Jeremiah 33
1 And there is a word of YHWH to Jeremiah a second time—and he [is] yet detained in the court of the prison—saying:
तब यर्मिया गारदको चोकमा थुनिएकै अवस्थामा परमप्रभुको वचन दोस्रो पटक तिनीकहाँ यसो भनेर आयो,
2 “Thus said YHWH who has made it, YHWH who has formed it, to establish it, YHWH [is] His Name:
“बनाउनुहुने परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ— सुदृढ गर्नाका लागि परमप्रभुले रचना गर्नुहुन्छ, परमप्रभु उहाँको नाउँ हो ।
3 Call to Me, and I answer you, indeed, I declare to you great and inaccessible things—you have not known them.
'मलाई पुकार्, र म तँलाई जवाफ दिनेछु । म तँलाई महान् कुराहरू, तैंले नबुझ्ने रहस्यहरू देखाउनेछु ।'
4 For thus said YHWH, God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah that are broken down for the [siege] mounds, and for the tool;
किनकि घेरा-मचान र तरवारको कारणले भत्काइएका यस सहरमा भएका घरहरू र यहूदाका राजाहरूका महलहरूको विषयमा परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ,
5 they are coming to fight with the Chaldeans, and to fill them with the carcasses of men, whom I have struck in My anger, and in My fury, and [for] whom I have hidden My face from this city, because of all their evil:
'मेरो क्रोध र मेरो रिसमा लडाइँ गर्न र मैले मार्ने मानिसहरूका लाशहरूले म ती घरहरू भरिदिन कल्दीहरू आउँदैछन्, जति बेला तिनीहरूका सबै दुष्टताको कारणले म यस सहरबाट आफ्नो अनुहार लुकाउनेछु ।
6 Behold, I am increasing health and cure to it, And have healed them, and revealed to them The abundance of peace and truth.
तर हेर्, मैले निको पार्न र हेरविचार गर्नै लागेको छु, किनकि म तिनीहरूलाई निको पार्नेछु, र तिनीहरूकहाँ प्रचुरता, शान्ति र विश्वासयोग्यता ल्याउनेछु ।
7 And I have turned back the captivity of Judah, And the captivity of Israel, And I have built them as at the first,
यहूदा र इस्राएलको सुदिन म फर्काउनेछु । सुरुमा जस्तै म तिनीहरूलाई निर्माण गर्नेछु ।
8 And cleansed them from all their iniquity That they have sinned against Me, And I have pardoned all their iniquities That they have sinned against Me, And that they transgressed against Me.
तब तिनीहरूले मेरो विरुद्धमा गरेका सबै अधर्मबाट म तिनीहरूलाई शुद्ध पार्नेछु । तिनीहरूले मेरो विरुद्धमा गरेका सबै अधर्म र तिनीहरूले मेरो विरुद्धमा चालेका सबै विद्रोहलाई म क्षमा दिनेछु ।
9 And it has been for a name of joy to Me, For praise, and for beauty, to all nations of the earth, Who hear of all the good that I am doing them, And they have feared, And they have trembled for all the good, And for all the peace, that I am doing to it.”
किनकि यो सहर मेरो लागि आनन्दको वस्तु अनि पृथ्वीका सबै जातिका लागि प्रशंसाको गीत र सम्मान हुनेछ । मैले यसको लागि गर्ने सबै असल कुराहरू तिनीहरूले सुन्ने छन् । त्यसपछि मैले यस सहरलाई दिने सबै असल कुरा र शान्तिको कारणले तिनीहरू डराउनेछन्, र थरथर काँम्नेछन् ।'
10 Thus said YHWH: “Again is heard in this place—of which you are saying, It [is] dry, without man and without beast, In cities of Judah, and in streets of Jerusalem, That are desolated, without man, And without inhabitant, and without beast—
परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, ‘तिमीहरूले यसो भनिरहेको यस ठाउँको विषयमा, “मानिस वा पशु नभएको यो उजाड-स्थान हो,” यहूदाका सहरहरू र न त मानिस नत पशु भएर भएर उजाड भएका यरूशलेमका सडकहरूमा, त्यहाँ फेरि पनि आवाज सुनिनेछ,
11 A voice of joy and a voice of gladness, Voice of bridegroom and voice of bride, The voice of those saying, Thank YHWH of Hosts, for YHWH [is] good, For His kindness [is] for all time, Who are bringing in thanksgiving to the house of YHWH, For I return the captivity of the land, As at the first,” said YHWH.
आनन्द र हर्षको सोर, दुलहा र दुलहीको सोर अनि परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा यसो भन्दै धन्यवादको बलि ल्याउनेहरूको सोर सुनिनेछ, 'सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभुलाई धन्यवाद चढाओ, किनकि परमप्रभु असल हुनुहुन्छ, र उहाँको अचुक प्रेम सदासर्वदै रहिरहन्छ ।' किनकि यस देशको सुदिन पहिलेको जस्तै बनाएर पुनर्स्थापित गर्नेछु,’ परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ ।
12 Thus said YHWH of Hosts: “Again there is in this place—that is dry, Without man and beast, And in all its cities—a habitation of shepherds, Causing the flock to lie down.
सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'अहिले न त मानिस न त पशु भएको यस उजाड-स्थानमा— यसका सबै सहरमा फेरि खर्कहरू हुनेछन्, जहाँ गोठालाहरूले आफ्ना बगालहरू चराउनेछन् ।
13 In the cities of the hill-country, In the cities of the low country, And in the cities of the south, And in the land of Benjamin, And in the outskirts of Jerusalem, And in the cities of Judah, Again the flock passes by under the hands of the numberer,” said YHWH.
