Joel 3
1 “For behold, in those days, and in that time, When I turn back [to] the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
১চোৱা, সেইবোৰ দিনত আৰু সময়ত, মই যিহূদাৰ আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ বন্দী-অৱস্থাত থকা লোকসকলক ঘূৰাই আনিম,
2 Then I have gathered all the nations, And caused them to go down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, And I have been in judgment with them there, Concerning My people and My inheritance—Israel, Whom they scattered among nations, And My land they have apportioned.
২মই সকলো জাতিক গোটাই যিহোচাফটৰ উপত্যকালৈ নমাই আনিম। সেই ঠাইত মই তেওঁলোকৰ বিচাৰ কৰিম, কিয়নো মোৰ প্ৰজাবোৰক আৰু মোৰ যি উত্তৰাধিকাৰ স্বৰূপ ইস্ৰায়েলক তেওঁলোকে জাতিবোৰৰ মাজত ছিন্ন-ভিন্ন কৰিলে, আৰু তেওঁলোকে মোৰ দেশ ভাগ বাঁটি ল’লে।
3 And for My people they cast a lot, And they give the young man for a harlot, And have sold the young woman for wine, That they may drink.
৩তেওঁলোকে মোৰ প্ৰজাসকলৰ কাৰণে চিঠি খেলালে, ল’ৰাক বিক্রী কৰি তাৰ সলনি বেশ্যা ল’লে, আৰু ছোৱালীক বিক্রী কৰি পান কৰিবৰ অভিপ্ৰায়েৰে দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস কিনিলে।
4 And also, what [are] you to Me, O Tyre and Sidon, And all circuits of Philistia? Are you rendering repayment to Me? And if you are giving repayment to Me, Swiftly, quickly, I return your repayment on your head.
৪এতিয়া তোমালোকে মোৰ প্রতি কিয় খং কৰিছা, হে তূৰ, চীদোন আৰু পলেষ্টিয়াসকলৰ আটাই অঞ্চল? তোমালোকে মোক ক্ষতিপূৰণ দিয়া নে? যদি তোমালোকে মোক ক্ষতিপূৰণ দিয়া, তেতিয়া হ’লে মই অতি শীঘ্ৰে বেগেৰে গৈ তোমালোকে দিয়া ক্ষতিপূৰণৰ প্ৰতিফল তোমালোকৰ মূৰৰ ওপৰত দিম।
5 In that My silver and My gold you took, And My desirable things that are good, You have brought into your temples.
৫কিয়নো তোমালোকে মোৰ ৰূপ আৰু সোণ নিলা, আৰু তোমালোকৰ মন্দিৰবোৰলৈ মোৰ উত্তম উত্তম মনোহৰ বস্তুবোৰ লৈ গলা।
6 And sons of Judah, and sons of Jerusalem, You have sold to the sons of Javan, To put them far off from their border.
৬তোমালোকে যিহূদা আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ সন্তান সকলক গ্ৰীকসকলৰ ওচৰত বিক্ৰী কৰিলা যাতে তেওঁলোকে তেওঁলোকক দেশৰ পৰা অপসাৰণ কৰি দূৰলৈ নিয়াৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিব পাৰে।
7 Behold, I am stirring them up out of the place To where you have sold them, And I have turned back your repayment on your head,
৭কিন্তু চোৱা, যি ঠাইত তোমালোকে তেওঁলোকক বিক্ৰী কৰিলা, সেই ঠাইৰ পৰা নিজ ঠাইলৈ ঘূৰিবলৈ মই তেওঁলোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিম, আৰু তোমালোকৰ প্ৰতিকাৰৰ প্ৰতিফল মই তোমালোকৰ মূৰৰ ওপৰত দিম।
8 And have sold your sons and your daughters Into the hand of the sons of Judah, And they have sold them to Sabeans, To a nation far off, for YHWH has spoken.”
৮আৰু তোমালোকৰ পো-জীবোৰক যিহূদাৰ সন্তান সকলৰ হাতত বিক্ৰী কৰিম। তেওঁলোকে দূৰত থকা জাতি চিবায়ীয়া লোকসকলৰ ওচৰত তেওঁলোকক বিক্ৰী কৰিব। কিয়নো যিহোৱাই এই কথা ক’লে।
9 Proclaim this among nations, Sanctify a war, stir up the mighty ones, Come near, come up, let all the men of war.
৯তোমালোকে জাতি সমূহৰ মাজত এই কথা ঘোষণা কৰা: ‘যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ সাজু হোৱা, বীৰ লোকসকলক জাগ্ৰত কৰা, তেওঁলোকক ওচৰলৈ আনা, আৰু আটাই ৰণুৱা উপস্থিত হওঁক।
10 Beat your plowshares to swords, And your pruning-hooks to javelins, Let the weak say, “I [am] mighty.”
১০তোমালোকে তোমালোকৰ নাঙলৰ ফাল পিটি তৰোৱাল, আৰু তোমালোকৰ কলম দিয়া কটাৰী পিটি যাঠী গঢ়োৱা। “মই শক্তিশালী”, এই বুলি দুৰ্ব্বল সকলে কওঁক।
11 Hurry, and come in, all you nations around, And be gathered together, There cause to come down, O YHWH, Your mighty ones.
