< Leviticus 15 >

1 And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
Awo Mukama n’agamba Musa ne Alooni nti,
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When there is discharging out of the flesh of any man, he [is] unclean [from] his discharge;
“Mugambe abaana ba Isirayiri nti omusajja yenna bw’anaavangamu ebitonnya mu bitundu bye ebyekyama, ebimuvaamu ebyo binaabanga ebitali birongoofu.
3 and this is his uncleanness in his discharge—his flesh has run with his discharge, or his flesh has stopped from his discharge; it [is] his uncleanness.
Era lino ly’etteeka ery’obutali bulongoofu bwe obuleeteddwa ebyo ebimuvaamu: obanga bitonnya obutasalako, obanga birekeddaawo, bunaabanga obutali bulongoofu mu musajja oyo.
4 Every bed on which he who has the discharging lies is unclean, and every vessel on which he sits is unclean;
“Buli kitanda omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu ky’anaasulangako kinaabanga si kirongoofu, ne buli kintu ky’anaatuulangako kyonna kinaabanga si kirongoofu.
5 and anyone who comes against his bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Omuntu yenna anaakwatanga ku kitanda ky’omusajja oyo naye anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusiza ddala akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
6 And he who is sitting on the vessel on which he sits who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Omuntu yenna anaatuulanga ku kintu kyonna omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu kw’anaabanga amaze okutuula, anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
7 And he who is coming against the flesh of him who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Era omuntu yenna anaakwatanga ku musajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu, anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
8 And when he who has the discharging spits on him who is clean, then he has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu bw’anaawandanga amalusu ku muntu omulongoofu, omuntu oyo anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
9 And all the saddle on which he who has the discharging rides is unclean;
Era n’amatandiiko gonna omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu kw’aneebagaliranga ganaabanga agatali malongoofu,
10 and anyone who is coming against anything which is under him is unclean until the evening, and he who is carrying them washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
era n’omuntu anaakwatanga ku kintu ekirala kyonna ekinaabanga wansi w’omusajja oyo anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
11 And anyone against whom he who has the discharging comes (and has not rinsed his hands with water) has even washed his garments, and bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Omuntu yenna, omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu gw’anaakwatangako nga tasoose kunaaba mu ngalo mu mazzi anaafuukanga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi, era anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba mu mazzi.
12 And the earthen vessel which he who has the discharging comes against is broken; and every wooden vessel is rinsed with water.
Ekibumbe kyonna ekikozesebwa mu maka bwe kinaakwatibwangako omusajja oyo alina ebimuvaamu kinaayasibwanga, na buli ekikozesebwa mu maka eky’omuti kinaanaazibwanga mu mazzi.
13 And when he who has the discharging is clean from his discharge, then he has numbered seven days for himself for his cleansing, and has washed his garments, and has bathed his flesh with running water, and been clean.
“Omusajja anaabanga alina ebimuvaamu bw’anaafuulibwanga omulongoofu, aneebaliranga ennaku musanvu ez’okufuulibwa omulongoofu; anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba omubiri gwe mu mazzi amayonjo agakulukuta, bw’atyo anaafuukanga mulongoofu.
14 And on the eighth day he takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for himself, and has come in before YHWH to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and has given them to the priest;
Ku lunaku olw’omunaana kinaamusaaniranga okuddira amayiba abiri oba enjiibwa ento bbiri n’ajja awali Mukama mu mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu n’abikwasa kabona.
15 and the priest has made them, one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering; and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH, because of his discharge.
Kabona anaabiwangayo, ekimu nga kye kiweebwayo olw’ekibi n’ekirala nga kye kiweebwayo ekyokebwa. Mu ngeri eyo kabona anaatangiririranga omusajja oyo olw’ebimuvaamu eri Mukama.
16 And when a man’s seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, then he has bathed all his flesh with water, and been unclean until the evening.
“Omusajja bw’anaavangamu amazzi g’obusajja anaateekwanga okunaaba omubiri gwe n’amazzi, era anaasigalanga nga si mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
17 And any garment, or any skin on which there is seed [from] intercourse, has also been washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Buli lugoye olwambalwa oba eddiba nga kuliko amazzi g’obusajja, binaateekwanga okwozebwa mu mazzi, era binaabanga ebitali birongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
18 And a woman with whom a man lies with seed [from] intercourse, they also have bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Omusajja bw’aneebakanga n’omukazi, ne wabaawo amazzi g’obusajja agafulumizibbwa, bombi banaanaabanga mu mazzi agatukula, era banaabeeranga abatali balongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
19 And when a woman has discharging—blood is her discharge in her flesh—she is in her separation [for] seven days, and anyone who is coming against her is unclean until the evening.
