwenu mi koro sani uwuotho tir.
14 And if you do not listen to Me and do not do all these commands,

16 I also do this to you: I have even appointed trouble over you, the consumption, and the burning fever, consuming eyes, and causing pain of soul; and you have sowed your seed in vain, and your enemies have eaten it;
to koro ngʼeuru chuth ni mae e kaka abiro timonu: Anapou gi masira kod tho marach, gi tuo mayuyo wangʼ gi tuo mamiyo del dhe. Cham ma upidho ok nokonyu kata matin nikech jowasiku ema nochamgi.

18 And if up to these you [still] do not listen to Me—then I have added to discipline you sevenfold for your sins;
Kata bangʼ timo magi duto kapod ok unyal winja, to anakumu nyadibiriyo kuom richo duto.
19 and I have broken the pride of your strength, and have made your heavens as iron, and your earth as bronze;
Anatiek sunga mar wich teko ma un-go, kendo anami polo rieny ka chuma, kendo piny mwalo nodog matek ka mula.
20 and your strength has been consumed in vain, and your land does not give her produce, and the tree of the land does not give its fruit.
Ubiro ketho tekreu kayiem nono, kuchwoyo cham nimar chambu ok nochiegi, kata yedheu bende ok nonyag olembe.
21 And if you walk with Me [in] opposition, and are not willing to listen to Me, then I have added to you a plague sevenfold, according to your sins,
Kapod usikona mana gi wich teko kendo udagi winja, to anakelnu masiche moloyo nyadibiriyo maromre gi richou.
22 and sent the beast of the field against you, and it has bereaved you; and I have cut off your livestock, and have made you few, and your ways have been desolate.
Abiro oronu le mag bungu mondo oked kodu kendo ginineg nyithindo kaachiel gi jambu mi unudongʼ manok kendo yoreu nodongʼ nono maonge joma wuothoe.
23 And if by these you are not instructed by Me, and have walked with Me [in] opposition,

24 then I have walked—I also—with you in opposition, and have struck you, even I, sevenfold for your sins;
to an bende nanyisu wich teko, mi anamiu kum moloyo nyadibiriyo nikech richou.
25 and I have brought in a sword on you, executing the vengeance of a covenant; and you have been gathered to your cities, and I have sent pestilence into your midst, and you have been given into the hand of an enemy.
Kendo anakel lweny e dieru mondo achulgo kuor kuom ketho singruok mane atimo kodu, kendo kinde duto manuchokru e miechu to nagou gi tuoche kendo wasiku nomaku.
26 In My breaking your staff of bread, then ten women have baked your bread in one oven, and have given back your bread by weight; and you have eaten and are not satisfied.
Anami chiembu doko manok kendo mon apar notedi e agulu achiel. Ginipimnu chiemo e rapim, kendo kata kuchiemo to onge ngʼama noyiengʼ.
27 And if for this you do not listen to Me, and have walked with Me in opposition,
Kobedo ni pod ok udwogo ira kata bangʼ timonu magi duto, kendo udhi mana nyime gi wich teko,
28 then I have walked with you in the fury of opposition, and have disciplined you, even I, sevenfold for your sins.

