Leviticus 22

1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

౧యెహోవా మోషేకు ఇలా ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు.

2 “Speak to Aaron and to his sons, and they are separated from the holy things of the sons of Israel, and they do not defile My holy Name in what they are hallowing to Me; I [am] YHWH.

౨“అహరోనుతో అతని కొడుకులతో ఇది చెప్పు. వారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు నాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించే వాటిని ప్రత్యేకమైనవిగా భావించాలి. వారు నా పరిశుద్ధ నామాన్ని అపవిత్ర పరచకూడదు. నేను యెహోవాను.

3 Say to them: Throughout your generations, any man who draws near, out of all your seed, to the holy things which the sons of Israel sanctify to YHWH, and his uncleanness [is] on him—indeed, that person has been cut off from before My face; I [am] YHWH.

౩నీవు వారితో ఇలా చెప్పు. మీ తరతరాలకు మీ సంతతి వారందరిలో ఒకడు అపవిత్రంగా ఉండి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించే వాటిని సమీపిస్తే అలాంటి వాణ్ణి నా సన్నిధిలో ఉండకుండాా దూరంగా కొట్టివేస్తాను. నేను యెహోవాను.

4 Any man of the seed of Aaron, and he is leprous or has discharging—he does not eat of the holy things until he is clean; and he who is coming against any uncleanness of a person, or a man whose seed [from] intercourse goes out from him,

౪అహరోను సంతానంలో ఎవరికైనా కుష్టువ్యాధి గానీ, శరీరం నుండి రసి లాంటిది కారడం గానీ ఉంటే అలాటి వాడు పవిత్రుడయ్యే వరకూ ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిలో దేనినీ తినకూడదు. శవాన్ని తాకడం వల్లా, అపవిత్రమైన దేనినైనా ముట్టుకోవడం వల్లా, వీర్యస్కలనం చేసిన వాణ్ణి తాకడం వల్లా,

5 or a man who comes against any teeming thing which is unclean to him, or against a man who is unclean to him, even any of his uncleanness—

౫అపవిత్రమైన పురుగును, లేక ఏదో ఒక అపవిత్రత మూలంగా అపవిత్రుడైపోయిన మనిషిని ముట్టుకోవడం వల్లా, అలాటి అపవిత్రత తగిలినవాడు సాయంత్రం వరకూ అపవిత్రుడుగా ఉంటాడు.

6 the person who comes against it has even been unclean until the evening, and does not eat of the holy things, but has bathed his flesh with water,

౬అతడు నీళ్లతో తన ఒళ్ళు కడుక్కునే వరకూ ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిని తినకూడదు.

7 and the sun has gone in, and he has been clean, and afterward he eats of the holy things, for it [is] his food;

౭సూర్యుడు అస్తమించినప్పుడు అతడు పవిత్రుడౌతాడు. ఆ తరువాత అతడు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిని తినవచ్చు. అవి అతనికి ఆహారమే గదా.

8 he does not eat a carcass or torn thing, to become unclean with it; I [am] YHWH.

౮అతడు చచ్చిన జంతువును గానీ, మృగాలు చీల్చిన వాటిని గాని తిని దాని వలన తనను అపవిత్ర పరచుకోకూడదు. నేను యెహోవాను.

9 And they have kept My charge, and bear no sin for it, that they have died for it when they defile it; I [am] YHWH sanctifying them.

౯కాబట్టి నేను విధించిన నియమాన్ని మీరి, దాని పాపదోషం తనపై వేసుకుని దాని వలన చావకుండేలా చూసుకోవాలి. నేను వారిని పరిశుద్ధ పరిచే యెహోవాను.

10 And no stranger eats of the holy thing; a settler [with] a priest and a hired worker does not eat of the holy thing;

౧౦ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన దాన్ని యూదులు కాని వారు తినకూడదు. యాజకుని ఇంట్లో నివసించే అన్యుడు గాని, సేవకుడు గాని ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన దాన్ని తినకూడదు.

