Job 39
1 “Have you known the time of The bearing of the wild goats of the rock? Do you mark the bringing forth of does?
१“क्या तू जानता है कि पहाड़ पर की जंगली बकरियाँ कब बच्चे देती हैं? या जब हिरनियाँ बियाती हैं, तब क्या तू देखता रहता है?
2 Do you number the months they fulfill? And have you known the time of their bringing forth?
२क्या तू उनके महीने गिन सकता है, क्या तू उनके बियाने का समय जानता है?
3 They bow down, They bring forth their young ones safely, They cast forth their pangs.
३जब वे बैठकर अपने बच्चों को जनतीं, वे अपनी पीड़ाओं से छूट जाती हैं?
4 Their young ones are safe, They grow up in the field, they have gone out, And have not returned to them.
४उनके बच्चे हष्ट-पुष्ट होकर मैदान में बढ़ जाते हैं; वे निकल जाते और फिर नहीं लौटते।
5 Who has sent forth the wild donkey free? Indeed, who opened the bands of the wild donkey?
५“किसने जंगली गदहे को स्वाधीन करके छोड़ दिया है? किसने उसके बन्धन खोले हैं?
6 Whose house I have made the wilderness, And his dwellings the barren land,
६उसका घर मैंने निर्जल देश को, और उसका निवास नमकीन भूमि को ठहराया है।
7 He laughs at the multitude of a city, He does not hear the cries of an exactor.
७वह नगर के कोलाहल पर हँसता, और हाँकनेवाले की हाँक सुनता भी नहीं।
8 The range of mountains [is] his pasture, And he seeks after every green thing.
८पहाड़ों पर जो कुछ मिलता है उसे वह चरता वह सब भाँति की हरियाली ढूँढ़ता फिरता है।
9 Is a wild ox willing to serve you? Does he lodge by your crib?
९“क्या जंगली साँड़ तेरा काम करने को प्रसन्न होगा? क्या वह तेरी चरनी के पास रहेगा?
10 Do you bind a wild ox in a furrow [with] his thick band? Does he harrow valleys after you?
१०क्या तू जंगली साँड़ को रस्से से बाँधकर रेघारियों में चला सकता है? क्या वह नालों में तेरे पीछे-पीछे हेंगा फेरेगा?
11 Do you trust in him because his power [is] great? And do you leave your labor to him?
११क्या तू उसके बड़े बल के कारण उस पर भरोसा करेगा? या जो परिश्रम का काम तेरा हो, क्या तू उसे उस पर छोड़ेगा?
12 Do you trust in him That he brings back your seed, And gathers [it to] your threshing-floor?
१२क्या तू उसका विश्वास करेगा, कि वह तेरा अनाज घर ले आए, और तेरे खलिहान का अन्न इकट्ठा करे?
13 [The] wing of the crying ostriches exults, but as a pinion and feather of a stork?
१३“फिर शुतुर्मुर्गी अपने पंखों को आनन्द से फुलाती है, परन्तु क्या ये पंख और पर स्नेह को प्रगट करते हैं?
14 For she leaves her eggs on the earth, And she warms them on the dust,
१४क्योंकि वह तो अपने अण्डे भूमि पर छोड़ देती और धूलि में उन्हें गर्म करती है;
15 And she forgets that a foot may press it, And a beast of the field treads it down.
१५और इसकी सुधि नहीं रखती, कि वे पाँव से कुचले जाएँगे, या कोई वन पशु उनको कुचल डालेगा।
16 It has hardened her young ones without her, Her labor [is] in vain, without fear.
१६वह अपने बच्चों से ऐसी कठोरता करती है कि मानो उसके नहीं हैं; यद्यपि उसका कष्ट अकारथ होता है, तो भी वह निश्चिन्त रहती है;
17 For God has caused her to forget wisdom, And He has not given a portion To her in understanding;
१७क्योंकि परमेश्वर ने उसको बुद्धिरहित बनाया, और उसे समझने की शक्ति नहीं दी।
18 At the time she lifts herself up on high, She laughs at the horse and his rider.
१८जिस समय वह सीधी होकर अपने पंख फैलाती है, तब घोड़े और उसके सवार दोनों को कुछ नहीं समझती है।
19 Do you give might to the horse? Do you clothe his neck [with] a mane?
१९“क्या तूने घोड़े को उसका बल दिया है? क्या तूने उसकी गर्दन में फहराते हुई घने बाल जमाए है?
20 Do you cause him to rush as a locust? The splendor of his snorting [is] terrible.
२०क्या उसको टिड्डी की सी उछलने की शक्ति तू देता है? उसके फूँक्कारने का शब्द डरावना होता है।
21 They dig in a valley, and he rejoices in power, He goes forth to meet the armor.
२१वह तराई में टाप मारता है और अपने बल से हर्षित रहता है, वह हथियार-बन्दों का सामना करने को निकल पड़ता है।
22 He laughs at fear, and is not frightened, And he does not turn back from the face of the sword.
२२वह डर की बात पर हँसता, और नहीं घबराता; और तलवार से पीछे नहीं हटता।
23 Quiver rattles against him, The flame of a spear, and a javelin.
२३तरकश और चमकता हुआ सांग और भाला उस पर खड़खड़ाता है।
24 He swallows the ground with trembling and rage, And does not remain steadfast Because of the sound of a horn.
२४वह रिस और क्रोध के मारे भूमि को निगलता है; जब नरसिंगे का शब्द सुनाई देता है तब वह रुकता नहीं।
25 Among the horns he says, Aha, And from afar he smells battle, Roaring of princes and shouting.
२५जब जब नरसिंगा बजता तब-तब वह हिन-हिन करता है, और लड़ाई और अफसरों की ललकार और जय जयकार को दूर से सूँघ लेता है।
26 By your understanding does a hawk fly? Does he spread his wings to the south?
२६“क्या तेरे समझाने से बाज उड़ता है, और दक्षिण की ओर उड़ने को अपने पंख फैलाता है?
27 At your command does an eagle go up high? Or lift up his nest?
२७क्या उकाब तेरी आज्ञा से ऊपर चढ़ जाता है, और ऊँचे स्थान पर अपना घोंसला बनाता है?
28 He inhabits a rock, Indeed, he lodges on the tooth of a rock, and fortress.
२८वह चट्टान पर रहता और चट्टान की चोटी और दृढ़ स्थान पर बसेरा करता है।
29 From there he has sought food, His eyes look attentively to a far-off place,
२९वह अपनी आँखों से दूर तक देखता है, वहाँ से वह अपने अहेर को ताक लेता है।
30 And his brood sucks up blood, And where the pierced [are]—there [is] he!”
३०उसके बच्चे भी लहू चूसते हैं; और जहाँ घात किए हुए लोग होते वहाँ वह भी होता है।”
