Joshua 13
1 And Joshua is old, entering into days, and YHWH says to him, “You have become aged, you have entered into days; as for the land, very much has been left to possess.
Yosua tsi heku amegã azɔ, eye Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Fifia, èzu amegãɖeɖi, evɔ dukɔ geɖewo gali siwo dzi wòle be miaɖu.
2 This [is] the land that is left: all the circuits of the Philistines, and all Geshuri,
“Anyigba siwo kpɔtɔ la woe nye: “Filisti kple Gesur dukɔwo ƒe anyigba
3 from Sihor which [is] on the front of Egypt, and to the border of Ekron northward (it is reckoned to the Canaanite), five princes of the Philistines, the Gazathite, and the Ashdothite, the Eshkalonite, the Gittite, and the Ekronite, also the Avim;
si tso Sixor tɔsisi la gbɔ le Egipte ƒe liƒo dzi heyi anyiehe ke, elabena wobu anyigba si va tɔ Ekron ƒe liƒo la abe Kanaantɔwo ƒe anyigba ene. Filistitɔwo ƒe fiawo nɔ Gaza, Asdod, Askelon, Gat kple Ekron; hekpe ɖe Avitɔwo ŋu
4 from the south, all the land of the Canaanite, and Mearah, which [is] to the Sidonians, to Aphek, to the border of the Amorite;
le dziehe; Kanaantɔwo ƒe anyigba la katã gali kpe ɖe Ara, si nye Sidontɔwo tɔ heyi keke Afek le Amoritɔwo ƒe liƒo dzi ŋu.
5 and the land of the Giblite, and all Lebanon, at the sun-rising, from Ba‘al-Gad under Mount Hermon, to the going in to Hamath:
Gebalitɔwo ƒe anyigba kple Lebanonyigba blibo la ɖo ta ɣedzeƒe, tso Baal Gad, si le Hermon to la ƒe anyigbeme heyi Hamat mɔ la nu.
6 all the inhabitants of the hill-country, from Lebanon to Misrephoth-Maim, all the Sidonians: I dispossess them before the sons of Israel; only, cause it to fall to Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded you.
“Sidontɔwo, ame siwo le tonyigba la dzi le Lebanon towo kple Misrefat Maim dome la ƒe anyigba hã le eme. Mele klalo be manya dukɔ siawo katã ɖa le Israel dukɔ la ŋgɔ, eya ta bu anyigba siawo katã abe mia tɔwo ene,
7 And now, apportion this land for an inheritance to the nine tribes, and half of the tribe of Manasseh.”
eye nàmae na Israel ƒe to asiekɛawo kple Manase ƒe to afã la abe ale si meɖo na wò ene.”
8 With [the other half], the Reubenite and the Gadite have received their inheritance, which Moses has given to them beyond the Jordan eastward, as Moses servant of YHWH has given to them;
Manase ƒe to la ƒe afã kple Ruben ƒe viwo kple Gad ƒe viwo xɔ woƒe domenyinu le Yɔdan tɔsisi la ƒe ɣedzeƒe xoxo, elabena Mose tsɔ anyigba sia na wo.
9 from Aroer, which [is] on the edge of the Brook of Arnon, and the city which [is] in the midst of the brook, and all the plain of Medeba to Dihon,
Woƒe anyigba la nye teƒe si tso Areor, le Arnon tɔsisi la ƒe balime ƒe toga kple du siwo le balime la, to Medeba ƒe togbɛnyigba dzi yi Dibon.
10 and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorite, who reigned in Heshbon, to the border of the sons of Ammon,
Sixɔn, Amoritɔwo ƒe fia, ame si ƒe fiadu nye Hesbon la ƒe duwo hã nɔ anyigba la me, eye wòtso eme yi keke Amon ƒe liƒowo dzi.
11 and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurite, and of the Maachathite, and all Mount Hermon, and all Bashan to Salcah;
Gilead kple anyigba si nye Gesuritɔwo kple Makatitɔwo tɔ kple Hermon to la, Basan to la kple Saleka du la
12 all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei; he was left of the remnant of the Rephaim, and Moses strikes them, and dispossesses them;
kple Ɔg, Basan fia, ame si ɖu fia le Astarot kple Edrei la ƒe anyigba. Eyae nye Refaimtɔ mamlɛtɔ, elabena Mose ho aʋa ɖe wo ŋu, eye wònya wo ɖa le anyigba la dzi.
13 and the sons of Israel did not dispossess the Geshurite, and the Maachathite; and Geshur and Maachath dwell in the midst of Israel to this day.
Ke Israelviwo menya Gesuritɔwo alo Makatitɔwo o, eya ta wogale Israelviwo dome va se ɖe egbe.
14 Only, he has not given an inheritance to the tribe of Levi; fire-offerings of YHWH, God of Israel, [are] its inheritance, as He has spoken to it.
Ale si woma anyigba na Israel ƒe to vovovoawo la yi ale: Levitɔwo: Mose mena anyigba aɖeke Levitɔwo o, ke boŋ etsɔ vɔsanu siwo ameawo atsɔ vɛ na Yehowa, Israel ƒe Mawu la na wo.
15 And Moses gives to the tribe of the sons of Reuben, for their families;
Ruben ƒe to: Mose na anyigba Ruben ƒe to la ɖe ƒome siwo le to la me la ƒe agbɔsɔsɔ nu.
