Leviticus 15
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
Jahve reče Mojsiju i Aronu:
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When there is discharging out of the flesh of any man, he [is] unclean [from] his discharge;
“Govorite Izraelcima i kažite im: 'Kad koji čovjek imadne izljev iz svoga tijela, njegov je izljev nečist.
3 and this is his uncleanness in his discharge—his flesh has run with his discharge, or his flesh has stopped from his discharge; it [is] his uncleanness.
Evo u čemu je njegova nečistoća ako ima taj izljev: ispusti li njegovo tijelo izljev ili ga zadrži, on je nečist.
4 Every bed on which he who has the discharging lies is unclean, and every vessel on which he sits is unclean;
Svaka postelja na koju legne onaj koji ima izljev neka je nečista; i svaki predmet na koji sjedne neka je nečist.
5 and anyone who comes against his bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
A svaki koji se dotakne njegove posteljine neka opere svoju odjeću, u vodi se okupa i nečistim ostane do večeri.
6 And he who is sitting on the vessel on which he sits who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Tko god sjedne na predmet na kojemu je sjedio onaj koji je imao izljev neka opere svoju odjeću, u vodi se okupa i nečistim ostane do večeri.
7 And he who is coming against the flesh of him who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Tko se dotakne tijela onoga koji je imao izljev neka opere svoju odjeću, u vodi se okupa i do večeri nečistim ostane.
8 And when he who has the discharging spits on him who is clean, then he has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Ako onaj koji ima izljev pljune na koga tko je čist neka taj opere svoju odjeću, u vodi se okupa i nečistim ostane do večeri.
9 And all the saddle on which he who has the discharging rides is unclean;
Neka je nečisto i svako sjedalo na koje za vožnje sjedne onaj koji ima izljev;
10 and anyone who is coming against anything which is under him is unclean until the evening, and he who is carrying them washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
i tko se dotakne čega što je pod tim bolesnikom bilo neka je nečist do večeri. Tko ponese štogod takvo neka svoju odjeću opere, u vodi se okupa i ostane nečistim do večeri.
11 And anyone against whom he who has the discharging comes (and has not rinsed his hands with water) has even washed his garments, and bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
A svaki koga se onaj koji ima izljev dotakne neopranih ruku neka svoju odjeću opere, u vodi se okupa i ostane nečistim do večeri.
12 And the earthen vessel which he who has the discharging comes against is broken; and every wooden vessel is rinsed with water.
Zemljana posuda koje se dotakne onaj s izljevom neka se razbije, a svaki drveni sud neka se vodom ispere.
13 And when he who has the discharging is clean from his discharge, then he has numbered seven days for himself for his cleansing, and has washed his garments, and has bathed his flesh with running water, and been clean.
Kad se onaj koji ima izljev od toga izliječi, neka onda nabroji sedam dana za svoje oćišćenje; neka opere svoju odjeću, okupa se u živoj vodi i neka je čist.
14 And on the eighth day he takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for himself, and has come in before YHWH to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and has given them to the priest;
Osmoga pak dana neka uzme dvije grlice ili dva golubića, dođe pred Jahvu na ulaz u Šator sastanka pa ih svećeniku preda.
15 and the priest has made them, one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering; and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH, because of his discharge.
Neka ih svećenik prinese jedno kao žrtvu okajnicu, a drugo kao žrtvu paljenicu. Time će svećenik izvršiti obred pomirenja nad tim čovjekom za njegov izljev.
16 And when a man’s seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, then he has bathed all his flesh with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Kad čovjek imadne sjemeni izljev, neka u vodi okupa cijelo svoje tijelo i ostane nečistim do večeri.
17 And any garment, or any skin on which there is seed [from] intercourse, has also been washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Svaka haljina i svaka koža na koju dospije takav sjemeni izljev neka se u vodi opere i ostane nečistom do večeri.
18 And a woman with whom a man lies with seed [from] intercourse, they also have bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Ako koja žena legne s kojim čovjekom i on ispusti sjeme, neka se okupaju u vodi i budu nečisti do večeri'.”
