< Leviticus 11 >
1 And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them,
Nagsao ni Yahweh kada Moises kenni Aaron, kinunana,
2 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, This [is] the beast which you eat out of all the beasts which [are] on the earth:
“Makisaritakayo kadagiti tattao iti Israel, ibagayo, 'Dagitoy dagiti sibibiag a banbanag a mabalinyo a kanen kadagiti amin nga ay-ayup nga adda iti daga.
3 any dividing a hoof, and cleaving the cleft of the hooves, bringing up the cud, among the beasts—you eat it.
Mabalinyo a kanen ti aniaman nga ayup nga addaan iti napisi a kuko ken agngatngatingat.
4 Only, this you do not eat, of those bringing up the cud, and of those dividing the hoof: the camel, though it is bringing up the cud, yet the hoof is not dividing—it [is] unclean to you;
Nupay kasta, adda dagiti dadduma nga ayup a mabalin nga agngatngatingat wenno addaan iti napisi a kuko, ket masapul a saanyo a kanen dagitoy, dagiti ayup a kas iti kamelio, gapu ta agngatngatingat daytoy ngem saan a napisi ti kukona. Isu a narugit ti kamelio para kadakayo.
5 and the hyrax, though it is bringing up the cud, yet the hoof is not divided—it [is] unclean to you;
Uray met ti babassit nga ayup nga agnanaed kadagiti nabato a lugar: gapu ta agngatngatingat daytoy ngem saan a napisi ti kukona, narugit met laeng daytoy para kadakayo.
6 and the hare, though it is bringing up the cud, yet the hoof has not divided—it [is] unclean to you;
Ken ti kuneho: gapu ta agngatngatingat daytoy ngem saan a napisi ti kukona, narugit daytoy para kadakayo.
7 and the sow, though it is dividing the hoof, and cleaving the cleft of the hoof, yet it does not bring up the cud—it [is] unclean to you.
Ken ti baboy: uray no napisi ti kukona, saan nga agngatngatingat daytoy, isu a narugit daytoy para kadakayo.
8 You do not eat of their flesh, and you do not come against their carcass—they [are] unclean to you.
Masapul a saanyo a kanen iti aniaman a karneda wenno sagiden dagiti natay a bagida. Narugit dagitoy para kadakayo.
9 This you eat of all which [are] in the waters: anything that has fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the brooks, them you eat;
Dagiti ayup nga agnanaed iti danum a mabalinyo a kanen ket dagiti amin nga addaan iti pigar ken siksik, iti baybay man wenno kadagiti karayan.
10 and anything that does not have fins and scales in the seas, and in the brooks, of any teeming creature of the waters, and of any creature which lives, which [is] in the waters—they [are] an abomination to you;
Ngem amin a sibibiag a parsua nga awanan iti pigar ken siksik nga adda iti baybay wenno kadagiti karayan, agraman dagiti amin nga agkutkuti iti danum ken amin nga sibibiag a parsua nga adda iti danum - masapul a karugityo dagitoy.
11 indeed, they are an abomination to you; you do not eat of their flesh, and you detest their carcass.
Agsipud ta masapul a karugit dagitoy, masapul a saankayo a mangan kadagiti karneda, ken masapul a karugityo dagiti natay a bagida.
12 Anything that does not have fins and scales in the waters—it [is] an abomination to you.
Aniaman nga adda iti danum nga awanan iti pigar ken siksik ket masapul a karugityo.
13 And these you detest of the bird—they are not eaten, they [are] an abomination: the eagle, and the bearded vulture, and the osprey,
Dagiti billit a masapul a karugityo ken saanyo a kanen ket dagitoy; ti agila, ti buitre,
14 and the kite, and the falcon after its kind,
ti kullaaw, aniaman a kita ti pelikano,
15 every raven after its kind,
amin a kita ti uwak,
16 and the ostrich, and the nightjar [[or male ostrich]], and the seagull, and the hawk after its kind,
ti saraan a puwek ken ti agariwawa a puwek, ti agila ti taaw, ken amin nga kita ti kali.
17 and the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,
Masapul pay a karugityo ti bassit a puwek ken ti dakkel a puwek, ti kalamon,
18 and the waterhen, and the pelican, and the Egyptian vulture,
ti puraw a puwek ken ti puwek ti kamalig, dagiti dadduma pay a puwek,
19 and the stork, the heron after its kind, and the hoopoe, and the bat.
ti tikbaboy, aniaman a kita ti kannaway, ti abublia ken uray ti paniki.
20 Every teeming creature which is flying, which is going on four [legs]—it [is] an abomination to you.
Amin a tumatayab nga insekto a magmagna babaen kadagiti sakada ket masapul a karugityo.