29 And you have eaten [the] flesh of your sons; and you eat [the] flesh of your daughters.
Unucham ring yawuotu kod nyiwu.
30 And I have destroyed your high places, and cut down your images, and have put your carcasses on the carcasses of your idols, and My soul has loathed you;
Anaketh kuondeu motingʼore gi malo, kendo anamuki kendeu muwangʼoe ubani. Anaket ringreu motho kuom nyiseche manono kendo anajwangʼu chuth.
31 and I have made your cities a ruin, and have made your sanctuaries desolate, and I do not smell your refreshing fragrance;
Miechu madongo biro bedo gundni, kuondeu maler mag lemo abiro ketho, kendo ok anayie winjo tik mangʼwe ngʼar mag misengini mau.
32 and I have made the land desolate, and your enemies who are dwelling in it have been astonished at it.
Anaketh pinyu kendo jowasiku mabiro dakie nohum nono.
33 And I scatter you among nations, and have drawn out a sword after you, and your land has been a desolation, and your cities are a ruin.
Abiro keyou e kind ogendini, anagol ligangla mi alawu. Pinyu nodongʼ gunda, kendo miechu madongo nokethi chuth.
34 Then the land enjoys its Sabbaths all the days of the desolation—and you [are] in the land of your enemies; then the land rests, and has enjoyed its Sabbaths;
E kinde duto ma pinyu nodongʼ gunda, ka un to asekeyou udak e kind wasiku; pinyu nobed ma ok opur mondo ochulgo Sabato maga duto mane ok urito.
35 it rests all the days of the desolation [for] that which it has not rested in your Sabbaths, in your dwelling on it.
E kinde duto ma pinyu nodongʼ gunda kamano, enobed ma ok opure, ka oritogo Sabato duto mane ok oyweyoe e kinde mane udak kuno.
36 And those who are left of you—I have also brought a faintness into their heart in the lands of their enemies, and the sound of a leaf driven away has pursued them, and they have fled [as in] flight from a sword—and they have fallen, and there is none pursuing.
To kuom jou modongʼ ka ngima e piny wasikgi, ginto anagogi kod kihondko e piny wasikgi, ma kata ka yamo okwadho it oboke maponi giwinjo, to giniwuog gi ngʼwech. Giniringi mana ka joma wasigu lawo gi ligangla mi gipodh piny kata obedo ni onge ngʼama lawogi.
37 And they have stumbled on one another, as from the face of a sword, and there is none pursuing, and you have no standing before your enemies,
Ginituomre kendgi giwegi mana ka joma wasigu lawo gi ligangla, kata obedo ni onge ngʼama lawogi. Omiyo ok unuyud teko mar kedo gi wasiku.
38 and you have perished among the nations, and the land of your enemies has consumed you.
Unulal nono e kind ogendini, kendo wasiku notieku.
39 And those who are left of you—they consume away in their iniquity, in the lands of your enemies; and also in the iniquities of their fathers, they consume away with them.
Joma otony e dieru mane odongʼ kangima e pinje mag wasiku nobed ka dendgi dhi adhiya nikech richogi kendo nikech richo mag kweregi, mana machal kaka notimore ni kweregi.
40 And [if] they have confessed their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they have trespassed against Me, and also that they have walked with Me in opposition,
Bangʼ mae gibiro hulo richogi gi richo kweregi mane omiyo giweya kaachiel gi richo mane omiyo gibedo wasika,
41 when I also walk in opposition to them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies—if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and then they accept the punishment of their iniquity—
mane omiyo abedo kodgi mamon kendo mane omiyo aterogi e piny wasikgi, eka bangʼe chunygi ma ok oyie kaka adwaro nobolre, mi giniyud kum kuom richogi,
42 then I have remembered My covenant [with] Jacob, and also My covenant [with] Isaac, and also My covenant [with] Abraham I remember, and I remember the land.
eka abiro paro singruok mane atimo gi Jakobo kendo gi Isaka kendo gi Ibrahim, kendo anapar pinyu.
43 And the land is left by them, and enjoys its Sabbaths, in the desolation without them, and they accept the punishment of their iniquity, because, even because, they have kicked against My judgments, and their soul has loathed My statutes,
Piny to nodongʼ gunda nikech joma odakie osea, kendo obiro nindo ka ok opure mondo ochulgo Sabato duto mane ok oyweyoe. Giniyud kum kuom richogi nikech ne gichayo chikena kod buchena.
44 and also even this, in their being in the land of their enemies, I have not rejected them, nor have I loathed them, to consume them, to break My covenant with them; for I [am] their God YHWH—
“Kata kamano, kata obedo ni gin e piny wasikgi, to ka anawitgi kendo ok anajwangʼ-gi kata tiekogi chuth, mi aketh singruok mane atimo kodgi. An Jehova Nyasaye ma Nyasachgi.
45 then I have remembered for them the covenant of the ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt before the eyes of the nations to become their God; I [am] YHWH.”
Nikech aherogi, omiyo anapar singruok mane atimo gi kweregi, mane agolo e piny Misri mana kane ogendini neno mondo an Jehova Nyasaye abed Nyasachgi.”
46 These [are] the statutes, and the judgments, and the laws, which YHWH has given between Him and the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai, by the hand of Moses.
Magi e buche, chike kod yore mane Jehova Nyasaye omiyo jo-Israel e Got Sinai kokadho kuom Musa.