১১হে চাৰিওফালে থকা জাতি সমূহ, অগ্ৰসৰ হোৱা আৰু আহা, হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ বীৰসকলক সেই ঠাইলৈ নমাই আনা।
12 “Let the nations wake and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, For there I sit to judge all the nations around.
১২জাতি সমূহ নিজে জাগি উঠক, আৰু যিহোচাফটৰ উপত্যকালৈ আহক; কিয়নো মই সেই ঠাইত চাৰিওফালে থকা জাতি সমূহৰ বিচাৰ কৰিবলৈ বহিম।
13 Send forth a sickle, For harvest has ripened, Come in, come down, for the press has been filled, Winepresses have overflowed, For great [is] their wickedness.”
১৩তোমালোকে কাঁচি লগোৱা, কিয়নো শস্য পকিল। আহাঁ দ্ৰাক্ষাকুণ্ড গচকা, কিয়নো দ্ৰাক্ষাকুণ্ড পৰিপূৰ্ণ হৈছে, আৰু ৰসৰ আধাৰবোৰ উপচি পৰিছে, কিয়নো তেওঁলোকৰ দুষ্টতা অধিক।”
14 Multitudes, multitudes [are] in the Valley of Decision, For near [is] the Day of YHWH in the Valley of Decision.
১৪তাত আলোড়ন হৈছে। সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰা উপত্যকাত আলোড়ন হৈছে।। কিয়নো সোধ-বিচাৰৰ উপত্যকাত দণ্ড দিব লগা যিহোৱাৰ দিন ওচৰ হৈছে।
15 Sun and moon have been black, And stars have gathered up their shining.
১৫সূৰ্য আৰু চন্দ্ৰ অন্ধকাৰ হৈছে, আৰু তৰাবোৰে নিজৰ পোহৰ নিদিয়া হৈছে।
16 And YHWH roars from Zion, And gives forth His voice from Jerusalem, And the heavens and earth have shaken, And YHWH [is] a refuge to His people, And a stronghold to sons of Israel.
১৬যিহোৱাই চিয়োনৰ পৰা গৰ্জ্জন কৰিব, আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ পৰা নিজৰ মাত শুনাব। আকাশ-মণ্ডল আৰু পৃথিৱী কঁপিব, কিন্তু যিহোৱা নিজ প্ৰজাসকলৰ আশ্ৰয় আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ কোঁঠস্বৰূপ হ’ব।
17 “And you have known that I [am] your God YHWH, Dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain, And Jerusalem has been holy, And strangers do not pass over into it again.”
১৭“তেতিয়া মই যে মোৰ পবিত্ৰ পৰ্ব্বত চিয়োনত বাস কৰোঁতা তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, সেই বিষয়ে তোমালোকে জানিবা। তেতিয়া যিৰূচালেম পবিত্ৰ হ’ব, আৰু কোনো বিদেশী সৈন্য দলে তাৰ মাজেদি পুনৰ অহা-যোৱা কৰিব নোৱাৰিব।
18 And it has come to pass in that day, The mountains drop down juice, And the hills flow [with] milk, And all streams of Judah go [with] water, And a fountain from the house of YHWH goes forth, And has watered the Valley of Shittim.
১৮সেই দিনা পৰ্ব্বতবোৰৰ পৰা নতুন দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস টোপা-টোপে পৰিব, ওখ পৰ্ব্বতবোৰৰ পৰা গাখীৰৰ সূঁতী বৈ যাব, যিহূদাৰ আটাই জুৰিবোৰৰ পানী বৈ যাব, আৰু যিহোৱাৰ গৃহৰ পৰা এটা ভুমুক ওলাই চিটীমৰ উপত্যকাত পানী দিব।
19 “Egypt becomes a desolation, And Edom becomes a desolation, a wilderness, For violence [to] sons of Judah, Whose innocent blood they shed in their land.
১৯যিহূদাৰ সন্তানসকলক কৰা অত্যাচাৰৰ কাৰণে মিচৰ ধ্বংসস্থান হ’ব, আৰু ইদোম ধ্বংস-অৰণ্য হ’ব, কিয়নো তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ দেশতে নিৰ্দ্দোষীৰ ৰক্তপাত কৰিলে।
20 And Judah dwells for all time, And Jerusalem to generation and generation.
২০কিন্তু যিহূদী চিৰকাললৈকে, আৰু যিৰূচালেম পুৰুষানুক্ৰমে থাকিব।
21 And I have declared their blood innocent, [That] I did not declare innocent, And YHWH is dwelling in Zion!”
২১মই তেওঁলোকৰ যি ৰক্তপাতৰ প্ৰতিকাৰ সধা নাই, সেই ৰক্তপাতৰ প্ৰতিকাৰ সাধিম,” কিয়নো যিহোৱাই চিয়োনত বাস কৰিছে।
