Lamentations 3
1 [ALEPH-BET] I [am] the man [who] has seen affliction By the rod of His wrath.
੧ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਦੇ ਡੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਭੋਗਿਆ ਹੈ,
2 He has led me, and causes to go [in] darkness, and without light.
੨ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚਾਨਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਲਾਇਆ।
3 Surely against me He turns back, He turns His hand all the day.
੩ਸੱਚ-ਮੁੱਚ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ!
4 He has worn out my flesh and my skin. He has broken my bones.
੪ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਚਮੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
5 He has built up against me, And sets around poverty and weariness.
੫ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁੜੱਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਨਾਲ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ।
6 In dark places He has caused me to dwell, As the dead of old.
੬ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
7 He has hedged me in, and I do not go out, He has made heavy my chain.
੭ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਕੰਧ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਸਕਦਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸੰਗਲਾਂ ਭਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
8 Also when I call and cry out, He has shut out my prayer.
੮ਹਾਂ, ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਿੱਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ।
9 He has hedged my ways with hewn work, My paths He has made crooked.
੯ਉਹ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਘੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੇਡਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
10 A bear lying in wait He [is] to me, A lion in secret hiding places.
੧੦ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਘਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਰਿੱਛ, ਅਤੇ ਲੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ।
11 My ways He is turning aside, and He pulls me in pieces, He has made me a desolation.
੧੧ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਟਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਟੁੱਕੜੇ-ਟੁੱਕੜੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
12 He has bent His bow, And sets me up as a mark for an arrow.
੧੨ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਧਣੁੱਖ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
13 He has caused to enter into my reins The sons of His quiver.
੧੩ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਰਕਸ਼ ਦੇ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ।
14 I have been a derision to all my people, Their song all the day.
੧੪ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਖੌਲ, ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਹਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
15 He has filled me with bitter things, He has filled me [with] wormwood.
੧੫ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁੜੱਤਣ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਨਾਗਦੌਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
16 And He breaks with gravel my teeth, He has covered me with ashes.
੧੬ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੰਦ ਰੋੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਰਾਖ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਟਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
17 And You cast off my soul from peace, I have forgotten prosperity.
੧੭ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
18 And I say, My strength and my hope have perished from YHWH.
੧੮ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੇਰਾ ਬਲ ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਸ ਵੀ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਈ।
19 Remember my affliction and my mourning, Wormwood and gall!
੧੯ਮੇਰੇ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਤਲਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੜੱਤਣ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ!
20 Remember well, and my soul bows down in me.
੨੦ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਇਹ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ-ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
21 This I turn to my heart—therefore I hope.
੨੧ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਹੈ।
22 The kindnesses of YHWH! For we have not been consumed, For His mercies have not ended.
੨੨ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅੱਤ ਦਯਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮੁੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਏ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਅਟੁੱਟ ਹੈ!
23 New every morning, abundant [is] Your faithfulness.
੨੩ਉਹ ਹਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ।
24 My portion [is] YHWH, my soul has said, Therefore I hope for Him.
੨੪ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਸ ਹੈ।
25 YHWH [is] good to those waiting for Him, To the soul [that] seeks Him.
੨੫ਜੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਡੀਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਭਲਾ ਹੈ।
26 [It is] good when one stays and stands still For the salvation of YHWH.
੨੬ਭਲਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਚੁੱਪ-ਚਾਪ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਬਚਾਓ ਲਈ ਆਸ ਰੱਖੇ।
27 [It is] good for a man that he bears a yoke in his youth.
੨੭ਜੁਆਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੂਲਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ।
28 He sits alone, and is silent, For He has laid [it] on him.
੨੮ਉਹ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਜੂਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
29 He puts his mouth in the dust, if so be, there is hope.
੨੯ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖੇ, ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕੁਝ ਆਸ ਹੋਵੇ!
30 He gives to his striker the cheek, He is filled with reproach.
੩੦ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਗੱਲ੍ਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਲ ਫੇਰ ਦੇਵੇ, ਉਹ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਸਹਿ ਲਵੇ!
