Leviticus 18
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: I [am] your God YHWH;
Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
3 you do not do according to the work of the land of Egypt in which you have dwelt, and you do not do according to the work of the land of Canaan to where I am bringing you in, and you do not walk in their statutes.
Não fareis como fazem na terra do Egito, na qual morastes; nem fareis como fazem na terra de Canaã, à qual eu vos conduzo; nem andareis em seus estatutos.
4 You do My judgments and you keep My statutes, to walk in them; I [am] your God YHWH.
Meus regulamentos poreis por obra, e meus estatutos guardareis, andando neles: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
5 And you have kept My statutes and My judgments which man does and lives in them; I [am] YHWH.
Portanto meus estatutos e meus regulamentos guardareis, os quais fazendo o homem, viverá neles: Eu sou o SENHOR.
6 None of you draws near to any relation of his flesh to uncover nakedness; I [am] YHWH.
Nenhum homem se achegue a nenhuma próxima de sua carne, para descobrir sua nudez: Eu sou o SENHOR.
7 You do not uncover the nakedness of your father and the nakedness of your mother, she [is] your mother; you do not uncover her nakedness.
A nudez de teu pai, ou a nudez de tua mãe, não descobrirás: tua mãe é, não descobrirá sua nudez.
8 You do not uncover the nakedness of the wife of your father; it [is] the nakedness of your father.
A nudez da mulher de teu pai não descobrirás; é a nudez de teu pai.
9 The nakedness of your sister, daughter of your father, or daughter of your mother, born at home or born outside—you do not uncover their nakedness.
A nudez de tua irmã, filha de teu pai, ou filha de tua mãe, nascida em casa ou nascida fora, sua nudez não descobrirás.
10 The nakedness of your son’s daughter, or of your daughter’s daughter—you do not uncover their nakedness; for theirs [is] your nakedness.
A nudez da filha de teu filho, ou da filha de tua filha, seu nudez não descobrirás, porque é a nudez tua.
11 The nakedness of a daughter of your father’s wife, begotten of your father, she [is] your sister—you do not uncover her nakedness.
A nudez da filha da mulher de teu pai, gerada de teu pai, tua irmã é, sua nudez não descobrirás.
12 You do not uncover the nakedness of a sister of your father; she [is] a relation of your father.
A nudez da irmã de teu pai não descobrirás: é parente de teu pai.
13 You do not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, for she [is] your mother’s relation.
A nudez da irmã de tua mãe não descobrirás: porque parente de tua mãe é.
14 You do not uncover the nakedness of your father’s brother; you do not draw near to his wife; she [is] your aunt.
A nudez do irmão de teu pai não descobrirás: não chegarás à sua mulher: é mulher do irmão de teu pai.
15 You do not uncover the nakedness of your daughter-in-law; she [is] your son’s wife; you do not uncover her nakedness.
A nudez de tua nora não descobrirás: mulher é de teu filho, não descobrirás sua nudez.
16 You do not uncover the nakedness of your brother’s wife; it [is] your brother’s nakedness.
A nudez da mulher de teu irmão não descobrirás: é a nudez de teu irmão.
17 You do not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, nor do you take her son’s daughter and her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; they [are] her relations; it [is] wickedness.
A nudez da mulher e de sua filha não descobrirás: não tomarás a filha de seu filho, nem a filha de sua filha, para descobrir sua nudez: são parentes, é maldade.
18 And you do not take a woman [in addition] to her sister, to be an adversary, to uncover her nakedness beside her, in her life.
Não tomarás mulher juntamente com sua irmã, para fazê-la sua rival, descobrindo sua nudez diante dela em sua vida.
19 And you do not draw near to a woman in the separation of her uncleanness to uncover her nakedness.
E não chegarás à mulher na separação de sua impureza, para descobrir sua nudez.
20 And you do not give your seed [from] intercourse to the wife of your fellow, to become unclean with her.
Além disso, não terás ato carnal com a mulher de teu próximo, contaminando-te nela.
21 And you do not give from your seed to pass over to the Molech, nor do you defile the Name of your God; I [am] YHWH.
E não dês de tua descendência para fazê-la passar pelo fogo a Moloque; não contamines o nome de teu Deus: Eu sou o SENHOR.
22 And you do not lie with a male as one lies with a woman; it [is] an abomination.
Não te deitarás com homem como com mulher: é abominação.
23 And you do not commit your intercourse with any beast, to become unclean with it; and a woman does not stand before a beast to mate with it; it [is] perversion.
Nem com nenhum animal terás ajuntamento contaminando-te com ele; nem mulher alguma se porá diante de animal para ajuntar-se com ele: é confusão.
24 Do not defile yourselves with all these, for with all these the nations have been defiled which I am sending away from before you;
Em nenhuma destas coisas vos contaminareis; porque em todas estas coisas se poluíram as nações que eu expulso de diante de vós:
25 and the land is defiled, and I charge its iniquity on it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.
E a terra foi contaminada; e eu visitei sua maldade sobre ela, e a terra vomitou seus moradores.
26 And you have kept My statutes and My judgments, and do not do [any] of all these abominations, the native and the sojourner who is sojourning in your midst,
Guardai, pois, vós meus estatutos e meus regulamentos, e não façais nenhuma de todas estas abominações: nem o natural nem o estrangeiro que peregrina entre vós.
27 for the men of the land who [are] before you have done all these abominations and the land is defiled,
(Porque todas estas abominações fizeram os homens da terra, que foram antes de vós, e a terra foi contaminada: )
28 and the land does not vomit you out in your defiling it, as it has vomited out the nation which [is] before you;
E a terra não vos vomitará, por havê-la contaminado, como vomitou à gente que foi antes de vós.
29 for anyone who does [any] of all these abominations—even the persons who are doing [so]—have been cut off from the midst of their people;
Porque qualquer um que fizer alguma de todas estas abominações, as pessoas que as fizerem, serão eliminadas dentre seu povo.
30 and you have kept My charge, so as not to do [any] of the abominable statutes which have been done before you, and you do not defile yourselves with them; I [am] your God YHWH.”
Guardai, pois, minha ordenança, não fazendo das práticas abomináveis que tiveram lugar antes de vós, e não vos torneis abomináveis nelas: Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