21 Only, this you eat of any teeming thing which is flying, which is going on four, which has legs above its feet, to move with them on the earth;
Ngem mabalinyo a kanen ti aniaman kadagiti tumatayab nga insekto a magmagna met laeng babaen kadagiti sakada no adda ti luppoda, nga isu ti us-usarenda nga aglagto iti daga.
22 these of them you eat: the locust after its kind, and the bald locust after its kind, and the cricket after its kind, and the grasshopper after its kind;
Ken mabalinyo met a kanen ti aniaman a kita ti dudon ken kuriat wenno pandudon.
23 and every teeming thing which is flying, which has four feet—it [is] an abomination to you.
Ngem masapul a karugityo dagiti amin a tumatayab nga insekto nga addaan iti uppat a saka.
24 And you are made unclean by these; anyone who is coming against their carcass is unclean until the evening;
Pagbalinen dakayo a narugit dagitoy nga ayup agingga iti rabii no sagidenyo ti natay a bagi ti maysa kadakuada.
25 and anyone who is lifting up of their carcass washes his garments, and has been unclean until the evening—
Ken ti siasinoman a mangpidut iti maysa kadagiti natay a bagida ket masapul a labaanna dagiti kawesna ken agtalinaed a narugit agingga iti rabii.
26 even every beast which is dividing the hoof, and is not cloven-footed, and is not bringing up the cud—they [are] unclean to you; anyone who is coming against them is unclean.
Amin nga ayup nga addaan iti napisi a kuko a saan a naan-anay ti pannakapisina wenno saan nga agngatngatingat ket narugit para kadakayo. Agbalin a narugit ti tunggal maysa a mangsagid kadakuada.
27 And anything going on its paws, among all the beasts which are going on four—they [are] unclean to you; anyone who is coming against their carcass is unclean until the evening;
Aniaman a magmagna babaen iti sakada nga adda pangkaramutna kadagiti amin nga ayup a magmagna iti uppat a saka, narugit dagitoy para kadakayo. Siasinoman a mangsagid iti kasta a natay a bagi ket agtalinaed a narugit agingga iti rabii.
28 and he who is lifting up their carcass washes his garments, and has been unclean until the evening—they [are] unclean to you.
Ken ti siasinoman a mangpidot iti kasta a natay a bagi ket masapul a labaanna dagiti kawesna ken agtalinaed a narugit agingga iti rabii. Narugit dagitoy nga ay-ayup para kadakayo.
29 And this [is] the unclean to you among the teeming things which are teeming on the earth: the weasel, and the muroid, and the tortoise [[or large lizard]] after its kind,
Kadagiti ayup nga agkarkarayam iti daga, dagitoy dagiti ayup a narugit para kadakayo; ti sangyo, ti utot, amin a kita ti banias,
30 and the gecko [[or ferret]], and the chameleon, and the lizard, and the snail, and the mole;
ti tuko, ti alibut, ti alutiit, ti alutiit ti darat, ken ti bannagaw.
31 these [are] the unclean to you among all which are teeming; anyone who is coming against them in their death is unclean until the evening.
Kadagiti amin nga ayup nga agkarkarayam, dagitoy dagiti ayup a narugit para kadakayo. Siasinoman a mangsagid kadagitoy no natayda ket agbalin a narugit agingga iti rabii.
32 And anything on which anyone of them falls, in their death, is unclean, of any vessel of wood or garment or skin or sack, any vessel in which work is done is brought into water, and has been unclean until the evening, then it has been clean;
Ken no matay ti aniaman kadakuada ket matinnag daytoy iti aniaman a banag, dayta a banag ket agbalin a narugit, naaramid man dayta iti kayo, lupot, lalat wenno nakirsang a lupot. Aniaman dayta ken aniaman ti pakaus-usaranna, masapul maikabil iti danum; agbalin a narugit daytoy agingga iti rabii. Kalpasanna, agbalinton daytoy a nadalus.
33 and any earthen vessel, into the midst of which [any] one of them falls, all that [is] in its midst is unclean, and you break it.
Ta iti tunggal banga a matinnagan iti aniaman a narugit nga ayup, aniaman nga adda iti banga ket agbalin a narugit, ken masapul a burakenyo dayta a banga.
34 Of all the food which is eaten, that on which comes [such] water, is unclean, and all drink which is drunk in any [such] vessel is unclean;
Amin a makan a nadalus ken mapalubosan a kanen, ngem no natedtedan dagitoy iti danum manipud iti narugit a banga, agbalinton a narugit. Ken amin a mabalin nga inumen nga adda iti kasta a banga ket agbalin a narugit.
