< Job 13 >
1 “Behold, my eye has seen all, My ear has heard, and it attends to it.
Indro, izany rehetra izany efa hitan’ ny masoko, ary efa ren’ ny sofiko ka fantany.
2 According to your knowledge I have known—also I. I am not more fallen than you.
Izay fantatrareo dia mba fantatro koa; Tsy latsaka noho ianareo aho tsy akory.
3 Yet I speak for the Mighty One, And I delight to argue for God.
Kanefa raha izaho, dia ny Tsitoha no tiako hitenenana, ary Andriamanitra no iriko handaharan-teny.
4 And yet, you [are] forgers of falsehood, Physicians of nothing—all of you,
Fa ianareo kosa dia mpamoron-dainga; Dokotera tsy mahomby ianareo rehetra,
5 O that you would keep perfectly silent, And it would be to you for wisdom.
Enga anie ka hangina mihitsy ianareo, dia ho fahendrenareo izany!
6 Please hear my argument, And attend to the pleadings of my lips,
Masìna ianareo, henoy ny anatro, ary tandremo izay alahatry ny molotro.
7 Do you speak perverseness for God? And do you speak deceit for Him?
Hanao teny tsy marina ho enti-manamarina an’ Andriamanitra va ianareo? Hiteny fitaka ho Azy va ianareo?
8 Do you accept His face, if you strive for God?
Hiangatra ho Azy va ianareo? Handaha-teny ho an’ Andriamanitra va ianareo
9 Is [it] good that He searches you, If, as one mocks at a man, you mock at Him?
Ho tsara aminareo va, raha mandinika anareo Izy? Na ho azonareo fitahina hoatra ny famitaka zanak’ olombelona va Izy?
10 He surely reproves you, if you accept faces in secret.
Hanameloka anareo mihitsy Izy, Raha miangatra mangingina ianareo.
11 Does His excellence not terrify you? And His dread fall on you?
Tsy hampahatahotra anareo va ny fahalehibiazany? Ary tsy hitsatoka aminareo va ny fahatahorana avy aminy?
12 Your remembrances [are] allegories of ashes, For high places of clay [are] your heights.
Ireo teny tononinareo ireo dia ohabolana lavenona foana, ary manda fotaka ihany ny mandanareo.
13 Keep silent from me, and I speak, And pass over me what will.
Mangìna, ka mialà amiko ianareo, mba hitenenako; Fa aoka hanjo ahy ihany izay hanjo ahy.
14 Why do I take my flesh in my teeth? And my soul put in my hand?
Nahoana no hitondra ny nofoko amin’ ny nifiko aho? Tsia, fa manao ny aiko tsy ho zavatra aho.
15 Behold, He slays me—I do not wait! Only, I argue my ways to His face.
Na dia hamono ahy aza Izy, mbola hanantena Azy ihany aho; Kanefa hanamarina ny lalako eo anatrehany aho.
16 Also—He [is] to me for salvation, For the profane do not come before Him.
Ary izao no ho famonjena ahy: Ny mpihatsaravelatsihy tsy sahy mankeo anatrehany.
17 Hear my word diligently, And my declaration with your ears.
Mihainoa dia mihainoa ny teniko, ary aoka ho ren’ ny sofinareo ny filazàko.
18 Now behold, I have set the cause in order, I have known that I am righteous.
Indro, fa efa voatoriko ny adiko; Fantatro fa hanan-drariny aho.
19 Who [is] he that strives with me? For now I keep silent and gasp.
Iza no hahazo hifandahatra amiko? Fa raha izany, dia hangina aho ka hiala aina.
20 Only two things, O God, do with me, Then I am not hidden from Your face:
Izao zavatra roa loha izao ihany no aza mba atao amiko, dia tsy hiery Anao aho;
21 Put Your hand far off from me, And do not let Your terror terrify me.
Esory hanalavitra ahy ny tananao, ary aoka tsy hampahatsiravina ahy fampitahoranao.
22 And You call, and I answer, Or—I speak, and You answer me.
Dia miantsoa, fa izaho hamaly; Na aoka hiteny aho, ka valio aho.
23 How many iniquities and sins do I have? Let me know my transgression and my sin.
Firy ary ny heloko sy ny fahotako? Mba ampahalalao izay fiodinako sy fahotako aho.
24 Why do You hide Your face? And reckon me for an enemy to You?
Nahoana no manafina ny tavanao Hianao, ka manao ahy ho fahavalonao?
25 Do You terrify a leaf driven away? And do You pursue the dry stubble?
Moa izay ravin-kazo indaosin’ ny rivotra avy va no ampitahorinao? Ary izay vodivary maina avy va no enjehinao?
26 For You write bitter things against me, And cause me to possess iniquities of my youth,
Fa zava-mangidy no tendrenao hamely ahy, ka ampanodiavinao ahy, ny heloky ny fahatanorako;
27 And you put my feet in the stocks, And observe all my paths—You set a print on the roots of my feet,
Dia mampiditra ny tongotro eo amin’ ny boloky hazo Hianao ary mitsikilo ny diako rehetra; Ny hodiavin’ ny tongotro dia feranao.
28 And he, as a rotten thing, wears away, A moth has consumed him as a garment.”
Dia izaho ity izay mihalevona tahaka ny zavatra hanin’ ny fositra, eny, tahaka ny fitafiana lanin’ ny kalalao.
