Joshua 19

1 And the second lot goes out for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families; and their inheritance is in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah,

१दुसऱ्या वेळेस शिमोनाच्या नावाची चिठ्ठी म्हणजे शिमोनाच्या वंशाची चिठ्ठी त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे निघाली; त्यांचे वतन तर यहूदाच्या वंशजाच्या वतनामध्ये त्यांना वतन मिळाले.

2 and they have in their inheritance Beer-Sheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,

२आणि त्यांचे वतन म्हणून ही नगरे त्यांना मिळाली; बैर-शेबा म्हणजे शेबा व मोलादा;

3 and Hazar-Shual, and Balah, and Azem,

३हसर-शुवाल व बाला व असेम;

4 and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

४एल्तोलाद व बथूल व हर्मा;

5 and Ziklag, and Beth-Marcaboth, and Hazar-Susah,

५आणि सिकलाग व बेथ-मर्का-बोथ व हसर-सूसा;

6 and Beth-Lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.

६आणि बेथ-लबवोथ व शारुहेन; ही तेरा नगरे, आणि त्यांची गावे;

7 Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages;

७अईन, रिम्मोन व एथेर व आशान; अशी नगरे चार, आणि त्याकडले गावे;

8 also all the villages which [are] around these cities, to Ba‘alath-Beer, Ramoth of the south. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, for their families;

८बालथ-बैर, म्हणजेच दक्षिण प्रदेशातील रामा येथपर्यंत या नगरांच्या चहुकडली सर्व गावे. शिमोनी वंशजांचा त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे हाच वतन भाग होय.

9 out of the portion of the sons of Judah [is] the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, for the portion of the sons of Judah has been too much for them, and the sons of Simeon inherit in the midst of their inheritance.

९शिमोनाला यहूदी वंशजाच्या वतनातील प्रदेशातच वाटा देण्यात आला. कारण यहूदी वंशाचे वतन त्यांच्या संख्येच्या मानाने फार मोठे होते, म्हणून त्यांच्या वतनात शिमोनी वंशजाला वतन मिळाले.

10 And the third lot goes up for the sons of Zebulun, for their families; and the border of their inheritance is to Sarid,

१०तिसरी चिठ्ठी जबुलून वंशजाची त्यांच्या कुळाप्रमाणे निघाली; आणि त्यांच्या वतनाची सीमा सारीदपर्यंत आहे;

11 and their border has gone up toward the sea, and Maralah, and come against Dabbasheth, and come to the brook which [is] on the front of Jokneam,

११त्यांची सीमा पश्चिमेस, वर मरलापर्यंत जाऊन दब्बेशेथ येथे पोहचते आणि यकनामा समोरील ओहोळास जाऊन लागते.

12 and turned back from Sarid eastward, at the sun-rising, by the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and gone out to Daberath, and gone up to Japhia,

१२ती सारीद येथून पूर्वेकडे सूर्याच्या उगवतीस वळून किसलोथ-ताबोर याच्या सीमेस लागते; तेथून दाबरथ येथे जाऊन याफीयपर्यंत वर जाते.

13 and there it has passed over eastward, to the east, to Gittah-Hepher, [to] Ittah-Kazin, and gone out [to] Rimmon-Methoar to Neah;

१३तेथून पूर्वे दिशेकडे गथ-हेफेर व इत्ता-कासीन येथवर जाते. आणि तेथून नेया जवळील रिम्मोन येथे निघते;

14 and the border has gone around it, from the north to Hannathon; and its outgoings have been [in] the Valley of Jiphthah-El,

१४ती सीमा त्यास वळसा घालून उत्तरेस हन्नाथोनपर्यंत जाते व तेथून इफताह-एल खोऱ्यात संपते.

15 and Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth-Lehem; twelve cities and their villages.

१५कट्टाथ, नहलाल व शिम्रोन, इदला, बेथलहेम आदिकरून बारा नगरे दिली, त्यामध्ये गावे मोजली नाहीत.

16 This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, for their families, these cities and their villages.

१६जबुलून वंशाचे त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे, हेच वतन, ही नगरे व त्यांच्या आसपासची गावे हे होत.