35 and anything on which [any] of their carcass falls is unclean; oven or double pots, it is broken down, they [are] unclean, indeed, they are unclean to you.
Amin a banag a matinnagan iti paset ti natay a bagi ti narugit nga ayup ket agbalinton a narugit, iti urnu man wenno kadagiti paglutuan a banga. Masapul a buraken dagitoy. Narugit dagitoy ken masapul a narugit para kadakayo.
36 Only, a fountain or pit, a collection of water, is clean, but that which is coming against their carcass is unclean;
Ti ubbog wenno dakkel a burnay a pagal-alaan iti mainum a danum ket agtalinaed a nadalus no adda ti kasta a parsua a matinnag iti daytoy. Ngem no adda ti siasinoman a mangsagid iti natay a bagi ti narugit nga ayup nga adda iti danum, agbalin isuna a narugit.
37 and when [any] of their carcass falls on any sown seed which is sown—it [is] clean;
No matinnag ti aniaman a paset ti narugit a natay a bagi kadagiti bukel a maimula, dagitoy a bukbukel ket nadalus latta.
38 and when water is put on the seed, and [any] of its carcass has fallen on it—it [is] unclean to you.
Ngem no naikkan iti danum dagiti bukel, ken no aniaman a paset ti narugit a natay a bagi ti matinnag kadakuada, ket agbalindanton a narugit para kadakayo.
39 And when any of the beasts which are for food for you dies, he who is coming against its carcass is unclean until the evening;
No matay ti aniaman nga ayup a mabalinyo a kanen, ket ti mangsagid iti natay a bagi ti ayup ket agbalin a narugit agingga iti rabii.
40 and he who is eating of its carcass washes his garments, and has been unclean until the evening; and he who is lifting up its carcass washes his garments, and has been unclean until the evening.
Ken no siasinoman ti mangan iti dayta a natay a bagi ket masapul a labaanna dagiti kawesna ken agtalinaed a narugit agingga iti rabii. Ken siasinoman a mangpidut iti kasta a bangkay ket labaanna dagiti kawesna ken agtalinaed a narugit agingga iti rabii.
41 And every teeming thing which is teeming on the earth is an abomination, it is not eaten;
Amin nga ayup nga agkarkarayam iti daga ket masapul a karugityo, masapul a saan a makan dagitoy.
42 anything going on the belly, and any going on four, to every multiplier of feet, to every teeming thing which is teeming on the earth—you do not eat them, for they [are] an abomination;
Aniaman nga agkarayam iti buksitna, ken aniaman a magna babaen kadagiti uppat a saka, wenno aniaman nga addaan iti adu a saka - amin nga ayup nga agkarkarayam iti daga, masapul a saanyo a kanen dagitoy, ta masapul a karugit dagitoy.
43 you do not make yourselves abominable with any teeming thing which is teeming, nor do you make yourselves unclean with them, so that you have been unclean with them.
Masapul a saanyo nga aramiden a narugit dagiti bagbagiyo kadagiti aniaman a sibibiag a parsua nga agkarkarayam; masapul a saanyo nga aramiden a narugit dagiti bagbagiyo babaen kadagitoy, nga agbalinka a saan a nasin-aw babaen kadakuada.
44 For I [am] your God YHWH, and you have sanctified yourselves, and you have been holy, for I [am] holy; and you do not defile your persons with any teeming thing which is creeping on the earth;
Ta Siak, ni Yahweh a Diosyo. Ngarud idatonyo dagiti bagbagiyo kaniak ken agbalinkayo a nasatoan gapu ta nasantoanak. Saanyo koma a rugitan dagiti bagbagiyo babaen kadagiti amin a kita ti ayup nga agkutkuti ditoy daga.
45 for I [am] YHWH who am bringing you up out of the land of Egypt to become your God; and you have been holy, for I [am] holy.
Ta siak ni Yahweh, a nangiruar kadakayo manipud iti daga ti Egypto, nga agbalin a Diosyo. Masapul ngarud nga agbalin kayo a nasantoan, ta nasantoanak.
46 This [is] a law of the beasts, and of the bird, and of every living creature which is moving in the waters, and of every creature which is teeming on the earth,
Daytoy ti linteg maipapan kadagiti ayup, kadagiti billit, kadagiti amin a sibibiag a parsua nga agkutkuti kadagiti danum ken kadagiti amin a parsua nga agkakarayam iti daga,
47 to make separation between the unclean and the pure, and between the beast that is eaten, and the beast that is not eaten.”
ta kadagitoy ket maaramid ti pagiddiatan iti nagbaetan ti narugit ken nadalus, ken ti nagbaetan dagiti sibibiag a parsua a mabalin a kanen ken dagiti sibibiag a parsua a saan a mabalin a kanen.'”