31 For the Lord does not cast off for all time.
੩੧ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡੇਗਾ।
32 For though He afflicted, yet He has pitied, According to the abundance of His kindness.
੩੨ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਦੁੱਖ ਵੀ ਦੇਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਦਯਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਹਿਮ ਵੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
33 For He has not afflicted with His heart, Nor does He grieve the sons of men.
੩੩ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
34 To bruise under one’s feet any bound ones of earth,
੩੪ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਮਿੱਧਣਾ,
35 To turn aside the judgment of a man, Before the face of the Most High,
੩੫ਅੱਤ ਮਹਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਮਾਰਨਾ,
36 To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord has not approved.
੩੬ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਵਿਗਾੜਨਾ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵੇਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ!
37 Who [is] this—he has spoken, and it is, [And] the Lord has not commanded [it]?
੩੭ਕੌਣ ਕੁਝ ਆਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਦ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੀ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ?
38 From the mouth of the Most High does not go forth the evils and the good.
੩੮ਕੀ ਦੁੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਅੱਤ ਮਹਾਨ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ?
39 Why does a living man sigh habitually, A man for his sin?
੩੯ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰੇ, ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਬੁਰਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਮੰਨੇ?
40 We search our ways, and investigate, And turn back to YHWH.
੪੦ਆਓ, ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਖੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਲੀਏ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੜੀਏ!
41 We lift up our heart on the hands to God in the heavens.
੪੧ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲ ਚੁੱਕੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਖੀਏ,
42 We have transgressed and been rebellious, You have not forgiven.
੪੨ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਰੋਹ ਕੀਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।
43 You have covered Yourself with anger, And pursue us; You have slain—You have not pitied.
੪੩ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਢੱਕ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਤੂੰ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਰਸ ਖਾਧੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ।
44 You have covered Yourself with a cloud, So that prayer does not pass through.
੪੪ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕ ਲਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ।
45 Outcast and refuse You make us In the midst of the peoples.
੪੫ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਕੂੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਰੂੜ੍ਹੀ ਵਰਗਾ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ।
46 Opened against us their mouth have all our enemies.
੪੬ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਪਸਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ,
47 Fear and a snare has been for us, Desolation and destruction.
੪੭ਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਫੰਦਾ, ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਪਏ ਹਨ।
48 Streams of water go down my eye, For the destruction of the daughter of my people.
੪੮ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਦੀ ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਹੰਝੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਗਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
49 My eye is poured out, And does not cease without intermission,
੪੯ਮੇਰੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਵਗਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਰੁੱਕਣਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ,
50 Until YHWH looks and sees from the heavens,
੫੦ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਵਰਗ ਤੋਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਵੇਖੇ।
51 My eye affects my soul, Because of all the daughters of my city.
੫੧ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਮੇਰੀ ਅੱਖ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
52 Hunting—my enemies have hunted me without cause like the bird.
੫੨ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਿੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
53 They have cut off my life in a pit, And they cast a stone against me.
੫੩ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਟੋਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਥਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਹਨ।
54 Waters have flowed over my head, I have said, I have been cut off.
੫੪ਪਾਣੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਵਗੇ, ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਮਰ ਮਿਟਿਆ ਹਾਂ!
55 I called Your Name, O YHWH, from the lower pit.
੫੫ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਟੋਏ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ,
56 You have heard my voice, do not hide Your ear at my breathing—at my cry.
੫੬ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣੀ, ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਨ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਆਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਨਾ ਕਰ!
57 You have drawn near in the day I call You, You have said, Do not fear.
੫੭ਜਿਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ, ਤੂੰ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਇਆ, ਤੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਨਾ ਡਰ!
58 You have pleaded, O Lord, the pleadings of my soul, You have redeemed my life.
੫੮ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਦਾ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਲੜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
59 You have seen, O YHWH, my overthrow, Judge my cause.
੫੯ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰ!
60 You have seen all their vengeance, All their thoughts of me.
੬੦ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
61 You have heard their reproach, O YHWH, All their thoughts against me,
੬੧ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
62 The lips of my withstanders, Even their meditation against me all the day.
੬੨ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ, ਤੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
63 Their sitting down, and their rising up, Behold attentively, I [am] their song.
੬੩ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਠਣ ਬੈਠਣ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇ! ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਹਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਹਾਂ।
64 You return to them the deed, O YHWH, According to the work of their hands.
੬੪ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਦਲਾ ਦੇਵੇਂਗਾ।
65 You give to them a covered heart, Your curse to them.
੬੫ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਸੁੰਨ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਂਗਾ, ਤੇਰਾ ਸਰਾਪ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
66 You pursue in anger, and destroy them, From under the heavens of YHWH!
੬੬ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰੇਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹੇਠੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਂਗਾ।