16 and the border is to them from Aroer, which [is] on the edge of the Brook of Arnon, and the city which [is] in the midst of the brook, and all the plain by Medeba,
Ruben ƒe viwo ƒe anyigba tso Aroer le Arnon tɔsisi la ƒe balime ƒe toga, dze le Arnon du si le balime la ƒe titina la ŋu va dze le Medeba ƒe togbɛwo ŋu.
17 Heshbon, and all its cities which [are] in the plain, Dibon, and Bamoth-Ba‘al, and Beth-Ba‘al-Meon,
Du siwo nɔ afi ma la woe nye Hesbon kple du bubu siwo le gbadzaƒe: Dibon, Bamɔt Baal, Bet Baal Meon,
18 and Jahazah, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,
Yaza, Kedemot, Mefaat,
19 and Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zareth-Shahar, on the mountain of the valley,
Kiriataim, Sibma, Zeret Sabar si le to aɖe dzi le balime la tame,
20 and Beth-Peor, and the Springs of Pisgah, and Beth-Jeshimoth,
Bet Peor, Bet Yesimot kple Pisga to la kɔgo.
21 and all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorite, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses struck, with the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, princes of Sihon, inhabitants of the land.
Du siwo nɔ togbɛwo dzi kple Fia Sixɔn ƒe fiaɖuƒe me la hã nɔ Ruben ƒe viwo ƒe anyigba dzi. Sixɔn nye Amoritɔwo ƒe fia si nɔ Hesbon. Mose wu Fia Sixɔn kple Midian fia bubu siawo: Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur kple Reba.
22 And the sons of Israel have slain Balaam, son of Beor, the diviner, with the sword, among their wounded ones.
Israelviwo hã wu afakala Balaam si nye Beor ƒe vi la hã.
23 And the border of the sons of Reuben is the Jordan, and [its] border; this [is] the inheritance of the sons of Reuben, for their families, the cities and their villages.
Yɔdan tɔsisi lae nye Ruben ƒe viwo ƒe anyigba la ƒe liƒo le ɣedzeƒe lɔƒo.
24 And Moses gives to the tribe of Gad, to the sons of Gad, for their families;
Gad ƒe to: Mose na anyigba Gad ƒe viwo ƒe to la ɖe ƒome siwo le to la me ƒe agbɔsɔsɔ nu.
25 and the border to them is Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half of the land of the sons of Ammon, to Aroer which [is] on the front of Rabbah,
Yazer kple Gilead ƒe duwo katã kple Amonyigba ƒe afã heyi Aroer le Raba gbɔ nɔ Gad ƒe viwo ƒe anyigba la me.
26 and from Heshbon to Ramath-Mispeh, and Betonim, and from Mahanaim to the border of Debir,
Anyigba la gatso Hesbon yi Ramat Mizpa kple Betonim, eye wògatso Mahanaim yi Lo Debir.
27 and in the valley, Beth-Aram, and Beth-Nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan and [its] border, to the extremity of the Sea of Chinnereth, beyond the Jordan eastward.
Teƒe siwo le anyigba sia me le Yɔdan tɔsisi la ƒe balime la woe nye: Bet Haram, Bet Nimra, Sukɔt, Zafɔn kple Fia Sixɔn, ame si nɔ Hesbon la ƒe anyigba mamlɛa. Anyigba la ƒe liƒo le ɣetoɖoƒe lae nye, Yɔdan tɔsisi la yi anyigbeme va ɖo keke Galilea ƒu la ƒe dzigbeme.
28 This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Gad, for their families, the cities and their villages.
Esiawoe nye du siwo wotsɔ na ƒome siwo le Gad ƒe to la me abe woƒe domenyinu ene.
29 And Moses gives to the half-tribe of Manasseh; and it is to the half-tribe of the sons of Manasseh, for their families.
Mose na anyigba Manase viwo ƒe to la ƒe afã le woƒe ƒomewo nu.
30 And their border is from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the small towns of Jair, which [are] in Bashan—sixty cities;
Ena anyigba wo tso Mahanaim. Basan blibo si nye Fia Ɔg ƒe fiaɖuƒe kple Yair kple Basan ƒe du blaade nɔ to sia ƒe anyigba me.
31 and half of Gilead, and Ashteroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, [are] to the sons of Machir, son of Manasseh, to the half of the sons of Machir, for their families.
Wotsɔ Gilead ƒe afã, Astarot kple Edrei (du siwo le Ɔg, Basan fia ƒe fiaɖuƒe me), na Makir, Manase ƒe viwo ƒe to la ƒe afã. Esiawoe nye anyigba siwo wotsɔ na Manase ƒe vi Makir ƒe to la ƒe afã le woƒe ƒome nu.
32 These [are] they whom Moses caused to inherit in the plains of Moab beyond the Jordan, [by] Jericho, eastward;
Aleae Mose ma anyigba si le Yɔdan tɔsisi la ƒe ɣedzeƒe, afi si ameawo ƒu asaɖa anyi ɖo ɣe ma ɣi le Yeriko gbɔ.
33 and Moses did not give an inheritance to the tribe of Levi; YHWH, God of Israel, Himself, [is] their inheritance, as He has spoken to them.
Mose mena anyigba aɖeke Levitɔwo o, elabena abe ale si wòɖe eme na woe ene la, Yehowa Mawu lae nye woƒe domenyinu, Yehowa koe nye nu si wohiã. Yehowa ŋutɔ akpɔ wo ta abe ale si dze ene.
