Joshua 12

1 And these [are] kings of the land whom the sons of Israel have struck, and possess their land beyond the Jordan, at the sun-rising, from the Brook of Arnon to Mount Hermon, and all the plain eastward:

2 Sihon, king of the Amorite, who is dwelling in Heshbon, ruling from Aroer which [is] on the border of the Brook of Arnon, and the middle of the brook, and half of Gilead, and to the Brook of Jabok, the border of the sons of Ammon;

3 and the plain to the Sea of Chinneroth eastward, and to the Sea of the Plain (the Salt Sea) eastward, the way to Beth-Jeshimoth, and from the south under the Springs of Pisgah.

O na nĩathanaga mwena wa irathĩro wa Araba, kuuma Iria rĩa Kinerethu nginya iria rĩa Araba (nĩrĩo Iria rĩa Cumbĩ), nginya Bethi-Jeshimothu, na ningĩ gũthiĩ na mwena wa gũthini agakinya mũhuro wa kĩanda kĩa iharũrũka cia Pisiga.

4 And the border of Og king of Bashan (of the remnant of the Rephaim), who is dwelling in Ashtaroth and in Edrei,

Ningĩ andũ a Isiraeli magĩtunyana bũrũri wa Ogu mũthamaki wa Bashani, ũmwe wa matigari ma andũ a Refaimu arĩa maatũũraga kũu Ashitarothu na Edirei.

5 and ruling in Mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, to the border of the Geshurite, and the Maachathite, and the half of Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

Aathanaga Kĩrĩma kĩa Herimoni, na Saleka, na Bashani guothe, o nginya mũhaka-inĩ wa andũ a Geshuru, na wa Maaka, na nuthu ya Gileadi o nginya mũhaka-inĩ wao na Sihoni mũthamaki wa Heshiboni.

6 Moses, servant of YHWH, and the sons of Israel have struck them, and Moses, servant of YHWH, gives it—a possession to the Reubenite, and to the Gadite, and to the half of the tribe of Manasseh.

Musa ndungata ya Jehova hamwe na andũ a Isiraeli nĩmamatooririe. Nake Musa ndungata ya Jehova akĩheana bũrũri wao kũrĩ andũ a Rubeni, na a Gadi, na nuthu ya mũhĩrĩga wa Manase, gũtuĩke igai rĩao.

7 And these [are] kings of the land whom Joshua and the sons of Israel have struck beyond the Jordan westward, from Ba‘al-Gad, in the Valley of Lebanon, and to the Mount of Halak, which is going up to Seir; and Joshua gives it to the tribes of Israel—a possession according to their divisions;

8 in the hill-country, and in the low country, and in the plain, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9 the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which [is] beside Bethel, one;

na mũthamaki wa Egiloni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Gezeri, ũmwe,

13 the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

na mũthamaki wa Debiri, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Gederi, ũmwe,

14 the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

na mũthamaki wa Horoma, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Aradi, ũmwe,

15 the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

na mũthamaki wa Libina, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Adulamu, ũmwe,

16 the king of Mekkedah, one; the king of Beth-El, one;

na mũthamaki wa Makeda, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Betheli, ũmwe,

17 the king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

na mũthamaki wa Tapua, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Heferi, ũmwe,

18 the king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one;

na mũthamaki wa Afeku, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Lasharoni, ũmwe,

19 the king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

na mũthamaki wa Madoni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Hazoru, ũmwe,

20 the king of Shimron-Meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

na mũthamaki wa Shimuroni Meroni, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Akishafu, ũmwe,

21 the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

na mũthamaki wa Taanaka, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Megido, ũmwe,

22 the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam of Carmel, one;

na mũthamaki wa Kedeshi, ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Jokineamu itũũra rĩ kũu Karimeli, ũmwe,

23 the king of Dor, at the elevation of Dor, one; the king of the nations of Gilgal, one;

na mũthamaki wa Dori (kũu Nafothu-Dori), ũmwe, na mũthamaki wa Goimu kũu Giligali, ũmwe,

24 the king of Tirzah, one; all the kings [are] thirty-one.