19 And when a woman has discharging—blood is her discharge in her flesh—she is in her separation [for] seven days, and anyone who is coming against her is unclean until the evening.
“Kad žena imadne krvarenje, izljev krvi iz svoga tijela, neka ostane u svojoj nečistoći sedam dana; tko se god nje dotakne neka je nečist do večeri.
20 And anything on which she lies in her separation is unclean, and anything on which she sits is unclean;
Na što god bi legla za svoje nečistoće neka je nečisto; na što god sjedne neka je nečisto.
21 and anyone who is coming against her bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Tko se dotakne njezine posteljine neka opere svoju odjeću, u vodi se okupa i do večeri ostane nečistim.
22 And anyone who is coming against any vessel on which she sits washes his garments, and has washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
Tko god dotakne bilo koji predmet na kojemu je ona sjedila neka svoju odjeću opere, u vodi se okupa i nečist ostane do večeri.
23 And if it [is] on the bed, or on the vessel on which she is sitting, in his coming against it, he is unclean until the evening.
A ako bi se dotakao čega što je bilo na njezinoj postelji ili na predmetu na kojem je ona sjedila, neka je nečist do večeri.
24 And if a man really lies with her, and her separation is on him, then he has been unclean [for] seven days, and all the bed on which he lies is unclean.
Ako koji čovjek s njom legne, njezina nečistoća za nj prianja, pa neka je nečist sedam dana. Svaka postelja na koju on legne neka je nečista.
25 And when a woman’s discharge of blood flows many days within the time of her separation, or when it flows over her separation—all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness are as the days of her separation; she [is] unclean.
Ako žena imadne krvarenje dulje vremena izvan svoga mjesečnog pranja, ili ako se njezino mjesečno pranje produžuje, neka se smatra nečistom sve vrijeme krvarenja kao da su dani njezina mjesečnog pranja.
26 Every bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge is as the bed of her separation to her, and every vessel on which she sits is unclean as the uncleanness of her separation;
Svaka postelja na koju legne za sve vrijeme svoga krvarenja bit će joj kao i postelja za njezina mjesečnog pranja. I svaki predmet na koji sjedne neka postane nečistim kao što bi bio nečist u vrijeme njezina mjesečnog pranja.
27 and anyone who is coming against them is unclean, and has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
A svatko tko ih se dotakne neka je nečist; neka opere svoju odjeću, okupa se u vodi i ostane nečistim do večeri.
28 And if she has been clean from her discharge, then she has numbered seven days for herself, and afterward she is clean;
Ako ozdravi od svog krvarenja, neka namiri sedam dana, a poslije toga neka je čista.
29 and on the eighth day she takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for herself, and has brought them to the priest, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting;
Osmoga dana neka uzme dvije grlice ili dva golubića te ih donese svećeniku na ulaz u Šator sastanka.
30 and the priest has made one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering, and the priest has made atonement for her before YHWH, because of the discharge of her uncleanness.
Neka jedno svećenik prinese kao žrtvu okajnicu, a drugo kao žrtvu paljenicu. Tako će svećenik obaviti pred Jahvom obred pomirenja nad njom, za njezino nečisto krvarenje.”
31 And you have separated the sons of Israel from their uncleanness, and they do not die in their uncleanness, in their defiling My Dwelling Place which [is] in their midst.
“Odvraćajte Izraelce od njihovih nečistoća, da ne bi zbog njih pomrli oskvrnjujući moje Prebivalište koje se nalazi među njima.
32 This [is] the law of him who has the discharging, and of him whose seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, to become unclean with it,
To je propis za čovjeka koji ima izljev; za onoga koga čini nečistim sjemeni izljev;
33 and of her who is sick in her separation, and of him who has the discharging (his discharge, of the male or of the female), and of a man who lies with an unclean woman.”
za ženu u vrijeme nečistoće njezina mjesečnog pranja; za svakoga - bilo muško bilo žensko - tko imadne izljev, a tako i za čovjeka koji legne s onečišćenom ženom.”