11 but when a priest buys a person, the purchase of his money, he eats of it, also one born in his house; they eat of his bread.

౧౧అయితే యాజకుడు తన డబ్బుతో కొనుక్కున్న వాడు, అతని ఇంట్లో పుట్టినవాడు అతడు తినే ఆహారం తినవచ్చు.

12 And a priest’s daughter, when she is a strange man’s, she does not eat of the raised-offering of the holy things;

౧౨యాజకుని కుమార్తెను అన్యునికి ఇచ్చి పెళ్లి చేస్తే ఆమె ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన అర్పణల్లో దేనినీ తినకూడదు.

13 but a priest’s daughter, when she is a widow, or cast out, and has no seed, and has turned back to the house of her father, as [in] her youth, she eats of her father’s bread; but no stranger eats of it.

౧౩యాజకుని కుమార్తెల్లో వితంతువుగానీ, విడాకులు తీసుకున్నది గానీ పిల్లలు పుట్టక పోవడం వల్ల ఆమె తన బాల్యప్రాయంలో వలె తన తండ్రి యింటికి తిరిగి చేరితే తన తండ్రి ఆహారాన్ని తినవచ్చు. అన్యుడు మాత్రం దాన్ని తినకూడదు.

14 And when a man eats of a holy thing through ignorance, then he has added its fifth part to it, and has given [it] to the priest, with the holy thing;

౧౪ఒకడు పొరబాటున ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన దాన్ని తింటే వాడు ఆ ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన దాని విలువలో ఐదో వంతు కలిపి యాజకునికి తిరిగి ఇవ్వాలి.

15 and they do not defile the holy things of the sons of Israel—that which they lift up to YHWH,

౧౫ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిని తినడం వలన అపరాధాన్ని భరించకుండా ఉండాలంటే తాము యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించే పరిశుద్ధ వస్తువులను అపవిత్ర పరచకూడదు.

16 or have caused them to bear the iniquity of the guilt-offering in their eating their holy things; for I [am] YHWH, sanctifying them.”

౧౬నేను అర్పణలను పరిశుద్ధ పరచే యెహోవానని చెప్పు.”

17 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

౧౭యెహోవా మోషేకు ఇలా ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు.

18 “Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: Any man of the house of Israel, or of the sojourners in Israel, who brings his offering near, of all his vows, or of all his willing offerings which they bring near to YHWH for a burnt-offering—

౧౮“నీవు అహరోనుతో, అతని కొడుకులతో, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరితో ఇలా చెప్పు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల కుటుంబాల్లో గానీ ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల్లో నివసించే పరదేశుల్లోగాని యెహోవాకు దహన బలి అర్పించదలిస్తే అది స్వేచ్ఛార్పణగానివ్వండి, మొక్కుబడి గానివ్వండి

19 [you bring near] at your pleasure a perfect one, a male of the herd, of the sheep or of the goats;

౧౯ఆ అర్పణ దేవుడు అంగీకరించేలా ఆవుల్లో నుండి గానీ, గొర్రె మేకల్లో నుండి గానీ దోషంలేని మగదాన్ని అర్పించాలి.

20 nothing in which [is] blemish do you bring near, for it is not for a pleasing thing for you.

౨౦కళంకం ఉన్న దాన్ని అర్పించ కూడదు. అది అంగీకారం కాదు.

21 And when a man brings a sacrifice of peace-offerings near to YHWH, to complete a special vow, or for a willing-offering, of the herd or of the flock, it is perfect for a pleasing thing: no blemish is in it.

౨౧ఒకడు మొక్కుబడిగా స్వేచ్ఛార్పణంగా అర్పించడానికి శాంతి బలిగా ఆవునైనా గొర్రెనైనా మేకనైనా యెహోవాకు తెస్తే ఆయన దాన్ని అంగీకరించేలా అది దోషం లేనిదై ఉండాలి. దానిలో కళంకమేదీ ఉండకూడదు.

22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or [having] an oozing sore [[or a defect of the eye]], or itch, or scab—you do not bring these near to YHWH, and you do not make a fire-offering from them on the altar to YHWH.