17 The fourth lot has gone out for Issachar, for the sons of Issachar, for their families;

१७इस्साखाराच्या वंशजाची त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे चौथी चिठ्ठी निघाली.

18 and their border is [at] Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

१८त्यांच्या सीमेच्या आत ही नगरे होती; इज्रेल व कसुल्लोथ व शूनेम;

19 and Haphraim, and Shihon, and Anaharath,

१९आणि हफराईम, शियोन व अनाहराथ;

20 and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,

२०रब्बीथ, किशोन व अबेस;

21 and Remeth, and En-Gannim, and En-Haddah, and Beth-Pazzez;

२१रेमेथ व एन-गन्नीम, एन-हद्दा व बेथ-पसेस,

22 and the border has touched against Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-Shemesh, and the outgoings of their border have been [at] the Jordan; sixteen cities and their villages.

२२त्याची सीमा ताबोर, शहसुमा व बेथ-शेमेश, येथवर जाते आणि त्यांच्या सीमेचा शेवट यार्देन येथे झाला; ही सोळा नगरे व त्यांची गावे.

23 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, for their families, the cities and their villages.

२३इस्साखाराच्या वंशाचे त्यांच्या कुळाप्रमाणे हेच वतन, ही नगरे व त्यांच्या आसपासची गावे हे होत.

24 And the fifth lot goes out for the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families;

२४पाचवी चिठ्ठी आशेर वंशजांच्या नावाची त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे निघाली.

25 and their border is Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

२५त्यांच्या सीमेच्या आत ही नगरे होती हेलकथ, हली, बटेन व अक्षाफ;

26 and Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and it touches against Carmel westward, and against Shihor-Libnath;

२६अल्लामेलेख, अमाद व मिशाल, त्यांची सीमा पश्चिमेस कर्मेल व शिहोर-लिब्नाथ येथवर जाते;

27 and has turned back, at the sun-rising, [to] Beth-Dagon, and come against Zebulun, and against the Valley of Jiphthah-El toward the north of Beth-Emek, and Neiel, and has gone out to Cabul on the left,

२७ती वळून सूर्याच्या उगवतीस बेथ-दागोन येथवर जाऊन उत्तरेस जबुलून वतनापर्यंत आणि इफताह-एल खोऱ्याच्या उत्तरेकडून व बेथ-एमेक नगर व नियेल नगर येथपर्यंत पोहचते, तशीच डावीकडे काबूल नगर येथे निघते.

28 and Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, to great Sidon;

२८तेथून एब्रोन, रहोब व हम्मोन व काना यांवरून जाऊन मोठ्या सीदोन शहरापर्यंत पोहचते.

29 and the border has turned back to Ramah, and to the fortified city Tyre; and the border has turned back to Hosah, and its outgoings are at the sea, from the coast to Achzib,

२९तेथून ती वळसा घेऊन रामापर्यंत जाते व तेथून सोर नामक तटबंदीच्या नगरापर्यंत जाते. तेथून ती होसा नगराकडे वळते आणि अकजीब प्रदेशातून जाऊन समुद्राला मिळते.

30 and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob; twenty-two cities and their villages.

३०उम्मा, अफेक व रहोब, ही बावीस नगरे व त्यांची गावे त्यांना मिळाली;

31 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, for their families, these cities and their villages.

३१आशेराच्या वंशाचे त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे, हेच वतन, ही नगरे व त्यांच्या आसपासची गावे हे होत.

32 The sixth lot has gone out for the sons of Naphtali—for the sons of Naphtali, for their families;

३२सहावी चिठ्ठी नफताली वंशजांच्या नांवाची त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे निघाली.

33 and their border is from Heleph, from Allon in Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, to Lakkum, and its outgoings are [at] the Jordan;

३३त्यांची सीमा हेलेफ नगर आणि साननीमातील एला वृक्ष यापासून अदामी-नेकेब शहर व यबनेल यावरुन लक्कुम येथे जाऊन यार्देनेपाशी निघते.

