Jeremiah 43
1 And it comes to pass, when Jeremiah finishes speaking to all the people all the words of their God YHWH, with which their God YHWH has sent him to them—all these words—
И бысть, егда преста Иеремиа глаголя к людем вся словеса Господня, яже посла Господь к ним,
2 that Azariah son of Hoshaiah, and Johanan son of Kareah, and all the proud men, speak to Jeremiah, saying, “You are speaking falsehood; our God YHWH has not sent you to say, Do not enter Egypt to sojourn there;
и рече Азариа сын Маасеев и Иоанан сын Кариев и вси мужие презорливии ко Иеремии, глаголюще: лжеши, не посла тя к нам Господь Бог наш глаголати: не входите во Египет жити тамо:
3 for Baruch son of Neriah is moving you against us, in order to give us up into the hand of the Chaldeans, to put us to death, and to remove us to Babylon.”
но Варух сын Нириин подущает тя на нас, да нас вдаси в руце Халдейсте уморити нас и превести нас в Вавилон.
4 And Johanan son of Kareah, and all the heads of the forces, and all the people, have not listened to the voice of YHWH, to dwell in the land of Judah;
И не послуша Иоанан и вси воеводы силы и вси людие (не послушаша) гласа Господня, еже жити на земли Иудине.
5 and Johanan son of Kareah, and all the heads of the forces, take all the remnant of Judah who have turned from all the nations to where they were driven to sojourn in the land of Judah,
И взя Иоанан и вси воеводы силы вся оставшыя Иудины, возвращеныя от всех языков, аможе разсеяни быша, еже жити на земли Иудине,
6 the men, and the women, and the infant, and the daughters of the king, and every person that Nebuzar-Adan, chief of the executioners, had left with Gedaliah son of Ahikam, son of Shaphan, and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch son of Neriah,
мужы сильныя и жены, и младенцы и дщери царевы, и душы, яже остави Навузардан воевода силы со Годолием сыном Ахикамовым сына Сафанова, и Иеремию пророка, и Варуха сына Нириина,
7 and they enter the land of Egypt, for they have not listened to the voice of YHWH, and they come as far as Tahpanhes.
и внидоша во Египет, яко не послушаша гласа Господня, и внидоша во Тафнас.
8 And there is a word of YHWH to Jeremiah in Tahpanhes, saying,
И бысть слово Господне ко Иеремии во Тафнасе глаголя:
9 “Take great stones in your hand, and you have hidden them in the clay in the brick-kiln, that [is] at the opening of the house of Pharaoh in Tahpanhes, before the eyes of the men of Judah,
возми себе камени велики и скрый я пред враты дому фараоня во Тафнасе пред очима мужей Иудиных, и речеши к ним:
10 and you have said to them, Thus said YHWH of Hosts, God of Israel: Behold, I am sending, and I have taken Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and I have set his throne above these stones that I have hid, and he has stretched out his pavilion over them,
тако глаголет Господь Сил, Бог Израилев: се, Аз послю и приведу Навуходоносора царя Вавилонска раба Моего, и поставит престол свой на камениих сих, ихже скрыл еси, и воздвигнет оружие свое на ня,
11 and he has come, and struck the land of Egypt—those who [are] for death to death, and those who [are] for captivity to captivity, and those who [are] for the sword to the sword.
и внидет и поразит землю Египетску: ихже на смерть, на смерть, и ихже на преселение, на преселение, а ихже под мечь, под мечь:
12 And I have kindled a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt, and it has burned them, and he has taken them captive, and covered himself with the land of Egypt, as the shepherd covers himself with his garment, and he has gone forth there in peace;
и пожжет огнем домы богов их, и пожжет я, и преселит я, и покрыет землю Египетскую, якоже покрывается пастух ризою своею: и изыдет оттуду с миром
13 and he has broken the standing pillars of the house of the sun, that [is] in the land of Egypt, and he burns the houses of the gods of Egypt with fire.”
и сокрушит столпы Илиуполя, иже во Египте, и домы богов Египетских пожжет огнем.