“Omukazi bw’anaavangamu omusaayi ng’empisa ye eya bulijjo eya buli mwezi bw’eba, anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okumala ennaku musanvu, ne buli anaamukwatangako anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
20 And anything on which she lies in her separation is unclean, and anything on which she sits is unclean;
Mu bbanga eryo ng’omukazi oyo si mulongoofu buli kintu kyonna ky’anaagalamirangako kinaabanga ekitali kirongoofu, ne buli kintu kyonna ky’anaatuulangako kinaabanga ekitali kirongoofu.
21 and anyone who is coming against her bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Era buli anaakwatanga ku kitanda kye kinaamusaaniranga okwoza engoye ze, n’okunaaba mu mazzi, era anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
22 And anyone who is coming against any vessel on which she sits washes his garments, and has washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Buli anaakwatanga ku kintu kyonna omukazi oyo ky’atuulako, anaateekwanga okwoza engoye ze n’okunaaba omubiri gwe mu mazzi, era anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
23 And if it [is] on the bed, or on the vessel on which she is sitting, in his coming against it, he is unclean until the evening.
Bwe kinaabanga ekitanda oba ekintu ekirala kyonna omukazi oyo ky’anaabanga atuddeko, omuntu bw’anaakikwatangako anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
24 And if a man really lies with her, and her separation is on him, then he has been unclean [for] seven days, and all the bed on which he lies is unclean.
Omusajja bw’aneebakanga n’omukazi oyo, omusaayi gw’omukazi ogumuvaamu ogwa buli mwezi ne gumutonnyako, anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okumala ennaku musanvu; n’ekitanda kw’anaagalamiranga nakyo kinaabanga ekitali kirongoofu.
25 And when a woman’s discharge of blood flows many days within the time of her separation, or when it flows over her separation—all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness are as the days of her separation; she [is] unclean.
“Omukazi bw’anaavangamu omusaayi okumala ennaku nnyingi mu biseera ebitali ebyo ebya buli mwezi nga bwe kiba bulijjo, oba bw’anaavangamu omusaayi okumala ennaku ezisukka ku za bulijjo eza buli mwezi, anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu mu bbanga ly’anaamalanga ng’avaamu omusaayi, nga mu biseera bye ebya buli mwezi.
26 Every bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge is as the bed of her separation to her, and every vessel on which she sits is unclean as the uncleanness of her separation;
Buli kitanda ky’anaagalamirangako ng’omusaayi gukyamuvaamu kinaabeeranga ekitali kirongoofu, ng’ekitanda kye bwe kiba mu biseera bye ebya buli mwezi eby’okuvaamu omusaayi, era ne buli kintu ky’anaatuulangako kinaabanga ekitali kirongoofu nga bwe kiba mu biseera bye ebya buli mwezi.
27 and anyone who is coming against them is unclean, and has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Buli muntu anaakwatanga ku bintu ebyo anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu; kinaamusaaniranga okwoza engoye ze, n’okunaaba omubiri gwe mu mazzi, era anaabeeranga atali mulongoofu okutuusa akawungeezi.
28 And if she has been clean from her discharge, then she has numbered seven days for herself, and afterward she is clean;
Naye omukazi oyo avaamu omusaayi bw’anaafuulibwanga omulongoofu, aneebaliranga ennaku musanvu, N’oluvannyuma lwazo anaabeeranga mulongoofu.
29 and on the eighth day she takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for herself, and has brought them to the priest, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting;
Ku lunaku olw’omunaana kinaamusaaniranga okuddira amayiba abiri, oba enjiibwa ento bbiri n’ajja awali Mukama ku mulyango gw’Eweema ey’Okukuŋŋaanirangamu n’abikwasa kabona.
30 and the priest has made one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering, and the priest has made atonement for her before YHWH, because of the discharge of her uncleanness.
Kabona anaawangayo ekimu nga kye kiweebwayo olw’ekibi, n’ekirala nga kye kiweebwayo ekyokebwa. Mu ngeri eyo kabona anaatangiriranga omukazi oyo eri Mukama olw’ekitali kirongoofu ekimuvaamu.
31 And you have separated the sons of Israel from their uncleanness, and they do not die in their uncleanness, in their defiling My Dwelling Place which [is] in their midst.
“Bwe mutyo bwe munaakugiranga abaana ba Isirayiri balemenga okusemberera ebintu ebibafuula abatali balongoofu, balemenga okufa olw’obutali bulongoofu bwabwe okuboonoonyesa Eweema ya Mukama eri wakati mu bo.
32 This [is] the law of him who has the discharging, and of him whose seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, to become unclean with it,
“Ago ge mateeka ku musajja alina ebimuvaamu mu bitundu bye eby’ekyama, n’oyo avaamu amazzi g’obusajja;
33 and of her who is sick in her separation, and of him who has the discharging (his discharge, of the male or of the female), and of a man who lies with an unclean woman.”
ne ku mukazi anaavangamu omusaayi ng’empisa y’abakazi eya bulijjo eya buli mwezi bw’eba. Amateeka ago ganaakwatanga ku musajja oba ku mukazi alina ebimuvaamu, ne ku musajja aneebakanga n’omukazi atali mulongoofu.”