34 and the border has turned back westward [to] Aznoth-Tabor, and gone out there to Hukkok, and touched against Zebulun on the south, and it has touched against Asher on the west, and against Judah [at] the Jordan, at the sun-rising;

३४तेथून ती सीमा पश्चिमेस वळून अजनोथ ताबोर येथे जाते व तेथून हुक्कोक शहर येथे जाते; व तेथून दक्षिणेस जबुलूनाच्या वतन भागापर्यंत आणि पश्चिमेस आशेराच्या वतनापर्यंत उगवतीस यार्देनेपाशी यहूदाच्या वतनभागाला जाऊन मिळते.

35 and the cities of defense [are] Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,

३५त्यातील तटबंदीची नगरे हे, सिद्दीम, सेर, हम्मथ, रक्कथ व किन्नेरेथ;

36 and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

३६अदामा, राम व हासोर;

37 and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-Hazor,

३७केदेश, एद्रई व एन-हासोर;

38 and Iron, and Migdal-El, Horem, and Beth-Anath, and Beth-Shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages.

३८इरोन मिग्दल-एल, हरेम, बेथ-अनाथ व बेथ-शेमेश ही एकोणीस नगरे आणि त्यांची गावे.

39 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, for their families, the cities and their villages.

३९नफतालीच्या वंशचे त्याच्या कुळांप्रमाणे हेच वतन, ही नगरे आणि त्यांची गावे.

40 The seventh lot has gone out for the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families;

४०सातवी चिठ्ठी दान वंशजाच्या नावाची त्याच्या कुळांप्रमाणे निघाली.

41 and the border of their inheritance is Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-Shemesh,

४१त्यांच्या वतन सीमेच्या आत ही नगरे होती; सरा, एष्टावोल, ईर-शेमेश.

42 and Shalabbin, and Aijalon, and Jethlah,

४२शालब्बीन व अयालोन व इथला;

43 and Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,

४३एलोन व तिम्ना, एक्रोन;

44 and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Ba‘alath,

४४एलतके, गिब्बथोन व बालाथ;

45 and Jehud, and Bene-Barak, and Gath-Rimmon,

४५यहूदा, बने-बराक व गथ-रिम्मोन.

46 and Me-Jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border in front of Joppa.

४६मीयार्कोन व रक्कोन, याफोच्या समोरील प्रदेश.

47 And the border of the sons of Dan goes out from them, and the sons of Dan go up and fight with Leshem, and capture it, and strike it by the mouth of the sword, and possess it, and dwell in it, and call Leshem, Dan, according to the name of their father Dan.

४७दानाच्या वंशजाची सीमा त्यांच्या मूळ वतनाबाहेरही गेली, कारण की दान वंशजांनी लेशेम शहराशी लढून त्यास धरले; आणि तलवारीने त्यास मारल्यावर त्यांचा ताबा घेऊन त्यामध्ये वस्ती केली, आणि आपला पूर्वज दान याचे नाव त्यांनी लेशेम शहरास ठेवले.

48 This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, for their families, these cities and their villages.

४८दानाच्या वंशाचे त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे हेच वतन, ही नगरे आणि त्यांची गावे मिळाली ते हे.

49 And they finish to give the land in inheritance, by its borders, and the sons of Israel give an inheritance to Joshua son of Nun in their midst;

४९इस्राएल लोकांनी देशाच्या सीमांप्रमाणे वतन करून घेण्याची समाप्ती केल्यावर नूनाचा पुत्र यहोशवा याला आपल्यांमध्ये वतन दिले.

50 by the command of YHWH they have given to him the city which he asked for, Timnath-Serah, in the hill-country of Ephraim, and he builds the city and dwells in it.

५०परमेश्वराच्या आज्ञेप्रमाणे त्यांनी एफ्राइम डोंगरावरचे तिम्नाथ-सेरह नगर, जे त्याने मागितले, मग तो ते नगर बांधून त्यामध्ये राहिला.

51 These [are] the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the sons of Israel, have caused to inherit by lot, in Shiloh, before YHWH, at the opening of the Tent of Meeting; and they finish to apportion the land.

५१एलाजार याजक व नूनाचा पुत्र यहोशवा व इस्राएलाच्या वंशांतले वडील अधिकारी यांनी शिलोमध्ये दर्शनमंडपाच्या दारी परमेश्वरासमोर, चिठ्ठ्या टाकून जी वतने वाटून दिली ती ही; याप्रमाणे त्यांनी देश वाटून देण्याचे संपले.