౨౨గుడ్డిదాన్ని గానీ కుంటిదాన్ని గానీ, పాడైపోయిన దాన్ని గానీ, గడ్డలు, గజ్జి, కురుపులు ఉన్న దాన్ని గానీ యెహోవాకు అర్పించకూడదు. అలాంటివి దేన్నీ బలివేదికపై యెహోవాకు హోమం చేయకూడదు.

23 As for an ox or sheep [that] is deformed or stunted—you make it a willing-offering, but it is not pleasing for a vow.

౨౩అంగవైకల్యం గల కోడెదూడనైనా గొర్రెల మేకల మందలోని దాన్నైనా స్వేచ్ఛార్పణంగా అర్పించవచ్చు గానీ మొక్కుబడిగా మాత్రం అది అంగీకారం కాదు.

24 As for bruised, or beaten, or torn, or cut—you do not bring [it] near to YHWH; and in your land you do not do it.

౨౪గాయపడిన, నలిగిన, మృగాలు చీల్చిన, వృషణాలు చితక గొట్టిన జంతువును యెహోవాకు అర్పించకూడదు. మీ దేశంలో అలాంటివి అర్పించకూడదు.

25 And you do not bring the bread of your God near from the hand of a son of a stranger, from any of these, for their corruption [is] in them; blemish [is] in them; they are not pleasing for you.”

౨౫విదేశీయుల దగ్గర నుండి అలాటి వాటిని తీసుకుని మీ దేవుడికి నైవేద్యంగా అర్పించకూడదు. అవి లోపం గలవి, వాటికి కళంకం ఉంది. మీ పక్షంగా దేవుడు వాటిని అంగీకరించడు, అని చెప్పు.”

26 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,

౨౬యెహోవా మోషేకు ఇంకా ఇలా ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు.

27 “When ox, or lamb, or goat is born, and it has been under its mother [for] seven days, then from the eighth day and from now on, it is pleasing for an offering, a fire-offering to YHWH;

౨౭“దూడగాని, గొర్రెపిల్లగాని, మేకపిల్లగాని పుట్టినప్పుడు అది ఏడు రోజులు దాని తల్లితో ఉండాలి. ఎనిమిదవ రోజు మొదలు అది యెహోవాకు హోమంగా అంగీకారమే.

28 but an ox or sheep—you do not slaughter it and its young one in one day.

౨౮అయితే అది ఆవైనా గొర్రె మేకలైనా మీరు దాన్ని, దాని పిల్లను ఒక్క నాడే వధించకూడదు.

29 And when you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to YHWH, you sacrifice at your pleasure;

౨౯మీరు కృతజ్ఞత బలిగా ఒక పశువును వధించినప్పుడు అది మీ కోసం అంగీకారం అయ్యేలా దాన్ని అర్పించాలి.

30 it is eaten on that day—you do not leave of it until morning; I [am] YHWH.

౩౦ఆనాడే దాని తినెయ్యాలి. మరుసటి రోజు దాకా దానిలో కొంచెమైనా మిగల్చకూడదు. నేను యెహోవాను.

31 And you have kept my commands and have done them; I [am] YHWH;

౩౧మీరు నా ఆజ్ఞలను అనుసరిస్తూ వాటి ప్రకారం నడుచుకోవాలి. నేను యెహోవాను.

32 and you do not defile My holy Name, and I have been hallowed in the midst of the sons of Israel; I [am] YHWH, sanctifying you,

౩౨నా పరిశుద్ధ నామాన్ని అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు, నేను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల్లో నన్ను పరిశుద్ధునిగా చేసుకుంటాను. నేను మిమ్మల్ని పరిశుద్ధ పరిచే యెహోవాను.

33 who am bringing you up out of the land of Egypt, to become your God; I [am] YHWH.”

౩౩నేను మీకు దేవుడనై ఉండేలా ఐగుప్తు దేశంలోనుండి మిమ్మల్ని రప్పించిన యెహోవాను అని చెప్పు.”
