< Job 21 >
1 And Job answers and says:
Sai Ayuba ya amsa,
2 “Hear my word diligently, And this is your consolation.
“Ku saurare ni da kyau; bari wannan yă zama ta’aziyyar da za ku ba ni.
3 Bear with me, and I speak, And after my speaking—you may deride.
Ku ba ni zarafi in yi magana, bayan na gama sai ku yi ba’arku.
4 [Is] my complaint [against] man? And if [so], why may my temper not become short?
“A wurin mutum ne na kawo kukana? Don me ba zan kāsa haƙuri ba?
5 Turn to me, and be astonished, And put hand to mouth.
Ku dube ni, ku kuma yi mamaki; ku rufe bakina da hannunku.
6 Indeed, if I have remembered, then I have been troubled. And my flesh has taken fright.
Lokacin da na yi tunanin wannan, sai in ji tsoro; jikina yă fara rawa.
7 Why do the wicked live? They have become old, Indeed, they have been mighty in wealth.
Don me mugaye suke rayuwa har su tsufa, suna kuma ƙaruwa da iko?
8 Their seed is established, Before their face with them, And their offspring before their eyes.
Suna ganin’ya’yansu suna girma, suna ganin jikokinsu suna tasowa a kan idanunsu.
9 Their houses [are] peace without fear, Nor [is] a rod of God on them.
Gidajensu suna zama cikin lafiya ba ruwansu da fargaba. Kuma Allah ba ya ba su horo.
10 His bullock breeds without fail. His cow brings forth safely, and does not miscarry.
Shanunsu ba sa fasa haihuwa; suna haihuwa ba sa yin ɓari.
11 They send forth their sucklings as a flock, And their children skip,
12 They lift [themselves] up at timbrel and harp, And rejoice at the sound of a pipe.
13 They wear out their days in good, And in a moment go down [to] Sheol. (Sheol )
Suna yin rayuwarsu cikin arziki kuma su mutu cikin salama. (Sheol )
14 And they say to God, Turn aside from us, And the knowledge of Your ways We have not desired.
Duk da haka suna ce wa Allah, ‘Ka rabu da mu.’ Ba ma so mu san hanyoyinka.
15 What [is] the Mighty One that we serve Him? And what do we profit when we meet with Him?
16 Behold, their good [is] not in their hand (The counsel of the wicked Has been far from me).
Amma arzikinsu ba a hannunsu yake ba saboda haka ba ruwana da shawarar mugaye.
17 How often is the lamp of the wicked extinguished, And their calamity comes on them? He apportions pangs in His anger.
“Duk da haka, sau nawa fitilar mugu take mutuwa? Sau nawa bala’i yake auka masa, ko Allah ya taɓa hukunta mugu cikin fushi?
18 They are as straw before wind, And as chaff a windstorm has stolen away,
Sau nawa suke zama kamar tattaka a iska, ko kuma kamar ƙura da iskar hadari take kwashewa?
19 God lays up for his sons his sorrow, He gives repayment to him—and he knows.
An ce ‘Allah yana tara wa’ya’yan mutum horon da zai ba mutumin.’ Bari yă ba mutumin horo don yă san ya yi haka!
20 His own eyes see his destruction, And he drinks of the wrath of the Mighty.
Bari idanunsa su ga yadda zai hallaka; bari yă sha daga fushin Maɗaukaki.
21 For what [is] his delight in his house after him, And the number of his months cut off?
22 Does [one] teach knowledge to God, Since He judges [those] on high?
“Wani zai iya koya wa Allah ilimi tun da yana shari’anta har da waɗanda suke manya masu iko?
23 This [one] dies in his perfect strength, Wholly at ease and quiet.
Wani mutum zai mutu cikin jin daɗi da kwanciyar hankali,
24 His breasts have been full of milk, And marrow moistens his bones.
jikinsa ɓulɓul, ƙasusuwansa da alamar ƙarfi.
25 And this [one] dies with a bitter soul, And has not eaten with gladness.
Wani kuma zai mutu cikin ɗacin rai, bai taɓa jin daɗin wani abu mai kyau ba.
26 Together they lie down on the dust, And the worm covers them over.
27 Behold, I have known your thoughts, And the schemes against me you do wrongfully.
“Na san duk abin da kuke tunani, yadda za ku saɓa mini.
28 For you say, Where [is] the house of the noble? And where the tent—the dwelling places of the wicked?
Kuna cewa, ‘Yanzu ina gidan babban mutumin nan, tenti wurin da mugaye suke zama?’
29 Have you not asked those passing by the way? And do you not know their signs?
Ba ku taɓa tambayar waɗanda suke tafiya ba? Ba ku kula da labaransu,
30 That the wicked is spared to a day of calamity. They are brought to a day of wrath.
cewa an kāre mugu daga ranar bala’i, an kāre shi daga ranar fushi?
31 Who declares his way to his face? And [for] that which he has done, Who gives repayment to him?
32 And he is brought to the graves, And a watch is kept over the heap.
Za a bizne shi a kabari, a kuma yi tsaron kabarinsa.
33 The clods of the valley have been sweet to him, And he draws every man after him, And there is no numbering before him.
Akan mai da ƙasa a kan gawarsa a hankali; dukan jama’a suna binsa, da yawa kuma suna gabansa.
34 And how do you comfort me [with] vanity, And trespass has been left in your answers?”
“Saboda haka ta yaya za ku iya yi mini ta’aziyya da surutan banzan nan naku? Babu wani abu cikin amsarku sai ƙarya!”
