Leviticus 2
1 “And when a person brings an offering near, a present to YHWH, [and] his offering is of flour, then he has poured oil on it, and has put frankincense on it;
૧જ્યારે કોઈ વ્યક્તિ યહોવાહને ખાદ્યાર્પણ ચઢાવે ત્યારે તેનું અર્પણ મેંદાનું હોય અને તે તેના પર તેલ રેડે અને તેના પર ધૂપ મૂકે.
2 and he has brought it to the sons of Aaron, the priests, and one [of the priests] has taken from there the fullness of his hand of its flour and of its oil, besides all its frankincense, and the priest has made incense with its memorial on the altar, a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH;
૨તે હારુનના પુત્રોની પાસે એટલે યાજકોની પાસે તે લાવે અને તે તેમાંથી એક મુઠ્ઠીભર મેંદાનો લોટ, તેલ અને ધૂપ લે. પછી યાજક યહોવાહની કરુણાની યાદગીરી માટે સુવાસિત ખાદ્યાર્પણ તરીકે વેદી પર તેનું દહન કરે.
3 and the remnant of the present [is] for Aaron and for his sons, most holy, of the fire-offerings of YHWH.
૩ખાદ્યાર્પણમાંથી જે બાકી રહે તે હારુનનું તથા તેના પુત્રોનું થાય. તે યહોવાહના હોમયજ્ઞોમાં સૌથી પરમપવિત્ર વસ્તુ ઈશ્વરને માટે છે.
4 And when you bring an offering near, a present baked in an oven, [it is of] unleavened cakes of flour mixed with oil, or thin unleavened cakes anointed with oil.
૪જ્યારે તું ભઠ્ઠીમાં પકાવેલું ખાદ્યાર્પણ ચઢાવે, ત્યારે તે મેંદાનું જ હોય અને તે તેલથી મોહેલા લોટની બેખમીર રોટલીઓ અથવા તેલ ચોપડેલા બેખમીરી ખાખરા જ હોય.
5 And if your offering [is] a present [made] on the griddle, it is of flour, mixed with oil, unleavened;
૫જો તારું અર્પણ તવામાં પકાવેલું ખાદ્યાર્પણ હોય, તો તે પણ તેલથી મોહેલા મેંદાનું જ બનાવેલું અને બેખમીરી હોય.
6 divide it into parts, and you have poured oil on it; it [is] a present.
૬તારે તેના ભાગ કરીને ટુકડા કરવા અને તેના પર તેલ રેડવું. આ ખાદ્યાર્પણ છે.
7 And if your offering [is] a present [made] on the frying-pan, it is made of flour with oil,
૭જો તારું ખાદ્યાર્પણ કઢાઈમાં પકાવેલું હોય, તો તે તેલમાં તળીને મેંદાનું બનાવવું.
8 and you have brought in the present which is made of these to YHWH, and [one] has brought it near to the priest, and he has brought it near to the altar,
૮આ રીતે શેકેલું, તળેલું ખાદ્યાર્પણ તારે યહોવાહની આગળ લાવવું અને તે યાજક આગળ રજૂ કરવું અને તે તેને વેદી પાસે લાવે.
9 and the priest has lifted up from the present its memorial, and has made incense on the altar, a fire-offering of refreshing fragrance to YHWH;
૯પછી યાજક તે ખાદ્યાર્પણમાંથી કેટલુંક યાદગીરી માટે કાઢીને વેદી પર તેનું દહન કરે. તે યહોવાહને માટે સુવાસિત હોમયજ્ઞ છે.
10 and the remnant of the present [is] for Aaron and for his sons, most holy, of the fire-offerings of YHWH.
૧૦ખાદ્યાર્પણમાંથી જે બાકી રહે તે હારુનનું તથા તેના પુત્રોનું થાય. તે યહોવાહને અર્પિત કરેલું યહોવાહના હોમયજ્ઞમાં પરમપવિત્ર વસ્તુ છે.
11 No present which you bring near to YHWH is made fermented, for you do not make incense [as] a fire-offering to YHWH with any leaven or any honey.
૧૧જે ખાદ્યાર્પણ તમે યહોવાહ પ્રત્યે ચઢાવો તેઓમાંનું કોઈ પણ ખમીરવાળું બનાવેલું ન હોય, કેમ કે તમારે યહોવાહના હોમયજ્ઞ તરીકે કંઈ પણ ખમીરનું અથવા કંઈ પણ મધનું દહન કરવું નહિ.
12 An offering of first-[fruits]—you bring them near to YHWH, but they do not go up on the altar for refreshing fragrance.
૧૨પ્રથમ ફળના અર્પણ તરીકે તેઓને તમારે યહોવાહ પ્રત્યે ચઢાવવા, પણ સુવાસને માટે વેદી પર તેઓ ચઢે નહિ.
13 And every offering—your present—you season with salt, and you do not let the salt of the covenant of your God cease from your present; you bring salt near with all your offerings.
૧૩તમારે તમારાં ખાદ્યાર્પણના પ્રત્યેક અર્પણમાં મીઠું નાખવું. તમારા ખાદ્યાર્પણમાં ઈશ્વરના કરારના મીઠાની ખામી રહેવા ન દો. તમારા પ્રત્યેક અર્પણ સાથે તમે તમારે મીઠું ચઢાવવું.
14 And if you bring a present of first-fruits near to YHWH, you bring the present of your first-fruits near of green ears, roasted with fire, beaten out [grain] of a fruitful field,
૧૪જો તમે યહોવાહ પ્રત્યે પ્રથમ ફળનું ખાદ્યાર્પણ ચઢાવો, તો તમારા પ્રથમ ફળના ખાદ્યાર્પણને માટે ભરેલાં કણસલાં અંગારા પર શેકીને તાજાં કણસલાંનો પોંક પાડીને તમારે ચઢાવવો.
15 and you have put oil on it, and laid frankincense on it, [for] it [is] a present;
૧૫તે પર તમારે તેલ રેડવું અને તે પર લોબાન મૂકવો. એ ખાદ્યાર્પણ છે.
16 and the priest has made incense with its memorial from its beaten out [grain], and from its oil, besides all its frankincense, [as] a fire-offering to YHWH.”
૧૬પછી યાજક પ્રતીકરૂપે તે પોંકમાંથી થોડો પોંક, તેલમાંથી થોડું તેલ તથા તે પરનો બધો લોબાન લઈને યહોવાહને ખાદ્યાર્પણ તરીકે વેદીની અગ્નિમાં દહન કરે. તે યહોવાહને માટે હોમયજ્ઞ છે.