पहाडी देशका सहरहरू, तराई र नेगेव, बेन्यामीनको इलाका र सारा यरूशलेमको चारैतिर, र यहूदाका सहरहरूमा बगालहरू तिनीहरूको गोठाला गर्नेहरूका हातले गनी-गनीकन चराउनेछन्,’ परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ ।
14 “Behold, days are coming,” a declaration of YHWH, “And I have established the good word That I spoke to the house of Israel, And concerning the house of Judah.
‘हेर्, यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो, यस्ता दिनहरू आउँदैछन्, जति बेला मैले इस्राएलको घराना र यहूदाको घरानालाई प्रतिज्ञा गरेको कुरा पुरा गर्नेछु ।
15 In those days, and at that time, I cause a Shoot of righteousness to shoot up to David, And He has done judgment and righteousness in the earth.
ती दिनमा र त्यस बेला म दाऊदको निम्ति एउटा धार्मिक हाँगा लिकाल्नेछु, र तिनले देशमा न्याय र धार्मिकता कायम गर्नेछन् ।
16 In those days Judah is saved, And Jerusalem dwells confidently, And this [is] what she is called: YHWH [is] Our Righteousness.”
ती दिनमा यहूदा बचाइनेछ, र यरूशलेम सुरक्षामा जिउनेछ, किनकि त्यसको नाउँ यो हुनेछ, 'परमप्रभु हाम्रा धार्मिकता हुनुहुन्छ ।'
17 For thus said YHWH: “A man sitting on the throne of the house of Israel [is] never cut off from David,
किनकि परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'इस्राएलको घरानाको सिंहासनमाथि बस्न दाऊदको वंशबाट कुनै मानिसको अभाव कदापि हुनेछैन,
18 And to the priests—the Levites, A man is not cut off from before My face, Causing a burnt-offering to ascend, And perfuming a present, and making sacrifice—all the days.”
न त मेरो सामु हर समय होमबलि, अर्घबलि र अन्नबलिहरू चढाउन लेवी कुलका पुजारीहरूमा कुनै मानिसको कमी हुनेछ ।'”
19 And there is a word of YHWH to Jeremiah, saying,
परमप्रभुको वचन यर्मियाकहाँ यसो भनेर आयो,
20 “Thus said YHWH: If you can break My covenant with the day, And My covenant with the night, So that they are not daily and nightly in their season,
“परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'तिमीहरूले दिन र रातसित बाँधिएको मेरो करारलाई भङ्ग गर्न सक्यौ, र तोकिएको समयमा फेरि दिन र रात भएनन् भने,
21 My covenant is also broken with My servant David, So that he does not have a son reigning on his throne, And with the Levites the priests, My ministers.
तब तिमीहरूले मेरा दास दाऊदसित बाँधिएको मेरो करारलाई भङ्ग गर्न सक्नेछौ, जसको कारणले उसको सिंहासनमा बस्न उसको कुनै छोरो हुनेछैन, र लेवी कुलका पुजारीहरू अर्थात् मेरा दासहरूसित बाँधिएको मेरो करार पनि भङ्ग हुनेछ ।
22 As the host of the heavens is not numbered, Nor the sand of the sea measured, So I multiply the seed of My servant David, And My ministers the Levites.”
जसरी आकाशका ताराहरू गन्न सकिंदैन, र समुद्र किनारमा बालुवा जोखिन सकिंदैन, त्यसरी नै मेरा दास दाऊद र मेरो सामु सेवा गर्ने लेवीहरूका सन्तानहरूको सङ्ख्या म बढाउनेछु' ।”
23 And there is a word of YHWH to Jeremiah, saying,
परमप्रभुको वचन यर्मियाकहाँ यसो भनेर आयो,
24 “Have you not considered what this people have spoken, saying, The two families on which YHWH fixed, He rejects them? And they despise My people, so that they are no longer a people before them!”
“के यी मानिसले भनेका कुरामा तैंले ध्यान दिएको छैनस्? तिनीहरूले भनेका छन्, 'परमप्रभुले चुन्नुभएका दुईवटा परिवारलाई उहाँले अहिले त्याग्नुभएको छ ।' यसरी तिनीहरूले मेरो मानिसलाई तिरस्कार गर्छन् । तिनीहरूका दृष्टमा उनीहरू अब फेरि कुनै एउटा जातिको रूपमा हरेनन् भन्दैछन् ।
25 Thus said YHWH: “If My covenant [is] not with day and night, [And if] I have not appointed the statutes of the heavens and earth—
म, परमप्रभु यसो भन्छु, 'मैले दिन र रातको करार स्थापित नगरेको भए, र मैले स्वर्ग र पृथ्वीका नियमहरू निधो नगरेको भए,
26 I also reject the seed of Jacob, and My servant David, From taking rulers from his seed For the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, For I return their captivity, and have pitied them.”
मैले याकूब र मेरा दास दाऊदका सन्तानलाई इन्कार गर्नेथिएँ, र तिनीहरूबाट अब्राहाम, इसहाक र याकूबका सन्तानमाथि राज्य गर्न एक जना व्यक्तिलाई ल्याउनेथिइनँ । किनकि म तिनीहरूको सुदिन पुनर्स्थापित गर्नेछु, र तिनीहरूमाथि कृपा देखाउनेछु' ।”
