Job 11
1 And Zophar the Naamathite answers and says:
१नंतर नामाथीच्या सोफरने उत्तर दिले आणि तो म्हणाला,
2 “Is a multitude of words not answered? And is a man of lips justified?
२“शब्दांच्या या भडीमाराला उत्तर द्यायलाच हवे? सगळ्या बोलण्यात हा मनुष्य बरोबर ठरतो का?
3 Your boastings make men keep silent, You scorn, and none is causing blushing!
३तुझा गर्वाच्या बडबडीने दुसरे चूप होतील का? जेव्हा तू आमच्या शिक्षणाची निंदा करशील, तुला कोणी फजीत करणार नाही काय?
4 And you say, My discourse [is] pure, And I have been clean in Your eyes.
४तू देवाला म्हणतोस, माझे मानणे खरे आहे, आणि तुझ्या नजरेत मी निर्दोष आहे.
5 And yet, O that God had spoken! And opens His lips with you.
५अहो, परंतु, देवाने बोलावे आणि तुझ्या विरूद्ध त्याने ओठ उघडावे.
6 And declares to you secrets of wisdom, for counsel has foldings. And know that God forgets of your iniquity for you.
६तो (देव) तुला ज्ञानाचे रहस्य दाखवितो! चातुराईत तो (देव) महान आहे. तुझ्या अन्यायाच्या मानाने तुला जेवढी शिक्षा करायला हवी तेवढी तो करत नाही हे तू समजावे.
7 Do you find out God by searching? To perfection find out the Mighty One?
७तू देवाला खरोखरीच समजू शकतोस असे तुला वाटते का? त्या सर्वशक्तिमान देवाला समजणे अशक्य आहे.
८त्याचे शहाणपण आकाशाच्या उंचीइतके आहे, तू काय करु शकतोस? ते अधोलोकापेक्षा खोल आहे. तू काय जाणू शकतोस? (Sheol h7585)
9 Its measure [is] longer than earth, and broader than the sea.
९तो पृथ्वीपेक्षा मोठा आहे आणि सागरापेक्षा महान आहे.
10 If He passes on, and shuts up, and assembles, Who then reverses it?
१०फिरत असता त्याने एखाद्यास पकडून अटकेत टाकले, जर त्याने एखाद्याचा न्याय करावयाचे ठरवले तर त्यास कोण अडवू शकेल?
11 For He has known men of vanity, And He sees iniquity, And one does not consider [it]!
११त्यास चुकीचे लोक माहीत आहेत, तो ज्या वाईट गोष्टी बघतो त्या त्यास समजत नाही काय?
12 And empty man is bold, And man is born [as] the colt of a wild donkey.
१२परंतु मूर्ख मनुष्यास शाहाणपण समजत नाही, त्यांना समजेल रानटी गाढव मनुष्यास जन्म देईल.
13 If you have prepared your heart, And have spread out your hands to Him,
१३परंतु तू तुझ्या मनाची तयारी केली पाहिजेस आणि तू तुझे हात त्याची उपासना करण्यासाठी देवाच्या दिशेने उचलले पाहिजेस.
14 If iniquity [is] in your hand, put it far off, And do not let perverseness dwell in your tents.
१४तुझ्या हाती असलेल्या अधर्माला तू दूर ठेवले पाहिजेस. तुझ्या डेऱ्यात वाईट गोष्टींना थारा देऊ नकोस.
15 For then you lift up your face from blemish, And you have been firm, and do not fear.
१५तरच तू निश्चित त्याच्याकडे तोंड वर करून बघू शकशील. लज्जेच्या कोणत्याही चिन्हाविणा, खरोखर, तू खंबीर आणि भीती शिवाय उभा राहशील.
16 For you forget misery, As waters passed away you remember.
१६तू तुझे दु: ख विसरशील, तुझे दु: ख निचरा झालेल्या पाण्यासारखे वाहून जाईल.
17 And age rises above the noon, You fly—you are as the morning.
१७भर दुपारच्या सूर्य प्रकाशापेक्षाही तुझे आयुष्य चमकदार होईल. आयुष्यातील अंधार सकाळच्या सूर्यप्रकाशाप्रमाणे चमकेल.
18 And you have trusted because there is hope, And searched—in confidence you lie down,
१८तुला सुरक्षित वाटेल कारण तिथे आशा असेल. खरोखर, सभोवती सुरक्षा पाहून तू बेफिकार आराम करशील.
19 And you have rested, And none is causing trembling, And many have begged [at] your face;
१९तू विश्रांती घेण्यासाठी आडवा होशील आणि तुला कोणीही त्रास देणार नाही. खरोखर, तुझ्याकडे पुष्कळ लोक मदतीसाठी येतील.
20 And the eyes of the wicked are consumed, And refuge has perished from them, And their hope [is] a breathing out of soul!”
२०वाईट लोकांचे डोळे थकतील. परंतु त्यांना संकटापासून सुटकेचा मार्ग नाही, त्यांची आशा त्यांना मृत्यूकडे नेईल.”
